Zeit & Raum - vegetarisch & vegan in Nürnberg

Ihr Hauseigener Burger war schlecht, Brot völlig trocken und ohne Geschmack die dazu servierten Pommes ebenso.

Wir haben locker 20min auf Getränke gewartet und anschließend mindestens 45min für die VORSPEISE, die wie vorher gewünscht eigentlich vor der Hauptspeise kommen sollte. Direkt danach kam dann der Hauptgang. Es wurde sich nicht einmal entschuldigt das das so lange gedauert hat. Das einzige gute war dann zumindest das Essen!

Ein außerordentlich interessantes und schönes Lokal in der City. Leckere Speisen, sehr netter Service und erholsamen Ambiente. Klein und fein.👍

Ich hatte ein köstliches Essen!

Leckere Gerichte, vor allem im veganen Bereich, tolle Auswahl, der hausgemachte Eistee war ein Traum!

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Uns wurde zunächst das falsche Getränk gebracht. Da wir es bereits erhalten hatten, haben wir darauf hingewiesen, es aber trotzdem behalten. Bei der Bezahlung wurde uns dann jedoch fast der doppelte Preis berechnet. Als wir die Bedienung darauf aufmerksam machten, dass das von uns bestellte Getränk nur etwa die Hälfte gekostet hätte, wurde uns schließlich sogar unterstellt, wir hätten das teurere Getränk bestellt. Besonders ärgerlich: Das Getränk, das uns gebracht und berechnet wurde, stand nicht einmal auf der Karte. Statt Einsicht oder einer Entschuldigung wurde die Verantwortung auf uns geschoben. Kundenservice sieht für mich anders aus.

Wir kamen am Dienstagabend um 19:30 Uhr zum Abendessen an, nachdem wir reserviert hatten. Der Kellner wies uns zügig einen Platz zu. Wir bestellten die vegane Étagère für zwei Personen. Sie war sehr ansprechend angerichtet und schmeckte hervorragend. Allerdings war sie für den Preis von 21,90 € pro Person etwas klein. Um das auszugleichen, bestellten wir zusätzlich noch den süßen Apfelkuchen flambiert, der ebenfalls köstlich war. Wir tranken außerdem ein Bier. Guter Service und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Wir waren hin und weg 🤩 wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl und der Service war sehr gut 👍 und wurden alle unsere Fragen zum Essen sehr gut erklärt und es war sooooo lecker 😋 Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch

Schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis…! Super teuer, 36€ für eine Etagere zum Frühstück für 2 Personen - Menge für eine Person und keine gute Qualität, fettig. Getränke auch teuer (5,30€ für eine Schorle 0,4). Leider eine Enttäuschung und das Gefühl abgezockt geworden zu sein… Alles durch gebrandet mit Gauloises und Aperol Spritz, wahnsinnig viele Tische im Innenraum. Also keineswegs ein kleines schnuckeliges Café.

Tolles veganes/vegetarisches Lokal.

Wir haben Zeit & Raum ganz zufällig über NeoTaste entdeckt – und was soll ich sagen: ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Das Essen war wirklich 1A mit Sternchen – super frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich einfach top. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Qualität und Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Auch der Service war herausragend: unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, wie kinderfreundlich das Team ist. Es wurde total lieb auf die Kleinen eingegangen, was den Besuch für uns als Familie nochmal entspannter und schöner gemacht hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können Zeit & Raum von Herzen weiterempfehlen! 💛

Essen sehr lecker, aber auch wirklich sehr teuer. Für die Etagere haben wir 42€ gezahlt, im Nachhinein haben wir nämlich erkannt, dass es nur für 1 Person, nicht für zwei in der Karte steht (etwas verwirrend geschrieben) Getränke dafür voll im Rahmen und eher günstig, ich würde nur zum Trinken gerne wiederkommen. Der Service kommt auf die Person an, der eine super freundlich und zuvorkommend - die andere eher nur für das nötigste (zahlen) ansprechbar. Alles in allem ganz gut, nur zum Trinken gerne wieder :)

Wunderbare Auswahl an veganen Tapas und äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal neben einem urig-gemütlichen Ambiente rechtfertigen die Preisklasse alle mal. Ich war mit meiner Tochter hier und komme definitiv wieder - wenn ich etwas auf die Seite legen konnte. 😉

Sehr leckeres Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre - wir kommen wieder! Wir hatten verschiedene Essen bestellt (Burger, Flammkuchen, Salat, Halloumi, Hack-Kroketten) und alles war fantastisch. So macht vegane/vegetarische Küche Spaß.

