Gyromaxx in Wolfsburg

I ordered two gyro plates online; one was delivered. I didn't initially want to accept the delivery, but after being threatened with police involvement, I accepted it. That was the last time we ordered from them.

Saturday, 10:30 PM... I was craving a doner kebab and wanted to order one. The price was around 9 euros, so I thought, okay, I'll treat myself... First and last time! The doner was completely cold and 95% filled with salad. The delivery driver was also incredibly rude.

I am a vegetarian and ordered Vegetaria and Marg. Pizza. Delieverd on time, fresha and juicy. My kids loved it and did not ask for extra tomato ketchup for the first time with pizza. My all time go to pizza makers are now Gyro Maxx 🙂

Some people block the street and "park" it, obstructing traffic. I wouldn't call the food bad, but I wouldn't recommend it.

If you're a fan of clean, delicious food, you should visit this restaurant. It's one of the best and serves the most delicious food ever.

What can I say? You shouldn't order a kebab there. It tastes halfway okay, but afterward, it completely cracks on the ceramic. Quality is something else entirely.

Ordered food, but that was the last time. Number 16 with extra ham for an extra 4.50, and I have to search for the ham. That's extortionate. The taste is good, but getting ripped off, no thanks. One less customer.

I find it very sad that I can't deselect the salad on the website.

On 27.08.2025 I ordered a doner kebab, you took 19 euros from me and you didn't do it the way I wanted, I said that the salad should only be iceberg, except iceberg, all were in it and I took a very small meat photo, the money you received is haram

Fast service and friendly staff

I remember your doner kebab when it cost €7. Back then, it was unbeatable. Now it costs €15 and is prepared without love and taste. The shop has seen better days; back then, I was always very satisfied.

One of the best restaurants in the area

The shop is fairly easy to reach by car and bus. The price/performance ratio depends on the dishes. The Greek dishes are relatively overpriced. The doner kebabs are all great, as are the pizza rolls. The ambiance is... well, there are only bar stools and two high tables, and unfortunately, there are no restrooms marked or visible.

Really, really disgusting. Rotten meat with the quality of Indian street food.

The cauliflower casserole was burnt and inedible. We ordered and received a doner kebab without spicy sauce. The salami pizza was either without salami or partially without salami. The salad was old and inedible. We'll never order from there again. We also had mild food poisoning back then. We called and complained about our order today. We were told it was as ordered. When we asked, we were told we'd get something different and new and would have to pay again. Once after a long time, and never again. The staff on the phone were unfriendly and unhelpful.

This is the worst restaurant. I only ordered something and after 35 minutes I got the rest. The second time I ordered extra lamb, but I got no lamb.

The food is good, but the service is not, the cashier was particularly bad.

Disgusting and expensive. We ordered food there. The pasta was drenched in cream and cheese. The pepperoni had no taste whatsoever. The garlic bread was also completely unacceptable. I could have thrown the 40 euros in the trash. It would have been better off there. Your food is truly disgusting.

Hello, I ordered a kebab box there for the price, they are too small and not much, only fries and meat sauce, not even salad, so they don't deserve more from me. I think the service was very bad. Fries were just barely meat is always good too much sauce. If you sell a kebab box, there is no ketchup or mayonnaise on it but the price for size M is 7.90 euros too expensive

I just ordered food, a rump steak, because I wanted to know how Gyromaxx delivers the food here. Just a quick note: When the rump steak is prepared, it continues to cook in the packaging. That's why many restaurants are hesitant to deliver it because they don't know how cooked it will be when it reaches the customer. To be honest, I was pessimistic because I had ordered schnitzel just in case (my favorite dish at your place!). But honestly: This was one of the best rump steaks I've eaten in a long time. Wow... kudos to the chef!!! I only write reviews if they're either very good or very bad, and for this, I simply have to give it 5 stars. By the way, I ordered and didn't eat there, so I simply rated the service and ambiance 5 stars in the hope that you'll do it justice. I'll order another rump steak tomorrow, but only if it's the same chef as today!!! Really cool people <3

The food on site was a complete disaster, the fries weren't fresh, the kebab wasn't good either, never again

The food was very tasty. Everything was hot, the meat was crispy and tender. We have never had such crispy fries from a delivery service. The salad was fresh with a delicious dressing. We were very satisfied. Thank you very much and keep it up.

We like to order there and have always been very satisfied. There's nothing you can say! Never over-seasoned or bland, it always tastes the same and we've already worked our way through the menu, so far everything has always been delicious! You can't complain about the delivery time either, usually under 30 minutes. Today our order was accidentally delivered incorrectly and was exchanged very easily and with kind regards We are happy customers :) Strong recommendation for the Nutella bags, they are awesome! ;)

Late delivery and one meal was missing. NOT RECOMMENDED

The food was essentially drowned in Metaxa sauce. Even the salad with tzatziki fell victim to the Metaxa sauce. All in all, an indefinable mess and it annoys me to have to pay over 20 EUR for a plate of gyros. Once and never ever again. The only positive thing to mention is that the delivery was super fast!

