Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und wurde nur noch von dem fantastischen Personal übertroffen. Ein absolutes Muss bei einem Besuch in der Stadt!

Ich war gestern bei Kasper Schmauser zu Besuch und Elisabeth, Lana und Levy haben mich super toll bedient!!! Richtig liebe Mädels & sie haben mir eine wunderschöne Bowl und eine mega leckere Limo gezaubert. Ich hab mich total wohlgefühlt, komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Bestellung war eine Katastrophe. Nur zwei Bestellterminals, nicht alles auswählbar, was es gibt und der Belegdrucker geht nach dem Bezahlen nicht. An der Theke hieß es erst lapidar „geht hier auch nicht“, als ob der Fall damit erledigt gewesen wäre. Man konnte dann aber einen Bewirtungsbeleg erstellen. Auf den Beleg hatte ich bestanden, weil bei gleicher Situation bei einem vorherigen Besuch gab es zwei andere Essen als erwartet, angeblich so bestellt und nicht mehr nachvollziehbar. Die Bowl war sehr gut. Wenn man vegan essen möchte und einen der Preis für die Zusammenstellung fertiger Zutaten nicht abschreckt, dann bekommt man viel Geschmack und satt wird man auch. Eine Schale, eine Gabel, eine Serviette. Keine Gewürze oder andere Zutaten am Tisch. Die ausgedrückte Limette kann man nirgends ablegen. Das Ambiente innen lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein, gemütlich geht anders. Gläser gibts nicht, man trinkt aus der Flasche. Außen ist aber prima, direkt am Hauptmarkt. Bei schönem Wetter für Veganer/Vegetarier und mit wenig Erwartung an den Service eine Empfehlung.

Bowl war gut durchschnittlich und Eistee etwas wässrig. Das Ambiente ist Top, schön gemütlich.

Das Essen ist lecker, allerdings finde ich 15 Euro für einen Salat der in meine zu Schalen geformten Hände passt deutlich zu teuer, v.a. wenn man bedenkt dass es nahezu keinen Service gibt (bestellt wird am Terminal, selbst abräumen muss man auch).und das Ambiente Mittagsimbiss Niveau hat... Ich verstehe, dass frische ihren Preis hat, sehe hier die Relation abber nicht mehr gegeben.

Wir waren im April zweimal da und haben Glühwein mit Blaubeeren entdeckt :- ) Obwohl es nicht kalt war, mussten wir ihn einfach probieren. Er war wirklich lecker und nicht zu süß. Auch die Mittagsgerichte sahen gut aus.

Super Lage direkt im Hauptmarkt: man kann im Sommer schön draußen sitzen und eine leckere Bowl genießen! Empfehlenswert: pulled taco bowl!

Super frische leckere Bowls und Getränke! Besonders die Kebap Bowl und Erdbeer Matcha kann ich empfehlen. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Hauptmarkt. Der Service ist äußerst zuvorkommend :)

Die Bowls sind wirklich mega lecker. Finde es cool, dass es so viele Dressings zur Auswahl gibt und man sich auch eine Bowl selbst zusammenstellen könnte. Finde man sitzt draußen auch ganz schön.

Dies ist insgesamt ein phänomenales Restaurant und zählt zu meinen Lieblingsrestaurants in Deutschland. Das Personal war bei all meinen Besuchen hervorragend, der Service erstklassig, die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und das Essen wurde zügig serviert. Sogar die Anpassung meiner Portionsgrößen war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Essen ist köstlich und bietet eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Ich kann dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Kaspar Schmauser ist ein wundervoller Ort um gesund zu essen. Das Essen ist frisch, wird von sehr netten und motiviertem Personal serviert und auch schnell zubereitet. Die Bowls/Salate sowie der Brownie sind für mich ein Highlight in mitten der Nürnberger Innenstadt.💚 Das kaspar Schmauser ist mein Lieblingsrestaurant. Es ist für jede Generation etwas dabei. Ob Kaffee & Kuchen, Frühstück, Mittagessen/Abendessen einen guten Drink oder Smoothie. Jeder wird auf der digitalen Karte am Terminal fündig. Sogar Curries werden serviert und sind das Highlight meines Freunds ☺️👍 Alles gibt es auch ToGo 💚👍 Auf jeden Fall ein schöner Ort zum Schmausen 😋

