A great beer garden, especially for cyclists. The interior features a Bavarian-Asian feel. Good, plentiful food, including vegetarian options, at a reasonable price.
Unfortunately really bad. We went there because we were in the neighbourhood, and saw this restaurant has really good reviews. We love seafood. The prices are high, and portions are ridiculously small, but that isn't the main problem. As someone who is from Mediterranean and knows how seafood should taste like,I was really disappointed.(This on the picture costs 50€).In 3 years living in Munich this was definitely our worst restaurant experience.
Lovely little inn!
Great food and very friendly service!
The schnitzels are the best in Marktredwitz, and the Kronfleisch (a type of beef) is simply perfect! All the other dishes are also consistently delicious! Even the vegetarian options!
Superb beers from the Notthaft brewery—no wonder, since it's also a brewery pub!
We discovered the location about 2 years ago while staying nearby and were pleasantly surprised by this place that still retains some of the atmosphere of yesteryear and which amazed us with the delicious food probably cooked by the owner of the place himself 👏💯, we come whenever we have the chance from Munich, even just to pamper ourselves.
We ate there yesterday and were more than satisfied; the food tasted great, the pizza was 100% homemade and delicious. The service was very warm and friendly. We will definitely go there again.
The prices are quite low, but the food isn't anything special. Pre-made croquettes, pre-made sauce, and the fillet was sliced far too thin, overcooked, and therefore, of course, tough. The food contains a ton of sugar and starch; my blood sugar spiked to dizzying heights within 10 minutes. The restaurant was busy, but the service was still okay. Everyone's suffering from staff shortages these days. Despite the staff shortage, I recommend replacing the chef.
Last Friday at lunchtime, we ate at Mai Thai in Heroldsberg for the first time.
While the food isn't exactly cheap, the dishes were authentic and delicious, and the portions were generous. The value for money was therefore good.
We were served by the owner, who was extremely friendly and attentive and always had a smile on her face.
The restaurant's ambiance was also very appealing.
I would highly recommend Mai Thai.
Prices are higher and portions are significantly smaller compared to about a year ago (especially the salmon rice bowl). Generally, I would have expected a dish for €12.50 to be enough to fill me up, but unfortunately, this has rarely been the case in the past.
I went there with a friend for dinner. It's a lovely, rustic restaurant with a small hall where we were lucky enough to have live music that evening. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and the value for money was superb. I can highly recommend this restaurant.
