Jin in München

Wir möchten gerne zu dem Beitrag von Lukas Schwindl Stellung nehmen. Die konkrete Situation auf der Toilette haben wir zwar nicht unmittelbar mitbekommen, da wir im Außenbereich saßen. Den übrigen Ablauf konnten wir jedoch aus nächster Nähe beobachten, da Lukas Schwindl mit seiner Mutter an unserem Nachbartisch Platz nahm. Zunächst fiel uns auf, dass das Fahrzeug direkt vor dem Restaurant im absoluten Halteverbot abgestellt wurde. Darüber hinaus empfanden wir den Umgangston gegenüber seiner Mutter mehrfach als auffallend unfreundlich. Im weiteren Verlauf ging Lukas Schwindl in den Innenbereich des Restaurants. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war dieser nach unserer Wahrnehmung vollständig leer. Daher können wir die Darstellung einer besonders hohen Geräuschkulisse sowie die Aussage, Jin habe ihn vor allen Gästen zurechtgewiesen, nicht nachvollziehen. Kurz darauf kam er wieder nach draußen und sagte sehr laut zu seiner Mutter: „Wir gehen!“ Auf ihre Nachfrage, warum, antwortete er sinngemäß: „Weil ich es sage – wir gehen.“ Anschließend verließ seine Mutter gemeinsam mit ihm das Restaurant. Eine Verabschiedung vom Personal oder von Jin fand nach unserer Beobachtung nicht statt. Wir haben uns über diesen Ablauf sehr gewundert, insbesondere darüber, wie eine Reservierung ohne weitere Erklärung oder Entschuldigung nicht wahrgenommen werden kann. Das Jin ist seit 24 Jahren eine hervorragende Institution in München. Wir besuchen das Restaurant regelmäßig und hatten – ebenso wie Freunde von uns – bislang keinerlei Anlass, uns über den Service, das Essen oder das Ambiente zu beschweren. Im Gegenteil: Wir waren stets zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit dort. Umso bedauerlicher finden wir es, wenn durch aus unserer Sicht unzutreffende oder stark verzerrte Darstellungen ein falscher Eindruck entsteht. Wer sich die weiteren Bewertungen von Herrn Schwindl ansieht, kann sich zudem selbst ein Bild davon machen, wie einzuordnen solche Beiträge möglicherweise sind. Wir können jedenfalls nur aus unserer eigenen Erfahrung sprechen – und diese ist durchweg positiv.

Wollte hier einfach nur gut essen gehen. Habe nach der Toilette gefragt und wurde darauf hin vom Chef persönlich vor allem Gästen zusammengestaucht, weil ich angeblich nicht BITTE gesagt hätte. Eine völlig überzogene Reaktion, respektloser Umgang mit Gästen für etwas so Banales wie die Frage nach der Toilette. So etwas Ungehöriges ist mir noch nie passiert. Von der Küche habe ich nichts mehr mitbekommen, weil ich das Lokal ohne Bestellung verlassen habe. So geht man nicht mit zahlenden Kunden um, das ist keine Gastfreundschaft, das ist völlig herablassendes Verhalten.

Restaurant JIN – chinesische Küche bietet eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung: Das Lokal ist sauber, das Essen frisch und sehr lecker, und das Personal unglaublich freundlich sowie aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die gute chinesische Küche schätzen.

Ambitionierte chinesische Küche mit einem sehr zugewandten Service

Qualität der Produkte gut, geschmacklich so lala. Gut waren die Dim Sum, die Perlhuhn Vorspeise und die Nachspeise. Rest eher mäh. Hat mit guter chinesischer Küche nichts zu tun. Deutlich zu teuer, das Menu ist preislich im Sterneniveau, geschmacklich aber weit entfernt

Meine erste Erfahrung Sonntag vor zwei Wochen im Jin Restaurant war sensationell Tolle außergewöhnliche Gerichte wie z.B.: ein Quallen Salat,scharf angebratene Kutteln oder geschmorter Schweinbauch als Vorspeise. Das sind Gerichte,die man nicht oft auf Speisekarten zu lesen bekommt und somit etwas Neues und interessantes was ich unbedingt probieren wollte. Auch die Hauptspeisen wie Soft Shell Crab und der Oktopus waren gut,aber die Vorspeisen bleiben in besserer Erinnerung😉 Nur beim Dessert hat mich irgendwie nichts überzeugt und fand die Auswahl etwas einfallslos,überall stand Eis mit Früchten,Motchi mit Früchten oder Variation vom Grüntee mit….. ….. genau mit Früchten ! Haben das schwarze Sesam Eis mit Früchten genommen was aber nur mit Ananasstückchen serviert wurde. Wir haben uns dann lieber für eine zweite Flasche Riesling geeignet,welche definitiv die bessere Entscheidung war 👍🏽😉 Das nächste Mal möchte ich sehr gern das Überraschungsmenü für 138€ probieren,das soll sehr empfehlenswert sein

