Super nice and helpful service staff who took a lot of time to explain things despite rush hour!

We often eat at Peter Pane. The lunch menu is unbeatable and both the burgers and drinks are delicious. The staff is very friendly and we feel welcome. The only drawback: the benches are very hard and quickly become uncomfortable. In some places they are placed a bit very close together. During the meal I had the gentleman at the next table's elbow in my side a total of three times. (It's probably partly because he wasn't paying attention, but it was also very tight.)

Big recommendation!😇 We reserved a table for two during the weekday evening and were more than happy with our visit. The young waiter Jonas in particular was extremely accommodating. At the beginning we were recommended, among other things, the aperitif of the month, which turned out to be a very good recommendation. The atmosphere is super pleasant and beautifully designed. As in every Peter Pane I've been to so far, super super nice and courteous staff, great food (in my case vegan) and cozy location.

The customer is king? Definitely not here. Got the wrong burger delivered and politely pointed it out to the restaurant with no expectations. Had a hard breakfast and was asked why I was even calling if I didn't want a new burger. I think it's still important to point out this misstep to the company, because if this happens often without feedback nothing can be improved or am I looking at this wrong? Respect and politeness should already be there.

Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the food but it was very tasty.

Please leave the bathroom fans and silicone mats in the restaurant. The people are really cool and it's tasty

In order to get a St. Peter's break we were there at the prescribed time, we didn't get a card at the table with this information that there is a St. Peter's break, then I spoke to the waiter, who said this offer is available according to the website, "but it will be no longer made public in order to make more profit," was the waiter's statement... I find it very customer unfriendly... All the waiters were very friendly and the food still tasted very good!

We wanted to go out for something to eat on November 5th, 2024 around 1:30 p.m., there were two of us, the restaurant was almost empty and we were led to a table by a very unfriendly lady, which was a high table with a bar stool and all without asking if that was ok is. Then the cards were thrown on the table and she was gone. We didn't even sit down, we immediately turned around and went into the blockhouse just a few meters away and were greeted as friendly as always and offered a table by the window with decent chairs 👍. That's what I call service and maybe your restaurant could go there and learn what service means.

Unfriendly service! We've never waited so long for burgers! We ordered at 6:20 p.m. and our burger arrived at 7:38 p.m. Shameless, the colleague didn't even explain himself when we asked.

It was my first time there and I enjoyed a breadless burger. Extremely delicious and thank you for being so progressive and offering something like this. In the group of 9 people between 8 and 70, every dish was a success. Will definitely come back.

I like going to Peter Pane, the waitresses are very friendly and we've never had any problems. The food is top. The home-made creations and salads are particularly recommended. The price/performance ratio is right and anyone who wants to spend a nice evening will get their money's worth here. Unfortunately, I often found that there were still crumbs on the tables or they were slightly sticky. In addition, the tables are very closely spaced, so it can be a bit noisy at times. All in all, given the overall impression, it's a high level of complaint and in my opinion it's absolutely okay in this price range.

Unfortunately there has been a significant decline, especially in service. Too bad.

The employees sat in the 'dining room' and consumed the food they had brought with them. We also ordered nuggets for our child and then got the vegetarian snuggles. We were told that next time we should say fried chicken strips, although it was his job to ask which nuggets we wanted.

We ate there with our friend (wheelchair). We were warmly welcomed and given a table, even though we didn't reserve and it was really full. Peter Pane ist ein schöner Laden mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Es ist leider etwas eng da die Tische und Plätze sehr klein sind. Wir wollten den neuen Smash Burger testen und wurden leider enttäuscht. Es waren normale Pattys auf dem Burger und wir mussten recht lange auf die 2 Burger warten. Geschmack war trotzdem gut aber eben kein Smash Burger.

Very disappointing experience! The waiters at Peter Pan Restaurant are extremely rude and uninterested in their guests. Even on sunny days there is no service in the outdoor area, even though all the tables are empty. Yesterday we were there for lunch and had to wait for 20 minutes until someone finally came and told us that there was no room and the food wouldn't be ready for another hour. We wanted to wait outside until the indoor area became available, but the waiter refused again and said that there is no service outside even though all the outdoor tables were empty. This wasn't the first time we've had a bad experience. In the summer we had a small birthday party with just 4 people, but even though it was summery and the weather was perfect, the staff frantically started clearing our table at 8pm and quickly brought the bill as if they were going to kick us out before 9pm. The waiters are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. Absolutely not recommended!

