UPDATE!:
They followed up their comment and contacted me privately. They were explanatory and helpful. They also offered me different ways to compensate for the bad experience that I had so, I am updating my review.

I just survived the worst burger of my life. None of the ingredients were fresh—the tomatoes were almost yellow, the lettuce was nearly brown, and one of the buns was burnt, probably from being microwaved. The patties were completely dry, with no juice in them. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to wait 90 minutes on top of it all. No apologies, no money back, no nothing. This place was decent a couple of weeks ago, but now it’s an absolute disgrace. Honestly, shutting it down would be an act of public service.

I just survived the worst burger of my life. Not a single ingredient was fresh - the tomatoes were almost yellow, the lettuce was almost brown, and one of the rolls was burnt, probably from being microwaved. The patties? Dry as a bone, completely without juice or taste. And as if that wasn't bad enough, I had to wait 90 minutes for it. No apology, no money back, nothing.
This store was fine a few weeks ago, but now it's an absolute disgrace. Honestly, closing it would be a public service.
This is my first Google review, but after the shocking treatment I received on 3/2/25, I feel compelled to do so.
After a long day and travel, I went to this McDonald's with my boyfriend and a friend for a quick bite to eat. We were tired and ordered at the order terminal. My friend wanted a McFlurry with Smarties, but the terminal only showed the plain version. I was distracted and thought he took it anyway. Additionally, the terminal did not print our order ticket.
Later, my friend saw that other guests had a McFlurry with Smarties and asked me to ask when picking up the food. At the checkout I explained to the employee that we had chosen the wrong option and wanted the Smarties-McFlurry. She seemed helpful at first, but then realized that the McFlurry wasn't even on our order (my friend had changed his mind). Instead of remaining objective, she began to ridicule me in front of her colleague and imply that I was lying.
When I calmly explained to her that it was a misunderstanding and that I was willing to pay, she became loud and accused me of deliberately lying to get the McFlurry for free. I tried to explain to her that it would be absurd to order two menus for €12 each and then cheat for €3, but she continued to yell at me in front of other customers.
I ended up leaving the store without the McFlurry and feeling bad. I am an honest person and I don't like to be portrayed as a fraud for no reason. I hope a manager checks this behavior. Maybe the employee had bad experiences with other customers, but you can't treat people that way - especially when they apologize and want to pay.
Sad and completely unprofessional.
Haben uns Essen liefern lassen. Hat sehr lange gedauert und dann hat komplett alles gefehlt, was ich bestellt habe, außer einem Getränk. Leider eine negative Erfahrung. Sonst immer lecker.
My boyfriend and I ordered an ice cream, it was only half full, so I asked the staff if that was right, they laughed at me and the boss who made the ice cream said that that was the right amount, in every other McDonald's you get a full ice cream!! 😡
Very expensive!
Here we have fries with currywurst, two salads, two drinks and a piece of cake. The price of €28 really shocked us. Everything tasted great. The setvice was very taciturn and rude. Not a bit of friendliness.
Today, it seemed, was my jackpot day.
After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to politely ask. A friendly employee explained that it would be ready soon.
12 minutes later, upon request, I received at least part of my order. 6 minutes later, the rest arrived.
A little tip: just pay attention to the people waiting and maybe talk to them. It helps 😉
By the way: it was hardly busy...
Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Pizza Tonno over the phone, but when I picked it up, a Pizza Funghi and a Pizza Sucuk were prepared instead. When I pointed out that this wasn't my order, I was treated rudely and had to argue to even get the right pizza. He said to me, completely angry, yes then we have to make a new pizza. Instead of making a fresh Pizza Tonno, they simply threw tuna on the wrong pizza and put it back in the oven - the result was a completely dry pizza without cheese. This is not the way to treat customers, especially if the fault lies with the staff. And then charging €22 for it is really a disgrace. Unfortunately no recommendation