Leckere Pastabowl mit Tomatensauce probiert. Geschmack war gut. Etwas scharf, aber nicht penetrant. Die Portion ist riesig, habe ich nicht geschafft. Draußen in der Sonne sitzen ist angenehm, direkt am Hauptmarkt. Innen gibt's auch genügend Platz.

Leckeres Essen und sehr netter Service!

War jetzt schon ein paar Mal bei Kaspar Schmauser und bin jedes Mal echt zufrieden rausgegangen. Die Bowls sind super frisch, gut gewürzt und machen richtig satt, ohne dass man sich danach komplett vollgestopft fühlt. Die Auswahl ist groß und man kann sich alles gut selbst zusammenstellen – vor allem die Saucen sind richtig stark. Laden ist entspannt, Personal super freundlich, geht alles ziemlich unkompliziert. Fazit: 5 Sterne – weil gesund essen selten so unkompliziert und gleichzeitig so lecker ist.

Das Essen dort ist super lecker!!! Die Mitarbeiter empfangen auch einen so herzlich 💓 Es ist wirklich mein Lieblingsladen :) <3

Schöner Platz mitten am Hauptmarkt zu verweilen. Man weiß, was man bekommt. 😍

Über Neo Taste kennen gelernt. Toll ist das alles Vegan ist, schade das man mit Neotaste nicht über die Portale bestellen kann. Die Portionen sind nicht riesig aber mit 2f1 okey. Geschmacklich gut. Würde wiederkommen. Man sitz schön draußen, aber die Tische wackeln teilweise sehr stark und sind oftmals nicht gereinigt.

Wir hatten zwei Salate, einen mexikanischen und einen Kebab-Salat. Beide waren köstlich. Der Service war sehr gut, auch Englisch wurde gesprochen. Schönes Ambiente mit angenehmer Hintergrundmusik. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Aperol ohne Eis, dafür mit Beeren, Holunder-Limette-Limonade war Mango-Orange, Touri-Abzocke, lieber was anderes suchen

Kaspar Schmauser bietet eine moderne, auffällige Einrichtung aber vor allem sehr leckere, gesunde und sättigende Gerichte. Die Bowls können fertig ausgewählt, selbst zusammengestellt oder durch eigene Wunschzutaten ergänzt werden. Es gibt eine Auswahl an warmen und kalten vegetarischen sowie veganen Mahlzeiten. Mir fehlen nur noch mehr Filialen in meiner Nähe bzw. im Norden von Deutschland.

Wir waren an einem Sonntagnachmittag auf der Suche nach Kaffee und Kuchen hier. Der Apfelkuchen hatte einen leicht künstlichen Geschmack. Schlagsahne gab es nicht. Der Kaffee war ok. Der Service war freundlich, das Ambiente verströmt Schwimmbad-Charme und läd nicht zum Verweilen ein. Vielleicht ist es erwas für junge Vegetarier, wir waren enttäuscht.

Das ist ein Mc Donalds für Veganer. Hier gibt es Terminals zum Bestellen und das Essen eird an den Tisch gebracht. Die Preise sind erstaunlich hoch doch dafür sind die Portionen nicht besonders groß. Mein Essen war nicht nur teuer, es war auch nur lauwarm als es von einer unmotivierten Bedienung gebracht wurde. Wir jedenfalls können Kaspar Schmauser nicht empfehlen!