Unfassbar toller Abend! Vielen vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis. Wenn man fantastisch in München essen will, muss man ins Restaurant Jin gehen. In dem Hao Jin und seine Familie einem das Gefühl gibt willkommen zu sein und einem mit dem Essen einfach umhaut. Die Aromen perfekt abgeschmeckt und alles auf den Punkt. Dazu kann der Gastgeber einem auch den Perfekten Wein empfehlen. Vielen vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Abend!

Ein fantastisches, authentisches chinesisches Restaurant der gehobenen Klasse. Jin ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber mit exzellenten Weinkenntnissen, was den Besuch zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis macht. Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Gutes Essen, etwas höhere Preise.

Ein erstklassiges Erlebnis im Herzen Münchens. Umfangreiche Speisekarte, hervorragende Weinkarte, exzellenter Service.

Wirklich unglaublich was da geboten wird. Jedes Gericht ist eine Offenbarung. Allein die hausgemachten Dumplings sind einen Besuch wert. Tuna-Tartar, Steinbutt, Miesmuscheln, alles unvergesslich zubereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Weit weg vom Chinesen Allerlei wird im Jin moderne, kreative Küche mit chinesischen Wurzeln geboten. Durchweg lecker, immer harmonisch. Wir hatten das Chefmenue, das auch überraschende Komponenten wie Stierhoden bot, die natürlich nicht jeder essen muss.

Ein bisschen kalt, wenig herzlich.

Absolute Spitzenklasse! Stilvolles Ambiente, aufmerksamer Service und eine Küche, die wirklich begeistert. Jedes Gericht unseres Menüs war perfekt abgeschmeckt, frisch zubereitet und mit Liebe angerichtet. Die feinen Gewürznoten und die hohe Qualität der Zutaten haben mich wirklich beeindruckt. Definitiv eines der besten asiatischen Restaurants, die ich je besucht habe. Ich komme garantiert wieder!

Seasoning on point!!! Super leckeres Essen, auch mal was ausgefallenes.

Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Glück, aber das Überraschungsmenü war wirklich sehr gut. Sehr schöne Aromen und tolle Mischung aus Fisch (seescholle), Ente & Schwein, alles sehr aromatisch. Wobei mir das eigentlich egal ist, war Jin sehr präsent Im Restaurant und mehrmals an allen Tischen. Zusätzlich hatten wir noch das Mapo Tofu bestellt, Das fand ich allerdings nicht so gut. Das Essen, Restaurant, Ambiente ist sehr stimmig Wir kommen gerne wieder!

uneingeschränkt super, kleine Gerichte, die echt überzeugen. Ich stehe z. B. auf Frühlingsrollen. Die hier waren extrem gut. Oder so etwas Ungewöhnliches wie Quallensalat, auch gut. Service sehr zuvorkommend, der Chef persönlich hat mich teilweise bedient.

Das beste chinesische Essen der Stadt!

