No pictures this time but this place was nice. The bartender was really friendly and very accommodating when it came to welcoming us at the door as well as asking us what drinks we wanted to have. The reason why I have the atmosphere a 3 star is because the music wasn’t very groovy but just some cover songs of other popular songs. I don’t mind it but expected more. The drinks were great and the shisha was the best part of the night… smooth on your throat and packed with flavour, it’s also reasonably priced for such good shisha. I would definitely recommend.

We're here five times a week, the food is great, the drinks are amazing, and the shisha is better than you'd find in many shisha bars. It's definitely worth a visit, especially with this service. The only downside is that we're here way too often.

Whether it's Monday, Tuesday, Sunday, or the weekend – there's always a great atmosphere. The music, the people, the vibe – everything is just right. During a stroll in the English Garden, I found myself at the well-known Münchner Freiheit. As I was strolling from there toward the Olympic Park, I passed a water pipe restaurant. For the sake of intercultural exchange, I thought I'd treat myself to one. I ordered a small still mineral water with it. The server was friendly and obviously of foreign origin, which only made the whole experience more authentic for me. Unfortunately, instead of the still water I ordered, he brought me a sparkling one. The Ladykiller flavor, unfortunately, didn't particularly impress me. Instead of a pleasant vaping experience, I was plagued by coughing fits – which, in my opinion, doesn't exactly speak for good quality. The Ladykiller flavor itself, however, tasted exceptionally good to me.

It's a shame you can't give this place a zero rating. The place feels like a cross between a train station waiting room and a gaming arcade. The waitress who showed us to our table was very nice, but the shisha was brought by a grim-looking, decidedly unfriendly man with a long beard. When we complained that the tobacco was old and tasted rotten, we were accused of having no idea. A true case of once and never again.

I was there today around 7:30 p.m. with four friends and were served by a young lady with dark hair. Normally there is currently an offer like this on Sundays and Mondays that the shisha costs €13, but my friends and I were charged for the usual price. The service was so bad because we had to wait about three quarters of an hour for our fries and she probably asked once if everything was okay for us and we were there until around 10 p.m. Normally when I was there everything else was fine, but today I was pretty disappointed. However, I have to say afterwards that I am positively surprised at how quickly my request was responded to and that it was solved in a very customer-oriented manner, which is why I will be happy to come back. Of course mistakes happen and the operator of the lounge can't do anything about it, so of course I hope that something like this doesn't happen again in the future.

MOCCA is a very cool shisha bar (the BEST by the way!!!). The selection of shisha varieties is huge and the tobacco is of high quality and has an intense taste. But above all the service is top. Anastasia, a very attentive and pretty waitress, served us. Music and drinks TOP. My friends and I can only recommend it.

The Mocca shisha bar is simply great! The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish - perfect for enjoying the evening with friends. The selection of shisha tobacco is huge and the quality is absolutely convincing. The service is attentive, friendly and makes you feel immediately welcome. The drinks are also delicious and fit perfectly with the overall experience. Definitely one of my favorite addresses when I want to switch off. Absolutely recommended!

Extremely unfriendly and rude service, drinks ok. Card payment not possible, nothing about it online. If you don't order shisha, you're in the wrong place, you'll be sold out, and there's nothing about this online either. If you have any questions you only get an annoyed answer and eye rolling from the staff. All in all, terrible experience.

The waiter girl that seated me was pretty rude and frowning. I asked if there are any sockets i could use, got a flat no, we don't do that here (i saw sockets lying around). Shisha was OK.

The service is terrible, with a waiter (specifically one who has a tail) who rushes you, speaks badly to you and always creates a hostile environment with the consumer. He asked us how long it would take us to leave and when we paid he yelled at us to put the money on the table. The topic of conversation at the table was how badly he treated us. Horrible, I don't recommend it, there are many more shisha options around, if you want a friendly experience I recommend going to anyone but this one.
