Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich schlecht, wenn man bei Wolt bestellt, lasst es lieber sein.

Das Essen war richtig lecker. Ich bin positiv überrascht. Der Crêpes Ist der Geheimtipp!! am besten von Amir mit Nutella.

Und der Besitzer komplett krank im Kopf natürlich nur positiv gemeint. 😂 Der lustigste Croques Verkäufer, den ich kenne immer gut drauf immer am Lachen und sorgt jedes Mal für gute Stimmung. Wer hier nicht essen war verpasst was. Absolute Empfehlung

Ein getränkt hat gefehlt Saucen waren falsch der Croque nicht geschnitten wie als Notiz hinzugefügt das eine Getränk was von den 2 kam war auch falsch und die Wartezeiten sind heftig

Wir haben 2 Stunden auf unsere Bestellung gewartet im laden geht niemand ans Telefon bei Lieferung der Bestellung kam das Essen, Labberich und kalt an empfehlen wär überhaupt nicht weiter der Fahrer war nett aber ansonsten Total Katastrophe.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Essen wurde erst nach 2 Stunden geliefert und kam zudem kalt und völlig matschig bei uns an. Von der Qualität war ich wirklich enttäuscht. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass ich während der langen Wartezeit mehrfach im Restaurant angerufen habe, aber niemand ans Telefon gegangen ist. Es war unmöglich, jemanden zu erreichen oder nach dem Status der Bestellung zu fragen. So ein Service geht gar nicht. Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Habe Essen bestellt aber es ist nie etwas angekommen und habe auch kein Geld zurück bekommen.

Ich habe über Wolt bestellt. Nach 2 Stunden war mein Essen immer noch nicht da. Hab mehrmals versucht anzurufen und es geht niemand ran! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich war wirklich sehr positiv überrascht! Man merkt wirklich, dass sie frische und gute Zutaten benutzen. Der Crispy Croque mit Knoblauchsauce ist einfach Bombe, 10/10! Der Besitzer und das ganze Team sind super freundlich, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und die Location ist echt schön. Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal herkommen und kann den Laden nur weiterempfehlen.

Vor kurzem essen bestellt. Auf Lieferanten stand: ,,20-45 Minuten“ Inzwischen sind mehr als eine Stunde vergangen. Um genau zu sein, 1 Stunde und 37 Minuten. Seit mehr als einer halben Stunde, steht nichts anderes außer ,,fast bei dir“. Ist der Lieferant ums Leben gekommen oder, isst er gerade zufällig meine Bestellung ? Es ist echt beschämend so lange zu warten. Am Telefon hört man nichts außer ,,ja Bruder eine Minute“. Danach wird aufgelegt. Kaum zu fassen. Einfach nur noch respektlos. Update: Croques wurden nach 2 Stunden endlich geliefert. Komplett kalt und ungenießbar. Nie wieder.

Essen top. Ambiente auch nicht schlecht. Und das 10 Sekunden Spiel auch ne geile Idee, aber mein Kollege hatte es geschafft genau bei 10 Sekunden zu drücken und er bekam nichts, weil er zu oft es versucht hat. Aber da steht nirgendswo dass man nur ein Versuch hat. Ach egal. Croque und Crêpe wirklich sehr lecker dennoch und der Service könnte etwas netter sein.

Nach über 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit kam das Essen kalt und matschig bei uns an. Wir haben dem Fahrer das Essen direkt wieder mitgegeben, dieser war auch sehr freundlich. Ca 20 Minuten später rief mich jemand vom Laden an und fragte in einem patzigen Ton warum ich die Bestellung nicht storniert hätte und das sie jetzt das Essen deswegen wegwerfen müssen. Über 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit, Essen nicht genießbar und dann auch noch den Kunden die Schuld geben wenn sie einen aufgeweichten Croque nicht essen möchten. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Schnell, zuverlässig ,nette Personal und Fahrer .

Ich war bei Louis Croque und bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet, das Brot schön knusprig und die Zutaten haben qualitativ gut geschmeckt. Besonders die Croques sind gut belegt und machen richtig satt, ohne schwer im Magen zu liegen. Der Service war freundlich und zügig, und trotz Betrieb musste ich nicht lange warten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis finde ich absolut fair für die Qualität. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Vor Ort top alles sauber ordentlich Aber wenn man sich was bestellt is das eine reine Katastrophe keiner versteht so richtig was alles is falsch angekommen wie gesagt kein Salat war voll Salat drauf Der uber driver hat kaum was verstanden und hat ne halbe Stunde die Adresse gesucht Essen kam nach über 1 Stunde an komplett kalt Bestellen 6- Vor Ort 2+

Nicht zu empfehlen, ich habe das erste mal bestellt. Croque kam kalt und bereits matschig nach einer Stunde warten an, Getränk wurde vergessen. Das war dem Fahrer aber egal. Erst nach dem ich dort noch einmal angerufen habe, wurde das Getränk 25 min später nachgeliefert. Für den Preis ist das total unverhältnismäßig. Würde dort nicht noch mal essen oder bestellen, es gibt deutlich bessere.

