All I can say about the food is: Wow, finally a vegan restaurant where the portions are truly filling. The location on the main square is also absolutely unbeatable; my only criticism, as a village kid, would be the automated ordering process—but even that doesn't justify a star deduction!

Kaspar Schmauser has now become my favorite restaurant in Nuremberg. With its pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff, it's the perfect place to meet up with friends or be productive on your own in peace – accompanied by delicious and healthy bowls, refreshing drinks, or a sweet snack.

The food was delicious. The dynamic between boss and employee suggests a fantastic success rate. One of them was young, pious, and pretty. Her name was something with a J, I think it was Jenny. P.S.: fewer vacation days for her so we can admire her more while she eats.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The best part, though, was the service. Our waitress was incredibly nice and personable. I think her name was Jenni. I can only recommend it, and I'd love to go back to Jenni's next time.

I'm always there, and it's so delicious. Not only was the bowl delicious, but the sight of the beautiful employee, Jenni, was amazing.

Vegetarian. There are pre-prepared bowls (that is, with the ingredients already calibrated) or you can create your own salad to your liking. The ingredients are good, the service is fast and, generally, polite, the environment is very basic. We come often, especially to detox from the "omnipresent" meat ...!

I regularly order from Kasper Schmauser in Fürth, and I was very unpleasantly surprised by how bad the food was in Nuremberg. It was a mixture of everything... the dressing was missing, the ingredients were ice cold, and unfortunately, it tasted of very little. It doesn't even look bad in the picture... but only if you don't know that the entire bowl consists of very cold iceberg lettuce leaves, and the rest on top comes in very manageable quantities. And the atmosphere inside is okay... and it was quiet. There were at least four employees there, and it still took a very long time for the food or drinks to arrive at the table.

After noticing a Kaspar Schmauser car, we decided to stop there. No one came to the table to order. There are QR codes on the tabletop, and since we didn't want to order individually, we went to the counter to order, first something to drink. You have to pay for each one individually, then the food. That doesn't seem hospitable to me, and it's not for us. We left without ordering. We went across the street to a restaurant with a terrace on the first floor. Great service, and not significantly more expensive.

Delicious food, excellent service

Delicious and the portions are large enough to definitely fill you up. I like the bowls best, especially the pasta bowl, and I think I particularly enjoyed the sweet potato curry. I've been there at least 10 times.

I ordered a taco bowl, water, and sugar-free Red Bull. The dressing that was supposed to go with the bowl completely spilled out. The bowl and the dressing were both scattered in the bag, which then ripped. (Paper bag) Instead of sugar-free Red Bull, I got the one with sugar. The water was fine, though. ... The fact that the delivery person didn't say anything and just left wasn't a great experience either. And for almost €29 for that :/

We ordered two cappuccinos and have never had such poor quality. It had nothing to do with a cappuccino, and it cost €9.18. Okay, the price for the location...but a Red Bull for €4.29. I think that's pretty crazy. I liked the atmosphere and the service was friendly.

I ordered a sweet potato and peanut curry to pick up. The flavor was rather mediocre for the price, in my opinion. For a curry, the spices and flavors were quite conservative, in my opinion. I'd like more curry, more ginger, lemongrass, coriander, chili, etc.

Vegan salad restaurant with a variety of Asian salads It's not cheap, but it's delicious. :) You can order at your table with a QR code, but it doesn't support multiple languages There are meat toppings, but it's not warm like in our country. It's rather cold.

As usual, the top quality has been the place to go for healthy fast food in Nuremberg for years. Never disappoints and really has a varied menu. In summer the terrace invites you to have an Aperol and in winter there is great mulled wine right from the bar to the right of the entrance.

Great for celiacs! You place your order digitally where you can also check the ingredients of every item for allergens. I had the Mexican salad and it was amazing! No problem with cross-contamination either. The sitting area isn't great but the food is worth it.

Food okay, but there are better bowls for less money in the immediate vicinity. And as always, it's just annoying when you have to answer "the tip question" when ordering!

Quality of the food is really good! But portion of the add ons really really needs to improve. Paid 2,60 for broccoli and got 2 (!!) small parts.

I've been to Kaspar Schmauser in Nuremberg several times now and love the bowls every time. I've tried several bowls and can't decide which ones were my favorite. If you are looking for something fresh, vegan/vegetarian to eat in Nuremberg that is also extremely tasty, then I can only wholeheartedly recommend Kaspar Schmauser! The portions are also really big and really fill you up! Definitely one of my favorite food spots in Nuremberg!

Since the restaurant opened (around 2020), Kaspar has been our favorite restaurant for years. Delicious superfood bowls, always fresh, often new creations, 100% vegan and centrally accessible. We used to get something almost every week (until around 2023). Unfortunately, since then the portions have become smaller and smaller (earlier deep bowl bowls have been replaced by much flatter plates - depending on who serves the food, sometimes 50% less content to begin with). Prices are getting more and more expensive (like everywhere else, of course, but no longer appropriate for the portion compared to the beginning. The staff used to be friendlier, but now unfortunately they are often stressed and not accommodating. We were there again last Saturday and well... Small portions, specially ordered toppings were forgotten (this has happened several times) and had to be asked, staff were very unfriendly. All in all: Favorite restaurant became "unfortunately we won't be coming back". Hurts us, we always felt comfortable.

Pro tip: if kiosks are busy, you can order at the table via QR code. Too bad the waiter didn’t tell us this when we asked if we had to order at the kiosk. The experience was slightly ruined by having to wait for 10 minutes to order at a kiosk and then rushed through our order as there were people queuing behind us. We had to clean the table ourselves and I am pretty sure our order was messed up a bit - but the machine didn’t give is a receipt so we would not know. The food was nice, but I have never been at a vegan place with less atmosphere than this.

