Lunchtime food for delivery via internet, ordered via the Crazy Croque website. The order confirmation came quickly and advised a delivery time of 30 minutes. (The store is 5 minutes away from me by car.) After well over 60 minutes nothing had arrived. So I called and asked where my order was. The man on the phone was anything but friendly and listening was not his core competency. After waiting for a while, I was informed that my order would be going out soon. I then, now really angry, said that I no longer wanted the order because I now had telephone conferences and couldn't eat. I was then told, “That will just be canceled.”. No apology nothing. The gentleman on the phone didn't seem to care at all. I then told him that none of my friends and acquaintances in the area order there anymore, because of the lousy service and poor quality of the food (which I haven't been able to understand yet). He didn't care about that either. When I told him that they had lost another customer with this attitude, I was told not to keep repeating myself. I paid via PayPal. I still haven't received my money back 24 hours later. So a dispute is opened. Crazy Croque seems to really need it. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN. And if any of you are in the position of having to order there, you can only pay in cash. Otherwise, you can still run after your money if, like me, you don't receive your goods. ADDENDUM: Thanks to PayPal, to whose messages Crazy Croque incidentally responded just as little as to mine, I got the money back after a month. Without PayPal I would certainly never have seen the money again.

Yikes? We were looking for a no-fuss lunch and ended up here. We easily got a table for three without a reservation. The map reads nicely. I understand the idea of the store but it lacks the heart and staff. The service was always hard-working students and there was definitely no chef in the kitchen. The schnitzel: (pork) was ok. The salad: plenty but hardly any dressing, the ready-made Maultaschen were dripping in rancid oil. The stew: special

I give four stars for the hard-working staff, the friendliness could perhaps still be worked on. But the day after Christmas I probably wouldn't be the most motivated. A small portion of fish & chips for 5.79 euros should meet certain expectations - the portion certainly lived up to this goal. I actually expected not to get much. Perhaps the employees' bad mood is due to the fact that complaints have to be discussed regularly. Be it the quantity or the quality. The chips were very hot = fresh from the deep fryer, the fish [THREE small pieces] was lukewarm. The whole experience costs a friendly 5.79 euros. Respect! Otherwise only the operators of motorway service stations can do this.

Nice Döner, durum and pide. Falafel ist tasty. Service is also fast. Can be a bit more saucy. The last two times the spicy sauce was not enough.

I can't remember the last time I was served such bad food. We were 4 people and had the 3 course menu. When we got to the table, bread and side dishes were already on the table. Given that the hummus etc looked slightly rancid, it had been there for a while. We ordered a bottle of champagne and only received it after the starter and upon request. The service is not working well. The starter, a salad plate, was bland and drowned in the dressing. The roast beef was tough, too thick and had no taste, the dumpling somehow didn't taste like a dumpling and the whole thing was drowned in a brown sauce. The sauce was really bad. I tried the dessert once and didn't eat any more. Canteen feeling, bad food and the service was very nice, but absolutely not good. Everything was a complete disappointment. Never again!

Unfortunately there were too many side dishes. Pre-ordered citizens and got a citizen with vermin. Disgusting. It doesn't work at all. Thanks

Very unfriendly driver. I stood 2m next to the car and the driver looked at me and talked on the phone instead of getting out. Then he drove away. When I tried to complain by phone at the branch, all I got were excuses and that it was my fault as a customer because I couldn't be reached by phone - what's the point when I'm standing next to the Dominos car and the driver is too lazy to open the door? Both the behavior of the driver and the employee on the phone was simply VERY POOR AND CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY SERVICE

The Durüm too dry, the meat is too hard and the bread is like stone. Unfortunately there was far too little meat on it, not recommended, others can do it much better.
