PURE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! Food cannot be rated because the order did not arrive even after waiting for over 2 hours. Such behavior is extremely unfortunate and incredibly unreliable. Why do you leave your guests and customers hanging so disrespectfully? Absolutely not recommended.

The food is very tasty. I just think it's a shame that only Coco-Cola products are offered. Especially if you live in Hamburg, you know about Cola alternatives. After a year full of suffering, the brothers and sisters are certainly happy about it...

Super delicious! The garlic sauce is to die for and the baguette is so fresh and warm, delivered in under 45 minutes. Question: Does Luis really look as good and muscular as he does on the packaging? Ask for a friend...

Food always arrives very hot, which I personally think is great! In addition, I just had a very pleasant conversation with Max. I didn't specify any sauces or salad, so my mistake. But it was corrected immediately without long discussions, that's how it has to be :) thank you very much!

Everything was misunderstood as a result of which the order arrived incorrectly and was ordered correctly. Salad was later added and it was mentioned in writing and verbally that there was no mention of a pepperoni 😡

I've always been happy with Louis so far. When it opened they had cute little personal name tags available to order and years later the quality is still guaranteed to be good. I would also like to praise the top telephone advice, even for small things (greetings go out to the ambitious Earth who helped me a lot.

Bread tasted old and stale, as if it had not been in the oven, inedible/cannot be eaten. No understanding of the Pinnacle Louis Croque. Rude on the phone and disinterested!!!!!

Louis Croque is truly a unique shop in Hamburg. Every time I enter this shop I am enchanted by the pleasant smell of fresh breads and homemade sauces. The breads found at Louis Croque are not only delicious and high quality, but are also prepared with great care and love. The employees in this store always greet you with a warm smile and respectful treatment. The fast and professional service ensures that I go home satisfied with my purchase every time. Additionally, orders are always delivered on time and carefully, which demonstrates their commitment to excellent service. For me, Louis Croque is more than just a shop; it is a place that I visit every time with joy and full of confidence because I know that I will get the best quality and service here.

We just picked up two croques (large) and a salad to take away for €8.50. Paid a total of €38. Then at home there was disappointment. Almost no toppings. The sauce was separately in plastic cups, the dressing would have expired on August 24th, 2024. The bread was very tasty with both croques. Unfortunately you only tasted bread with sauce. We do not recommend the store.

Frozen meat is used (Helal). Dealing with customers is fatal and disrespectful! The croque was prepared incorrectly. A small croque was brought instead of a large one, of course we had to pay for a large one... It's a disgrace!! The customer is definitely not that important to them. Never again.

Worst inhumane experience ever.

I've been ordering a croque every now and then for years. But lately the bread isn't as fresh and crispy as it used to be, and last time the feta croque was hopelessly overloaded with stringy pepperoni. And... how difficult is it to make or buy frozen falafel? I've been wanting to try the falafel croque since May, but it's not available (although it's still listed on the menu). 🤷🏽‍♂️

I ordered a croque from Louis Croque via Lieferando. Since I am allergic to cheese and don't like onions, I added in the note that the croque should please be delivered without cheese and without onions. Unfortunately the croque arrived with cheese. I called Luis Croque and they blamed Lieferando and didn't want to replace the Croque. I paid over €18 for a croque and couldn't even eat it. Not recommended because the store is not customer-oriented.

Unfortunately, pure catastrophe. Ordered via Lieferando and unfortunately my food didn't arrive completely, something was missing and when I called and spoke to an employee they said he would check it and get back to you... there was never a call back... I only paid for half of the order 😂 and what arrived I have to say was unfortunately not tasty at all..

Hello, I've heard a lot of good things about the store! But when I asked on the phone whether it was HALAL, the answer was YES! But strangely enough, it is made with pork in the same oven…. So it can't be HALAL... It would be nice if you had a 2 oven.

The Baugette was delicious, but unfortunately it was poorly topped. It wasn't a croqie but a sandwich. And the price was way too expensive for the size.

A somewhat hip croque shop that offers variations of bread and sauce to the classic croque varieties.

We were advised by Anosch. He explained everything to us and gave us great tips about which sauce goes with which croque. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully crispy bread and intensely flavored dips.

Food is good but ordering doesn't work. First there was an incorrect delivery (that can happen) then the subsequent delivery took more than 80 minutes. Ordered at 7:30 p.m. and the food was there at 9:15 p.m. A pity.

A crouque was missing from delivery. We were then told on the phone that the missing crouque would be delivered soon. After waiting for an hour we called again then were told we can only get a discount code and no croque will be delivered. Very annoying !

