The buffet is really delicious, of course food is always a matter of taste, but I have to say... delicious! It is diverse and there is also some “German cuisine”, such as: B. cauliflower and co. in sauce. The ambience is okay and the service is good, although a bit noisy in places with the service trolleys rattling around and the dishes making noises when they are stacked. The tables that have just been emptied are immediately cleaned and made stylish. So all around really good.

We went to the Teepott with our family. Even with a wheelchair, it was no problem. The food was excellent. The service was very friendly and prompt.

There were six of us there, and that was during the season when winter jackets were still needed. There's nowhere to store your coats. And since the tables are already very small for six people, you have to put your jacket on your lap. A disaster... The service was also poor in the hustle and bustle; we would have been cheaper with one large sweet potato fries. So everyone had to pay extra for a small sweet potato fries... You definitely have to make a reservation... there are nicer restaurants.

We were there today with great anticipation, but unfortunately we were disappointed. It was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner. We were greeted warmly and taken to the table. I stated in advance that it was a birthday. The table was “decorated” with decorative flowers and a candle. Unfortunately, the decorative flowers were a bit dirty and the candle was also just decorative. Now about the order: The order was taken quickly and the drink came quickly too. We ordered rib mix and pork medallions. We could only eat half of the ribs because they only consisted of gristle and fat. The waitress asked if everything was OK, and we said that the ribs only consisted of cartilage and fat. Unfortunately there was no reaction to this. Unfortunately we then waited a long time until a service person came so we could pay. We paid with another service person. When paying, we explained again what the problem was. The friendly employee then told us that her colleague should have reacted and offered us either new ribs or a discount. Unfortunately we were not offered an alternative. Unfortunately, this visit and the birthday dinner were a waste.” For the price we expected better quality. Too bad...

We went to the buffet today and can only say: fantastic! The extensive selection and quality of the dishes are terrific. There were no wishes left unfulfilled. Even drinks are included, from juice to water to sparkling wine. The ambience in the old vaults is second to none and the service is extremely friendly and attentive. We were particularly excited that, in addition to cow's milk, there was also oat milk and soy yogurt. Top! And what we also thought was really great: nothing is wasted here. Towards the end of the buffet, you can "dab" the leftovers for a small fee and take them home. We've never seen anything like this before and we think every restaurant should do it like that! The Ratskeller12 will definitely see us again. Keep it up!

Unfortunately no recommendation! Had to wait 1:15 hours for the food. What came next was once the wrong dish and once the right one, but it was completely oversalted. You have to find the waiters yourself. Overall, unfortunately poor service. We won't be coming back.

We are Berliners, so we didn't have too many expectations of the kebab, but it was very tasty and we even ate here 3 times! Very nice and delicious!!!

We went to eat in a large group of individual couples and everything was going well until the moment of paying, when they told us that each card payment has a surcharge of €3 extra, which they did not tell us at the beginning nor is it specified on any sign in the restaurant. In any country in the world that is called abuse and scam. Be very careful with this site.

Price-performance ratio fits. We ordered to be picked up and it was super quick. It tasted very good, not your run-of-the-mill pizza and pasta

We actually wanted to eat a quick fish sandwich, but ended up staying longer than we thought. Sweet little cozy pub in a family atmosphere. Delicious fish sandwiches freshly prepared. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back. 🤗