Ich wollte dort bestellen, da der Lieferdienst nur 11 Minuten von mir ist ca 4.5km Ich wurde am Telefon sofort abgewimmelt mit der Aussage das ist zu weit….. klärt mich bitte einer auf falls ich da falsch liege aber auf Lieferando kann ich für 50€ mindestbestellwert bei denen bestellen

Habe ewig auf die Bestellung gewartet, der Croque kam endlich bei mir an, jedoch kalt. Das Brot war wie ein Schwamm vollgesogen und matschig, der Mozzarella war natürlich auch schon hart. Egal wie viele Bestellungen um 2 Uhr nachts reinkommen: wenn man nur solch eine Qualität liefern kann, sollte man die Zeiten vielleicht besser regulieren.. Kocht lieber was selbst oder bestellt woanders🙏🏼 Elias war am Telefon aber super nett!

Einfach unverschämt am Telefon obwohl ich jahrelange Kundin bin und immer per Telefon bestellt habe. Sagt er mir tatsächlich das man am Telefon keine Bestellung annimmt ich solle per Internet bestellen ich habe gesagt das ich das noch nie gemacht habe dann sagt er…, Pech! Echt krass. Nie wieder!!!!

Wenn selbst der eine Stern, einer zu viel ist. Wir haben die falsche Bestellung erhalten Anrufen ist natürlich nicht möglich um das ganze irgendwie zu klären. Das Essen was ankam, war nicht nur falsch sondern es sah auch noch aus, als wäre da ein Bus drüber gefahren. Mit meiner Nuss Allergie und meiner Freundin die Vegetarierin ist, konnten wir das Essen nicht mal essen. Danke für nichts es war definitiv das letzte Mal!

Ich aktualisiere Nach 4monaten dachte ich komm ich gebe euch noch mal eine Chance Und wieder bekomme ich essen geliefert was ich nicht bestellt habe weil sie es nicht mehr haben und es wird auch nicht angerufen und gefragt was man stattdessen haben möchte. Das wird von denen entschieden was ich dann essen soll. So wichtig wie euch eure Kundschaft behandelt , solltet ihr den Laden dicht machen !!!!! Schämen solltet ihr euch . Jetzt wirklich nie wieder !!!! Leider wirklich eine Stammkundin verloren! Essen an sich gut ,nur werden andauernd Fehler gemacht oder einfach was anderes geliefert als bestellt . Weil es ausverkauft ist ,seit einem Jahr? Anstatt chesseballs werden dann einfach Mozzarella Sticks geliefert , auch schon öfter passiert. Oder auf einem Holandaise croque fehlt dann die Holandaise Soße . Dachte gebe einer anderen Filiale eine Chance der gleiche Müll passiert. Wieder was anderes bekommen als ich wollte . Einfach schade sowas.

Ein Croque ist komplett falsch gewesen. Natürlich habe ich aber den ursprünglichen Preis zahlen dürfen. Und eine bestellte und bezahlte Sauce hat gefehlt. Dem Lieferanten ist angeblich das Kartenlesegerät kurz vorher kaputt gegangen sodass ich Bargeld zusammen kratzen musste und merkwürdigerweise wollte er die Rechnung auch wieder zurück haben ( wohl wegen der falschen Bestellung, da hätte ich es ja schwarz auf weiß gehabt)

So when I saw the employee bring out the Mülheimer and then place iceberg lettuce on my croquette without gloves, my appetite vanished. I haven't been given napkins to eat with for the second time, luckily I have some in my car. So, if you just look at the food and the sauces, it's quite tasty there, but they need to work on their service a bit, as you can see the employee doesn't have a particularly good attitude.

I was there last Tuesday night. The sandwich was average and pricey but the waiter was sooooo handsome that i give 5 stars !

I placed an order at 12:44 AM and 2:40 AM, and I still haven't received anything. I called several times, but no one answered. Then one of the employees answered the phone and said coldly, "It will take 25-30 minutes for the order to reach you." He spoke as if everything had been normal. Truly unreliable service, not recommended at all.