Leckeres Essen - aber grenzwertiges Preis-/Leitungsverhältnis. Wir waren vor Ort mit Freunden zum Frühstücken. Das Konzept mit den Tapas und den Etageres ist wirklich ganz nett - man wählt sich seine Tapas alleine oder als Paar aus und bekommt es dann serviert. Es gibt das Angebot für 21,90 4 Tapas oder für den doppelten Preis 8 für zwei Personen: ich hatte das Shakshuka, die Haferflocken mit Joghurt das Baba Ganoush und den Halloumi. Geschmacklich alles fein, aber alles halt auch recht klein. Weiterhin kommt z.B. das Baba Ganoush ohne Brot, als Aufstrich bzw. Paste müsste man es dann löffeln, es sei denn man bestellt für 3,90 extra Brot dazu. Summa Sumarum bin ich dann inklusive Getränk mit etwas mehr als 33 Euro rausgegangen. Das finde ich inkl. allem leider trotzdem unverhältnismäßig und werde - auch wenn es grundsätzlich alles gut war - daher künftig nach anderen Alternativen Ausschau halten.

wir hatten verschiedene Tapas und waren begeistert. Super lecker! Besonders hervorzuheben war der Halloumi auf Fenchel und die Quiche mit Kürbis! Wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man mal etwas anders vegetarisch Essen gehen möchte. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön, jeder Raum anders gestaltet. Super netter und aufmerksamer Service.

Toller Service und richtig gute Atmosphäre, die Bar kann ich jedem weiterempfehlen

Die Etagere für zwei Personen (ca. 44€) war von der Menge her leider nicht angemessen. Wenn hier zwei Leute einen gewissen Hunger haben ist das eher eine Vorspeise. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für uns leider nicht gegeben. Auch dieser dazwischen gelegte Salat war unnötig als Lückenfüller. Ansonsten cooler Laden, tolle Getränke und ich finde es schön, dass ausschließlich vegane Gerichte so kreativ und schmackhaft angeboten werden.

Wir haben die tollen Frühstücks-Tapas geteilt und genossen. Die Auswahl ist vielseitig und lecker, das Essen war hochwertig und frisch zubereitet, außerdem liebevoll dekoriert. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service.

Das Silvester Menü war hervorragend.

Wir waren spontan zum Abendessen da und haben uns seeeehr leckere vegetarische Gerichte nach Tapas Art bestellt. Die gebratenen Knödel mit Käse und Gemüse waren der Knaller. Je nach Tisch kann man per Handy bestellen und dabei echt sparen!

Leider sehr lange auf Getränke und Essen gewartet (> 1h beim Brunch). Im hinteren Bereich ist es leider recht dunkel. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht ganz: für 4 kleine Sachen 21,90€ ohne Getränk. Zudem etwas lieblos angerichtet. Essen war an sich lecker, also kann man schon mal machen.

Unfortunately, the brunch wasn't very good. There were many different tapas, which, of course, taste different to everyone. Unfortunately, nothing suited my taste. I felt the price-performance ratio was quite poor. Apart from one server, everyone seemed a bit disorganized. The servers addressed me informally from the start, and even when I switched to formal address, they didn't change it. I ordered coffee three times, but it never arrived. Drinks arrived after the food, which took about 20-30 minutes (even though we only ordered cold dishes). The restrooms are unisex, which I don't think is appropriate for a restaurant. They were clean, but we were there first thing in the morning, before the place was full. If you like vegan and vegetarian food and have patience, you might want to give it a try. Unfortunately, it's not for our family.

