I highly recommend Choppaluna to anyone looking for a healthy, delicious, and quick meal. The guy who served us was fantastic—kind, welcoming, and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Berlin!

This place is truly my ABSOLUTE favorite restaurant! The owner and all the employees are great, kind-hearted people and the food is really outstanding! No matter whether I'm eating my favorite dish for the 100th time or trying something completely new, the dishes are always made with a lot of love and taste great! The portions are also huge and fresh ingredients are always used! The food is also great to pick up!

Randomly came by after shopping at Aldi, ordered a cheeseburger. Yeah, the price is something but the mouthgasm is something more. Really good burger. Not a typical, burnt to the core patty, still a little raw in the middle, which is gooooood, the cheese, sauces and extras were great. 10000% recommend!

Great food. Small card, but it doesn't have to be more. This shows that it is better to concentrate on a few dishes but also deliver them perfectly. I had the Käsespätzle myself and my friends had the “Wiener Style” schnitzel. Both extremely tasty. The service is fast and friendly with a Berlin accent. Scents! The interior design is an elegant mix of old-rustic-original and modern.

The food here is an absolute culinary delight. We received a very friendly welcome and were always served quickly. The prices are absolutely fair and reasonable for the quality of the food. It was really fun and we are more than impressed with this location.

3 of my friends, including me, got severe stomach upsets from the food. I puked all over the Berlin train station and I rarely felt worse. I think the health department should get involved. Kind regards

Beautiful homemade Italian dishes - today was Melanzane Parmigiana! We came in at lunchtime for a double espresso (the excellent coffee and warm welcome of the Safè Espresso Bar is quite famous in Friedrichshain) and we got a look at what was to come! Sandro showed us a whole tray of Parmigiana which he was preparing for the afternoon. We cut short our daytime expedition in order to come back later and enjoy a slice each of this fabulous Italian dish. Absolutely worth it! The generous layers of cheese, tomato, thinly sliced aubergine were a real treat and reminded me why this is my all-time favourite dish. Photos below.