Absolut enttäuschend. Wir hatten das Degustations Menü welches laut Website alle Geschmackswelten von Jins Heimat auf den Tisch bringen sollte. Die Qualität der Produkte war sehr gut aber leider in der geschmacklichen Umsetzung komplett einfallslos. Frittierter Fisch mit einer süß sauren Soße die schmeckt als hätte man sie im Asia Markt um die Ecke gekauft. Lammkoteletts mit Frühlingszwiebeln die man mit Stäbchen oder den Fingern essen soll. Dumplings ohne Soße lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht und geschmacklich leider auch alles andere als überragend. Bei jedem Gericht maximal 2/3 Zutaten- was nicht schlimm ist, wenn es geschmacklich wenigstens überzeugen würde. Vor Beginn des Menüs sagten wir, dass wir keine Innereien mögen, laut Kellnerin kein Problem, einer von uns bekam Innereien. Die Nachspeise -eine Kugel Sesam Eis und vier traurige Melonen Stücke war der krönende Abschluss eines enttäuschenden Abends. Alles in allem kann jeder halbwegs begabte Hobbykoch mit den entsprechenden Zutaten so etwas auf die Teller bringen. An der Stelle ist auch zu erwähnen, dass bekannte Köche aus der Schweiz und Österreich zu Besuch waren und leider dass Augenmerk des Gastgebers komplett auf dieser Gruppe lag. Nett formuliert waren alle „normalen“Gäste scheinbar eher nebensächlich. Extrem lange Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen-nicht nur bei uns, aber ein ständiges nachreichen neuer Speisen an dem Tisch mit den Köchen. Bei einem Restaurant dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich zudem dass der Inhaber-wenn anwesend einmal am Ende des Menüs an den Tisch kommt und nachfragt ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war und wenn dies schon nicht möglich ist, zumindest eine ordentliche Verabschiedung statt bei seinen Freunden am Tisch sitzen zu bleiben. So ein Verhalten erwarte ich in der Kneipe um die Ecke aber nicht in einem Restaurant was eine Erwähnung im Guide Michelin hat. Zusammenfassend bleibt zu sagen, dass Preis/Leistung in keinem Verhältnis standen und ich dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen kann.

Ein schöner Abend im Jin, 2 Plätze direkt an der Bar, als Starter das Carpaccio von der Jakobsmuschel, super Frisch, sehr lecker. Dazu einen leckeren Riesling-Auslese, fantastisch. So war jeder Gang ein Highlight. Unbedingt reservieren. Tolle Location für Sonntags, da hier die meisten Restaurants in München geschlossen haben.👍

Was für ein kulinarischer Abend und was für ein herzliches Team.Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Essen war sensationell.Von Vorspeise bis Nachspeise. Phänomenales Restaurant. Sehr empfehlenswert. Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen zum Abendessen dort. Nettes Lokal, mit wenigen Tischen. Reservierung ausdrücklich empfohlen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr zuvorkommender, freundlicher und schneller Service. Wir haben die folgenden Speisen ausgewählt: Tatar vom Blue-Fin Thunfisch Scharf-Saure Suppe Wantan Suppe Dim Sun mit Kalbsfilet Dim Sun mit Iberico-Schwein Gebratener Reis mit Garnelen Gebratener Reis mit Rinderfilet Black Tiger Garnelen Eis vom schwarzen Sesamöl mit frischen Früchten Die Dim Sun waren wirklich die Besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Man ließt diesen Satz schon des Öfteren in Bewertungen verschiedenster Speisen, aber hier kann ich einfach nichts anderes schreiben. Wenn ich zwischen den beiden Varianten wählen müsste, dann wären es die mit dem Kalbsfilet, aber die mit dem Ibericoschwein sind auch unglaublich lecker. Während ich jetzt die Bewertung schreibe, läuft mir das Wasser im Munde zusammen, wenn ich an diese Dim Sums denke. Die Suppen waren auch ausgezeichnet, nicht der typische geschmacksverstärkerte Eindruck. Ich hätte tatsächlich am liebsten noch eine Portion von der Scharf-Sauren Suppe essen können. Der gebratene Reis mit Black Tiger Garnelen war in Ordnung. Ich würde sagen „guter Durchschnitt“, ich hatte mir aber etwas mehr erwartet. Das Dessert habe ich selbst nicht probiert, aber meine Freunde sagten, dass es schon sehr „eigen“ sei. Ich kann es nicht bewerten. Wir haben etwa > 80 Euro pro Person ausgegeben. Es war ein gelungener Abend. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder. Da das Lokal recht klein ist, ist es etwas lauter, aber man kann sich noch unterhalten. Parkplätze gibt es in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage.

Für ein chinesisches Restaurant in München ist es durchaus empfehlenswert. Es mag zwar nicht das authentischste chinesische Restaurant sein, was die Aromen angeht, die man von der „echten“ chinesischen Küche kennt, aber geschmacklich ist es trotzdem gut. Der größte Nachteil sind die Preise: Die Portionen sind nicht üppig, und man zahlt schnell 20–30 € für ein eher kleines Gericht. Auch die Auswahl an Getränken außer Wein ist recht begrenzt. Wer also auch nur den geringsten Appetit hat, sollte mit fast 100 € pro Person rechnen.

