Large, well-furnished and quiet rooms, everything very clean and well maintained. There was a free bottle of water every day. The warm greeting upon arrival made you feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with homemade sausages and ham, as well as dairy products including ice cream from a neighboring farm. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the immediate area, but the vending machines in the yard, which offer snacks and drinks in addition to their own sausages and dairy products, would provide you with supplies in an emergency. The S-Bahn station is about 1.5 km away and from there you can take the S4 to Nuremberg Central Station in less than 15 minutes.

After we finished eating, I wanted to pay. The waitress then came with an iPad and asked what we had because he didn't know?! I asked the waitress if he hadn't entered everything into his iPad when ordering and the answer I got was - no. I was then asked if I wanted to pay in cash and I answered yes. I then received an interim invoice as a receipt, on which no VAT was shown. I asked for a proper receipt and then suddenly a discussion arose and it was explained to me that I had received the correct receipt and there was no other! In my opinion, the VAT must be shown on a receipt. If not, then I ask myself how is the VAT paid to the tax office?

A very nice, rustic inn with delicious Franconian cuisine. Child-friendly, with a playground in the courtyard. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

Anyone who likes rustic village pubs is in good hands here. We ordered Schäufala, cutlet and Jägerschnitzel (small portion). The small portion of schnitzel is really enough for a normal eater. There were fried potatoes and 2 dumplings with Schäufala. There was also a salad on the menu that we didn't want. This was then taken into account in the invoice and not charged Reservations make sense as the inn is not too big I would come back again and again for the food.

The pizzas and pasta dishes looked appetizing. The "copper pan" loins were tough (really loin meat?), and the side dishes were tasteless.

Food is top!! The ambience on site is absolutely okay for the lunch break.

The food is bad and cold and there are hairs in the food! And I didn't get my money back! The way the food arrived, it ended up in the trash!! The health department should urgently take a look!! Hair in food is not acceptable!!! Simply disgusting!!

Nice beer garden, cozy atmosphere, very tasty Cordon Bleu "South Tyrol". Very charming "Boss Michi". I'm here today with my friend Reinhard. I would love to come back.

We were thrilled; everything was great. From the friendly way we were greeted to the food recommendations and the attentiveness that wasn't intrusive.

We were here for a nightcap. The service was super friendly and the bartender was pretty on the ball. We felt very comfortable.

It was very crowded, so also very loud. We had to wait a bit and make ourselves known until we got the cards. There were 10 of us who had made a reservation (that's why we were surprised that the staff had forgotten us)...probably due to the many guests. The food was very tasty. The (then) service was good.

It's the 6th time I've ordered from this restaurant (since we don't live nearby) and it's always tasted really good and I've always really liked it. I think I had a bad day this evening (Valentine's Day) because so many things were already sold out on the app. True, the portions are usually larger. For €16.70, I find this portion to be very small and overpriced, considering that restaurants in other markets can buy their true bulk at different prices (which is much cheaper than the average consumer in the discounter). It shouldn't be due to inflation either, as it will go down again at that point (my aunt has a restaurant herself, but it's much too far away, which is why I love this Chinese cuisine even more because it's very similar to my aunt's restaurant). When I called to let you know because the portion was too small, I probably scared the lady, she sounded stressed (which doesn't surprise me on Valentine's Day), I think I increased the stress level, I didn't want that. :( Of course I will continue to order here, but I hope that the restaurant doesn't make the portions a little smaller again on particularly stressful days. In my opinion one of the good kitchens around Nuremberg. I was just a little disappointed at first glance at my food. It wasn't even a whole half of duck breast (with noodles) for 17€ but only 4 tiny pieces cut crookedly and it tasted very bland, plus the eggs tasted like... soggy toast. :/