Aside from the fact that there is a lot of selection of delicious bowls, smoothies and wraps, they simply have the BEST vegan brownie I have ever eaten in my 6 years of being vegan. And I ate a lot of brownies and baked them myself. Absolutely recommended but be careful, it's addictive!

Forgot dressing... Unfriendly, not attentive Berry ice tea €6 and simply tastes like fruit tea

Very tasty and fresh bowls. We like to grab something for our lunch break every now and then. I don't find it all that comfortable there. The bowls themselves are always super fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the price is now at the upper limit for us.

First of all: We eat here very regularly. Not long ago prices were increased here, which is of course legitimate given rising costs, but at the same time the dishes were also "devalued". Smaller portions in the form of less noodles in the pasta bowl, but an overly large portion of arugula at the bottom as a base to make it look like more. Yes, no. In the past I would have given this 5 stars, but because of the points mentioned, as a disappointed regular customer I deliberately only give it 2/5.

Food was okay, but a bowl for €17 was expensive. Unfortunately, my salad wasn't that fresh anymore and the sauce wasn't seasoned well enough. The employee waited for a tip even though it was only to go. I found it very unpleasant and would therefore not come here again. Really a shame!

Super tasty dishes and drinks, friendly service, central location and nice ambience. Were there twice in one day. Highly recommended.

Great food! What really bothers me, though, is that you're forced to tip at the self-service kiosk. Please pay your cooks properly. I'm happy to pay a decent price for food, and whenever I'm served, I'm always happy to tip.

We chose this place as it looks quite fresh and had good reviews Unfortunately we had no luck. The table was dirty and I had to clean it myself, stuff was fairly communicable but waiting time was quite long The food was poor The rice very sticky and looked like yesterdays, the curry was not masala. Generally place is not worthy going there. Advantage is location but that’s it.

Even though I suspect that the portions on site have become smaller and the price is higher, I can only warmly recommend eating there! Everything was very tasty and lovingly prepared. No matter how stressful it is, employees are always friendly and accommodating. I like being there often.

Ambiente giovanile e razionale. Il cibo è una piacevole sorpresa anche per me che non amo il vegetariano. Cibo buono, ben presentato e abbondante. Gli ordini si fanno in autonomia dallo schermo-menù con la possibilità di molte personalizzazioni diverse. Se, come me, ti sei stancato di bratwurst e wiennerschnizel questo é il posto che può fare per te. 👍😊

Great vegan options - super delicious and healthy with a nice patio

I visited this establishment for lunch last week. The food was ok, I got a bowl with extra tuna, even though It wasn’t extra, it was a good bowl (thus 4 stars on food). Overall, the staff was nice and the food came quickly. Also they have electrical outlets all over the wall which help when travelling and need a place to charge. The prices were kind of hefty, but most of the restaurants of this category are kinda expensive and thus it is to be expected. The toilets were clean and free. Overall, it was a good lunch and a interesting experience.

Delicious and creative bowls. Portions are good, for very hungry people I would recommend additional toppings. The atmosphere is a bit cold and not that cozy, so I would rather order to go or have it delivered here. The price is okay, but of course you also pay for the location. I would recommend the kebab bowl, the planted chicken is very tasty.

OMG, I have a new favorite bowl: The new No Tuna Teriyaki bowl is amazing!! A lot of No Tuna, really put together. The staff is friendly and there are Vytal reusable tableware if you want to take something with you. The price is pretty expensive, but that's the case everywhere at the moment...

It is a super cute restaurant with focus on vegetarian/vegan meal options. The bowl is very fulfilling and a portion. I tried the winter bowl and it was tasty! And the ordering is easy and fast with the self ordering.

Kaspar Schmauser is our go-to place in Nuremberg - we come here every time we visit! Always fresh and tasty & the team is great. It's not cheap in terms of price, but the food is definitely worth it. Great recommendation!

We have visited this restaurant at least 5 times and have always been very satisfied. The prices are quite high but you get good quality and a huge portion 🤩 Even my friend, who is usually very hungry, didn't let himself pack almost half of the food. 😂

Parody of poke/bowl. Mixed everything with everything despite the choice without dressing drowned in some basic sauce. Worst meal in years. The environment is shabby, very worn. I do not recommend it very much, we were not even able to finish most of the food…

Great shop! Food, service, facility, I really enjoy being there. Location is very nice, right on the main market. There are very cute window seats in winter and in summer you can eat outside. However, the desserts are the best. That everything is also vegan 🙌

So that's enough for now. Ordered 3 times and something went wrong 3 times. This time the entire meal was distributed in the bag and I didn't pay a cent for it. If you want to blame it on the delivery service, do so, but it is also your responsibility to ensure that the food arrives correctly!

I ordered an apple cheese cake but got one with berries. It certainly wasn't a mistake because the receipt even changed to berry. I can only see the original on Wolt. No call to let me know or give me another choice. Someone just decided something for me?

The bowls tasted good, but unfortunately the ingredients were ice cold. So cold that it hurt my teeth to eat. This also reduces the taste in general, for example eating ice-cold Brussels sprouts. It was also very cold in the restaurant, so it was very uncomfortable and we left the restaurant immediately after eating. But what we really liked: 100% vegan

Super delicious food, was visiting the Christmas market in Nuremberg and was pleased that there was a Kaspar Schmauser here too. Despite all the trouble outside, you can find a nice, healthy restaurant here where you don't have to wait much longer for your food than, for example, on the steak roll in the sausage stall next door.

Food was delicious and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I don't find the restaurant itself particularly appealing. There aren't enough seats and eating on bar stools at high tables with a three year old child is a bit challenging. What also bothers me is that you don't have a table for yourself. However, I have to say that I'm not particularly interested in eating at the same table with strangers.
