One croque was completely wrong. Of course, I had to pay the original price. And a sauce I ordered and paid for was missing. The delivery man's card reader had apparently broken shortly before, so I had to scrape together some cash. Strangely, he also wanted the bill back (probably because of the incorrect order, since I would have had it in writing).

So when I saw the employee bring out the Mülheimer and then place iceberg lettuce on my croquette without gloves, my appetite vanished. I haven't been given napkins to eat with for the second time, luckily I have some in my car. So, if you just look at the food and the sauces, it's quite tasty there, but they need to work on their service a bit, as you can see the employee doesn't have a particularly good attitude.

I placed an order at 12:44 AM and 2:40 AM, and I still haven't received anything. I called several times, but no one answered. Then one of the employees answered the phone and said coldly, "It will take 25-30 minutes for the order to reach you." He spoke as if everything had been normal. Truly unreliable service, not recommended at all.

A terrible store. Disrespectful, rude, and completely unprofessional! I waited over 1.5 hours for my food, and nothing arrived. Instead of an apology, I got a call saying it would take another 25 minutes. When, after waiting for almost 2 hours, I refused to pay the full price, they simply laughed at me. No joke! The answer was: "No, there's only a coupon." This arrogance and impudence are truly the worst. No customer service, zero understanding, and absolutely no appreciation for paying customers. I canceled my order and advise everyone not to order from here. Such disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. One star is too many. Never again!

I ordered a crepe and a croque with Lotus Cream at 1 p.m. Delivery time was 30-45 minutes. After I inquired, the food arrived cold 1.5 hours later. (Delivery distance 2.5 km) The crepe arrived dry and without any topping. After I called again and asked for a new crepe, I was told it would be here in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, I called again, twice, because the crepe still hadn't arrived. No one answered. Then I called with my work number, and the phone was picked up immediately. I was told they were out of Lotus Cream. (So the crepe hadn't been made yet.) Then I asked for a crepe with a Kinder Bar. It should arrive in 30 minutes at the most. 45 minutes later, I called again because my crepe still hadn't arrived. They apologized and told me that they did have Lotus Cream and that I'd get an extra crepe. It would be with me in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, the same thing happened again. The next employee answered. He was outraged that I was so rude and that they were only doing it as a courtesy. He could cancel the order immediately. Finally, he said the crepe was being made now and would be sent out with the next delivery. It's now 6:00 p.m., and the crepe and another one arrived cold. We won't be ordering from there again.

Never again Louis Croque – and that after so many chances. That was definitely the last time I'll give this place my money. I went there with my partner (around 10:30 p.m.) and we ordered two croques (sucuk and chicken breast plus). So far, so simple – you'd think. But the chaos began immediately: First, our order apparently wasn't recorded by the system. So we ordered again. After about 20 minutes of waiting – the place was almost empty, with only one couple in front of us – we were brought two completely wrong croques. From then on, an absurd drama began: We explained three times what we had ordered and what was wrong with it. Then someone else came and asked again. Explained again. Then – no joke – after a few more minutes, the next question: "What salad was on it?" And shortly after, again: "What sauces were those again?" After 40 minutes: still no food. (And yes, in a case like this, you really do look at your watch.) There was a low whisper in the kitchen about which croque was the right one. Apparently, no one remembered what was ordered – even though we had said it ten times. Meanwhile, a sofa was being dragged through the entrance and across the kitchen. Professionalism? Hygiene? Zero. Disgusting, really. After 45 minutes, we finally got the right croques – after an absurd amount of miscommunication, disorganization, and disinterest. And again: The place wasn't crowded, but almost empty. The crazy thing is: This isn't the first time. Two years ago, we ordered there regularly – and almost every other time, at least towards the end of every single time, the order was wrong. Once, we even got a call while we were already in the car because they had packed us the wrong thing again – even though I had explicitly asked what was in it. Conclusion: Incredibly chaotic shop with zero learning curve, zero organization, and no trace of customer service. I strongly advise everyone against it. If you're hungry and don't want to be frustrated, you should steer clear of Louis Croque. (Dominos is right across the street.)

Before: Absolutely great: Lovingly assembled croques. Crispy and delicious. Special requests: No problem. But it's gradually and steadily gotten worse. Today: Carelessly slapped together white bread. Ordered sesame bread - received regular baguette. Ordered extra sauce - it was missing! But of course, everything was charged. And then it arrived cold and soggy. Sorry, not me anymore. As a former regular customer, this will definitely be my last order. Too bad, it used to be good.

One of the best crêpe shops in Hamburg. Fresh ingredients with a good selection of vegetarian and halal options. The raclette cheese used on the crêpes, in particular, makes this shop my favorite. The staff are always friendly and helpful and, by the way, they also make super delicious crêpes. Absolutely top-notch in my opinion.

