€16 for a raw food bowl with rice and exactly 5 slices of plant-based doner kebab. Cost of goods sold: €1.30, an absolute rip-off.

A dish ordered via Uber wasn't available after all, but I received an immediate call to choose an alternative, plus dessert as compensation. So kind and friendly! The food was delicious, I'd definitely order again! <3

Modern decor and perfect seating for a cozy get-together or even working. I ate here for the first time a few days ago. It wasn't very busy at the time, so ordering at the terminal and receiving my food was quick. The location is also really lovely, with a view of the main market square, or rather, the Christmas market at the moment. I had the Planted Kebab Bowl, which was delicious. However, I found the price quite steep at €15.99, especially for a non-meat dish. But I'll definitely come back for another meal.

I ordered food through Walled and waited almost three hours for delivery. The food arrived cold and tasted awful. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered. The service was absolutely terrible, and there was no customer focus whatsoever. I'm completely dissatisfied and will definitely never order from them again. Very disappointing.

A truly ray of hope! It truly enhances the main market and Nuremberg's culinary offerings! It's incredibly delicious, everything is vegan, and there's plenty of variety!

A centrally located, modern restaurant/café with efficient service and a good selection of food. The cappuccino and apple pie are highly recommended. The only downside is the large, open service window, which can be quite drafty in winter.

Unfortunately, everything was freezing cold, both the food and the premises. All the guests had to eat wearing jackets, scarves, and hats. (Winter) The bowls were anything but tasty; the Indian Bowl was inedible, and we had to leave it untouched (€16)! The hygiene left much to be desired, both in the restrooms and on the way to them. I would have preferred not to see the food containers either. The staff, however, were very friendly and competent.

Really delicious and a great option for lunch right in the city center when you're looking for something different. The vegetables are fresh and well-balanced, and the sauce is a perfect complement. I personally found one bowl quite filling. The cakes are also freshly made, as far as I know, and taste great, as does the smoothie. The only downside: it's quite expensive for what it is – you'll hardly ever get a full meal for under €15, and with a drink, you're quickly over €20, considering it's "just" vegetables. I'd still pay the price, though, as it's one of the few healthy food options in the city center and it's really tasty, but if it were cheaper, I'd come much more often :)

An interesting food place where you self-serve with the menu ordering from a computer screen selection and pre-pay which removes the personal element of a waiter/waitress taking orders making it a little less intimate as I love to seek recommendations from staff about "what would you eat" when visiting for the first time. But after speaking with others I was with I chose a nourish bowl selection and was not disappointed. Fresh, delicious, nutritious. Super happy we ended up.here on a windy raining cold night after a Vegan Activism Event with Anonymous for the Voiceless and a Cube of Truth in Nuremberg.

The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. However, I prefer ordering and paying at the table. The value for money is OK.

As a vegan you are in the right place

The food tasted good. The service was poor. I ordered from the vending machine, which should have taken 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the food arrived at the counter, but the drink was missing. Five minutes later, I picked up the cooled food, still without a drink. An additional item I had ordered was missing from the meal. When the drink arrived, I complained, and it was replaced. However, I was running late and couldn't finish the drink. The two ladies at the counter seemed overwhelmed, even though it wasn't busy. The atmosphere is relatively clinical; the used tables hadn't been wiped. If you like that...

The price/performance ratio is just about right. The tip pre-selection for self-service is quite bold.

Love this shop. I'm usually someone who prefers meat and fish, but these vegan bowls are absolutely amazing. Perfect after a workout; everything is fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous!

We ordered drinks for my wife and child, but the lime in the drink was brown and looked like it had been used before! The manager was very rude and the problem wasn't resolved. The men's restroom was very dirty. I strongly advise the owner of the bar to change their manager!

The portions used to be larger. €2.59 extra for 4 broccoli florets. They only serve meatless dishes. The vegan feta from Violife is great, but the veggie doner meat is too tough for me. The falafel is unfortunately much too dry, and the sweet potato curry is a bit bland. Okay with Neotaste, but otherwise overpriced.

I eat at Kaspar Schmauser regularly. The food is always fresh and delicious! I also really like the seasonal dishes. The price/performance ratio is more than just right for me. I/we will definitely be back and can recommend K.S. without reservation!

We didn't feel welcome at all, more like one of the numbers the ordering machine spits out. Perhaps the place would be busier if guests were greeted or seen off ("Thank you for your visit"). The value for money has definitely not been right for some time.

Thanks to the dedicated gentleman who explained the menu to me and patiently adapted it to my allergies. He was also really proactive and efficient with the other guests.

Everything is incredibly delicious and prepared with love. And you can order everything yourself at a self-order terminal and even customize it. Large portions. 100% recommendation

All I can say about the food is: Wow, finally a vegan restaurant where the portions are truly filling. The location on the main square is also absolutely unbeatable; my only criticism, as a village kid, would be the automated ordering process—but even that doesn't justify a star deduction!

The food was delicious. The dynamic between boss and employee suggests a fantastic success rate. One of them was young, pious, and pretty. Her name was something with a J, I think it was Jenny. P.S.: fewer vacation days for her so we can admire her more while she eats.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The best part, though, was the service. Our waitress was incredibly nice and personable. I think her name was Jenni. I can only recommend it, and I'd love to go back to Jenni's next time.

