A subway like I've never seen before... first they said there was no more bread... except for two halfs and two whole ones... where you wanted there was no more... then everyone who came after us got the bread of their choice... Then you shouldn't call the existing toilet a toilet, because it is anything but clean or pleasant. Well... we went to another subway afterwards and weren't disappointed in any way!

Unfortunately the food was just mediocre. The fries were only half cooked, crunchy and very greasy. Due to the complaint we received new fries, but the quality was not any better. The waitress understood that the quality was not okay. She admitted that several people complain about the quality. Maybe the cook should spend less time on her smartphone and more on her task! In the end we still had to pay the full price. There was also no offer of reparation. All in all, a more than disappointing visit to the restaurant!

Just disgusting. I ordered a sandwich and fries. The fries were super soggy and bland. For the sandwich I ordered it without ham because I’m allergic to it and still has it inside. Is wet and just tastes bad.

Today was my first time at [name of pizza shop] – and definitely not the last time! The pizza was simply outstanding: crispy base, fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. You can immediately tell that the work here is done with love and quality. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly service – super warm and attentive without being intrusive. The ambience is cozy and inviting, ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or a quick bite in between. The price-performance ratio is also good – large portions at fair prices. If you love good pizza, you should definitely stop by here. Clear recommendation!

Food didn't taste good at all, a shame for the money

The best shisha bar in Munich. Very cozy, and the shisha is great. The service is so courteous and friendly. I love going here.

Mediocre kebab, tasteless and portioned quite small for the price. The “spicy” sauce tastes like Asian sweet and sour sauce. At least meat was okay.

We order from Jeffrey's again and again and are very satisfied every time. The burgers taste great and delivery is usually very quick. It may take a little longer on weekends, but that is not a problem as we are informed in advance about the estimated delivery time. Keep it up 👏🏼

Firstly, the food came too late. Secondly, the sauce was very runny and tasted like tomato soup 😒. And be careful, they charge an extra €3 for kitchen/other items in addition to the travel costs. When I asked what the €3 was for, the driver couldn't answer me. So always ask for and check the invoices! I wouldn't order here again!

The pizzas were very good, the fries were limp. As my own mistake, I forgot to pass on the doorbell. I got a call saying the supplier was already there and didn't know where to go. In fact, he had to be completely angry because I made a mistake and I wasn't the only customer. That's why I constantly apologized for how stupid it was of me and that I'm sorry. I opened the door for you and quickly ran downstairs and apologized desperately several times. I have been yelled at since the call and treated badly. Even though you could see that I was about to start crying. The result was an anxiety attack and medical treatment. I understand the stress and then you still have to wait for the customer. I still wish I hadn't been treated like that. Wouldn't recommend people who have mental problems to order there. Food was still delicious.

Terrible! The staff work uncleanly and completely without commitment. Slow, unfriendly and uncoordinated. Food is carelessly slapped onto the plate. The hand is nice in the plate. The counter and the entire restaurant area makes an unclean and cheerless impression. Hygiene rules are completely ignored. Some old food and mostly frozen goods are sold. The food has no taste but the prices are disproportionately high. If there are complaints, the owners will bully you and the guest will be insulted. Instead of being ashamed and apologizing, the guest is insulted. The whole center is pretty run down and the store fits in perfectly.

Did something else instead of my order. When I pointed this out, I was accused of having ordered it that way. After I explained that this was definitely not the case, I was recommended to get food elsewhere. Advice that I gladly accept.

Brother, I only order from you because you're a halal shop. Please don't serve burnt veal in your doner kebab. It was meant for my children. Next time, just add poultry if there's no more veal. I used to be satisfied with you, hence the 3 stars. Delivery used to be very fast, but today I had to wait over an hour...

Too bad, I never want to come back again.
