The food is well known and very tasty. The prices in the menu are okay. But there wasn't a quick meal: it was full when we arrived, so we could understand a certain wait. The poor waiter looked suitably tired and overwhelmed - even if he tried his best to appear friendly. But we waited over an hour for the food after ordering. When it was already empty, we had to wait another almost 45 minutes for the accompanying dessert. That really dampens the mood.

Nice location outside of the house but absolutely not recommended. Smash Burger was really bad. Hard mini patty and the whole thing was still cold. Really a shame, any McDonald's cheeseburger is better. Especially for the price...!!!

What can I say?!? Unfortunately the prices of the burgers are not justified. I had a burger, fries and an iced tea €26 The burger was only lukewarm, the fries were cold. I didn't use the extra sauces that are on the table because it says on the back that they should be stored between 2 and 7 degrees. Since it was 26 degrees, I left it alone.

We came to the restaurant today at 6:15 p.m. and would have liked to sit outside, but a reservation in advance was only possible for indoor tables. After we placed our order, the waiter informed us that the waiting time would be 45 minutes due to "important visitors." We understood this and were served nachos on the house. While we were waiting for our food for over an hour, the service staff walked around the restaurant without clearing our table or asking about our well-being. When we asked, after over an hour, where the food was, we were told off for another 10 minutes. After the food finally came, we wanted to pay straight away to save ourselves any further waiting time, whereupon the waiter said “Paying is quicker than the food comes” with a grin on his face. Our example shows how important good/fast service is, because after all, I wouldn't open a restaurant of this size if I was overwhelmed at peak times and didn't process the orders in sequence, but other tables that came later and more people sat down, were served quicker and got their food!

Within a very short time we were at the Peter Pane Warnemünde and in Rostock. Both restaurants completely convinced me with their concept, the menu and the ambience. The menu is individual, well thought out and all the dishes were tasty, I couldn't find anything to change in terms of gastronomy. Everyone has a different taste, here a little salt or something similar, but everything is there on the table. The service in both restaurants was very friendly and attentive. In Warnemünde he may not have been there that long, but he knew how to help and it took a little long. Served super quickly in Rostock, but it faltered a bit towards the end of the day. But neither Still bad, almost full stars. Even if you go to the toilet, it's a small experience because you can listen to Peter Pan stories in peace and quiet. I'd love to come back for a delicious burger, stay like that and I'll be happy .

Not recommended! Unfriendly staff and boss. We waited a very long time for our food. Food was tasteless and poorly decorated. In addition, the jug with the sauce had already fallen over and spread all over the plate. Guest garden is uncomfortable and windy.

Long wait from food. Burgers arrived after about 45 minutes. My wife's salad after about 75 minutes. When we asked, we only ever received unfriendly answers. The taste of the food was good, but the service urgently needs to be improved.

We stopped to grab a quick snack as we were doing the "tourist thing" in the area. Decent food and atmosphere. We experienced terrible service, though, waiting an extensive amount of time to have our drink order taken and then food order. So odd as it wasn't busy.

Food was ok, I had imagined it to be better, even tastier....but well, you can't have everything.... The service was nice but not patient, you had the feeling that it was quick, fast.....I thought it was good value for money very high and then an evening surcharge was added to our bill, which I found very exaggerated and we weren't informed about it...we didn't like it. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

It was a nice experience. The burgers were juicy and tasty, as well as the homemade lemonade; the chips were okay. The staff was attentive and made sure we had a good experience. Totally worth going there while being in Warnemünde; it is recommended to make a reservation beforehand.

Apparently you choose your people who are allowed to eat here or not. We were really looking forward to Peter Pan because we don't have one near us and we always like to use it on vacation. We wanted to sit inside. But then the waitress asked me what we wanted in one tone. Unbelievable. How are you supposed to know that you have to wait at the door and be assigned a table. We then did this. But then they explained that there was no staff and we could only eat outside. But the waiter knew it was full. It seemed to me that they didn't want to let us eat there with three children. I would have to have made a reservation to eat inside. I'm ok then I'll reserve a table for when I asked... But that wouldn't work... and everything was so arrogantly unfriendly... four adults were allowed to take a seat inside after us without a reservation... that was probably the last time we'd go to Peter Pan. Too bad

We spontaneously ended up in this restaurant today... It wasn't a great start. No greeting from the waiters... Nevertheless, we decided to go to this restaurant. There was no mistake with our food either The food was super tasty. But the service was a disaster... Long waiting times...a simple banana juice took... The staff should really be more responsive to guests and nicer...

