Salento - Ristorante Pizzeria in Oberasbach

Sehr leckeres, auhentisch, italianisches Essen.

Wir hatten 2 x Pizza und 1 x Salat. Preis-Leistung ist spitze und ehrlich gesagt war das für mich die beste Pizza (Pizza Parma) die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Trotz viel Betrieb verging vom bestellen bis zum essen höchstens 20 Minuten. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich.

Wir waren zu viert zum Abendessen im Restaurant Salento in Zirndorf. Es handelt sich um ein italienisches Restaurant mit einem gemütlichen Innenbereich und einem Außenbereich. Wir haben sowohl Pizza als auch Pasta bestellt. Die Pizzen waren gut und haben uns geschmacklich überzeugt. Bei der Pasta war unser Geschmack leider nicht ganz getroffen – aber wie man so schön sagt: Über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten. 😉 Das Restaurant selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fanden wir insgesamt sehr gut. Mit vier Hauptgerichten und Getränken lagen wir am Ende bei etwa 60 €, was wir für insgesamt vier Personen absolut fair fanden. Leider war es bei unserem Besuch rund um uns herum ziemlich wuselig und teilweise etwas stressig. Das hat sich leider auch ein wenig auf unsere Stimmung ausgewirkt. Möglicherweise war das Restaurant an diesem Abend einfach etwas unterbesetzt, sodass es dadurch hektischer zuging. Das können wir natürlich nur vermuten. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es entlang der Straße in der näheren Umgebung. Insgesamt war es ein ordentlicher Restaurantbesuch mit gutem Essen und freundlichem Service. Vielleicht wären es an einem anderen Tag durchaus fünf Sterne geworden – bei unserem Besuch reicht es aufgrund der etwas hektischen Atmosphäre und der für uns nicht ganz überzeugenden Pasta allerdings nur für vier Sterne. Trotzdem würden wir dem Salento bei Gelegenheit noch einmal eine Chance geben.

Das Essen war hervorragend, sehr lecker, von Pizza bis Pasta. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wartezeiten waren akzeptabel, aber die Hitze im Restaurant war extrem. Auf dem Schild an der Tür stand zwar „Klimaanlage“, aber an unserem Platz herrschte brütende Hitze und kein Lüftchen. Ein Ventilator hätte da sicher geholfen.

In diesem Teil Deutschlands ist dies das höchste Niveau.

Günstig aber leider nicht besonders gut 7 Personen, davon 3 Kinder. Kinder haben das Essen als erstes erhalten , dafür einen Pluspunkt. Die restlichen essen im Abstand von 15 Minuten bzw. Ein essen komplett vergessen. Tische wackelig, Kellner angekommen, Getränk vom Kind verschüttet und schnell weiter. Wir durften es aufputzen. Pizzen OK, mehr aber auch nicht. Nudeln waren leider fast verkocht. So relativ ruhig. Das nächste Mal wird wenn der andere Italiener ums Eck ausprobiert.

Wir können die positiven Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Völlige Hektik im Restaurant durch das Personal. Ambiente leider eher wie in einer Kantine oder Dönerladen. Die Caprese (Tomate/Mozarella) war wirklich nur eine Kugel Mozarella und eine Tomate aufgeschnitten, 3 Gramm Rucola drunter gestreut, das war es, völlig lieblos und nichts für den Gaumen! Dafür 12 Eur! Die Bolognese war wässrig und schmeckte nach Nichts! Dazu gab es eine Schale Parmesan, die anscheinend vorher schon auf einem anderen Tisch stand, denn der Teller auf dem die Schale stand war bereits komplett vollgekrümelt mit Parmesan und in der Schale waren vielleicht noch 1-2 Teelöffel Parmesan. Das argentinische Steak war leider auch nicht von guter Qualität. Der Aperol schmeckte nach Wasser. Alles in allem, wirklich alles nicht lecker! Sorry, keine Weiterempfehlung.

Die negativen Rezessionen werden gelöscht! Das Essen und die Qualität lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nachdem ersten und letzten Besuch eine Lebensmittel Vergiftung!

Der beste Italiener in der Umgebung

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend. Der Service war aufmerksam und die Atmosphäre im Gastraum sehr angenehm. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Essen. Jedes Gericht war liebevoll angerichtet, besonders das saftige Fleisch mit dem perfekt gebratenen Gemüse und den Kartoffeln hat uns überzeugt. Auch die Nachspeisen, wie das Schokodessert mit dem flüssigen Kern und die hausgemachte Tiramisu, waren ein echter Genuss. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein toller Ort für ein entspanntes Abendessen.