I spontaneously ordered from a delivery service there. I was a bit skeptical at first, since the regular prices are quite high for "just vegetables," and I wasn't sure if I'd get full. So I was pleasantly surprised that my superfood salad was packed with nuts, edamame, and sweet potatoes (which aren't exactly cheap in the supermarket either). Everything was fresh, the salad was crisp, the dressing was delicious, and the portion was even enough for a big eater like me 😅. The cocoa porridge looks picture-perfect and tastes amazing! I'll definitely stop by next time I'm in the city!

For me, this is the best place to eat bowls. They're incredibly delicious (although I always end up going for the one with kimchi – my favorite 😅) and the portions are perfectly generous. They're substantial, I leave feeling full, and like I said, they're super tasty. But what really stands out here is the young man with the glasses. Now THAT'S a server, holy moly 🤯 Seriously, such a great, kind, and lovely guy. As far as I can tell as a customer, he's simply a wonderful person, and I'm always so happy when I arrive and he's there. I hope the owners know what a valuable person they have!

Went there for lunch yesterday. Ordered a Winter Bowl with peanut lime dressing, but it still tasted like curry?! Unfortunately, it wasn't very tasty. Except for the rice, everything was incredibly cold! My colleague ordered a noodle bowl. Everything there, even the noodles, was ice cold. Ordering was quick, and no one else was ordering. After 10 minutes, I started to freeze; it was freezing in the restaurant. Sadly, that was my first and last time there. Expensive and not tasty. The bowl size was good.

Amazing food, reasonably priced, fast service, friendly vibes. Nothing to complain about.

We tried the bowls for their 5th anniversary special for €5 – they were absolutely fantastic! The bowls are incredibly delicious, and you can choose your own dip. The tofu was very tasty, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The portions are generous, and you'll definitely leave satisfied. If you're just a little hungry, you can easily share a bowl. I think the regular price of €15/€16 is a bit steep, but I would pay it. I highly recommend the brownie; at €3.50, it's also very large – enough for two! :) The homemade smoothie and the gingerbread iced coffee were excellent! Overall, a fantastic restaurant, even for non-vegans!

Kaspar Schmauser is actually a great vegan restaurant, however, my last visit has led me to no longer recommend the branch at the main market in Nuremberg. The middle-aged employee with blond hair and glasses was so incredibly rude to us when he realized we wanted to share a bowl (4 people, 2 bowls) that he practically threw the forks on the table and made us feel unwelcome. He spoke to us in an incredibly rude tone and indirectly implied why we were there if everyone didn't have their own bowl. That's completely unacceptable and has nothing to do with hospitality. Furthermore, it was obvious they were trying to cut corners on the bowl ingredients, as there was very little tofu and planted kebab in the bowls, and the portion was smaller than usual. For €15, that's outrageous. With such poor service and this price-performance ratio, it's better to go somewhere else. Simply disappointing.

A fantastic restaurant/café! The food is incredibly delicious, and it's wonderful to have found a place that specializes in vegan food. The bowls are very reasonably priced and taste absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is simply perfect, especially with the cozy nooks. It's also great to have power outlets everywhere. The matcha here is simply amazing!

The BEST vegan food place I've ever been to! Personalized and prompt service with delicious bowls! The food here is not only incredibly healthy, but the restaurant's ambiance is also top-notch. Modern decor and perfect seating for a cozy get-together or even working. The staff are extremely skilled and passionate about their work, which is evident in their attentive and very welcoming service! 10 out of 5 stars!

A dish ordered via Uber wasn't available after all, but I received an immediate call to choose an alternative, plus dessert as compensation. So kind and friendly! The food was delicious, I'd definitely order again! <3

I ate here for the first time a few days ago. It wasn't very busy at the time, so ordering at the terminal and receiving my food was quick. The location is also really lovely, with a view of the main market square, or rather, the Christmas market at the moment. I had the Planted Kebab Bowl, which was delicious. However, I found the price quite steep at €15.99, especially for a non-meat dish. But I'll definitely come back for another meal.

I ordered food through Walled and waited almost three hours for delivery. The food arrived cold and tasted awful. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered. The service was absolutely terrible, and there was no customer focus whatsoever. I'm completely dissatisfied and will definitely never order from them again. Very disappointing.