Great service, extremely friendly staff, great location, great ambience. A few small things "could be better and would put the cherry on the cake" when visiting Peter Pane Rostock if the fries and burgers came out of the kitchen a little hotter. But all in all I would eat there again!!!

Now more precisely: my husband and my grandson had their food long before me - I only got my salad when I asked for it and a server tried to give it to me in my hand (over a half-height wall...), which I asked for. Please serve it to me at the table... An absolute no-go.

Nice here, but the wait for the food is almost 40 minutes too long and the service could ask if you still want drinks or if everything is OK. is. So it feels like mass processing, but maybe. you can't expect anything else. It's also quite loud, which could be counteracted with acoustic elements. But it tasted good.

We had another wonderful and delicious evening with you! The only thing that could be improved is perhaps simply due to the low number of staff and the fact that it always takes quite a long time for the order to be placed, otherwise there is absolutely nothing to complain about!

Personal sehr freundlich, Essen ging schnell und war sehr lecker, preislich auch gerechtfertigt. Sogar der Geburtstagstisch wurde geschmückt und etwas kleines schönes gab es fürs Geburtstagskind auch noch kostenlos. Einzige kleine Kritik ist, das die Sitzbänke außen sehr schmal sind, zum lange sitzen ist es leider nicht, vielleicht habt ihr da ne andere Idee eines Tages. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

We really liked the food, the service and the ambience. The menu is large and varied. I particularly like the vegetarian burgers here.

That was nothing! I have ordered. I was there at the specified time and informed the service person. He said: “It took two minutes, greeted a friend and from then on was only seen from a distance. At some point I gave up hope and contacted the next service person - with similar results. Then the third… After a quarter of an hour I got my bag. A single disappointment at home. Sweet potato fries dripping with fat, the burger is roughly the same as the simple burger from the Golden M, but unfortunately it costs four times as much and the beer is room temperature. Napkin would have been nice. Actually did everything wrong. I'm definitely not coming back

Wir waren für Seightseeing in Rostock und wollten am Mittag nicht richtig groß essen gehen. Allerdings sind in Rostock , wie an der gesamten Ostsee, die Preise sehr gestiegen. Fischbrötchen jetzt 4,50€, belegte Brötchen vom Bäcker ab 5€ , Pizza ab 11€ für eine Magarita… man kennt es inzwischen. Und auch wenn man nicht auf den Euro gucken muss, möchte man sich nicht jeden Tag gefühlt abzocken lassen. Wir sind also auf Peter Pane gestoßen, ein Burger Restaurant, uns aus NRW unbekannt, also den Versuch gewagt. Im Restaurant sieht es ansprechend aus, besonders für junge Leute. Hipp aber urig. Die meisten Gäste waren auch junge Leute. Die Tische sind relativ klein. Haben an einem 4 Tisch gesessen an den man sich schon fragt wie da 4 Teller drauf passen sollen. Die Bänke sind ohne Rückenlehne. Anlehnen nur möglich wenn man auf der Wandseite sitzt. Die Burger auf den Tellern der Gäste sahen sehr ansprechend aus. Die Karte ist recht umfangreich und die Burgerauswahl interessant. Es gibt auch vegetarische Burger, außerdem Salate und brotlose Burger. Die Preise, auch hier durchaus gehoben. Burger ab 10,90€, das ist aber der einfachste, ohne alles. Dann gehts so ab 13€ -19€ weiter, ohne Beilage natürlich. Die kommt extra ( Pommes 5€). Die selbstgemachte Limo wird in großen Gläsern serviert und kostet ebenfalls 5,50€. Wir sind dann auf das Mittagsmenü aufmerksam geworden. Klassik Burger, mit kleiner Pommes und die selbstgemachte Limo für zusammen 10€ ( wie gesagt, der Klassik Burger sollte schon 10,90€ Osten und das Getränk auch nochmal 5,50€). Also bestellt. Und es war wirklich gut , Der Burger zwar einfach, und die Portion Pommes klein, aber absolut ausreichend, vor allem wenn man nicht vollgefuttert die Stadtführung mitlaufen möchte. Ein richtig gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mal zur Abwechslung. Der Service wird von jungen Mädels, wahrscheinlich Studentinnen bestritten. Etwas langsam aber nun ja, in einer solchen Lokalität erwarte ich auch nicht mehr, die beiden waren sehr nett und es war Mittagszeit , der Laden voll. Von daher zu entschuldigen. Alles in allem zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Stopp.