The waiters took a very long time to accept our table. Had to wait 20 minutes just for that. The food came relatively quickly, but the wrong one was brought to me (which as a vegetarian with a vegan burger shouldn't happen that one with real meat comes) and it took longer for the right one to arrive. The food was very good, but too expensive. Almost 15 euros for a burger without fries? When we wanted to pay, the waiter ignored us or got confused. In any case, we had to wait a really long time, even though he was already with us, he went to others and they paid faster.

The staff was very friendly! The ambience and the drinks were also ok. However, waiting times are far too long. In my opinion, value for money is not given. Unfortunately the burger was cold, the cheese was just slapped on like at McDonald's and half of it was lying there. I would have expected more from the patty, run of the mill and unfortunately way too dry. For the price I would have expected more.

The four of us spent a lovely evening here. On a positive note, the food was very tasty and more than sufficient. We ordered a burger without bread with sweet fries, a veggi burger, fries with two sauces and chili cheese fries. We ordered thirst quenchers and lemonades as drinks. Negative things to mention are that our reservation (6:30 p.m.) was not registered, the waiting time for our food was an hour and the table was not cleaned sufficiently.

We had dinner at Peter Pane on Sunday evening. The reservation for our table was not registered in the store, probably due to a technical error. A few other people after us also had this problem. Nevertheless, after a wait of about 10 minutes, we were assigned a table directly at the entrance. As feared, we were basically forgotten at this table. It was only after we drew the attention of a waiter that our order was taken. There was also a notice that we would have to wait about an hour for our food. We ordered a burger with bread, a burger without bread, sweet potato fries, normal fries and chili cheese fries. The food and drinks tasted very good, but the burger without bread wasn't quite to my taste. Too much salad and not enough burgers. All in all, it was a nice evening with a long wait and good food in a relatively loud atmosphere (the shop was full) and then a slight back pain. The benches are simply not made for my back.

The upgrade from the burger “The Legend” was really worth it in terms of taste. The 2 slices of beef were replaced by 2 slices of Irish Black Angus. This made the burger more expensive but it was really worth it.

We have been to many Peter Pane locations, but in terms of service, this is probably the worst and most disappointing location. In a restaurant that was only a third full at lunchtime, you managed to keep customers standing at the door for almost a quarter of an hour, even though five employees had already walked past you without a word or a greeting. You were then seated at a table with the card and left to sit at the table for almost half an hour without taking your order or saying a few words of explanation. A few of the employees were chatting happily, other employees were bringing a few orders to the table, and still other employees were throwing punches or pointlessly moving tables. We are more than disappointed, but we are even more looking forward to the Peter Pane locations that we already know.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I ordered two vegan takeaway meals. One menu had the wrong fries, the sauces for the fries were completely missing, I only got the drinks after I asked where they were (that would all be somehow excusable), but the absolute blast was that on one the vegan chicken burger was a normal (i.e. meat) patty!!!! This is an absolute outrage and not worthy of a restaurant chain with a good reputation, especially in the vegan community.

“Shocked to the core” - the title of my visit! We, 2 friends, are on vacation in Warnemünde. Since we both eat vegan and we knew that Peter Pane offers a wide range of products, this store was our go-to place for dinner. Now to the misery (there is no other way to put it): I ordered: 1x Chee is Vegan menu + sourdough (vegan) As a double burger veg from beef + EXTRA vegan slice + sweet potato fries + Coca-Cola original 0.331 (incl.) + Light as a feather (vegan mayonnaise) I received: The burger WITHOUT double VEG beef, WITHOUT EXTRA vegan slice. NO sweet potato fries, NO vegan mayo. But salad servers. I paid: see invoice in the photo I no longer feel like getting upset about this life-changing event. I ate it anyway, but I'm not full. PS: my homie got real meat on the burger instead of a vegan patty. Somehow a limit has been crossed. Check your goods upon receipt, everything is fine and dandy. But I can't eat at the counter. Update: We were there on Sunday evening and were completely disappointed. Even though we had made a reservation, we didn't even get to the restaurant until 10 minutes later. Then the reservation suddenly disappeared, even though we could provide proof of confirmation. After we were finally assigned the table and had to wait forever for our order to be placed, we were told that we would have to wait at least an hour for our food (it was 2 burgers and 2x fries). Unfortunately, after this was confirmed, the quality of the food did not reflect the price. We won't be coming back for frozen products and the long wait. We ate a burger and overload fries. Plus an iced tea each. Unfortunately the quality decreases from time to time. Prices, however, are rising.