Unfortunately we really lost a regular customer! The food itself is good, but mistakes are constantly made or something different is delivered than what was ordered. Because it's been sold out for a year? Instead of chesseballs, mozzarella sticks are simply delivered, which has happened several times. Or the Holandaise sauce is missing on a Holandaise croque. Thought I would give another branch a chance and the same rubbish would happen. Again I got something different than what I wanted. It's just such a shame.

I ordered two croques online. When I ordered I was told that it would take 45 minutes. Everything was ok but after further calls they always said it would be there in 10 minutes. In the end we got our food over 2 hours later. And then it was wrong too. I ordered a turkey croque with iceberg, cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese with herb sauce. I got a turkey croque with iceberg and garlic sauce. My colleague didn't see it any better either out.Didn't want cucumbers but with cheese and got cucumbers but no cheese.And instead of chili and herb sauce she got garlic sauce.I will never order there again.

I ordered a Croque Ham “Extreme” twice within two weeks. After the croque arrived more than 1.5 hours late both times, we first had to realize that 2-3 slices of ham (for the whole croque) were extreme, but good. In addition, the croque was cold and muddy both times… Quality has declined significantly in the last few months, the owner may have changed or something else, but at the moment you can't really recommend the store. It's a shame because it used to be better...

Ordered food online. Two croques and two crepes. The croques arrived after about 45 minutes. But the crepes were missing. I then called and the guy on the phone just kept saying “yes” and “online”… when I asked if I could speak to someone who spoke German, he just said he was Persian. Good for him. In Germany you should assume that people who are on telephone duty in the restaurant speak German... Then he just said "The driver will be there in 10 minutes" and called again after 40 minutes and said that I wanted my order, otherwise I would come to the shop with the police. Then he got someone on the phone who understood me. You could only hear them arguing in Persian in the background. I actually only understood the police... after an hour the driver came and said that the boss doesn't speak German and always says "10 minutes"... at least the driver is very nice and apologized. They are the least able to do it.

We just picked up two croques (large) and a salad to take away for €8.50. Paid a total of €38. Then at home there was disappointment. Almost no toppings. The sauce was separately in plastic cups, the dressing would have expired on August 24th, 2024. The bread was very tasty with both croques. Unfortunately you only tasted bread with sauce. We do not recommend the store.

I've been ordering a croque every now and then for years. But lately the bread isn't as fresh and crispy as it used to be, and last time the feta croque was hopelessly overloaded with stringy pepperoni. And... how difficult is it to make or buy frozen falafel? I've been wanting to try the falafel croque since May, but it's not available (although it's still listed on the menu). 🤷🏽♂️

I ordered a croque from Louis Croque via Lieferando. Since I am allergic to cheese and don't like onions, I added in the note that the croque should please be delivered without cheese and without onions. Unfortunately the croque arrived with cheese. I called Luis Croque and they blamed Lieferando and didn't want to replace the Croque. I paid over €18 for a croque and couldn't even eat it. Not recommended because the store is not customer-oriented.

I have only ordered here so far. At first the store was great! Lavishly topped croques with a fresh taste! But recently the surface has become narrow. It's still okay, but especially the iceberg lettuce... there's a maximum of half a leaf on the croque and even if I write in the comment fields on the website that I would like a lot of lettuce, nothing happens. Then came the bad surprise - only one croque corresponded to the order, the others were simply wrong (varieties and breads). We then called and the expectation was that an employee would politely apologize to us over the phone and get the right croques on the way (as one does). But puff cake! We have to explain to an unfriendly employee in broken German for 10 minutes why we would like to have the right croques!?!? Uh, hello? Are you crazy? At the end he says goodbye with the words: “I’ll sort it out and call again straight away.” Off-topic: What is there to clarify?! Just send us the food we ordered and paid for. After 45 minutes he still hadn't answered and we called again. The cheerful gentleman answered the phone again and this time told us that we had to pick up the “real” croques and bring the old “wrong” croques with us. Then the employee hangs up. What?! 1. Why exactly doesn't the employee call back? 2. How are we supposed to know to pick up the croques if he doesn't call us? Obviously a quickly made up white lie. 3. Louis Croque makes a wrong delivery and the customer has to pick up the correct one as punishment??? So we should still invest in fuel costs?? 4. As a customer, should I rummage through my trash (the old Croques) so that Lous Croque then throws them away? Absolutely speechless. I can't describe how incompetent this store is. Never before have we seen service and the customer's wishes being so neglected. Definitely 0 stars and let's see how long the “restaurant” can keep going like this.

I was really hungry at 1 a.m. in the middle of the night. Then I called Louis and ordered. Within 5-10 minutes the food was ready and I was able to pick it up and enjoy what I also think was the homemade SOUCE. The food was really tasty and I can only recommend it :-)

The Croque shop is one of the best shops in Hamburg, be it the atmosphere, the food, the service... Everything is A1, there is nothing to criticize. Starting with the taste of the croque: It is delicious, a taste that cannot be described, the bread is fresh and crunchy, the meat is fresh and tender... Everything fits, I can recommend it!