A terrible store. Disrespectful, rude, and completely unprofessional! I waited over 1.5 hours for my food, and nothing arrived. Instead of an apology, I got a call saying it would take another 25 minutes. When, after waiting for almost 2 hours, I refused to pay the full price, they simply laughed at me. No joke! The answer was: "No, there's only a coupon." This arrogance and impudence are truly the worst. No customer service, zero understanding, and absolutely no appreciation for paying customers. I canceled my order and advise everyone not to order from here. Such disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. One star is too many. Never again!

I ordered a crepe and a croque with Lotus Cream at 1 p.m. Delivery time was 30-45 minutes. After I inquired, the food arrived cold 1.5 hours later. (Delivery distance 2.5 km) The crepe arrived dry and without any topping. After I called again and asked for a new crepe, I was told it would be here in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, I called again, twice, because the crepe still hadn't arrived. No one answered. Then I called with my work number, and the phone was picked up immediately. I was told they were out of Lotus Cream. (So the crepe hadn't been made yet.) Then I asked for a crepe with a Kinder Bar. It should arrive in 30 minutes at the most. 45 minutes later, I called again because my crepe still hadn't arrived. They apologized and told me that they did have Lotus Cream and that I'd get an extra crepe. It would be with me in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, the same thing happened again. The next employee answered. He was outraged that I was so rude and that they were only doing it as a courtesy. He could cancel the order immediately. Finally, he said the crepe was being made now and would be sent out with the next delivery. It's now 6:00 p.m., and the crepe and another one arrived cold. We won't be ordering from there again.

Never again Louis Croque – and that after so many chances. That was definitely the last time I'll give this place my money. I went there with my partner (around 10:30 p.m.) and we ordered two croques (sucuk and chicken breast plus). So far, so simple – you'd think. But the chaos began immediately: First, our order apparently wasn't recorded by the system. So we ordered again. After about 20 minutes of waiting – the place was almost empty, with only one couple in front of us – we were brought two completely wrong croques. From then on, an absurd drama began: We explained three times what we had ordered and what was wrong with it. Then someone else came and asked again. Explained again. Then – no joke – after a few more minutes, the next question: "What salad was on it?" And shortly after, again: "What sauces were those again?" After 40 minutes: still no food. (And yes, in a case like this, you really do look at your watch.) There was a low whisper in the kitchen about which croque was the right one. Apparently, no one remembered what was ordered – even though we had said it ten times. Meanwhile, a sofa was being dragged through the entrance and across the kitchen. Professionalism? Hygiene? Zero. Disgusting, really. After 45 minutes, we finally got the right croques – after an absurd amount of miscommunication, disorganization, and disinterest. And again: The place wasn't crowded, but almost empty. The crazy thing is: This isn't the first time. Two years ago, we ordered there regularly – and almost every other time, at least towards the end of every single time, the order was wrong. Once, we even got a call while we were already in the car because they had packed us the wrong thing again – even though I had explicitly asked what was in it. Conclusion: Incredibly chaotic shop with zero learning curve, zero organization, and no trace of customer service. I strongly advise everyone against it. If you're hungry and don't want to be frustrated, you should steer clear of Louis Croque. (Dominos is right across the street.)

Before: Absolutely great: Lovingly assembled croques. Crispy and delicious. Special requests: No problem. But it's gradually and steadily gotten worse. Today: Carelessly slapped together white bread. Ordered sesame bread - received regular baguette. Ordered extra sauce - it was missing! But of course, everything was charged. And then it arrived cold and soggy. Sorry, not me anymore. As a former regular customer, this will definitely be my last order. Too bad, it used to be good.

This is the third time my order hasn't been read properly, leaving me hungry again because I'm allergic to coleslaw. There's no option to opt out of it on Croqus; you have to write it down in the note—but that's pointless if no one reads it anyway.

The food is okay, just a bit pricey for a sandwich, but the wait is insane. I called ahead and ordered pickup. After 30 minutes, it still wasn't ready, and then I had to watch him take the money and then prepare my food with dirty hands. :)

One of the best crêpe shops in Hamburg. Fresh ingredients with a good selection of vegetarian and halal options. The raclette cheese used on the crêpes, in particular, makes this shop my favorite. The staff are always friendly and helpful and, by the way, they also make super delicious crêpes. Absolutely top-notch in my opinion.

Very nice sandwiches, the bread is freshly baked its very tasty. I prefer crispy chicken but i have tried almost all of them! The homemade spicy sos its nice! Also if you have a cheat day order a crepe and complete the journey! Recommended !