Ja, es hat überzeugt. Aber vor allem die Teigtaschen. Sehr gutes chinesisches Essen, aber nicht so umhauend wie gedacht. Trotzdem knapp über 4,5 und daher 5 Punkte. Nette Atmosphäre, freundlicher Service, gute Weinauswahl.

Es ist ein wunderbares Restaurant, authentisches Essen, toller Service. Da die Gruppe (vom Land) am Nachbartisch extrem laut war, durften wir umplatzieren, damit wir unser eigenes Gespräch verstehen konnten. So wurde es noch ein sehr schöner Abend.

A unique culinary experience We had the set menu – it's impossible to describe it more precisely, as that's all it says on the menu. What's special about it: You simply tell us what you don't like, and the menu is customized. We had 6 or 7 courses full of creativity and flavor. The service was attentive and courteous, without ever being intrusive. The food was of absolutely top quality – high-quality, but without unnecessary frills or "fancy" effects. Here, honest, perfectly prepared cuisine counts, not show. The ambience is calm, stylish, and inviting. We always enjoy coming back – for us, it's a real insider tip in Munich!

We ate there today, and it was simply fantastic! I haven't eaten such good, homemade food in a long time – fresh, natural, and full of flavor. The dumplings were heavenly, and the pork belly (soft as butter ❤️) was simply a highlight. A truly feel-good experience that leaves you wanting more – we'll definitely be back!

Located just outside the historic center, it has been considered one of the best Chinese restaurants in Munich for many years. The food is excellent, the service attentive but a bit rushed. The atmosphere is basic but tidy and clean.

We went to Jin for lunch on a Sunday and sat outside despite the restaurant's wonderful atmosphere. The waiter was very attentive, and starting with the sparkling rose aperitif, the food—such as bluefin tuna tartare, sea lion carpaccio, dim sum, octopus with green asparagus—and the service were perfect. Unobtrusive, competent, and always on hand at the right time. We'd be happy to come back.

Absolutely outstanding! It's hard to believe how much flavor you can put on a plate. The service is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and it's great to see Jin's presence in the dining room. Every fan of Asian food has to try it at least once, but everyone else should try it too.

A long-held wish came true: I was in Munich AND was able to reserve a table at Jin ❤️ I received an incredibly warm welcome, the service was attentive yet discreet, attentive to individual needs, and simply beautiful. You can choose à la carte or leave it to the chef and be treated to a fantastic surprise menu. I chose the latter, and it was a dream. EVERY course! Fish and seafood are prepared to the highest standards here! The beef fillet melted in your mouth. Anyone who loves Asian cuisine should definitely visit Jin when visiting Munich! And don't forget to make a reservation in advance...that would be a shame! 🫶

Just ate there today. The food was alright but the service was absolutely abysmal. From the forty minute wait time for our mains (the table beside us arrived after us, ordered the same thing & received theirs first) to the genuinely unkind interactions with the young female waitress. Her mannerisms were rude, curt, and unacceptable. I’m not asking for put-on friendliness but rudeness is not acceptable either when we did nothing to deserve it and she was plenty kind to the other patrons. I’d give them -5 stars for service if I could.

Once again the Jin really convinced me.

We were happy with everything. Jin himself served us at the beginning and we tried several main courses and starters. The pork belly praline is a poem, but we found the loup de mer carpaccio (amazing sauce!) particularly surprising. It was a very successful evening, we would love to come back!

Great food and service very very nice. We can only recommend that anyone who comes to Munich and is looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant should definitely stop by.

Great ambience, tasteful interior, incredibly nice and attentive service. The salmon carpaccio was a poem, as was the loup de mer, an absolute dream - tender and juicy. Unfortunately, we didn't really enjoy the dim sum and corn-fed chicken, but we don't presume to be as knowledgeable as the Michelin critics, who regularly shower the restaurant with the highest praise. Thank you for the overall successful evening.

Unfortunately disappointing Four people 4 times the surprise menu - no explanation of the courses and portions far too small! Then we go to the Bergwolf. Unfortunately, Jin’s menu is not recommended! What a shame!!

Very good and authentic food. The service was great! Absolute recommendation.

We wish the boss a speedy recovery, as he's currently having major issues with himself. On our first two visits, we were seated near the door despite having made reservations, which isn't ideal in winter. Jin promised us a seat in the back for our third visit on March 18, 2025, and took down our names. The waiter couldn't find a reservation in my name at all and wanted to seat us in the passage again. When we tried to leave the restaurant with our mouths hanging open, we received a first-grader lecture like in the 60s. Asphalt beneath our feet again, the boss yelled at us, asking what the hell we thought we were doing. Get well soon, Jin. Otherwise, you'll soon hit the wall.