Es war gut besucht, aber wir haben auch ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen. Freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung und das Essen hat seht gut geschmeckt.

Köstlich! Wir waren eine Gruppe von Italienern und haben dank Google dieses Restaurant in der Nähe unseres Hotels gefunden. Wer hätte gedacht, dass man hier so gut isst und dass in der Küche ein wirklich ausgezeichneter Koch arbeitet? Er ist ein echter Profi aus Salento. Wir sind überzeugt, dass man hier in besten Händen ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Ristorante und Pizzeria Salento (Chef Giovanni Carbone ist Koch aus Leidenschaft) ist ein Geheimtip: Frisch zubereitete Speisen, regionale und original italienische Zutaten, passende Getränke-Vielfalt zur Auswahl. Ein Hingucker sind die 'Spaghetti naturale im Parmesanlaib', den der Chef in Italien holt und professionell und optisch hervorragend am Tisch zelebriert, mit reichlich Käse (original Italia), einmalig! Fisch und andere Spezialitäten sind in der Auswahl, Flexibilität und Kulanz sind selbstverständlich. Vor allem auch die Öffnungszeiten: Man wird durchgehend und umfassend bedient, man kann Gespräche zu Ende bringen, in Ruhe essen, ohne dass man vorzeitig- mit Hinweis auf Schließung- nicht mehr bedient und zum Verlassen des Lokals aufgefordert wird. Der Neid der Konkurrenz ist so groß, dass sie bereits unmitttelbar gegenüber dem 'Salento' ihr eigenes Werbeplakat aufgehängt hat. Aber: Das 'Salento' ist eben das Original!! Ein weiterer Vorteil: Das Ristorante ist k l i m a t i s i e r t, ein großer Vorteil bei diesen hohen, sommerlichen Temperaturen d.h. eine Wohlfühl-Oase für den (insbesondere älteren) Gast.

Das Essen war gut, aber wir haben 5 Pizzen bestellt und über 1,5 Stunden gewartet mit Kleinkind am Tisch. Es wurden auch Extrabeilagen und Getränkebestellunge vergessen.

Wenn Sie mit Ihren Kindern den Playmobil Funpark besuchen und in der Nähe übernachten, ist dieses Restaurant genau der richtige Ort für Ihr Abendessen. Leckeres Essen, nette und freundliche Bedienung. Besonders zu empfehlen sind Alio Olio und Seebarsch!

Ein fantastisches Erlebnis! Wir hatten Pasta im Parmesanlaib mit frischen Trüffeln. Die beste Pasta der Stadt! Das Personal war freundlich und das Restaurant ist familienfreundlich. Ein absolutes Muss bei einem Besuch in Nürnberg!

Wir waren mit sieben Personen zum Abendessen im Restaurant. Es war sehr voll, deswegen hat das Essen etwas länger gedauert, aber noch absolut im Rahmen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, Service zuvorkommend und das Besondere Highlight, vor allem für die Kinder war der Chef, der noch ein Ständchen zum Besten gegeben hat. Es war streckenweise etwas laut, was bei dem kleinen Raum auch nicht verwundert. Und für uns als Familie mit Kindern gar nicht mal so schlecht, da fällt man selbst nicht so auf ;-).

Prädikat: Lieblingspizzeria Absolut leckeres Essen und mit viel Glück singt der Chef höchstpersönlich. 😃😄 Immer ein Besuch wert!!!!

Wir hatten Pizza und Nudeln. Die Pizzen waren sehr gut, bis auf den Rand (etwas labbrig) und ausreichend groß (nicht riesig). Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Waren nach dem Besuch im Freizeitpark dort. Hatten telefonisch noch ca. 2 Stunden vorher einen Tisch bekommen. Es gab trotz Wochenende und offensichtlich Wohngebiet noch Parkplätze direkt in Laufweite vor der Tür. Der Service war herzlich und schnell - auch wenn es an diesem Tag offensichtlich etwas chaotisch zuging wurden wir zuvorkommend und schnell bedient. Die Kinder bekamen schnell ihr Essen. Die Qualität war einwandfrei und der Preis absolut im Rahmen. Die Lautstärke war etwas laut, man kann sich aber unterhalten. Insgesamt auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Besuch sehr genossen. Die Öffnungszeiten waren ideal (wir wollten mit Kind und zwei Hunden zum Mittagessen hingehen), das Essen war köstlich und die Preise super! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben heute unsere Trauerfeier nach der Beerdigung meiner Mama im Salento verbracht. Das Essen (Buffet) war super lecker, die Servicekräfte sehr nett und auf zack und alles war toll organisiert. Generell ist dort ein tolles Ambiente, wie in Italien. Wir werden definitiv öfter kommen und sind dem Chef sehr dankbar für den tollen Ablauf!