The food was good but not exceptional. The selection for vegans and vegetarians was also good. But we had to wait a really long time for our food (almost 1 hour). That wasn't so great. The ambience didn't convince us either. The seating is uncomfortable and you almost sit on the lap of the person sitting next to you. That was unpleasant, especially if you, as a tall person, wanted to eat here. Everything is too cramped. The service was top and very friendly. You should definitely make a reservation if you want to eat here.

Ladies and Gentlemen After we were refused an outside seat upon arrival and were seated inside, we waited about 25 minutes for at least our drink requests to be taken. While the people sitting next to us were being served and the dishes were also being cleared away, we were ignored. Last year we were thrilled with the service and food. Yesterday (Friday) the waiter was super stressed and rushed and almost didn't let you make excuses. We understand when there is a lot going on with few staff, but rushing the guests is not a nice way to go.

Nicely designed restaurant, delicious food, very suitable for families. Prices will still be below Warnemünde levels in 2024, recommended!

Very bad impression of the restaurant, different from the same restaurant but in Lübeck. We were in Lübeck twice, the first time even during the Corona period. Everything was great! I can't say that about Rostock. 20 minutes waiting for a waiter is a lot, even if the restaurant is full. Bad!

We ate at Peter Pane on our vacation in Rostock. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. We found a spot outside pretty quickly. After all, the lunch menu should be available until 5:00 p.m. After walking past several times and winking at a waitress, it wasn't until 5:01 p.m. that we were served by another waitress who said that it was no longer possible to order the cheaper lunch menu. The answer to our statement that we had been waiting for the order for 30 minutes was answered with "bad luck, time is up." The waitress had problems taking our order digitally. So she disappeared and didn't come back until 10 minutes later, where she was faced with the same problem again. She then wrote down our order on a piece of paper. When we ordered the other menu, we got the drinks quickly. The duration of the meal was also okay. The burgers were a bit cold, but that wasn't the end of the world as we were hungry. It was different at some neighboring tables who had to return the burgers. However, the horror only started when we wanted to pay. After telling us that we would like to pay, the waitress came after a few signals. The first time she tried to charge us, she noticed that we didn't appear anywhere in the system, since she had written down our order by hand. She said she would come back soon. In the meantime, she tried to serve other tables or collect money. After a good 10 minutes she came back and it seemed as if she had forgotten everything in the stress. So she said goodbye again for “5 minutes”. Those 5 minutes would still last today if we hadn't spoken to her again when she went to the toilet while she was calmly walking from A to B in the restaurant. There was a queue of people outside waiting to be seated, which would have been possible if the large number of people were allowed to pay. We kept waiting. After 45 minutes, when there was already a long queue for another cashier inside the restaurant, we were a bit annoyed. So, anticipating that our order wouldn't show up anywhere, we wrote down what we ate and what it all cost. After another 5 minutes we were allowed to pay. However, the waitress again failed to collect and she passed us on to the boss, where there was already another queue to pay. We were finally allowed to pay our bill. After almost two hours in the restaurant, we just wanted to leave. The mood of the guests became negative. What particularly bothered us was the disrespectful and cute demeanor of the employees. We will avoid the restaurant in the future and advise friends not to visit it. At least the ambience is acceptable.

I recently visited Peter Pan and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Despite making a reservation, we had to wait a very long time for our food - over 1 hour. There was no explanation or excuse for the delay. Unfortunately, this greatly affected our evening. The food was good, but the extremely long wait had a very negative impact on the overall experience. Hopefully this will be improved in the future.

We (2x adults, 2x children) had reserved for 6:30 p.m. Due to the season and the good weather, there was a lot going on and the wait staff was busy. Our waitress didn't show her stress. Pointed out to us that there would be a bit of a wait for the food, which we thought was good. The food came and everything was tasty. We also treated ourselves to a delicious dessert. It was a great evening. Gladly again.

We reserved a table at 6 p.m. and then had to wait a relatively long time for our drinks. Our meal, which wasn't much (4 burgers and 2 fries), took so long that it didn't arrive until 7:35 p.m. So we had to take our food with us, otherwise we would have missed our train. Nevertheless, it was a really nice environment and the service was also very friendly. The food tasted good, but it would have been much more relaxed and tasty to eat in the restaurant instead of on the train.