Very tasty and high quality Chinese food! The homemade chili oil, which you can buy to take away for €15, is also great! Thank you for the lovely evenings!

The only restaurant with Asian cuisine and a Michelin star. Even top German chefs like Mälzer or Raue appreciate something like this. And of course my wife and I, who dine here several times a year.

JIN is not a restaurant - it's like coming home, except Jin is in the kitchen and cooks better than your own family. The dumplings? Guys, I'm telling you: the best I've ever had. Tender on the outside, full of flavor on the inside - as if they had packed the soul of China into dough. And then the Iberico! Every bite is so good, you'll briefly wonder why you've ever eaten anywhere else. Everything is fresh, everything is perfectly coordinated – Jin simply knows how it’s done. And then he comes up with a wine list that makes even upscale wine bars look pale. Conclusion: JIN is not just the best Chinese restaurant in Munich - it is the best in Germany. If you don't eat here, you're missing out on life. Thanks

One of the best restaurants in Munich.

We were in Jin for the first time. Of course we had already heard a lot. That's why we were very excited. What can I say… the best soups, the best dim sum, excellent main courses! That's hard for us to top now. We had to reorder the dim sum with pork. The sour and spicy soup is so fresh and delicious, for me it's the best I've had so far. Absolutely great, honest, so tasty, top quality. Thank you.

On our weekend trip to Munich we treated ourselves to a delicious dinner at Jin's. This will definitely be repeated next time in Munich.

It closes as soon as they get quiet, sometimes at 9 pm., yet it says open until 11 pm.

This was our first time at Jin's. But we would like to come back. Courteous, nice and excellent food. The black sesame ice cream at the end is a poem.

Amazing experience, the food was really really good, the restaurant was so nice and the chef is very friendly. Couldn’t have had a better experience, can’t wait to go back and try the best dumplings I’ve ever had!

The reception itself was extremely friendly and not fake. The dumplings were perfect as a starter. The main course is lovingly prepared and deliciously seasoned. The subsequent dessert - sesame ice cream - was the crowning finale. All in all, it was a successful evening with a great price/performance ratio. Happy to come back!

Starters were excellent, mains rather boring and over salted. Portions are way too big for health conscious eaters. Attentive service although losing interest towards the end of the evening. Interesting and comprehensive wine list. Worth a visit but room for improvement.

A very clear recommendation for us! Our absolute favorite dish is the tuna tartare. We had a great evening here and we will definitely repeat it. Great wine, delicious aperitif, great food, great service. Everything just worked for us! Small addition: Be sure to reserve, otherwise it will be difficult :-)

This review is from an American who lived in San Francisco and the New York area. Just don’t even bother going here - you will be disappointed. Maybe it’s great for Munich - maybe they have such limited choices that this place stands out. This place is seriously overpriced, underwhelming food (repeat base sauce and vegetables, just switch out the protein), and the service was just awful. I can’t think of any place in NY, NJ, or CT that isn’t better than Jin, and at a fraction (try 30%) of what they charge. What a waste of an evening meal in Munich.

Prominent through the Kitchen Impossible episode. Starter was very good. Tatar. For the main course I wanted some rice that wasn't brought to me. Probably the philosophy there is that you don't get something individually. Service doesn't quite correspond to the price level. Great atmosphere inside. Outside I found it a bit sober for an otherwise well-known restaurant. Jin is casual. Would go again.

We, the three women from Sauerland, were really looking forward to the evening with Jin. The service was very friendly and attentive. Each of us chose something from the menu. We shared different dishes and were therefore able to taste a lot. The food was very tasty and of good quality. It was an experience, thank you very much and best regards to the entire team.

I have known the restaurant for 20 years. Anyone who expects culinary chi-chi may be in the wrong place, but anyone who can appreciate incredibly good product quality and the great art of every cuisine, sauces, is in the right place. In addition, from the first visit I didn't look at the menu or the wine list, but always left the selection to Jin. I was never disappointed and always look forward to relaxing and culinary enriching evenings. Keep it up !

