Die besten Restaurants in Berlin

My last visit was unfortunately rather disappointing. I ordered a filet steak for two people, about €90 with sides. The meat was very good, but the sides were a letdown, and I wasn't even full. A tiny basket of fries, a small bacon-wrapped green bean roll, and a very small platter of grilled vegetables, all of which were completely raw and cold. I find it sad that they're cutting corners in the wrong place. I ordered the same meal two years ago and got significantly more for my money. I won't be ordering it again.

Merry Guten Appetit is a truly inviting Vietnamese restaurant with a warm and stylish interior. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed, the decor charming, and it immediately feels cozy – perfect for a leisurely evening meal. The dishes were delicious and freshly prepared. The curries and pho soups, in particular, impressed with their aromatic spices and fresh ingredients. The portions were also generous, and the value for money was excellent. The service was friendly and attentive, though sometimes a little slow when the restaurant was full – the only minor drawback that prevented it from receiving five stars. Nevertheless, you feel well taken care of and welcome.

Everything was excellent—the punctuality, quality of service, and organization. The food and drinks were really good, as always. We were very happy and satisfied. We loved the Thanksgiving experience. Cannot wait for next year dinner.

I was absolutely thrilled, especially since I'm from the Ruhr area and I'm a big fan of hearty food 🙈 I have to say, though, I ordered yogurt on top, a fried egg with some bread – there were five of us – so I can't really say yet how much I enjoyed it. It was absolutely delicious. My niece said it was a bit spicy. No, it was just right. It really wasn't spicy at all. At first, I thought it was, that it wasn't spicy enough. No, it was perfect. It was perfect. 👍 The ambiance is very simple, but very clean 👍 Absolutely lovely, I'll definitely be back 😊 Value for money: It's December 2025 now, and it was already okay 👌 The food was also prepared superbly 👍 The staff: Not pushy, they didn't walk past the table every two minutes asking if we wanted anything else. I appreciated that. Cash: They only accept debit cards or any other kind of card. It's not mentioned on the bill either. Would you like to leave a tip? I left a few euros. Obwohl das Essen gut war, ließ der Service und das gesamte Erlebnis zu wünschen übrig. Wir warteten eine Stunde auf unser Essen, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war. Ich verstehe, dass es vielleicht Personalmangel gab, aber trotzdem wurde uns gesagt, es würde 20 Minuten dauern, tatsächlich dauerte es aber eine Stunde. Da wir einen Termin hatten, mussten wir gehen, ohne unsere Bestellung vollständig zu erhalten. Bevor wir gingen, fragten wir noch einmal nach, wie lange es noch dauern würde. Uns wurde gesagt, es sei fertig, aber es dauerte weitere 10 Minuten. Leider war es ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn man von Anfang an ehrlich gewesen wäre, dann hätten wir uns vielleicht anders entscheiden können.

We had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Firuze! The food was exceptionally delicious – freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The service was also outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always cheerful. The atmosphere at Restaurant Firuze is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend Restaurant Firuze and am already looking forward to my next visit.

My father and I visited the family-run Polish restaurant Kornelia and were delighted. There's ample parking right outside. We received a warm welcome, and the menu offers a wide selection of Polish specialties. The soup, fresh salads, and meat dishes were absolutely delicious. The value for money is truly excellent. A big thank you to Kornelia and her lovely mother. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

One of our favorite restaurants. Highly recommended. Only giving it 4 stars for the ambiance because I think it could use a bit of modernization. But that doesn't change the fact that we love coming here and enjoying our food or ordering. ❤️
