The Teepott in Warnemünde – a true landmark – immediately won us over with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Idyllically situated next to the old lighthouse, it offers not only a stunning view but also a pleasant place to stop for a bite to eat. The food was good and tasty, and the staff deserves special mention: flexible, attentive, and helpful. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable visit to a special place.

The service was very good and friendly. The drinks were delicious, but very expensive. Since the food was also extremely expensive, we unfortunately didn't order any... What a shame!

There were four of us today, and we had reserved a table in advance. Our request for a table with a view of the water was granted, the table was nicely set, and my dad had a wonderful birthday meal. A special thank you to the lovely restaurant staff member/waitress who took such good care of us.

We were there last Wednesday with six people and felt very comfortable. All six dishes were excellent, the service was incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere was simply wonderful. We highly recommend Teepott and will definitely be back!

We had made a reservation and requested a window seat, which worked out perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The wait times were very short. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the three-course tea-pot menu. Considering the restaurant's class and location, I think the price was reasonable.

Unfortunately, it's too ostentatious to be a landmark on one side, and on the other side it says "BAKER BOY", which I see on every corner in Greifswald!!!

Affordable and good, the rooms are well-equipped, and the breakfast was adequate. The location near the harbor was convenient.

The Teepott always brings back fond childhood memories. It's still a wonderful place, and the restaurant is very well run. This year, we chose the set menu for lunch, and everything was very good and delicious. The prices have increased since then, but the service here is commensurate. It's always our choice when we come to Warnemünde.

It was my first time eating at this special place - with great service, although the restaurant was unfortunately very noisy. The food was beautifully presented, but it lacked the spicy kick that was worth the higher prices.

Pictures of guests' dishes are indeed very appealing. We've been guests in Warnemünde several times a year for 15 years, including at the Teepott, but I've never been able to enjoy this presentation, which is very appealing. We've experienced many ups and downs at the Teepott, both in terms of service and cuisine. At the beginning of the year, the service was fantastic, and the food was super delicious. Now in September, after all these years, the worst food ever, the worst service ever. It's so sad for the landmark of Warnemünde.

Of course, the best in town, with prices to match. At the same time, outstanding quality and great staff. We'd be happy to return.

First, the positives: the starters were all good, and the service was also really great. It was all the more incomprehensible that all six main courses were bad. The fish was dry, the duck was tough, the pasta was overcooked and tasteless, and the gnocci was boring. And 3.90 for an espresso is pretty cheeky. We had hoped for more, which is a shame.

The food was excellent, except for the duck breast. I deduct two points for the service. Not asking if you enjoyed the meal and serving the starter and main course at the same time is a faux pas.

We were at the Teepott on September 19th and 20th. After some initial frustration because we had to wait a long time for a table despite having reserved a table, we were compensated by very friendly staff, promptly delivered drinks, and delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere. We went back the following day because the Italian restaurant across the street still has a lot to learn about gastronomy. The Teepott saved our evening and my wife's birthday. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We came spontaneously and got a great spot to sit. (During the holiday season, it's probably best to ask for a table.) We had a very good meal. The food and the house lemonade were excellent. The staff were friendly and always present. We enjoyed the ambiance. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. We would definitely go back to this restaurant. Top ☺️

We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday in the Captain's Room on August 30th. It was a blast... the food, the drinks, the entire atmosphere... Thanks to the perfect preparation by the service team, it was a truly fantastic experience. Our guests, like us, are still raving about it and will never forget this event! We made a reservation. We've also had the opportunity to try spontaneously and get a table. The reception and service were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. In good weather, the terrace with a view of the Alter Strom (not available from every seat) and the Baltic Sea is recommended.

Coffee and cake, thanks to inflation, got a bit out of hand (€4 + €6.40). The cake was beautifully presented, but both versions we tried tasted like convenience foods.

Unfortunately, we had the same experience as other guests mentioned in the reviews. The area in the evening sun was blocked by a serving cart. When we sat down in this area with our drinks, the staff quickly asked us to leave because they had cordoned off the area. Our polite inquiry as to whether we would mind staying seated was met with the retort that other guests would also want to sit in the sun. That wouldn't be possible. So, we went back to the shade overlooking the public restroom. Tip: I'd rethink how I treat my customers.

Three of us went for lunch on Thursday and got a nice table on the terrace overlooking the beach without a reservation. (It got very busy later on, so a reservation is definitely recommended.) The service was very friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the food immensely. There's also a vegan dish on the menu, which was very tasty (pearl with chanterelle mushrooms, zucchini, and vegan fried strips). We've been to Warnemünde several times, but this was our first visit to this restaurant. We'll be happy to return next time.

- The waitress (a woman with dark hair) was constantly on her cell phone and extremely unfriendly, snippy, and made you feel like she was being treated condescendingly. She also walked by with her eyes lowered, like "don't speak to me." We also had to wait forever to be seated because the woman at the reception was on a personal phone call (a "Blume 2000" consultation). - The changing table is absolutely wobbly, and the changing area is completely ugly. No pictures or anything nice in this area, which is a real shame because it would be so simple. Also, the child's private parts are in the room, which I don't think is very convenient. - There were three of us in a group, and we were only told before paying that it wasn't possible to pay separately. Why not? Absolute nonsense! + The food was good. + It was clean, and you have a nice view of the surroundings. It's a shame that the visit from six people was so negative, especially because of the service. We won't be coming back.

Very nice atmosphere, with a fantastic view and one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I highly recommend it if you're ever there, just take advantage. It's worth it, I'd love to go again.