We waited almost two hours for our order, even though the delivery time was stated as 45 minutes. When we called we were lied to and said the driver had just left. We live 15 minutes away, but it took another good hour. When the croques arrived, they were lukewarm and mushy; I had gristle in the chicken. Never again!!

Today I had lunch there with my husband, the croques were extremely tasty and then the homemade sauce. The lotus cheesecake and the crepe rounded the whole thing off. Everything was extremely delicious, we would love to come back. Actually worth more than 5 stars, keep it up.

I ordered two croques online. When I ordered I was told that it would take 45 minutes. Everything was ok but after further calls they always said it would be there in 10 minutes. In the end we got our food over 2 hours later. And then it was wrong too. I ordered a turkey croque with iceberg, cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese with herb sauce. I got a turkey croque with iceberg and garlic sauce. My colleague didn't see it any better either out.Didn't want cucumbers but with cheese and got cucumbers but no cheese.And instead of chili and herb sauce she got garlic sauce.I will never order there again.

I ordered a Croque Ham “Extreme” twice within two weeks. After the croque arrived more than 1.5 hours late both times, we first had to realize that 2-3 slices of ham (for the whole croque) were extreme, but good. In addition, the croque was cold and muddy both times… Quality has declined significantly in the last few months, the owner may have changed or something else, but at the moment you can't really recommend the store. It's a shame because it used to be better...

Unfortunately, today was the second time that we had to call and ask for our order after waiting for over an hour. We were then offered a crepe as an apology for our delivery. The order arrived 25 minutes later, the driver apologized several times, and the delivery was without crepes.

I ordered three hours ago and still haven't received it. There was no response from the restaurant, they don't respond at all.

Ordered food online. Two croques and two crepes. The croques arrived after about 45 minutes. But the crepes were missing. I then called and the guy on the phone just kept saying “yes” and “online”… when I asked if I could speak to someone who spoke German, he just said he was Persian. Good for him. In Germany you should assume that people who are on telephone duty in the restaurant speak German... Then he just said "The driver will be there in 10 minutes" and called again after 40 minutes and said that I wanted my order, otherwise I would come to the shop with the police. Then he got someone on the phone who understood me. You could only hear them arguing in Persian in the background. I actually only understood the police... after an hour the driver came and said that the boss doesn't speak German and always says "10 minutes"... at least the driver is very nice and apologized. They are the least able to do it.

Worst inhumane experience ever.

I ordered through Uber Eats. We don't have a driver so I asked to cancel. They wanted to do it, but it didn't happen. Contacted Uber Eats directly. They spoke to the store and they denied everything. End of story, Uber Eats doesn't believe me, food wasn't delivered and the store took the money. Criminal activities! Advertisement goes out

I was shocked by the photos and reviews and noticed that everyone who ordered through Lieferando was dissatisfied. I have always been very satisfied with the quality. But I haven't gotten anything like what I see in some of the photos, especially the ones that are a few months old. Maybe they are very different chefs, cooks or whatever you want to call it. Or not enough going on kp.

Unfortunately a star deduction because we didn't get the extra sauce we paid for. Otherwise very tasty.

Ladies and Gentlemen Unfortunately I have to complain again about the poor quality and unreliable service of my order. The croque arrived more than an hour late and this time it was burnt - it smelled and tasted unpleasant. My partner and I immediately had a stomach ache after eating and felt sick to our stomachs. Even in the past, the croque was often either muddy or defective. It appears that the staff are unsuitable to provide a proper service both in operation and delivery. This was the last chance. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a croque on site and ate it there. The price-performance ratio was not right at all. The warmed Morzarella baguette with Cola Zero for 17.50 euros A disaster in terms of price and taste.

Ordered for the first time, delivery took 1.30 hours, 50 minutes was stated. Unfortunately the croque was cold and partially undercooked. But I was still pleasantly surprised, bread was good and so was the sauce! Your price is way too much, 17 euros for a normal-sized salami croque isn't possible if it arrives cold.

The food is very tasty. I just think it's a shame that only Coco-Cola products are offered. Especially if you live in Hamburg, you know about Cola alternatives. After a year full of suffering, the brothers and sisters are certainly happy about it...

Food always arrives very hot, which I personally think is great! In addition, I just had a very pleasant conversation with Max. I didn't specify any sauces or salad, so my mistake. But it was corrected immediately without long discussions, that's how it has to be :) thank you very much!

Everything was misunderstood as a result of which the order arrived incorrectly and was ordered correctly. Salad was later added and it was mentioned in writing and verbally that there was no mention of a pepperoni 😡