I have only ordered here so far. At first the store was great! Lavishly topped croques with a fresh taste! But recently the surface has become narrow. It's still okay, but especially the iceberg lettuce... there's a maximum of half a leaf on the croque and even if I write in the comment fields on the website that I would like a lot of lettuce, nothing happens. To be honest, I don't think these comments will be read. So if that were to change, the store would be great. But I've always had quick delivery!

Then came the bad surprise - only one croque corresponded to the order, the others were simply wrong (varieties and breads). At the end he says goodbye with the words: “I’ll sort it out and call again straight away.” Off-topic: What is there to clarify?! Just send us the food we ordered and paid for. After 45 minutes he still hadn't answered and we called again. The cheerful gentleman answered the phone again and this time told us that we had to pick up the “real” croques and bring the old “wrong” croques with us. Then the employee hangs up. What?! 1. Why exactly doesn't the employee call back? 2. How are we supposed to know to pick up the croques if he doesn't call us? Obviously a quickly made up white lie. 3. Louis Croque makes a wrong delivery and the customer has to pick up the correct one as punishment??? So we should still invest in fuel costs?? 4. As a customer, should I rummage through my trash (the old Croques) so that Lous Croque then throws them away? Absolutely speechless. I can't describe how incompetent this store is. Never before have we seen service and the customer's wishes being so neglected. Definitely 0 stars and let's see how long the “restaurant” can keep going like this.

I was really hungry at 1 a.m. in the middle of the night. Then I called Louis and ordered. Within 5-10 minutes the food was ready and I was able to pick it up and enjoy what I also think was the homemade SOUCE. The food was really tasty and I can only recommend it :-)

The Croque shop is one of the best shops in Hamburg, be it the atmosphere, the food, the service... Everything is A1, there is nothing to criticize. Starting with the taste of the croque: It is delicious, a taste that cannot be described, the bread is fresh and crunchy, the meat is fresh and tender... Everything fits, I can recommend it!

The experience at Louis Croque was disappointing. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I finally had to call myself to receive the delivery. When my food finally arrived, I was disappointed by the small amount of toppings on the camber croque. Considering the price and the waiting time, the quality of the food was definitely not satisfactory. At least the employees are very friendly.

I'm very satisfied. On my lunch break I order a crispy chicken, that's my personal favorite and the combination with the garlic sauce is 10/10. I love the bread, unfortunately I haven't seen it anywhere other than at Louis Croque. Thank you to you :)

Worst croque I've ever eaten. We waited over an hour for our croque. It arrived cold and inedible. When we called there it was a rude young man who had no idea about customer service or customer satisfaction. NOT RECOMMENDED!! worst load

I recently had a meal there in person. Ambiance is good, only the staff is very unprofessional and very loud when talking and what they talk is basically not welcome in a restaurant. The taste was just mediocre.

Never experienced anything like this. I ordered 3 hours in advance, for Iftar and specifically mentioned that you should let me know if it is not possible to deliver, promptly at 8 p.m., as we break our fast at exactly that time. It's now 8:35 p.m. and still no one has come to deliver, after a few calls: no accommodation, excuses such as traffic jams at 8 p.m. are found, the distance between the restaurant and my address is 1.1km, just to note. Here we work strictly with quantity over quality. You definitely have one less regular customer. Good luck with this way of thinking 🙏

Great location and a large selection of food.

Catastrophic! Ordered yesterday at 12:12 a.m. Delivery time was stated as 45 minutes. Waited in vain until shortly before 2:00 a.m. Called and they said my order was prepared late but was on the way. Unfortunately nothing arrived. The next day I called the restaurant. They didn't understand me and just hung up after a short while. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the handling. I ordered via Lieferando. I hope that I at least get my money back.

Unfortunately, delivery times have tripled over the last few months. A the promotion they currently have wasn't held for you either (2 for one) only one was delivered and after a call back and a long discussion my name and address were recorded for the 2nd croque. But it never arrived... and there was no response to the callbacks. I always liked ordering here, but now it's done. Too bad chocolate

We ordered and got a cold croque and the salad was so small and felt like there was nothing in it and that for €13 is a disgrace

CROQUE IS COLD!!! I called several times and the employees laughed their heads off on the phone and made jokes. I WILL NEVER ORDER THE CROQUE WRONGLY DELIVERED SIMPLY ANNOYING.. YOU WERE HUNGRY WAIT ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR THE FOOD AND THEN A BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT!

Ordered 3 times. 1x was really good. Wrong order delivered once via Lieferando. Now I called extra for the third time to make sure nothing went wrong and the wrong order came again. Food is good, but it's no use if you play roulette to see if the right one comes along this time. Great delivery in 30 minutes. But it doesn't help if it's wrong.