Vegetarian. There are pre-prepared bowls (that is, with the ingredients already calibrated) or you can create your own salad to your liking. The ingredients are good, the service is fast and, generally, polite, the environment is very basic. We come often, especially to detox from the "omnipresent" meat ...!

I regularly order from Kasper Schmauser in Fürth, and I was very unpleasantly surprised by how bad the food was in Nuremberg. It was a mixture of everything... the dressing was missing, the ingredients were ice cold, and unfortunately, it tasted of very little. It doesn't even look bad in the picture... but only if you don't know that the entire bowl consists of very cold iceberg lettuce leaves, and the rest on top comes in very manageable quantities. And the atmosphere inside is okay... and it was quiet. There were at least four employees there, and it still took a very long time for the food or drinks to arrive at the table.

After noticing a Kaspar Schmauser car, we decided to stop there. No one came to the table to order. There are QR codes on the tabletop, and since we didn't want to order individually, we went to the counter to order, first something to drink. You have to pay for each one individually, then the food. That doesn't seem hospitable to me, and it's not for us. We left without ordering. We went across the street to a restaurant with a terrace on the first floor. Great service, and not significantly more expensive.

Delicious and the portions are large enough to definitely fill you up. I like the bowls best, especially the pasta bowl, and I think I particularly enjoyed the sweet potato curry. I've been there at least 10 times.

I ordered a taco bowl, water, and sugar-free Red Bull. The dressing that was supposed to go with the bowl completely spilled out. The bowl and the dressing were both scattered in the bag, which then ripped. (Paper bag) Instead of sugar-free Red Bull, I got the one with sugar. The water was fine, though. ... The fact that the delivery person didn't say anything and just left wasn't a great experience either. And for almost €29 for that :/

We ordered two cappuccinos and have never had such poor quality. It had nothing to do with a cappuccino, and it cost €9.18. Okay, the price for the location...but a Red Bull for €4.29. I think that's pretty crazy. I liked the atmosphere and the service was friendly.

I ordered a sweet potato and peanut curry to pick up. The flavor was rather mediocre for the price, in my opinion. For a curry, the spices and flavors were quite conservative, in my opinion. I'd like more curry, more ginger, lemongrass, coriander, chili, etc.

Vegan salad restaurant with a variety of Asian salads It's not cheap, but it's delicious. :) You can order at your table with a QR code, but it doesn't support multiple languages There are meat toppings, but it's not warm like in our country. It's rather cold.

Great for celiacs! You place your order digitally where you can also check the ingredients of every item for allergens. I had the Mexican salad and it was amazing! No problem with cross-contamination either. The sitting area isn't great but the food is worth it.

As usual, the top quality has been the place to go for healthy fast food in Nuremberg for years. Never disappoints and really has a varied menu. In summer the terrace invites you to have an Aperol and in winter there is great mulled wine right from the bar to the right of the entrance.

Quality of the food is really good! But portion of the add ons really really needs to improve. Paid 2,60 for broccoli and got 2 (!!) small parts.

I've been to Kaspar Schmauser in Nuremberg several times now and love the bowls every time. I've tried several bowls and can't decide which ones were my favorite. If you are looking for something fresh, vegan/vegetarian to eat in Nuremberg that is also extremely tasty, then I can only wholeheartedly recommend Kaspar Schmauser! The portions are also really big and really fill you up! Definitely one of my favorite food spots in Nuremberg!

Since the restaurant opened (around 2020), Kaspar has been our favorite restaurant for years. Delicious superfood bowls, always fresh, often new creations, 100% vegan and centrally accessible. We used to get something almost every week (until around 2023). Unfortunately, since then the portions have become smaller and smaller (earlier deep bowl bowls have been replaced by much flatter plates - depending on who serves the food, sometimes 50% less content to begin with). Prices are getting more and more expensive (like everywhere else, of course, but no longer appropriate for the portion compared to the beginning. The staff used to be friendlier, but now unfortunately they are often stressed and not accommodating. We were there again last Saturday and well... Small portions, specially ordered toppings were forgotten (this has happened several times) and had to be asked, staff were very unfriendly. All in all: Favorite restaurant became "unfortunately we won't be coming back". Hurts us, we always felt comfortable.

Pro tip: if kiosks are busy, you can order at the table via QR code. Too bad the waiter didn’t tell us this when we asked if we had to order at the kiosk. The experience was slightly ruined by having to wait for 10 minutes to order at a kiosk and then rushed through our order as there were people queuing behind us. We had to clean the table ourselves and I am pretty sure our order was messed up a bit - but the machine didn’t give is a receipt so we would not know. The food was nice, but I have never been at a vegan place with less atmosphere than this.

Aside from the fact that there is a lot of selection of delicious bowls, smoothies and wraps, they simply have the BEST vegan brownie I have ever eaten in my 6 years of being vegan. And I ate a lot of brownies and baked them myself. Absolutely recommended but be careful, it's addictive!

Forgot dressing... Unfriendly, not attentive Berry ice tea €6 and simply tastes like fruit tea

Very tasty and fresh bowls. We like to grab something for our lunch break every now and then. I don't find it all that comfortable there. The bowls themselves are always super fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the price is now at the upper limit for us.