Apple jam bags ordered, strawberry jam bags were delivered.. Doner kebab box with sweet and sour sauce on the fries..

Hello, I used to enjoy being there but after today I'm very dissatisfied. I'm only listening to half an ear. I ordered around 50€ again and I was allowed to throw a few things away because it was wrong. I think they've gone down a lot. It's a shame I have to look for a new shop again

I ordered a gyro potato casserole. Whatever I got there doesn't work at all. The meat was stringy, fatty and certainly not pork neck!

A small mini biscuit bread arrived, half the size of a kebab pocket, totally hard and brittle, filled with meat and sauce, without salad or vegetables??? Are you serious? What happened to you? I loved your kebab before you brought me such a cookie today. I'd rather go back to the competition... it's a shame...

I've enjoyed ordering from gyromaxx so far, but 8.50 for a kebab is too much for me. Then I'd rather drive into town myself and buy one there for 6-7 euros. I'll never order from you again.

Always delicious. Food is prepared quickly. Extra requests are also taken into account. You can also swap the fries for salad.

We thought we would give Gyromaxx another chance. Pustekuchen... started with the driver complaining about the route (within Wolfsburg, of course). Not only did travel costs have to be added anyway, he also received a tip. The pizza was ok, but the kebab roll... Unbeatable meat. As soon as we unpacked it, we encountered an unpleasant smell. We dared to take a bite... but you just couldn't eat it. I have no idea how something like this comes about, but we definitely can't make a recommendation.

Delicious gyros, delicious pasta dishes. Good choice. Please keep in mind that this is a snack bar and not a restaurant. For me they are among the best in Wolfsburg. Price performance fits. Keep it up!

Delivery time super fast and the supplier was very nice. Unfortunately, the garlic bread arrived very limp, it certainly doesn't seem baked... and unfortunately the garlic dip that came with it wasn't included either! Then we ordered a rollo consisting of hollandais & meat (that's exactly what it says on the menu). Unfortunately there was no Hollandais on it, but peppers and mushrooms, which if you don't like mushrooms is unfortunately inedible... It's a shame ☹️

The taste is okay, but definitely not good. You will definitely be full. In other words, if you just want to fill up quickly, you can definitely give it a chance. However, if you want to eat something valuable, you should avoid the store.

I ordered the Piraeus plate and had it delivered to my home. It was the first time at Gyromaxx. Unfortunately the food didn't taste good at all! The gyro meat was very dry, dark and totally over salted. The salad and the herb sauce were completely bland and not seasoned at all. For this price (€17.90) it was far too bad. Never again!

That was the last time You pay so much money for the disgusting stuff to end up in the toilet. Really ashamed of you. Pay a little attention to hygiene!

After a long time I got kebab and salad again. Unfortunately I was seriously disappointed. The taste was an absolute disaster, the salad only tasted like vinegar and I couldn't match the taste of the sauces in the kebab to any spice I knew. The night afterwards was great, with severe food poisoning - many thanks to the restaurant for this great experience... The food used to be very tasty, but today it's unfortunately absolute rubbish. Absolutely not recommended unless you like a night of diarrhea and vomiting.

Ich hatte den gebackenen Feta mit Fladenbrot. Der Feta selbst war vollkommen in Ordnung, das "Fladenbrot" war jedoch leider ein Aufbackbrötchen mit Knoblauchbutter.

Preislich gesehen fande ich es für das was ich erhalten habe und die Qualität zu teuer...

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder bei Gyromaxx bestellt. Wie immer GYROSTELLER. Klar, es ist etwas teurer geworden aber das ESSEN WAR MEGA LECKER. GENAU SO MUSS GYROS SEIN. POMMES KAMEN HEISS UND KNUSPRIG AN. DER SALAT UND SOSSEN DAZU WAREN AUCH PERFEKT. ALLES HAT GEPASST UND SOMIT AUCH DER PREIS. WEITER SO.

Bor Ort essen geht gar nicht. Toiletten total unhygenisch. Wenn man sieht wie die Mitarbeiter am nebeneingang hinspucken, rauchen und im Anschluss das Essen zubereiten. Dann möchte man dort auch nicht mehr essen. In den letzten 6 Jahren hab ich nicht einen deutschen dort arbeiten gesehen. Ausschließlich eine Arbeitsstelle für Familienmitglieder oder ähnlicher Religion. Die Kommunikation beim Bestellen ist schwierig, weil die Mitarbeiter dort einen nicht gut verstehen können oder weil man die Mitarbeiter nicht verstehen kann. Das essen ist immer zügig da. Beim essen merkt man auch das es ohne Liebe und Zuneigung zubereitet wurde. Dem Betrieb geht es nicht um kundenzufriedenheit, sondern um Umsatz.

