Vegan salad restaurant with a variety of Asian salads It's not cheap, but it's delicious. :) You can order at your table with a QR code, but it doesn't support multiple languages There are meat toppings, but it's not warm like in our country. It's rather cold.

Great for celiacs! You place your order digitally where you can also check the ingredients of every item for allergens. I had the Mexican salad and it was amazing! No problem with cross-contamination either. The sitting area isn't great but the food is worth it.

As usual, the top quality has been the place to go for healthy fast food in Nuremberg for years. Never disappoints and really has a varied menu. In summer the terrace invites you to have an Aperol and in winter there is great mulled wine right from the bar to the right of the entrance.

Food okay, but there are better bowls for less money in the immediate vicinity. And as always, it's just annoying when you have to answer "the tip question" when ordering!

Quality of the food is really good! But portion of the add ons really really needs to improve. Paid 2,60 for broccoli and got 2 (!!) small parts.

I've been to Kaspar Schmauser in Nuremberg several times now and love the bowls every time. I've tried several bowls and can't decide which ones were my favorite. If you are looking for something fresh, vegan/vegetarian to eat in Nuremberg that is also extremely tasty, then I can only wholeheartedly recommend Kaspar Schmauser! The portions are also really big and really fill you up! Definitely one of my favorite food spots in Nuremberg!

Since the restaurant opened (around 2020), Kaspar has been our favorite restaurant for years. Delicious superfood bowls, always fresh, often new creations, 100% vegan and centrally accessible. We used to get something almost every week (until around 2023). Unfortunately, since then the portions have become smaller and smaller (earlier deep bowl bowls have been replaced by much flatter plates - depending on who serves the food, sometimes 50% less content to begin with). Prices are getting more and more expensive (like everywhere else, of course, but no longer appropriate for the portion compared to the beginning. The staff used to be friendlier, but now unfortunately they are often stressed and not accommodating. We were there again last Saturday and well... Small portions, specially ordered toppings were forgotten (this has happened several times) and had to be asked, staff were very unfriendly. All in all: Favorite restaurant became "unfortunately we won't be coming back". Hurts us, we always felt comfortable.

Pro tip: if kiosks are busy, you can order at the table via QR code. Too bad the waiter didn’t tell us this when we asked if we had to order at the kiosk. The experience was slightly ruined by having to wait for 10 minutes to order at a kiosk and then rushed through our order as there were people queuing behind us. We had to clean the table ourselves and I am pretty sure our order was messed up a bit - but the machine didn’t give is a receipt so we would not know. The food was nice, but I have never been at a vegan place with less atmosphere than this.

Aside from the fact that there is a lot of selection of delicious bowls, smoothies and wraps, they simply have the BEST vegan brownie I have ever eaten in my 6 years of being vegan. And I ate a lot of brownies and baked them myself. Absolutely recommended but be careful, it's addictive!

Forgot dressing... Unfriendly, not attentive Berry ice tea €6 and simply tastes like fruit tea

Very tasty and fresh bowls. We like to grab something for our lunch break every now and then. I don't find it all that comfortable there. The bowls themselves are always super fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the price is now at the upper limit for us.

First of all: We eat here very regularly. Not long ago prices were increased here, which is of course legitimate given rising costs, but at the same time the dishes were also "devalued". Smaller portions in the form of less noodles in the pasta bowl, but an overly large portion of arugula at the bottom as a base to make it look like more. Yes, no. In the past I would have given this 5 stars, but because of the points mentioned, as a disappointed regular customer I deliberately only give it 2/5.

Food was okay, but a bowl for €17 was expensive. Unfortunately, my salad wasn't that fresh anymore and the sauce wasn't seasoned well enough. The employee waited for a tip even though it was only to go. I found it very unpleasant and would therefore not come here again. Really a shame!

Super tasty dishes and drinks, friendly service, central location and nice ambience. Were there twice in one day. Highly recommended.

Great food! What really bothers me, though, is that you're forced to tip at the self-service kiosk. Please pay your cooks properly. I'm happy to pay a decent price for food, and whenever I'm served, I'm always happy to tip.

We chose this place as it looks quite fresh and had good reviews Unfortunately we had no luck. The table was dirty and I had to clean it myself, stuff was fairly communicable but waiting time was quite long The food was poor The rice very sticky and looked like yesterdays, the curry was not masala. Generally place is not worthy going there. Advantage is location but that’s it.

Even though I suspect that the portions on site have become smaller and the price is higher, I can only warmly recommend eating there! Everything was very tasty and lovingly prepared. No matter how stressful it is, employees are always friendly and accommodating. I like being there often.

