The rooms are great, but the wait of about 60 minutes for the food was too long for me personally, and the salad (Steak) was very disappointing. The staff is friendly, but they should reconsider some of their comments. At breakfast, you'll want to be on time, as a line immediately forms due to the small buffet. The exterior impression is okay. It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't spend a vacation there.
Absolutely brilliant pub. Good selection of 🍺 and dishes. And even if the place is full you still have good service 👍
Unfortunately, it now says on the homepage that they will be closed until September due to a lack of staff. I keep my fingers crossed for you and hope to reopen soon! I'm looking forward to drinking a Guinness with you again! 🍀🍻
Despite being busy and only two people serving, everything went quite quickly. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I'd especially like to praise the Kaiserschmarrn – we thought it was absolutely delicious!
First of all: anyone who's been here before will be disappointed.
Starting with the menu, which is absolutely rancid, smeared with grease, and written on with ballpoint pen, because it's probably too much to ask for a few A4 pages. We waited 35 minutes for two burgers, during which time a total of four burgers (including ours) were prepared by the kitchen. Not much more needs to be said. The burger bun was burnt, the patty was overcooked until the chef was sure that nothing more could be tasted. Finally, we were enveloped in clouds of smoke from the staff on the terrace while we ate – but hey, smoking among people eating is unfortunately normal in Germany anyway.
And my absolute favorite: the card terminal, where you're explicitly asked for a tip because €45 for two people was apparently too affordable.
The food was okay, but nothing spectacular. The service wasn't particularly friendly, and we weren't even asked once if we wanted something to drink, even though it was really quiet. It's a shame.
A rustic inn with a very cosy atmosphere, super friendly and prompt service, a varied menu, and very, very delicious food. The Kaiserschmarrn is a must!
I don't know what passes for a "portion" here, but it certainly won't fill you up—it'll leave you hungry afterward. The price is like a main course, the quantity like a side dish. On top of that, the service seemed to prefer anything else than serving guests. Unfriendly, irritated, and completely uncustomer-oriented. If you're happy to pay a lot for little food and poor service, this is the place for you. For everyone else: better move on.
A cute little restaurant with a lovely courtyard – you really feel like you're in Italy here. Very attentive and friendly service. A small menu with authentic, seasonal dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. We'll be back.