Lieferung Gyrosmax Absolut schlecht. Gyrosteller für 14,30€ bestellt. Fleisch.....klein geschnitten... Fett... Knorpel dazwischen ..schlechte Qualität Pommes....lappig Salat dazu auch einfach Krautsalat mit einen Kleks Salatdressing drauf. Hatte danach Magen/Darm Probleme. Bestelle dort nie wieder.

Das erste Mal hier einen Döner geholt. Sehr, sehr lecker. 1A, absolut empfehlenswert!!! Preis-Leistung gerechtfertigt, teurer aber bitte nicht :-) Sehr gut finde ich, dass die Zubereitung vom Essen und die Kasse von zwei verschiedenen Mitarbeitern stattfindet. Sehr hygienisch. Komme gern wieder.

Essen ist lecker. Deswegen war ich an zwei Tagen hintereinander dort.

Schnitzel schmeckt gut. Pommes waren ungesalzen und es gab kein Ketchup und auch keine andere Soße dazu. Das Essen war sehr lieblos eingepackt. (Schnitzel und Pommes waren durcheinander verpackt) Ich selber bin nicht überzeugt und finde es dafür zu teuer, aber man kann es mal ausprobieren.✅

Ich bin immer gern hier gewesen. Leider schmeckt es nicht mehr wie früher.

ich finde Gyromaxx schmeckt schon nicht so gut. Ich weiß auch nicht woran es liegt, aber schmeckt einfach nicht. Am schlimmsten ist dieser kleine Salat in der Plastikbox. Der ist voll mit komischen Sachen und schmeckt einfach nur eklig. Gut aussehen tut er auch nicht.

Das Gyros bei den letzten Bestellungen war nicht gewürzt und hat sehr fade geschmeckt. Null Punkte. Der Salat wird immer weniger. Das geht besser.

Wir bestellen normalerweise gern hier. Qualität war immer top! Heute waren wir sehr enttäuscht! Das Gyros ist sehr klein geschnipselt. Das sonst knusprige Fleisch war weich, hell und mit Fett durchsetzt. Das hatte mit Gyros vom Spieß nicht viel zu tun. Wenn das die neue Qualität ist, müssen wir uns leider anders orientieren.

Einer der besten Dürüm wenn nicht den besten Dürüm gibt es hier. War nun bereits mehrfach hier es ist immer ordentlich, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und aufmerksam, auch für einen Spass und Smallltalk ist immer Zeit. Alles in allem sehr sympathisch und vorallen alles ist frisch und es schmeckt immer hervorragend. Leider war der Dürüm beim verfassen der Bewertung schon verzehrt, das geht immer ganz fix 😉 sonst hätte ich noch ein Bild beigefügt.

Sind schon seit Jahren regelmäßig bei Gyromaxx und kennen den Inhaber ebenso lange persönlich. Das Essen ist immer wieder top und der Service hervorragend. Kommen immer wieder gern :)

Einfach Top!!! Nicht nur, dass das Essen immer super schmeckt, heute habe ich versehentlich eine Sache falsch bestellt, dort angerufen und kostenlos neu geliefert bekommen. Ohne Diskussion einfach und schnell. Wo gibt es sowas heute noch!? Auch der Mitarbeiter am Telefon und der Lieferant waren super freundlich! Vielen herzlichen Dank an der Stelle nochmal!

Heute habe ich zum ersten Mal Cici-Kebap mit Pommes bestellt: für den Preis absolut zu wenig! Kein Salat, keine Soßen, das Fleisch war sehr trocken. Die Pommes waren ok.

Das bestellte Schnitzel schmeckte sehr alt und war nicht genießbar. Der Tzatziki hingegen war lecker, könnte aber noch bisschen Knoblauch vertragen. Schade, früher war das Essen besser..

Lieferzeit top (20-30 min) Es werden immer hervorragend auf die Wünsche eingegangen. Ich liebe 😍 die Crispy chicken Rolle! Sowas leckeres mit der Soße! Döner sind natürlich auch sehr köstlich und vom Volumen in Ordnung. Falafel mit Salat waren auch immer frisch und köstlich

Leider enttäuschend. Wir haben 2 Dönerteller und eine Portion Oliven über Lieferando bestellt. - Dönerteller hat jeweils 13€ gekostet, weit über Wolfsburger Durchschnitt. - Statt Bulgur wie normalerweise in einem Dönerteller war normaler weißer Reis drin. - Das Fleisch war nicht quasi roh, fast komplett weiß und wabbelig. - Die Pommes im anderen Dönerteller waren ebenfalls wabbelig. - Die Oliven waren geschmacklos. 2 Sterne gibt es, weil die Bestellung immerhin pünktlich geliefert wurde. Kein Vergleich zu anderen guten Dönertellern in der Umgebung.
