I booked a room in December 2024 through the hotel’s website, which clearly stated free cancellation was available up to 7 days before arrival. Wanting to upgrade to a larger room, I attempted to cancel my original booking a month in advance. Despite reaching out over three times via email and through the form on the website, I received no response.
Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my cancellation, and I ended up with two bookings under my name. I raised this issue with the front desk, and after checking with their head office in Munich, I was told a refund for the first room would be processed within a week.
It has now been over four months, and I have yet to receive any refund or follow-up. Very disappointing service and lack of communication for what should have been a straightforward process.
I've only been living around the corner since 2023 and have tried a few kebab restaurants but there is none better than this one in all of Neu-Ulm
The owner is always very friendly and always prepares a masterpiece
And baklawas are a must
Unfortunately, there has been a drastic drop in quality since opening. In the beginning the quantity and quality was really worth the price. Unfortunately, portions are now getting smaller and the quality is getting worse. Forgetting ingredients has also become more common lately. It's a shame, I was really excited at the beginning
The beer garden is very nice, quiet, and comfortable. The service was super friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, well-seasoned, and the portions were perfectly sized.
We had a great time and would love to come back!
You can choose between veal and turkey. The selection of sauces is also very extensive: herb, garlic, cocktail, spicy, and I think one or two more. The onions are seasoned with a hint of lemon, which I personally found delicious. Just note that card payments aren't accepted. Hence the star deduction.
We've been here twice. Apart from the sometimes hectic and not always obliging staff, the ambience, price performance and taste are absolutely praiseworthy. All dishes are deliciously seasoned, and the sushi is also made with love, tasty and filling. Only the drinks are a bit pricey, otherwise it's the best fusion Asian in Munich.
Nice evening, but that certain something was missing.
The atmosphere is super nice and the service is super nice.
The food was delicious, but always 1-2€ too expensive for what you get. Unfortunately, there are very few Anatolian tapas, and apart from the kofta there is nothing that you can't get as a starter at a Greek restaurant...
The Adana Kebap was tasty, but at first it was very little for the price.
The only criticism of the atmosphere: colorful LED lights, seem a bit cheap and don't fit in with the upscale look of the restaurant.
All in all, we found it nice and tasty, but it lacks the unique selling point why you should come back.
We were there for the first time on March 24, 2025. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly. It was a very nice place, just what you'd expect from a restaurant.