100% TOP. Friendly, attentive service including Jin, who also shuttles between service and the kitchen. The food was very tasty and absolutely recommended. The fried rice sounds mundane, but was delicate and the soft shell crabs were the best thing I've eaten in a long time 😋

Because of the hype, we tried the Jin. What can you say... top top top! Very tasty food and delicious sauces too. I've probably never tasted more tender pork belly. The sauce for the salmon carpaccio was also a poem. In our opinion, you don't necessarily need the menu but you can order your own dishes as you wish. The two of us had three starters and two main courses. The service is attentive and the store has a calm and sophisticated ambience. Clear recommendation, gladly again!

While looking for a special restaurant, we came across JIN, which is listed in the Michelin Guide. Unfortunately our visit turned out to be very disappointing. The food was good, but only average. The service was disastrous and it gave the impression that not all guests were treated equally. What was particularly noticeable was that priority was given to regular guests, while new guests seemed to be neglected. We had ordered the 7-course menu, and we have to complain that the cutlery was only changed upon request, which is absolutely unacceptable. The ambience was simple and acceptable, apart from the dirty windows. Overall, JIN presented itself as a normal restaurant where you get averagely good food - nothing more, nothing less. Under these conditions, the restaurant is not recommended, especially due to the unreasonable price-performance ratio.

If you like high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors, JIN is the right place for you. Here they clearly stand out from the run-of-the-mill Asian and serve the highest product quality. The homemade dim sum or the fried rice are highly recommended. We have never been disappointed so far. If you can't decide on the menu, you should just choose the menu.

It couldn't be more authentic. Offal fish and homemade dim sum make lovers' hearts beat faster. Rice only as a standalone dish “Hooray” only fresh vegetables and ingredients, simply wonderful.

A Michelin recommended restaurant was very, very disappointing. We felt like we were in a substandard restaurant, the service was a disaster, the dishes were served unaesthetically and we paid over 400 euros for food that wasn't worth that amount. I can't recommend it!

Today we went to Jin Restaurant for the first time for my birthday. My father and I can say with complete confidence that Jin is probably one of the best restaurants and the best Chinese restaurant in Munich! Every single course was impressive not only with the quality of the ingredients but also with its taste. We have been to China many times and have eaten at Chinese restaurants of different price ranges but Jin will definitely always be one of our favorites! Particular praise goes out to the two hosts. Incomprehensible! My absolute favorite restaurant. A great shop, fantastic food (I've never eaten so good!!) and great, attentive service + a fantastic boss. We have never experienced such a great culinary evening in such a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. We'll be back, thanks Jin!

The highlight was the pork belly pralines, although very greasy and overly filling. The Dim Sum Garden tasted delicious, but rather unspectacular. The main courses tended to be over-spiced and unfortunately tasted at a mundane Chinese restaurant level. We were really looking forward to the evening and had corresponding expectations. The disappointment was even greater. A pity. The price level does not match the performance. Unfortunately, this also affected the service. Even the half-full plates weren't commented on...

All in all: very disappointing.

A few highlights, like the corn-fed chicken and liver, but overall not worth the money. The dessert with canned lychee is a disgrace. Our glasses usually remained empty unless we actively reordered. I would have liked to have loved it. The price of the wines refers to individual glasses of open wines.

We were at Jin's today with our team. It was great. Great menu, great value, great wines and a fantastic host.

We had dinner at Jin today for my mother's birthday. The food was good, but under the guise of being the best Chinese restaurant in Munich, I felt that certain something was missing. I traveled to China for work for many years and experienced many, many great taste explosions that I always remember fondly. The food today didn't even come close. The food was more of an upscale Asian interpretation but nothing special. At least not for me. A pity. We had, the tuna carpaccio, the wonton soup, the beef fillet, Iberico pork, shrimp dim sun, vegetarian spring rolls.

Fantastic food in an absolutely feel-good atmosphere. We were surprised with a menu.

We were here with 6 people and we can only express our greatest respect for the restaurant, the food, the wine and the staff. So calm, but extremely attentive and super friendly, phenomenal expertise. The cuisine….., sensational, we have traveled a lot around the world, but nothing compares to this Asian cuisine. So incredibly well cooked in such a reduced manner that you can only say delicious. Everything is just right here, it is a bit expensive, but completely justified, the price, performance and taste cannot be beaten, many thanks to Jin and his team. We ate the pork belly praline, dim sums, tuna tartare, octopus and fish, tofu and fried rice, all heavenly a treat!!!!! They would get even more stars if they existed.