We went for breakfast on a Sunday. Unfortunately, it was disappointing on several levels: - Concept: The sharing concept is unnecessarily complicated, but the table size is particularly poorly thought out. There are mostly tiered serving trays that take up a lot of space, and the bistro-style tables mean you have to eat in cramped conditions. - Service: Friendly, but overwhelmed. It took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. And it was just ready-made dips that only needed to be arranged. - Price: The food simply doesn't justify the price. Neither the quality nor the quantity is justified. The taste was okay, but you could probably get a similar breakfast at a bakery near the train station. Overall, it wasn't really bad, but it wasn't great either. Either the price needs to drop significantly or the quality needs to improve considerably. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

Unfortunately, there was apparently no sparkling wine left early Saturday evening, so many drinks were out. Other cocktails listed on the online menu were also unavailable. Other guests were smoking and smoking weed despite the smoking ban, so we left quickly...

Very delicious food, and the service is very friendly and attentive. If you're looking for something special, this is the place for you. We'd love to come back!

We went there for breakfast on Sunday. With the extensive menu, it's hard to know what to choose. Everything sounds so good, and it turns out to be so good. We were absolutely thrilled; it was beautifully presented and delicious. The ambiance is also fantastic.

We stopped here for tea because it was raining. They have a lot of great hot drinks. €5.90 is a fair price for the size. A highlight was the vitamin C shot with fruit slices inside. It's very cozy, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the restrooms are clean. I'd love to come back again.

Zeit & Raum is often listed as one of the vegan options in Nuremberg, although the vegan selection is truly underwhelming compared to other restaurants. Understandable, as it's certainly not their focus. Nevertheless, it's worth noting that the food is very tasty, the staff incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere inviting. Especially in the summer, when sitting outside. But the interior also offers a constant variety thanks to the different sections.

The food was freshly prepared, but unfortunately nothing special. The drinks were not high quality and very expensive. However, the service was very friendly.

I love the restaurant's concept – vegan/vegetarian, regional organic ingredients, and most of the ingredients are purchased in bulk. The food is incredibly delicious and the seating is really nice. I was there for breakfast today and will definitely come back.

Charming restaurant, friendly staff, good, fresh food

I went there for the first time with a friend. It was nice to have a completely different breakfast, with things you wouldn't normally eat. It was very tasty. Only vegetarian and vegan dishes. You could check off what you'd like if the two suggested tiered stands didn't suit you. Since everything is brought to the table on a tiered stand, I wish they hadn't placed the cheese on the top plate. It was very sunny and hot, and the cheese was directly exposed to the sun. It would have had a bit more shade on the lower plate. Perhaps they could simply rearrange it a bit so that everything remains as tasty as possible until the end of breakfast. The interior of the restaurant is also very nice. However, in the back area, I felt like I was in a hall of mirrors (even though there were no mirrors). It was darker, and the steps and slopes in the floor weren't very visible. I was quite confused in the restroom area, as my friend and I kept thinking it was a mirror and that you couldn't go any further. So, use your hands to feel where there really is a wall and where there isn't. 😀 All in all, we were very happy and would definitely go again. (Noise level outside: very pleasant, inside: the music would definitely be too loud for a conversation.)

Very nice place, delicious food and fine service

After many years, I spontaneously came back here. We had to wait a bit at first, as breakfast is served until 1 p.m., and the changeover from breakfast to lunch takes a while. We didn't get the lunch menu we had requested in advance until others had already received their lunches. The service itself was very pleasant and friendly, but a bit disorganized and slow. The food was very tasty. (We had the two burgers). It's a treat for more than just vegetarians/vegans. The prices are fair and comparable to other restaurants in the area. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Highly recommended. 10/10 – the food was excellent with a nice selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, and the service was also top-notch. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Nuremberg.

