Imbissbude mit Preisen eines Restaurants. Die Preise stehen m. M. nach nicht in Relation zur Essensqualität. Das Gyros ist fettig und trocken. Zudem war der Beilagensalat sehr lätschig als wenn er alt gewesen ist. Der Service ist sehr schlecht und unaufmerksam. Am Ende wurden wir bei der Rechnung um paar Euro über dennTisch gezogen!!

Tolle Taverne! Der Gyros Pita zum Mitnehmen ist unfassbar lecker und mein absoluter Favorit. Wer mehr Zeit hat, kann sich aber auch gemütlich hinsetzen und die üblichen griechischen Spezialitäten genießen. Insgesamt sehr leckeres Essen, ein richtig guter Service und faire Preise. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Allerdings nur 4 Sterne, weil keine Kartenzahlung möglich im Jahre 2026 und innen ist ein kleiner Raum und es ist ein bisschen lauter wenn mehr los ist

Ein Stück Griechenland mitten in der Stadt. Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich willkommen – warmes Licht, angenehme Musik und ein Service, der sofort aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich ist. Genau so stellt man sich griechische Gastfreundschaft vor. Das Essen war herausragend: Das Gyros perfekt gewürzt und saftig, die Souvlaki auf den Punkt gegrillt und das Tzatziki frisch mit genau der richtigen Knoblauchnote. Besonders überzeugt hat mich die Qualität der Zutaten – hier wird offensichtlich nicht gespart. Auch die Portionen sind mehr als fair und stehen in einem sehr guten Verhältnis zum Preis. Ein kleines Highlight war der Ouzo aufs Haus – eine schöne, authentische Geste. Fazit: Wer echtes, ehrliches griechisches Essen sucht und Wert auf freundlichen Service legt, ist hier genau richtig. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Mega lecker, konnten auch ohne Reservierung dort essen. Sehr große Portionen, mega nettes Personal und mega süße Ambiente. Erinnert fast an ein kleinen Laden in der Altstadt in Griechenland. Jederzeit wieder.

Tolles grichiesches Restoraunt mit nur geringfügigen Nachteilen. Die schöne ruhige unübertroffene Atmosphäre versetzt in die schönen 1980er Jahre, in ein Omas Haus! Das Essen schmeckt im großen und ganzen gut. Gyros-Pita zum Mitnehmen ist eine tolle Sache, nur die Verpackung davon ist etwas instabil.

Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Die Leber war super zart und fantastisch im Geschmack. Das Gyros war total lecker. Und der tzaziki ist auch zu empfehlen. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Das Essen kam auch super flott. Das Ambiente ist schön griechisch. Ich liebe diesen Flair, auch die schwarz weiß Bilder an der wand finde ich sehr passend. Man sitzt nicht so eng und hat wie eine kleine Wand zum Tisch hinter oder vor einem. Schön gemütlich 🙂

Überaus freundliches Personal. Obwohl wir spät und unangemeldet mit 15 Leuten gekommen sind, würden für uns sofort Tische zusammen gestellt und ausreichend Stühle herbeigezaubert.

Small Greek restaurant, also with street food for takeout. The best pita gyros for miles around. Extensive menu. The Greek appetizers, meat platters, and even pasta dishes leave nothing to be desired. Always a pleasure.

Absolutely the best gyro in all of Germany! The meat is perfectly seasoned and super juicy, the portions are generous and freshly prepared. From the very first bite, I felt like I was sitting right on the beach in Polichrono, Greece. If you're looking for authentic Greek food, this is the place to be. A definite recommendation!

Yes, very much so. The food was excellent and the portions were generous.

The food wasn't typically Greek at all. Most of the food (we had moussaka and gyros with rice and salad) was clearly prepared from ready-made dishes. The rice was white with canned mushrooms, covered in a sauce made from diluted tomato sauce powder. The salad was marinated in a cheap powdered container. Gyros was OK. The cabbage was probably freshly made; the marinade wasn't homemade. The moussaka lacked the typical Greek spices. The moussaka also came with a sauce that Greek cuisine never uses. The ambiance outside could have been better, as some of the chairs were no longer clean and the table was very weathered. Unfortunately, Greek coffee was missing; they didn't offer it. There was no aperitif either. Service - we were given the wrong side dish, even though we had been informed beforehand. If you want Greek food, you'll have to look for another Greek restaurant. Since most of the food is made from the cheapest ready-made dishes, I can't share the high-quality rating.

Trying to make a quick buck by going through the mountain and only serving crap for €6.50 is really not right. The pita used to be really good. What a shame.

Simply terrible. I've been a regular customer for 10 years, and what's happened is just sad. No more fries in the pita, the staff are rude, not even chili flakes (upon request). Instead, there's a hair in the pita. Will never be back!!!

The change was given incorrectly... It was tasty but the food was pretty crappy... When I mentioned it, I shouldn't have caused a fuss... In the end, everything was correct, but be careful!

The worst gyro, topped with Metaxa sauce with fried potatoes and mixed salad. Two-thirds potatoes – no fried potatoes – one-third gyro. The sauce was so-so. I'll stay away from this place in the future.

Terrific. Formerly known as the legendary “Schnell****” among students. Today the best Greek in Erlangen.

Service was very friendly and attentive. Food was good and plentiful. Seating a bit cramped. Since the food is cooked directly in the restaurant, it should be the last stop you want to visit. Payment in cash only doesn't happen often anymore and there is a handwritten invoice.

Authentic Greek with down-to-earth cuisine. Reasonable prices.

The reviews seem to come from friends and acquaintances. We relied on the reviews here and were quite disappointed. On the one hand, a friend of ours had over-baked gyros and wanted fries instead. These were baked in and were completely soaked, which was very clumsy on the part of the cook. My wife didn't get a drop of dressing on her salad and her gyro was nothing special and fibrous. My calamari was a bit tough, otherwise okay, but for 18 euros!! just not worth it. Because of these prices, the 2 “€€” characters on Google are not justified either. When we gave a tip, the waitress didn't even say thank you. Not recommended!

This snack bar has been around for ages and it always tastes very good. Note: Broad beans with souflaki usually come with two skewers!

We sat outside, which is of course your choice, but the tables were very close together. The food came quickly, but was rather mediocre. Some salt dressing was poured over the olives instead of olive oil. The meat was quite dry and there were canned mushrooms in the rice.

Unfortunately I can't agree with the good reviews 😟! It wasn't my first time eating there and the last time I went I found out that the service was terrible and the food was nothing special 😥!! With the best will in the world, I really can't understand the good reviews 🥺!!! For me personally, nothing more than a better snack. Even though I was the only guest sitting outside, it is part of the service to ask if a guest would like anything else. Instead, waiters preferred to use their cell phones or chat. The crowning glory at the end: The waitress obviously doesn't know the prices of the dishes and the menu doesn't seem to be up to date, at least when it comes to drinks - I can only give the advice to all other guests: pay attention to the bill at the end!!

Very good friendly service, very good food. Clean and decent. You feel comfortable there and the staff leaves you in peace. You are also not asked to write a positive review. We've experienced it differently. Simply good.
