We've been regular customers for years – it's always delicious, fresh, and plentiful! By far the best doner/dürüm and the tastiest pizzas! Ordered half a liter of sangria. They filled two glasses with 0.1 liters each, then removed the pitcher. After complaining, they added a little more and removed the pitcher again. Very strange. Poor value for money.

What's going on with you guys??? This question isn't just being asked by many Burgfarrnbach residents, but now we are too! Once known for consistently good food quality, it's now like Russian roulette. Customer friendliness has also declined so drastically, it almost seems like you're not really welcome anymore. The "nice" waitress is contributing to the problem. Are you now intent on scaring away the last few customers, for whatever reason?

I had a so-called fish platter. Shrimp, calamari, and hake. All slopped together in the same oil!! The salad was just dumped on top!!!! The waitress was wearing slippers... I won't be wasting my money there again. Regards, Napper

Have those who gave 5-star reviews ever actually been to a real restaurant? Or only to fast-food places? In short: The atmosphere is like a beer garden; you're allowed to sit at a large table, and if you're lucky, there might even be strangers at your table. It's also very loud, and the service is incredibly stressed. The food! The water was the best thing about it. We ordered pizza and pasta, but unfortunately, we didn't enjoy either of them. The wait wasn't long; we received our food and drinks very quickly.

Amazing food and well worth the wait! Our server was a one man show, both attentive to guests, and working very hard in the kitchen. I’m not sure if this is normal, as there are many tables. There were no more than 5 tables taken when we were here and she was hustling! It took probably 45 minutes for our food, but we had absolutely no problem with that. It shouldn’t be if you enjoy your company. 🙂 She could come off as brash, but when you’re making food this good, go for it! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The best Italian food we’ve ever had!