Great Peter Pan restaurant like you already know from other big cities. The burgers are absolutely delicious, the service is very friendly and attentive. The barmaid was also very nice. We can definitely recommend you. The price has become a bit more expensive in recent years. But that doesn't necessarily have to be viewed negatively. This is simply the result of the economic situation. Keep it up, great team!

Had dinner here this afternoon and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food. Absolutely great, which unfortunately we cannot say about the service. A young, handsome man with glasses served us. When he brought the food, he had already forgotten which table he had taken the order at and brought the food to the next table. After a brief note we now had our food, the waiter was very unfriendly from the start. When it came time to pay, we wanted to pay an amount of €40 with two euro pieces. He then became very rude and was very angry with the words "You don't have to imagine that I will take 40€ from you in 2€ pieces for payment, I will take it ten euros in two euro pieces, you can pay the rest by card or in That's not what he meant. Apparently he doesn't know the rule that he has to accept 50 pieces of money with a value of up to €200 from you and that this is reasonable. It wasn't a bad intention on our part. All year round we collect two euro pieces into our holiday fund for our holidays and then use them when eating. So far we have always been met with enthusiasm, and the waitress was even happy to receive some change. We would have understood if we had received a proper explanation. He even vigorously rejected a compromise with €20 in hard money and €20 in banknotes. It's a shame for this behavior, because the rest was great and simply perfect.

The food in this burger restaurant was delicious and it didn't take long at all to be served. However, the young man who served us was a bit uncoordinated, unfriendly and flippant. I also don't think it's okay for older guests to be addressed as "Du". And it's not appropriate to sit down at the table with the guests when taking their order, I find that extremely strange.

Really super nice service, who accommodated us 8 people without reservations. Delicious burgers and drinks.

The food was OK but the service was poor or subpar. You stand at the door for ages until someone comes, then you sit at the table for ages without getting the card. After asking, we got the cards and the children got a children's card with puzzles and a menu card to mark but without pens.... Then we could finally order and we got the food promptly, but there was no trace of the drinks. After we had eaten, the drinks arrived, much to the delight of the children. The service staff is visibly overwhelmed and totally unfriendly, and people roll their eyes at the service at the neighboring table. The dessert, which was part of the children's menu, only came after I asked for the bill. We have never experienced anything like this!

I think if you order take away salad you should add cutlery.

We were there without a reservation, although it was relatively full, we were looked after very well, the food was great, the service was good, the food was a bit too expensive at €101,00 for 4 people in my opinion, the food was quite good except for one burger was very dry, the Geschier wasn't polished, you could see the water stains everywhere. Maybe I'm a bit peculiar about that, but I think that at such a price, the Geschier can look good. I really like the atmosphere. 4/5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Wonderful, except it wasn't pointed out to me that I would pay less if I had ordered the components individually rather than as a menu.

We were there for a business lunch and all colleagues were impressed. As a company, we will use this opportunity more often. P.S. The waitress should only talk about the guests when no one is there anymore. This prevents mix-ups or misunderstandings. ;-)

The burgers and drink selection are good and varied, the ambience is a matter of taste. In principle there is nothing wrong with the service. Personally, I find it unpleasant to be called by the very young staff without being asked...but that's probably the business model in such restaurants.

Were recently here to celebrate a youth consecration. The burgers were delicious and there was a great variety at decent prices. There was a nice ambience, although quite dark, it was beautifully decorated inside with jungle elements and the service was also good.

Went to Peter Pane in Warnemünde. The food was great, everything was super quick and tasty, only the table was super dirty and wasn't cleaned.

Wir sind zum Geburtstag unseres Sohnes hierher gekommen,da wir beim letzten Besuch sehr zufrieden waren. Leider hat heute alles sehr lange gedauert. Selbst der Nachtisch im Kindermenü hat noch einmal eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Daher saßen wir für eine Essensbestellung zwei Stunden.Das ist eindeutig zu lange gerade auf den doch nicht bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ich hoffe,dass es beim nächsten Besuch wieder schneller klappt. Die drei Sterne sind für das leckere Essen und die tollen Getränke.

Delicious food, delicious drinks. Unfortunately we waited far too long for food today. An hour until the burger came and then another half hour for dessert. So we were there for two hours for fries, burgers and a small dessert, which is far too long to wait, especially with the seating being quite uncomfortable. The service was significantly better the last time we visited in April. We hope that we will be lucky again on our next visit.
