When I first entered the restaurant, I was really impressed by the exterior and felt quite cheerful. Unfortunately, I was then greeted with behavior that was simply unacceptable to a customer. After placing my order, I had to wait about half an hour, or even a little longer. To be fair, the crispy dish was really delicious! The other dish, however, was clearly not fresh—probably from that morning or even the day before. When the waiter asked if I wanted something to drink, I politely replied, "No, thank you." He then said quietly, "I was actually going to offer you a complimentary tea as a starter, but you don't deserve it." Those words really hurt me. 💔 Later, I asked for some bread to eat the crispy dish and the oily chips, to which he replied, "How shameful, how shameful." I honestly didn't understand why. I hadn't said anything bad. Conclusion: Some of the food was quite tasty, but unfortunately, the unfriendly behavior of the staff negatively impacted more than half of the overall experience. Very disappointing 💔

Catastrophic. I just picked up the food and it was inedible. They promised a rice dish with chicken. We got a brown salad starter, and it also came with rice and chicken. I don't even want to talk about the sauce. When we opened the box, we were hit by a rotten smell. After trying it, I vomited several times and got stomach problems, which is absolutely unacceptable after visiting a restaurant. Absolutely not a recommendation.

It feels a little lacking in space, but I blame that more on the location (an extremely impersonal, bare shopping center with the usual large air conditioning ducts on the ceiling) than on the actual amenities. In a smaller old building ambience it would probably be much easier to get to grips with the origins and fit with the surroundings than in this sterile EKZ environment. And I (but this is really a personal feeling, which is not intended to be a criticism in itself) have a little trouble with my European ears (even) to endure the (relatively muffled) constant exposure to the oriental music that constantly wails in my ears for the entire time I am there... even if it is probably just part of rounding off the overall feeling. The hummus was creamy, the kebabs perfectly grilled, and the baklava was a sweet finish that left me wanting more. What truly stood out was the friendly service of the owner who runs the place, making us feel right at home. Einige von uns sind vegetarisch und auch Veganer, aber das war kein Problem- die meisten Gerichte sind ja ohnehin mindestens vegetarisch. Die Preise sind günstig, zumal für die gute Qualität die geboten wird. Das Ambiente ist aleinzuges nicht für jedermanns Geschmack perfekt, macht es aber auch ein wenig authentischer. Auf jeden Fall ist dieses Resto eine Empfehlung!

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit sehr freundlicher Bewirtung. Wir sind zu acht gekommen und anstatt einzeln zu bestellen, wurde uns angeboten gemischte Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen hinzustellen. Wir brauchten auch eine vegane Option, die absolut kein Problem und sehr lecker war. Tee und Nachtisch kamen als Gruß aus der Küche. Komplettes Menü mit Getränken hat weniger als 20 € gekostet. Toller Einblick in die syrische Küche. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Nicht empfehlenswert ! Essen aufgewärmt hat wirklich gar nicht geschmeckt wir haben alle bauchweh bekommen . Und die Preise sind ja das beste so viel geld zahlen und dann nicht mal annähernd appetlich. Wartezeit über 45 min.

Wir waren heute auf der Suche, wo meine Freundin und ich gemütlich einen Kaffee mit unseren insgesamt 3 Hunden trinken konnten. Durch Zufall sind wir auf das Al Shami aufmerksam geworden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und hinein gebeten. Wir haben uns in eine Ecke gesetzt. Er kam und nahm die Bestellung auf. Als wir Kaffee bestellten, hat er uns auch Tee angeboten. Wir haben uns dann dafür entschieden. Er hat gefragt, ob wir auch etwas süsses dazu möchten. Das haben wir bejaht. Der Tee war sehr lecker und die Backwaren waren der Hammer. Wir haben auf einem kleinen Teller eine kleine, liebvoll angerichtete Auswahl bekommen. In einem sehr netten Gespräch stellte sich heraus, dass er Angst vor Hunden hat. Aber das hat man gar nicht gemerkt. Wir waren mit einem schwarzen Labradoodle und zwei Appenzeller Hunden da. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da.

Außergewöhnlich gutes Essen in der leider immer noch tristen Umgebung des Südkopf-Centers. Ich hatte abends eine gelbe Linsensuppe und einen kleinen Dip-Mix (beides vegan). Die verschiedenen Dips waren auch wirklich jedes für sich ganz verschieden und sehr gut gewürzt.

Das Essen ist perfekt, schmeckt echt sehr gut . Und das Restaurant ist Sehr schön dekoriert . Ich kann nur Weiter empfehlen :)

Bezüglich des kulinarischen Aspektes eine glatte 10/10. Der Fatoush Salat mit crossen Brotchips - ein Traum. Die leckere Dip Mix Platte ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war super frisch und on point zubereitet. Unbedingt nach der selbst gemachten Limonade fragen!! Dem Service/Chef würde ich empfehlen etwas öfter mal am Tisch lang zu kommen, nach dem rechten zu sehen, zu fragen ob es schmeckt, alles gut ist, man noch etwas möchte etc. Da hat mir persönlich die Präsenz gefehlt. Aber das ist ja auch manchmal Tagesform abhängig. Insgesamt eine herzliche Empfehlung. PS: Die Karte beinhaltet neben vegetarischen, auch vegane, Gerichte.

Das Essen ist wirklich gut! Als Veganerin war ich äußerst zufrieden mit der Auswahl. Es gibt neben Falafel auch noch viele andere syrische Gerichte die ich noch nicht ausprobiert hatte. In Wolfsburg eine der besten Adressen für veganes Essen! Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist mittelmäßig - Musik klang wie aus Handy-Lautsprechern gespielt, die Beleuchtung über unserem Tisch etwas kalt, der Service war recht langsam, Kartenzahlung mühsam.
