Yoko Sushi Lieferservice Wolfsburg in Wolfsburg

Very disappointed, a disaster shop!!! It started that the delivery service wanted to keep the remaining money for themselves (9€/50) without asking or that it came from me. After I asked what happened to the rest, I was first asked how much I wanted back! The food was already cold and soggy (never been like this before with the old owner), roughly chopped, everything thrown together, so to speak, the shrimp tails were still sticking out, total disaster!!! It then makes more sense to go to a restaurant and eat something sensible for the money where you can decide at the end whether the service was sufficient to give a tip! Never again Yoko Sushi Wolfsburg (what a shame)

We have been picking up food here regularly since it opened. The food has always been ready on time and of good quality. Unfortunately, yesterday's order spoiled Valentine's Day for us. We ordered at 6:06 p.m., delivery time given was 45 minutes. We tried calling from 7 p.m. Using a corresponding app, we made 67 calls and spoke on the answering machine. Nobody answered or it was busy. At 8:15 p.m. we ate something else and asked for our money back via PayPal. Unfortunately, baked sushi no longer tastes good the next day. So we had no use for it and told the delivery person who came at 8:40 p.m. He then asked why we didn't call. Without words...

Am very satisfied. The sushi is very tasty and the bowls are an enjoyable addition to the usual offerings you usually find at sushi shops. We always picked up the food locally and it was always ready on time, the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, we have now ordered online and the food is already an hour late from the announced time. If we had already seen this with the calculated delivery time, we would not have ordered there. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone to find out whether the food is still coming.

Ordered online through Lieferando, took 1:40 to arrive, the snacks were cold, sushi was alright

Delivery was stated as 45 minutes. After almost 2 hours the delivery arrived. After 1.5 hours I wanted to ask why it failed. No one answered after 5 attempted calls. The hot dishes were lukewarm. Unfortunately the quality was poor. The salmon tasted watery. There used to be straws with the lassis. There was one soy sauce for everyone, which is also sad considering the quantity ordered.

Pre-ordered today for Valentine's Day, food never arrived. Called 26 times with no response. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I don't know if the owner/owner has changed, but it's been pure chaos in this store for a few months and I'm really disappointed about it. The food is tasty, but the customer service is now subpar.

Unfortunately the delivery service was once again a complete disaster. The food was brought to the wrong number and when no one opened the door, it was simply taken away again. You're always put off on the phone. The service is really terrible. The food is okay, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

We will avoid them in the future, and the dumpling ordering service that they operate under a different name is also not recommended. Waiting more than 1.5 hours for cold dumplings is not acceptable. You will be taken for a fool on the hotline.

Order came almost 2 hours late. There was also something missing. When we called, the employee didn't understand us, sighed in annoyance and hung up and no one has answered since. Really great service...

My biggest problem are their website. You can't find a menu, the navigation is super hard... So you just have to come here and find a printed menu I guess... Sushi is then average

Unfortunately, the quality decreases from time to time. Today we had various sushi and the powl with tofu, pomegranate seeds and mint dip ordered for delivery. Sushi was still the same. Unfortunately the bowl was without any sauce. Avocado already brown. When we complained by telephone immediately after delivery, we were assured that the mint sauce would be delivered immediately. When we asked again after 30 minutes, no more information could be provided. What was ultimately delivered wasn't a mint dip like before, but something like yogurt, mayo or similar.

I ordered 2.5 hours ago and the food still hasn't arrived

After a long time I ordered from Yoko Sushi again because I used to be very satisfied, but now I'm damn disappointed. We have pre-ordered at a time and are sitting here with visitors and waiting for the food. There was no one available by phone and the food arrived after an hour - cold and soggy. Eating out or picking up on site might still work, but the delivery service is a solid 6

Unfortunately no longer recommended. I've actually been ordering from there for over a year. This year alone will definitely be the 20-25th order. Unfortunately today was the last one for a while. The quality noticeably decreases constantly. Last year the salmon skin was freshly fried and correspondingly crispy, but now there is only pre-fried and cold skin from the fridge. The peanut sauce is no longer as creamy or tasty as it once was. The portion of sauce in the bowl is barely enough for half the bowl. Today cold and completely soggy Yoko Rolls arrived, Philadelphia Rolls (according to the menu salmon, cucumber, cream cheese) were to be delivered without cucumber if requested. Instead they came with (also unwanted and unwanted) avocado and, in my opinion, no cream cheese. I didn't want to use the soy sauce today (see pictures) I was only offered €7 compensation for the loss in value of my order today of almost €15. No new delivery was offered. Only half the loss for my next order with a minimum order value of €25 + €3 delivery costs. In the future, there will be plenty of competition.