If we hadn't had a voucher, I wouldn't recommend eating here. The food is really expensive and unfortunately didn't completely convince me. I was particularly disappointed with these nuggets or whatever they were with barbecue sauce. The waitress was very friendly and tried very hard to help us choose, even though she was completely new to the place. Unfortunately, no one took our orders for a long time, and it generally took a very long time for us to get our food. If you want to get value for money, I would recommend ordering at least 2-3 sandwiches when choosing from the slip of paper. Otherwise, it's unfortunately not enough.

The service was great, it was fast and delicious. Normal prices for a touristic place. I paid 23.5€ in total for the wine and flammekeuchen. Would recommend.

Best vegetarian food I have ever eaten in my life. The skill of the chef is world-class. The restaurant is located in a scenic spot in Nürnberg.

You think it's really fancy with all the plants. The service staff are always really nice and unusual types of people, I love them 😊 I think the food is very tasty and the drinks menu is also very cool and diverse 😊

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit. The burger for 20 euros is definitely not worth the price, and the mozzarella bowl was dry and boring. The fried vegan shrimp starter was good. The service was rarely seen and unfriendly, we had to go in to pay because no one came to collect. Overall, our stay was unfortunately disappointing.

We were there for breakfast a few days ago on Sunday. The concept with the various tapas is actually quite good, but not well implemented in my opinion. We decided on 8 “little things” for over €40. You simply tick what you want to eat. You expect enough food to fill you up. Unfortunately there were only 2 slices of bread. Additional bread costs extra (€3.90!). The so-called raspberry brownie with white chocolate was just a small square of a piece of cake. But it costs just as much individually as 2 slices of bread with avocado. Very questionable. Nevertheless, I have to say that the food tasted very tasty. It was just not enough for the high price. With 2 more drinks we were over €65, and unfortunately we weren't full afterwards either. Too bad! We won't be coming for breakfast anymore, we'll prefer it in the evening when there are proper portions ;)

Food is quite good, especially these Nigerian balls. I found Shakshuka strange. Service was very friendly but a bit disorganized, menus didn't come, cutlery and plates were forgotten, drinks were partly forgotten. What was really great was the ambience.

Disappointing all around – never again! We were at Zeit & Raum on a Saturday night and just wanted a drink. But what awaited us there was an absolute disaster. The wait times were completely unacceptable: 45 minutes for the first round, an hour for the next. We then had to wait another half hour to pay – completely unreasonable. On top of that, we received the wrong drinks, and in the last round, one was even missing altogether. The service was overwhelmed or simply disinterested. We've never experienced anything like it. One star is still too many!

I think it has become very expensive

We were at ZEIT & RAUM in Nuremberg yesterday (Saturday evening) – unfortunately a big disappointment. The service was extremely slow, we had to wait forever for our orders. The glasses were dirty, which is absolutely unacceptable. In addition, the prices are quite high, which is not justified given the poor quality and poor service. We would have expected much better organization for a Saturday evening. Unfortunately not recommended!

You can spend a wonderful evening in time and space. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and welcoming. The food was very tasty and the selection was large but not overwhelming. The homemade iced teas are super good. The service is attentive, courteous and super friendly! I'd love to come back.

It was way too expensive for me

The food is delicious, but extremely expensive. You have to pay around €25 per person for breakfast to get a full meal. Service was also poor. Drinks arrived 20 minutes after ordering.

A great place! From the friendly service to the cool ambiance to the truly amazing food. For me, it was a genuine "aha" moment regarding vegan food. (And thought-provoking!) We felt absolutely at home and will definitely be back!

Unfortunately there was absolutely no value for money. We shared 8 tapas between two people - unfortunately the quality wasn't good, there was a lack of flavor everywhere and the bread didn't work at all. Also simply significantly overpriced!

I think the salads from Zeit & Raum are very tasty. They offer a brunch buffet which is also good. Unfortunately I didn't try any other food. The place is in the heart of Nuremberg's old town, but is small - it's better to make a reservation as it is usually full, especially on weekends.