We were there on Friday. Food was great. However, the staff was completely overwhelmed, probably like everywhere else there was a lack of staff. It took forever before we got a card, before someone took an order, etc. We weren't offered a high chair, even though we had one (we found it ourselves in front of the toilets). We tried again today, we were kept waiting for a long time before we were told that it was only available outside due to a lack of staff. A sign would have been simple and helpful.

I readily admit that I don't like such large, crowded and therefore noisy places. If you also sit in an uncomfortable manner, probably because you are rushing to free your place for the next guests after eating, that doesn't make the impression better. We actually didn't want to go in there either, but it was Saturday!!! In the evening at 9 p.m. the only shop where you could get something to eat.

A great restaurant right in the heart of Warnemünde. The food was very tasty and the service was super friendly. The “little place” was also very clean and the Peter Pan radio play was playing in the background. We will definitely come back a second time.

It was supposed to be a successful end to the holiday, but unfortunately it wasn't. We were there on time, but only sat at our table 20 minutes later. The drinks were quickly brought to our table only mine wasn't what I ordered. When it came time to order food, we had to wait almost an hour for the food because we were “forgotten”. I ordered a burger and nachos and of course the nachos were forgotten after the hour of waiting. All in all, I just have the feeling that the staff is completely overwhelmed and that can't even fix the extremely nice ambience.

Update: Today unfortunately very disappointed with the food and the very nice service, you placed your order and then off you went, would you like it with this or that without noticing that all of this resulted in a fairly high additional price. The new fries platter on the menu had no comment that it was also available with sweet potatoes at an additional cost. Well then yes. The bill that I first had to ask for included an additional charge of 2.50 euros and so it continued with the burger and everything else. If it had been ok at least in terms of the amount, well, unfortunately I'm not happy with an additional amount of almost 15 euros. The sweet potatoes were almost cold and covered in a super sweet BBQ beef sauce. No talk of enjoyment. Very unfortunate. I was actually always quite satisfied with the food and service, until today (July 15, 2024, 2 p.m.). Fries were ordered. Drinks came quickly and were delicious as always. After about 45 minutes the fries arrived, some of which were already cold. People around us who ordered after us got their food beforehand. The highlight, however, was the comment of a waiter who brought the food. Would I have the portion for myself and would I even be able to do it? The portion would probably not be intended for one person alone. That was incredibly outrageous and body shaming. That doesn't work. I've never had that before. When we paid, we passed it on to another waitress who wanted to take care of it. This must not happen and should definitely be addressed internally.

When we arrived we had to wait at the table for several minutes during which we saw that the people who were arriving after us were being served but no one approached us. I went by myself to take the menu book because no one came to assist us. After this we also had to call an employee to take our order… After the order was taken the food was super fast, very abundant and delicious. I recommend it? Yeah. I wouldn't say the service is excellent but it's not bad either. The food is very delicious and the price is reasonable. I appreciate the wide variety of vegetarian and vegan burgers. We spend around 40€ for the meal you see in the picture with the 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 big drinks.

Unfortunately I can honestly only give a 3 star rating. We were there on a Sunday. It felt like it was absolutely impossible to get in without a reservation. It was constantly full. However, that was perhaps also because it was Sunday evening and Warnemünde week. We had reserved and got a seat inside. We were traveling with a small child and therefore also with a stroller. We were asked by service to leave the stroller unsecured in the anteroom or outside. I didn't find that great given all the hustle and bustle in Warnemünde. Our service was very nice. Unfortunately, she recommended that we don't order anything extra for our toddler, as his dad might eat with him as the portions are very large. However, they weren't really that. Our child had eaten all of Dad's fries and Dad was still hungry afterwards. We had to wait a whole hour for food with children. Both children were in a bad mood because they were really hungry. The service was nice, no question, but the overall organization should perhaps be worked on. The seats were also very uncomfortable (wooden benches with very thin cushions). Afterwards I had quite a bit of back pain and could no longer sit. Unfortunately, our son (9 years old) wasn't really fed up with the children's menu either. This was probably also because the children's menu on Sundays only costs €5.90 instead of €10.90 and the portions are therefore smaller. We were really disappointed as we know it much differently and much better from another Peter Pane restaurant. You had the feeling of mass processing, but unfortunately the organization doesn't work properly, which is really a shame. Unfortunately I couldn't take any photos because everyone was very hungry.