Sehr leckeres Essen und tolle Auswahl! Aber beim bestellen dauert die Lieferung 50 Minuten und länger..

Die Bestellung kam zu spät und der Lieferant hatte das Kartenlesegerät nicht dabei. Aber abgesehen vom vergammelten lilanen bunt schimmernden stinkenden Thunfisch und den bei Berührung auseinanderfallenden Rollen war das Sushi geschmacklich ok. Hoffe wir kriegen keine Fischvergiftung

Naja.. Für das Geld gibt es aufjedenfall bessere Läden... Sushi kenner merken das es nicht schlecht ist aber aufjedenfall nicht gut genug für diese Preise

Leckeres Essen, schnelle Lieferung, fairer Preis, gerne wieder

Ich liebe diesen Laden, Sushi schmeckt immer vorzüglich, war nun schon einige Male dort und war immer sehr zufrieden, weiter so!

Leckeres Sushi aber die Soße ist nicht Lecker und Lieferzeiten stimmen nicht überein.

Hatte letzte Woche vor Ort bestellt und später abgeholt. Das Essen war pünktlich fertig, Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich gewesen. Jedoch hat mich das Essen leider nicht wirklich überzeugt, der Lachs war ganz schön fett durchzogen gewesen und konnte ihn daher nicht genießen. Geschmacklich und preislich war es ansonsten ganz okay. Bleibe dann lieber doch lieber bei anderen Mitbewerbern.

Wir haben sonst immer sehr gerne dort Sushi geholt! Allerdings lässt die Qualität nach.. der Geschmack lässt zum Teil zu wünschen übrig.. Und einige sind nicht richtig gerollt/geschnitten Die Crunchy Rolls sind immernoch super ! Würde mich freuen beim nächsten Mal wieder 5 Sterne geben zu können

Sushi werden immer kleiner und dafür auch immer teurer. Schade, dass es bald nur noch Massenabfertigung ist.

Meiner Meinung nach das beste Sushi der Stadt. Schmeckt immer super und es gibt immer passende Menüs.

Kleiner Laden Mega Leckeres Essen! Wir sind zur Zeit auf Urlaub in Wolfsburg und große Fans Asiatischer Küche. Wir hatten das Lachs Sushi Menü und die Yoko Poke Bowl mit Ebi Sticks, es war wirklich super lecker und alles sehr Frisch! Lange warten mussten wir auch nicht, wirklich super!

Wir hatten mehrere Inside-Out Rollen bestellt und in keiner einzigen Role war Frischkäse, obwohl es mit eingerollt sein sollte .. die Makis waren in Ordnung, allerdings nicht gut genug für das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Bin insgesamt leider sehr unzufrieden mit dem Ergebnis ..

Ein großer Fan von den Poke bowls! Wird einmal die Woche bestellt. Schmecken sehr sehr lecker und sind immer sehr gut gefüllt! Geschmacklich richtig top! Sushi habe ich zwar dort noch nicht probiert aber wird definitiv noch ausprobiert.

Sushi ist ja echt lecker aber jedes Mal habe ich die falschen Saucen dabei. Bestelle schon immer extra welche. Und die sind nicht gerade günstig.

Das sushi ist lecker lässt in letzter Zeit jedoch nach die Rollen fallen schnell auseinander sind trotzdem lecker

Sehr, sehr lecker! Lieferung kam super pünktlich und das Sushi war wirklich perfekt! Alles sehr frisch und lecker, sogar der Reis war der Hammer! Wir werden sicherlich Kunden bleiben.

Najlepsze sushi w Wolfsburgu. Duży wybór, dostawa mega szybko. Wszystko pyszne. Często dostaje się też kupony.

Ich muss heute leider Punkte abziehen! Ich habe heute einen Chicken Salat bestellt und die Realität wich im Vergleich zum Foto bei Lieferando weit voneinander ab. Alles wurde nur in eine Pappschale reingeschrieben, Pflücksalat aus der Tüte, 3 Tomaten, dir nicht mal halbiert wurden, Avocado in Ministückchen, welche schon grau von der Farbe waren. Das leckerste war das Hähnchen. Wieso weichen die Salate von von den Bowls ab? Der Preis ist eindeutig zu hoch, die Qualität war minderwertig. Schade!!!

War echt besser als erwartet Top 👌