Ambiente giovanile e razionale. Il cibo è una piacevole sorpresa anche per me che non amo il vegetariano. Cibo buono, ben presentato e abbondante. Gli ordini si fanno in autonomia dallo schermo-menù con la possibilità di molte personalizzazioni diverse. Se, come me, ti sei stancato di bratwurst e wiennerschnizel questo é il posto che può fare per te. 👍😊

Great vegan options - super delicious and healthy with a nice patio

I visited this establishment for lunch last week. The food was ok, I got a bowl with extra tuna, even though It wasn’t extra, it was a good bowl (thus 4 stars on food). Overall, the staff was nice and the food came quickly. Also they have electrical outlets all over the wall which help when travelling and need a place to charge. The prices were kind of hefty, but most of the restaurants of this category are kinda expensive and thus it is to be expected. The toilets were clean and free. Overall, it was a good lunch and a interesting experience.

Delicious and creative bowls. Portions are good, for very hungry people I would recommend additional toppings. The atmosphere is a bit cold and not that cozy, so I would rather order to go or have it delivered here. The price is okay, but of course you also pay for the location. I would recommend the kebab bowl, the planted chicken is very tasty.

OMG, I have a new favorite bowl: The new No Tuna Teriyaki bowl is amazing!! A lot of No Tuna, really put together. The staff is friendly and there are Vytal reusable tableware if you want to take something with you. The price is pretty expensive, but that's the case everywhere at the moment...

It is a super cute restaurant with focus on vegetarian/vegan meal options. The bowl is very fulfilling and a portion. I tried the winter bowl and it was tasty! And the ordering is easy and fast with the self ordering.

Kaspar Schmauser is our go-to place in Nuremberg - we come here every time we visit! Always fresh and tasty & the team is great. It's not cheap in terms of price, but the food is definitely worth it. Great recommendation!

We have visited this restaurant at least 5 times and have always been very satisfied. The prices are quite high but you get good quality and a huge portion 🤩 Even my friend, who is usually very hungry, didn't let himself pack almost half of the food. 😂

Great shop! Food, service, facility, I really enjoy being there. Location is very nice, right on the main market. There are very cute window seats in winter and in summer you can eat outside. However, the desserts are the best. That everything is also vegan 🙌

Parody of poke/bowl. Mixed everything with everything despite the choice without dressing drowned in some basic sauce. Worst meal in years. The environment is shabby, very worn. I do not recommend it very much, we were not even able to finish most of the food…

So that's enough for now. Ordered 3 times and something went wrong 3 times. This time the entire meal was distributed in the bag and I didn't pay a cent for it. If you want to blame it on the delivery service, do so, but it is also your responsibility to ensure that the food arrives correctly!

I ordered an apple cheese cake but got one with berries. It certainly wasn't a mistake because the receipt even changed to berry. I can only see the original on Wolt. No call to let me know or give me another choice. Someone just decided something for me?

The bowls tasted good, but unfortunately the ingredients were ice cold. So cold that it hurt my teeth to eat. This also reduces the taste in general, for example eating ice-cold Brussels sprouts. It was also very cold in the restaurant, so it was very uncomfortable and we left the restaurant immediately after eating. But what we really liked: 100% vegan

Super delicious food, was visiting the Christmas market in Nuremberg and was pleased that there was a Kaspar Schmauser here too. Despite all the trouble outside, you can find a nice, healthy restaurant here where you don't have to wait much longer for your food than, for example, on the steak roll in the sausage stall next door.

Food was delicious and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I don't find the restaurant itself particularly appealing. There aren't enough seats and eating on bar stools at high tables with a three year old child is a bit challenging. What also bothers me is that you don't have a table for yourself. However, I have to say that I'm not particularly interested in eating at the same table with strangers.

Actually my regular restaurant for lunch BUT: Only the price increase 2-3 months ago by about 20%. Now the plates have been extremely reduced in size. You just don't get full anymore.

I was always enthusiastic about fast, good and inexpensive food, then came the price increase and now the portion size reduction... very, very unfortunate.

REFERENCE: Berlin Friedrichstr. not Nuremberg! Great shop and super friendly employees. Went there yesterday and were so excited that we took something to go today. Even if the station ambience is a bit louder, it's all about the food and that's great. Fresh, quickly prepared and super tasty and the best; everything vegan!

First time here, but i really enjoy it. I had "pulled taco bowl" with mango souse, was reasonable portion and delicious.

I actually eat there regularly. But the portions have noticeably shrunk. The Thai Bowl was very clear. Especially since I ordered two options and paid extra for them. At around €18.00 it's really expensive, especially since I didn't really get full. That might be fine if you're a little hungry, but not at this price. The amount of rice was perhaps a bit much before - it could have been reduced SOMETHING, but please not the toppings. There's really only one idea left on the plate. Maybe a compromise between the before and the now. Otherwise it would be a shame...

Unfortunately I have to revise my positive impression. I've been coming for a really long time but you've really slowed down. I waited 45 minutes twice today because orders were mixed up. The orders are generally made to eat there, although take-away is always clicked. The currently free vegan cheese was completely left out. I had to cancel the bowl because I was pregnant, so my 16.90 bowl had almost nothing in it, you could have at least filled it with rice for that price. So really absolutely no longer recommended. What a shame...

