Oh my gosh, what happened here??
We were back in Weissensee today after a long time and were so looking forward to coming back here.
Our entrance was completely unnoticed. One employee was sitting in the corner of the dining room with his eyes closed; the others were nowhere to be seen. We had to get our attention and then shout our order across the room... we were simply speechless. We've never experienced anything like that before.
I would have always rated the food 10 stars in the past... today only 4... The naan garlic bread was half burnt, the rice was definitely not spicy, and if you don't ask for it to be spicy, you'd probably prefer it that way.
The taste was otherwise okay, though.
All in all, I/we hope that today was truly a great exception.
Quiet location and very polite hosts. The food was very good and good value for money! We sat outside with the dogs in the nice weather. Highly recommended.
A wonderful experience all around. The food is very diverse, and full of flavor and the wine selection is broad and niche in many aspects… really wonderful atmosphere. Great for a date, or a big group ….
Also the bartender who’s always there is overall just a really cool dude and fun to talk to.
I don't know why the workers are so mean and everyone acts like they're in a bad mood and they talk to you meanly when you come to order, making you feel like you're begging or like they're giving you food for free. I tried the place twice, and it was the same both times. Thank you for the horrible experience.
I've been back after a while, and the quality of the food has noticeably declined. Since it's quite inexpensive, that's not a big deal and the prices are more or less reasonable, but anyone expecting truly good sushi and sashimi will be disappointed.
This place has the nicest staff and pretty quick service. We ate outside when the breeze was delightful, and I highly suggest you get different dumplings to test out. The food is delicious and overall this experience was amazing.
