A family-run hotel with very friendly owners. It's located right next to a ski lift, has a sauna, and an elevator for the upper floors. The rooms are clean, but a bit dated. However, we always felt very comfortable there. The room rates are great and still affordable. We'd love to come back!
The food at the restaurant is really delicious, and the service from most of the staff is very good. I actually really enjoy coming here.
However, the behavior of the young man who helps out is completely unacceptable.
There were several inappropriate comments like, "That's not much of a tip today." - Tips are given according to the service.
When you've already waited a very long time for your food—in our case, about 45 minutes—he comes to the table and says things like, "Yes, you've been waiting a long time," only to then launch into a monologue about math formulas or other topics. It just seems completely out of place in those situations.
At a neighboring table sat an older gentleman who obviously had diabetes. Because his drinks took so long to arrive, he drank his own iced tea. The young man reacted completely inappropriately, repeatedly asking the man why he brought his own drinks instead of simply serving the ones he had ordered.
He also likes to sit down at guests' tables without asking, even when they are having private conversations. I also find that very disturbing.
These are all experiences from several restaurant visits, and only the most striking ones. Unfortunately, inappropriate comments are part of the restaurant experience when the boy is there.
The food is delicious. The owners are friendly and put a lot of effort into the preparation. You have to wait a bit, but it's worth it because much of it is homemade.
Very extensive menu.
We had a sushi mix for starters. The main course was crispy duck, which was good but a bit greasy in places. The portions were generous.
The ambiance was okay...
Super authentic, lively and fun place. Delicious food served in great atmosphere. Honestly, it might be the best Italian place in town.
It seems they only took cash before, but now they also accept cards.
Hosteria Fratelli in Munich is a true gem! From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're in Italy – not only because of the fantastic food, but also because of the warm and welcoming service. A special mention goes to waiter Gianni, whose charm, humor, and absolute professionalism made the evening unforgettable. In short: A must for anyone who loves great Italian food and impeccable service!
The place was incredibly cozy and comfortably furnished. The two ladies who worked there were both super friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, we weren't hungry, but I ordered tomato soup anyway. I think they call it "Paradeisersuppe" or something similar. What can I say? I think it was the best tomato soup I've ever eaten, and since I love this soup, I've had quite a few over the years. :-)
It's such a shame we only discovered this inn at the end of our stay. If we vacation in the area again, we'll definitely stop by.
All the best to you and continued success!!!
We went there for lunch. The lunch special is good. Pizza including salad for €12.90.
The pizza tasted good, but it could have been taken out of the wood-fired oven a little earlier. The crust was quite burnt.
The salad was also in long strips and couldn't be eaten without a knife.