The food is so bad we waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes the food was delivered cold we asked the driver if it was warm he said of course it wasn't and after we called a replacement wasn't even delivered I will never be here order again and can only advise anyone not to order here, it's not edible, never again and it was poorly topped

Wir haben heute das erste mal dort bestellt und es wird auch das letzte mal sein. Wir haben einen Kalten Croque bekommen haben einen Thunfisch Croque bestellt, wo zu viel Krautsalat drauf war der zudem auch noch sehr trocken und geschmacklos war, den Thunfisch musste man suchen war nur eine dünne Schicht! Der Fahrer der, dass essen geliefert hat war sehr freundlich

Es wird online ganz groß Werbung gemacht, dass Abholer 40% Rabatt bei Selbstabholung bekommen. Nur ist dieses Angebot seit Oktober abgelaufen. Steht dennoch ganz groß auf der Website und ist das erste was man sieht, wenn man auf deren Seite geht. Im Kleingedruckten steht dann das ablaufdatum. Da das Datum länger her ist ist davon auszugehen, dass der Besitzer das ganze dort bewusst stehen lässt, weil er weiß, dass die meisten darauf nicht achten. Er weiß, dass er damit Leuten das Geld aus der Tasche zieht. Richtig freches und dreistes Verhalten. Wie kann man es 15 Tage später immer noch da stehen haben. Essen hat extrem an Qualität nachgelassen. Es schmeckt einfach nicht mehr. Alles ist trocken und wirkt nicht frisch. Wartezeiten sind so lang, egal ob Lieferung oder Selbstabholung. Werde hier vorerst nicht mehr essen. Das Geld lohnt sich überhaupt nicht.

Ich habe Essen bei Lieferando bestellt, aber die Lieferung kam 1 Stunde und 15 Minuten zu spät. Das Essen war kalt, und einige der bestellten Sachen waren nicht richtig zubereitet, insbesondere der Crêpe, bei dem viel Soße ausgelaufen war. Als ich angerufen habe, wurde mir mehrmals gesagt, der Fahrer sei in meiner Nähe und brauche nur 3-5 Minuten (was sich als Lüge herausstellte). Als der Fahrer schließlich kam, habe ich ihn nach der Verzögerung gefragt. Der Croque zeigt deutlich, dass er bereits länger als 45 Minuten alt ist. Außerdem wurde ein Crêpe falsch zubereitet – ich hatte Nutella und Lotus bestellt, aber es kam Lotus und etwas anderes.

Wir hatten 2 leckere und große Croques. Sehr nettes Personal.

Online bestellt, war zum Abholtermin da und sehe einen komplett überforderten Mitarbeiter und muss in meiner knapp bemessenen Mittagspause noch mal 10 Minuten warten. War früher öfter hier, dann lange nicht mehr. Und jetzt war es das. Schade. Immerhin hat das Abschiedsessen geschmeckt.

Leider sehr enttäuschend… das erstes Mal Croque und Crêpe über die Website zur Abholung bestellt. Zuhause angekommen dann festgestellt, dass der Croque falsch belegt wurde, obwohl mir meine Bestellung vor Ort nochmal genauestens vorgelesen wurde. Statt Krautsalat bekam ich Eisbergsalat…. dieser durfte dann erstmal schön rausgefischt werden, da ich keinen essen kann. Crêpe mit Zimt und Zucker bestellt. Stattdessen Crêpe mit ausschließlich Zimt ohne Zucker bekommen und dazu noch sehr sparsam bestreut… 2 Sterne gibt es nur für die leckere hausgemachte Sauce und den reibungslosen Bestellvorgang über die Website. Schade hätte mehr erwartet…

Bestellt und es wurde schnell geliefert. Brot leider nicht frisch und Belag eher zum Rand belegt, damit es nach was aussieht. Crispy Chicken war Chicken mit alten Paprika Chips Krümmel. 2 Sterne für den Hänchen Ananas Croque mehr auch nicht. Preis wie branchenüblich. Belag , naja. Bewertung bezieht sich auf den gelieferten Croque. Croque vor Ort ist meistens ein großer Unterschied zu dem was geliefert wird. Fahrer nett und freundlich. Inzwischen auch vor Ort probiert und genauso schlecht. Sorry

Hat mir zwar Geschmeckt schön Spicy aber das Brot war weich und nicht knusprig . Ich hätte mehr erwartet war für mich persönlich nix besonders . Dip wurde vergessen was ich extra wollte . Vielleicht das nächstens wenn es zu Stande kommt was anders dort bestellen. Und wir hatten nicht lange gewartet auf die Bestellung es ist sogar zu Früh gekommen .

Die bestellten Croques waren ähnlich gut wie die der Konkurrenz in der Umgebung, aber der Preis ist leider fast doppelt so hoch. Somit eher keine Empfehlung.