Had breakfast today. There were various tapas. Everything tasted great and was beautifully prepared. Service kept coming and asking if everything was OK. Everyone was super friendly. It was a perfect start to the day for us. The deposit was refunded immediately upon arrival. Absolutely fine for us.

Extremely expensive, there was not enough staff for the number of people there, we ordered dessert and it took more than 15 minutes to bring it. The atmosphere is very nice, music and decoration.

I ordered a 0.2 liter orange juice there, which actually costs €3.90. Then they brought it to me, I drank it and when I paid they said: “That’s €5.90”. Then I saw on the menu that the 0.2 liter “freshly squeezed orange juice” really costs €5.90, but I definitely hadn’t ordered it. I think it's a disgrace! €5.90 for 0.2 liters of freshly squeezed orange juice, which I didn't even order because I actually wanted the normal one for €3.90. It's not possible to simply sell the customer something more expensive even though he didn't order it. Therefore only 1 star.

Unfortunately not as good as it was a year ago, I used to really enjoy having breakfast here. We had breakfast here on a Sunday 2 weeks ago, unfortunately the taste and service no longer matched the price. We waited over an hour for our breakfast, we didn't ask if we wanted something to drink again and the bread we ordered didn't come until we had already finished eating.

Overall, my visit to the Zeit&Raum restaurant was a mixed experience. When making the reservation online, we noticed that a deposit of 10 euros per person had to be paid. This was easily refunded after the visit, which is fair but still seems a bit unusual. The ambience of the restaurant is definitely interesting. The different zones, each with their own style, make the location exciting and worth exploring. However, our experience was somewhat marred by the unfriendly service - a little more friendliness would have made the stay more pleasant. The breakfast itself was good in terms of taste and we chose a cake stand which was really nicely presented. However, the price-performance ratio is not quite right. We would have expected a little more for the price quoted. Another negative point was the music was way too loud - a more relaxed atmosphere would have been better at 10 a.m. Overall, I can well imagine coming back for a drink with friends in the evening, as the location definitely has potential. However, I wouldn't necessarily go there again for a relaxed breakfast.

Food & drinks were awesome. I can only recommend it to everyone, especially if you like vegan food and appreciate a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The staff is also super friendly and great. I'd love to come back when I'm in Nuremberg again!

Went for brunch....it was very tasty, but a bit low for the price and not high enough quality! Coffee and chai latte very much 😋! But almost 60€ with drinks was already borderline! Ambience and service very nice!

An asset to this city for a long time

Este es un restaurante divertido e informal en Wespennest que sirve bastantes platos vegetarianos y veganos. Tienen un asiento interior bohemio y atmosférico con bastantes mesas. Las vibraciones son muy buenas, por lo que este es un buen lugar para familias, grupos pequeños y parejas. Comimos aquí un par de veces durante una reciente visita a Nuremburgo, aprovechando sus platos saludables. Disfrutó de su entrante de hummus, ensalada MamaZeiti y su tarte flambee, particularmente su variedad mediterránea. Las porciones son grandes, precios razonables para lo que se cobra, servicio amable, servicial con los pedidos y oportuno. Me gustaría volver la próxima vez en Nuremburgo.

This is a fun, casual eatery on Wespennest that serves quite a few vegetarian and vegan friendly dishes. They have a Bohemian and atmospheric interior seating with quite a few tables. Vibes are really good, making this a neat spot for families, small groups and couples. We ate here a couple times during a recent visit to Nuremburg, taking advantage of their healthy dishes. Enjoyed their hummus starter, MamaZeiti salad and their tarte flambee, particularly their Mediterranean variety. Portions are large, prices reasonable for what is charged, service friendly, helpful with orders and timely. Would gladly return next time in Nuremburg.

The bread basket for the tier for 2 people is far too small and unfortunately only white bread. We had to order bread twice more and each time there were 4 small half slices in the basket. Where should you put the spreads on it? €3.90 was then charged for each bread basket. The food was good but too little and too expensive.

It was a fine dinner for our family. Everyone likes the all foods. I can go there for vegan food again.