Delicious vegan bowls with a large selection that are well filled. You'll even get full of it! I can only recommend it during a visit to Nuremberg's old town. The bowls can be ordered digitally and filled and changed as desired. Super simple and good system.

Unfortunately, the portions were significantly reduced (for the same price) without being informed of this. Typical shrinkflation unfortunately 😔 Food is still delicious. Unfortunately, due to the smaller portion being trumped up, it left a negative aftertaste. Too bad!

Unfortunately everything is rather mediocre and quite expensive.

I was in the Nuremberg branch today and unfortunately very disappointed. The "Mexican Super Food Bowl" did not correspond to the description - important ingredients such as peas, avocado cream and Edam cheese were completely missing. Instead, the bowl was mainly filled with lettuce and there was hardly any quinoa or chicken. Compared to my positive experience in the Fürth branch, the portions here were very small. It's a shame, I would have expected more for the price. Or was it because we didn't tip for self service 🤷‍♀️

We were very disappointed! Were here with our children. The service is impersonal; you order from a vending machine. If you have any questions, you will be told off in a very unfriendly manner and directed to the machine. The food - a main ingredient is rice and iceberg lettuce (or in other words, cheapest food) The atmosphere: the store is full or offers little space and is loud. It's a shame - it was a recommendation from our local vegan cafe.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht! Waren hier mit unseren Kindern. Der Service ist unpersönlich; man bestellt an einem Automaten. Wenn man fragen hat, wird man sehr unfreundlich abgebügelt und auf den Automaten verwiesen. Das Essen - ein Hauptbestandteil ist Reis sowie Eisbergsalat (oder anders gesagt, billigste Lebensmittel). Die heiße Limonade bestand nur aus Zucker (so aufgedreht habe ich unsere Kinder noch NIE erlebt; wir geben keinen Industriezucker) Die Atmosphäre: der Laden ist voll bzw. bietet wenig Platz und ist laut. Schade- es war eine Empfehlung unsers Veganer Stammcafes aus unserer Heimat.

Interesting concept. Scan cards, order food online and pay. No cash payment possible. There may well be people who want it that way, but it doesn't appeal to me. I much prefer direct contact and conversation. The food itself was good, although I found the prices quite expensive.

I have never seen such a clean toilet in a restaurant, you can even sit on your glasses without feeling guilty.

Please add masala chicken to the chicken. You have to poke around a lot to find the good chicken. The vegetables were quite OK, more of a lukewarm bowl than finely overcooked.... If this is supposed to be a vegetarian thing, then please leave it whole or make a tofu masala, but without tofu. .... Or a "without chicken chicken masala" for the completely unnatural diet. 4 shreds of chicken, a bit of vegetables and lots of rice, of course the rice. There's enough of that. Do I live in Africa or what? So unfortunately not good, spices wouldn't be bad in terms of taste, they season the food. I'm extremely disappointed for just under 40 euros. Clearly, not a recommendation.

It was my first time at Kaspar's and I had the tuna bowl. The bowl was full so I took the rest with me and there was also plenty of sauce. For me it's also a plus point because there is only vegan food at Kaspar. The price is rather high but that's normal for bowls these days. You can definitely eat good bowls here 🫶🏻

Very tasty 😃 The only point of criticism is that the portions are much too big for children and there are no smaller ones. Half portions would be great, as I can usually only eat without a child because otherwise there would be a lot left over.

Tables weren't wiped down even though we asked for it and the tables outside were wet and the food wasn't packed to take away, you had to do it yourself. We can highly recommend the Iced Matcha Latte. It was the best iced matcha latte we have ever had in a café in Germany. It is very close to an original iced matcha latte in Japan and is even vegan. You can choose the sweetness yourself when ordering, as they then use less agave syrup. Very good price-performance ratio.

Was with you for the 2nd time, it was again very tasty. This time I had a bit of rice and despite choosing two sauces, it ended up being a bit dry for me, leaving rice left over, which I always think is a shame. I missed the orange fruits in the Thai bowl, which were advertised in 'my local, your local' as 'we have changed the bowl as suggested'. Did you change that again? The show was 6 months ago, I thought it was brand new, I could have read it again instead of assuming it, but I still thought it was a shame. But all in all it was very tasty and the air conditioning in the summer is an absolute blessing! Your employees are super friendly and committed!

Delicious food. The salad was the best I’ve had in a long time. I had been meaning to go here for a while now & it met expectations. Ordering was DIY style at some terminal’s. I ordered the Tuna Teriyaki salad, which I can’t see on the list provided for this review.

Very good, it was tasty, I'll be back. You can really save yourself the nonsense with recreated tuna and chicken. The stuff only sticks together because of chemicals. Also, don't kill yourself offering real tuna. Nobody has to eat if they don't want to.