We were there spontaneously and just wanted something to drink on the outdoor terrace. A very nice gentleman greeted us and offered to escort us outside. After a few meters, the three of us were stopped by one of the gentleman's colleagues, who also told him in front of us that it wasn't going to work, that he had to watch his time, that there was a lack of space, etc. The bar was almost empty, and this was during the Hanse Sail. The drink was watered down, and a half-awakened peppermint, floating hopelessly on top, was the last straw. In short, anyone who treats their staff in front of guests like they did in our case, for no reason at all, has, in my opinion, lost the idea of good service.

I had a very pleasant visit to Teepott! There was no wait time, and the friendly staff immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The ambiance is charming and inviting, even when it was busy – which speaks volumes about the restaurant's popularity. I was particularly impressed by how well the children were catered to. The menu is varied and the food is delicious. My only minor criticism: the prices are a bit high, especially for tea at almost five euros. This might put some guests off. Overall, though, a highly recommended restaurant!

We were looking for a place for a beer and something to eat. The outdoor terrace was closed due to the weather, but we were welcomed inside. A snack isn't on the menu, but I saw a fish counter among the appetizers. I ordered a version for two. Fantastic! Plenty of it, varied, and delicious. Afterward, we decided to stay. We saw a flammkuchen (flannel cake) come by, and it was so big that we decided to order one. More than enough for the two of us. The best value for money so far here in Watnemunde. 100% likely to return.

I visited the Teepott in Warnemünde, a very well-known restaurant, at lunchtime. Friendly service, and there weren't long waits. I chose the maritime-themed mixed fish fillet (zander, coalfish, cod, and salmon fillets), fried potatoes, and salad. It was accompanied by a dry rosé wine. The price is justified, as the dish was very tasty. I highly recommend it.

We were here again today after a good 40 years. The food was really good, except for the tagliatelle with pesto. Unfortunately, it was too oily for my daughter, but that was her preference. My wife and I were extremely satisfied. The "Teepott" house lemonade is absolutely fantastic.

This is truly a gem of architecture from the late 1960s. It's a good thing it's still standing after difficult times.

It's simply no longer what it once was, and what it should be. While it's been spruced up and adapted to modern standards, a part of the building is missing that would have been the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sea view. The prices are overpriced (coffee and a fancy cake for just under €12).

There were two of us and we didn't want to sit in the sun. All of the shady seats outside were already occupied, except for one table. This one table was directly under the loudspeaker, from which music was playing at a not-so-quiet level. At our request, the wait staff turned the music down a bit so we could sit comfortably there. This made it possible to have a conversation even at a normal volume. The service was very friendly the whole time, and both dishes were delicious. In other words, if we go back to Warnemünde, we know where to stop again! Compliments to the kitchen and the service. The only drawback is that the restrooms could have a better scent. There is a container there that releases a little scent, but it's not enough, as the restrooms are very busy due to the large number of guests.

It's a shame that the currently unused area of ​​the Teepottes looks rather run-down. It doesn't look like there's any ongoing construction going on either. But it's very nice to enjoy the view of the beach and the sunset in the evening before dinner with a delicious drink you brought along.

Everyone enjoyed the food. For a group like ours, it was a perfect evening. Conclusion: We highly recommend this restaurant!

This is a nice landmark for the city of Warnemünde. We were out on the beach with friends and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The tea pot in Warnemünde is an eye-catcher. Next time we will come for dinner.

Overall, the food was really tasty and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Unfortunately this time the asparagus wasn't quite cooked through and was a bit bland. I tried to give friendly feedback, but unfortunately it wasn't really received. It's a shame, because honest feedback often helps. Still a nice visit, maybe it was just a blip.

If you get a voucher for this sophisticated restaurant, it's a very nice gift. Since we just popped in spontaneously, we didn't actually expect that we would get a table straight away to redeem our voucher. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The selection on the menu is manageable, so our order was found quickly. The absolutely very tasty dishes are served quite quickly and hot. In the visually very clear arrangement, the food doesn't seem very lavish. But be careful, this impression is misleading. We had trouble eating the entire portion. Beforehand, we were given a greeting from the kitchen, consisting of fresh bread with two different dips. We felt very comfortable here.

The restaurant has an extremely cozy atmosphere. The service is very nice. Unfortunately, the food disappointed us. Apart from looking nice on the plate, it lacks flavor. I believe that if the menu says: Pasta with salmon and spinach, then tomatoes should not play the main role in this dish, and you should look for spinach. Unfortunately, the pasta was very weak. The duck was quite good, especially the sauce served with this dish. Overall, we were not impressed with the food. But the service and atmosphere are 5 stars!

This place gets my absolute recommendation. After a walk on the beach and an appetite for something tasty....stopped there for the first time (since 8 times in Warnemünde). Even our wish for a place with a view of the lake was fulfilled by the exceptionally nice waitress. The food was also very good and not overpriced (for this famous location). We were absolutely positively surprised and now have the tea pot on our “do it” list.

The Tea Pott at the Lighthouse, a tourist landmark, houses a nice restaurant with a nice ambience, nice, friendly and attentive service and tasty, high-quality food. The “Teepott Hanseatic plate” with various fish including side dishes is particularly recommended.

The Café im Teepott offers a great selection of teas, cakes and savory snacks. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a great view of the beach and ocean. Especially when the weather is nice, the terrace is a perfect place to sit outside and enjoy the day. The service was friendly and attentive, and the quality of the food and drinks was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the homemade cake and the freshly brewed tea - both were delicious and perfect for a little break. Another plus is the location of the Teepott, right on the promenade and just a few steps from the beach. It is the ideal place to stop after a walk along the coast. All in all, the visit to the Teepott in Warnemünde was a completely positive experience. The Teepott is a charming café with a unique charm and a great view - highly recommended for anyone who is in Warnemünde and wants to spend a relaxing time by the sea.