A truly ray of hope! It truly enhances the main market and Nuremberg's culinary offerings! It's incredibly delicious, everything is vegan, and there's plenty of variety!

A centrally located, modern restaurant/café with efficient service and a good selection of food. The cappuccino and apple pie are highly recommended. The only downside is the large, open service window, which can be quite drafty in winter.

Unfortunately, everything was freezing cold, both the food and the premises. All the guests had to eat wearing jackets, scarves, and hats. (Winter) The bowls were anything but tasty; the Indian Bowl was inedible, and we had to leave it untouched (€16)! The hygiene left much to be desired, both in the restrooms and on the way to them. I would have preferred not to see the food containers either. The staff, however, were very friendly and competent.

Delicious vegan food, excellent ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere. The only downside is the limited seating, but they also offer takeout.

Really delicious and a great option for lunch right in the city center when you're looking for something different. The vegetables are fresh and well-balanced, and the sauce is a perfect complement. I personally found one bowl quite filling. The cakes are also freshly made, as far as I know, and taste great, as does the smoothie. The only downside: it's quite expensive for what it is – you'll hardly ever get a full meal for under €15, and with a drink, you're quickly over €20, considering it's "just" vegetables. I'd still pay the price, though, as it's one of the few healthy food options in the city center and it's really tasty, but if it were cheaper, I'd come much more often :)

An interesting food place where you self-serve with the menu ordering from a computer screen selection and pre-pay which removes the personal element of a waiter/waitress taking orders making it a little less intimate as I love to seek recommendations from staff about "what would you eat" when visiting for the first time. But after speaking with others I was with I chose a nourish bowl selection and was not disappointed. Fresh, delicious, nutritious. Super happy we ended up.here on a windy raining cold night after a Vegan Activism Event with Anonymous for the Voiceless and a Cube of Truth in Nuremberg.

The stews were excellent and very fresh. Truly delicious!

As a vegan you are in the right place

The food tasted good. The service was poor. I ordered from the vending machine, which should have taken 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the food arrived at the counter, but the drink was missing. Five minutes later, I picked up the cooled food, still without a drink. An additional item I had ordered was missing from the meal. When the drink arrived, I complained, and it was replaced. However, I was running late and couldn't finish the drink. The two ladies at the counter seemed overwhelmed, even though it wasn't busy. The atmosphere is relatively clinical; the used tables hadn't been wiped. If you like that...

The price/performance ratio is just about right. The tip pre-selection for self-service is quite bold.

Love this shop. I'm usually someone who prefers meat and fish, but these vegan bowls are absolutely amazing. Perfect after a workout; everything is fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous!

We ordered drinks for my wife and child, but the lime in the drink was brown and looked like it had been used before! The manager was very rude and the problem wasn't resolved. The men's restroom was very dirty. I strongly advise the owner of the bar to change their manager!

The portions used to be larger. €2.59 extra for 4 broccoli florets. They only serve meatless dishes. The vegan feta from Violife is great, but the veggie doner meat is too tough for me. The falafel is unfortunately much too dry, and the sweet potato curry is a bit bland. Okay with Neotaste, but otherwise overpriced.

I eat at Kaspar Schmauser regularly. The food is always fresh and delicious! I also really like the seasonal dishes. The price/performance ratio is more than just right for me. I/we will definitely be back and can recommend K.S. without reservation!

We didn't feel welcome at all, more like one of the numbers the ordering machine spits out. Perhaps the place would be busier if guests were greeted or seen off ("Thank you for your visit"). The value for money has definitely not been right for some time.

Thanks to the dedicated gentleman who explained the menu to me and patiently adapted it to my allergies. He was also really proactive and efficient with the other guests.

Everything is incredibly delicious and prepared with love. And you can order everything yourself at a self-order terminal and even customize it. Large portions. 100% recommendation