The experience at Louis Croque was disappointing. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I finally had to call myself to receive the delivery. When my food finally arrived, I was disappointed by the small amount of toppings on the camber croque. Considering the price and the waiting time, the quality of the food was definitely not satisfactory. At least the employees are very friendly.

I'm very satisfied. On my lunch break I order a crispy chicken, that's my personal favorite and the combination with the garlic sauce is 10/10. I love the bread, unfortunately I haven't seen it anywhere other than at Louis Croque. Thank you to you :)

Never experienced anything like this. I ordered 3 hours in advance, for Iftar and specifically mentioned that you should let me know if it is not possible to deliver, promptly at 8 p.m., as we break our fast at exactly that time. It's now 8:35 p.m. and still no one has come to deliver, after a few calls: no accommodation, excuses such as traffic jams at 8 p.m. are found, the distance between the restaurant and my address is 1.1km, just to note. Here we work strictly with quantity over quality. You definitely have one less regular customer. Good luck with this way of thinking 🙏

Catastrophic! Ordered yesterday at 12:12 a.m. Delivery time was stated as 45 minutes. Waited in vain until shortly before 2:00 a.m. Called and they said my order was prepared late but was on the way. Unfortunately nothing arrived. The next day I called the restaurant. They didn't understand me and just hung up after a short while. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the handling. I ordered via Lieferando. I hope that I at least get my money back.

Hallo, ich bin letztens spontan an diesem Cafe vorbei gekommen und mein Freund und ich haben uns erstmal jeder ein Getränk bestellt. Ich einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft und mein Freund eine Cola. Mein frisch gepresster Saft, war normaler Orangensaft als ich reinging und darauf hinwies, hieß es, ja der frische sei aus. Ich finde, man hätte mir das spätestens vor dem rausbringen des Getränks sagen müssen und so hatte ich das Gefühl man wollte mir was unterschieben, was ich nicht bestellt hab. Man bot mir an, dann preislich etwas zu machen. Bei der Cola von meinem Freund handelte es sich 0,2 - auf der Getränkekarte am Tresen wird eine 0,3 angeboten... Als wir beim Bezahlen darauf hinwiesen, dass es ja eine kleinere Größe war als hier ausgewiesen, hieß es nur, aber das sei schon länger so. Der Hammer: 0,2 war sogar noch 10 Cent teurer als die 0,3 auf dem Preistafel. Ich finde das absolut nicht ehrlich. Dieses Cafe wird eindeutig nicht wieder von mir aufgesucht. Allen anderen rate ich, prüft ganz genau eure Rechnung und ob ihr auch erhaltet, was ihr bestellt habt.

Ordered over the phone without any problems and picked up after 15 minutes. Everything was vegan, fresh, and delicious. The vegetables were aromatic and fresh, and the sauce had a great consistency! Crispy spring rolls, a delicious vegetable roll. For me personally, the food was generally far too salty, but before the salt taste, it was delicious!

Das Restaurant wird beworben mit: ene kreative italienische Küche im Zentrum von Hamburg. Und: eine italienische kulinarische Reise. Tatsächlich: eine teure überflüssige Reise in ein Mikrowellen- Land. Überflüssig. Wir hatten nun kein italienisches Essen, sondern 2 x Curryreis mit sog. Gemüse und 3 x Rindfleisch mit Kartoffelpüre und Gemüse bestellt. Ersteres kam zuerst. Zweiteres zunächst nicht. Nach 18 Minuten später kam etwas anderes, als bestellt, was wir monierten. Ca. 15 Minuten später bekamen wir dann die 3 Fleischgerichte. Alles kalt. Zwischenzeitlich war auch der Curryreis kalt Gemüse und wohl der Rest auch war ohnehin nur billige TK-Ware. Alle Gerichte waren in der Mikrowelle - versucht- aufzuwärmen. Leicht festzustellen, da die Kellnerin die Schalen, nicht einmal Teller gab es, mit einen Handtuch unter den Schalen servieren musste . Und aussen heiß/ warm, innen kalt. Und das bei überdurchschnittlichlichen Preisen. Wir haben alle Gerichte zurückgehen lassen. Und natürlich nicht bezahlen müssen. Ärgerlich, unnötig und einfach mega schlecht. Damit nicht genug. Für einen Chardonnay 14 Euro. Einen Riesling 13 Euro. Bei 0,15 l und allenfalls durchnittlicher Qualität. Insgesamt: never ever again. Macht einen Bogen um das Filini. Und der Ohrenkneifer auf dem Tisch krabbelnd, schon egal gewesen.