A very authentic restaurant. The staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Unfortunately, the wait times are often extremely long, and the dishes are usually not brought to everyone at the table at the same time. In other words, by the time the pizzas arrive, the pasta dishes are already empty. In my opinion, this is because pizzas are constantly being picked up for takeout. This unfortunately leads to significant delays for the pizzas that are served to the diners.

We've been going there for over 20 years and it's never disappointed us. The schnitzel is always nice and crispy and the portions are large enough that you really leave satisfied. The service is always very friendly and polite, which is rare these days. I highly recommend it!!

Location in Oberasbach. Loud and cool room. Service came after about 20 minutes. Eat only after 1 hour. Waiter or owner, whatever, constantly scratches his private parts. Food quality: underground. Cold pasta, pizza dough still white and light, sparingly topped. Never again!

Great Italian restaurant around the corner. From the vitello tomato to the Margherita pizza and the Parmesan pasta to the tiramisu, everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Wait times were perfectly acceptable. Plenty of regional beers, although the tapping with the flower still needs some practice. Otherwise, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Three of us were at Salento, and we have to say we were very satisfied. The food was very good, the service friendly, and the atmosphere Italian. Of course, it gets hectic when it's busy, but what Italian restaurant isn't? Attached are the pictures of our two pizzas, the salad, and the pasta. I think the pictures say it all.

We (5 people) ate there for the first time today. It was 1x spaghetti bolognese, 1x pasta with tomato sauce and 3x pizza. We will never eat there again!

The "restaurant" must be doing well if you're turned away by an arrogant waitress despite having free, unreserved tables. Where has Italian hospitality gone? Regardless, this was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I came as a guest, not as a supplicant.

The atmosphere is uncomfortable, with loud, annoying music, loud noises from the bar/kitchen, dirty tables and placemats, and I ordered warm Aperol. The wait for the food was quite long, and the service was overwhelmed. The pizza was bland, the pasta was okay.

We were there with four adults and three children. The food was delicious, but the atmosphere was very loud. The chef, or rather, boss, was constantly throwing dishes around the kitchen, shouting loudly at his staff, and seemed very annoyed. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't take orders very well. The wrong dishes were brought to our table, so our kids had to wait while our food was already at our table. As a result, we had to eat our dishes almost cold.

All in all, the quality was modest. The octopus and calamari salad was a combination of fish with some arugula and a lot of celery. The carbonara was okay, and the Bolognese and the lasagna weren't very flavorful. We had to add a lot more seasoning to everything. The service was average at best and at times seemed untrained. The atmosphere and decor didn't do justice to an Italian restaurant. The staff argued among themselves several times at a correspondingly loud volume. Everyone was very stressed and hectic. The price was perfectly reasonable and generally inexpensive. The quality we received, however, also matched that. Not a bad restaurant, but miles away from a good Italian restaurant.

Very nice restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating. Authentic Italian pizza with authentic Italian ingredients (salami, ham, etc.) They also offer pasta made from Parmesan cheese. We ate at Salento for the first time today, and I thought the food was okay: the mixed salad was unfortunately mostly iceberg lettuce, the carpaccio was great, and the pizza was okay. The tiramisu was unfortunately made almost entirely of cream and not mascarpone; I wouldn't recommend it at all. Unfortunately, my dessert fork tasted and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I had a new one brought, and so did this one. The chef brought everything himself and smelled strongly of smoke; I suspect it was his fingers... Salento gets a special point from me because the chef is very friendly and even sang live for his guests!

The spaghetti in a Parmesan loaf is usually only available for two people or more, but since it wasn't busy, they only made it for one serving. 👍🏼 The portions could have been a bit larger, though. Unfortunately, the noise level in the restaurant was too loud to easily hold a conversation, even though it wasn't that busy.
