Extremely unfriendly and rude service, drinks ok. Card payment not possible, nothing about it online. If you don't order shisha, you're in the wrong place, you'll be sold out, and there's nothing about this online either. If you have any questions you only get an annoyed answer and eye rolling from the staff. All in all, terrible experience.

The waiter girl that seated me was pretty rude and frowning. I asked if there are any sockets i could use, got a flat no, we don't do that here (i saw sockets lying around). Shisha was OK.

Good shisha, polite and friendly service unlike some other shisha bars, and there's a wide variety of flavors. We were quickly served despite the big number of customers. I will give it 5 stars for now.

The service is terrible, with a waiter (specifically one who has a tail) who rushes you, speaks badly to you and always creates a hostile environment with the consumer. He asked us how long it would take us to leave and when we paid he yelled at us to put the money on the table. The topic of conversation at the table was how badly he treated us. Horrible, I don't recommend it, there are many more shisha options around, if you want a friendly experience I recommend going to anyone but this one.

Been there a few times. This time there are three of us. We were immediately given a small table and this time we only wanted 3 drinks and a portion of nachos. But since we didn't want to order shisha, the waitress consulted with the "boss" and we were simply asked to leave, absolute cheek.

Consistent quality at the Hookah is always top. Very pleasant location and the audience. Service is always very friendly and accommodating. 💪🏻

- lots of choice of dishes - Pizza was a little too greasy and the dough was unfortunately not completely cooked through - Noodles were also quite oily but otherwise delicious - Drinks selection was just so big - Service was nice and seemed a bit forgetful but otherwise they did a good job - Warehouse very central but hardly any parking options - Cozy atmosphere - In my opinion, the LEDs inside are too bright and strong, simple colors are better. - Terrace highly recommended, especially when the weather is nice - Shisha also has a lot to choose from and tastes very good

Mocca is the best shisha bar I've been to in a long time, the atmosphere there is great and the staff at the bar, the shisha men Rezan and Fuad and of course the waitress Tina, who served us very well, were great! The food is also highly recommended. Since the good experience, I've been here almost every evening and am always more than satisfied!!

Come in, good shisha, great team, the bartender's name is simply Jürgen. Yeah. There's nothing more to say at this point except: Highly recommended. Especially when Tina serves.

We went to Café Mocca to celebrate a birthday and all I can say is wow!!! The waitress Tina who served us was very accommodating and personable. The shisha, food and cocktails were very good! We were extremely satisfied and have been there almost every weekend since then. I can only recommend it!

I have been here regular guest over the years since it has a convenient location and also a relatively good and persistent Shisha quality. But the services deviates strongly from bearable to extremely hostile. Many friends stopped coming to this place because of the bad treatment you will experience. Besides the bad service you will also experience the most ridiculous requests from the service. In an completely empty bar (literally) in the afternoon they will request you to sit at a corner and make a fuss if you like to sit at a more convenient place. TLDR: 1 Star for the Shisha. I only go to this place if the location is beneficial for my companions and ONLY if the other bars are closed or full. Hint: There are some bars down the street which will treat you better.

Vor einem Jahr das Erste Mal da gewesen und ich fande es super! Wir haben zwar keine Shisha geraucht, jedoch etwas gegessen. Hut ab an den Koch, denn das Essen war wirklich köstlich. Ob 15€ viel für Pasta ist, darüber kann man sich jetzt streiten. Die Atmosphäre war toll und die Musik auch Klasse! Es war abwechslungsreich und nicht nur Deutschrapp! Jedoch habe ich noch einen Kritik Punkt. Die meisten Tische sind leider so dermaßen niedrig, dass man kaum aufstehen kann. Beim Essen hat man sich schwer getan, da man sich die ganze Zeit nach unten bücken musste. Also etwas höhere Tische wären schon angebracht. :)

Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker, die Drinks super und die Bar ist gemütlich und entspannt. Der Service war aufmerksam. Das Einzige, was ich verbessern würde, wäre das man die Bezahlung mit Karte ermöglicht. Dann wäre alles perfekt.

Sisha war eher durchschnittlich und brannte schnell aus, der Sisha Mann hat freundlichkeit nicht erfunden und dazu gab es nichts zu essen, sah aber eher danach aus als hätten Sie keine Lust dazu. Servicequalität sollte mal thematisiert werden, die Location sieht sonst cool aus.

Klasse Bar mit einer guten Auswahl an Spirituosen und Getränke. Hervorragendes aufmerksames und absolut freundliches Personal. Und hübsche Frauen gab es an diesem Abend auf jeden Fall auch.

Hardy war ein sehr zuvokommwnder Kellner. Alle wünsche wurden vollkommen erfüllt, auch während corona. Wir kommen als Gruppe häufiger hier her und werden immer wieder positiv überrascht. Jedes mal kommen wir gerne wiede.

Ich habe einen zu bitteren Tee mit "minze" (10 Blätter auf ein 4cl Glas) und eine von anfang an verrauchte Shisha bekommen. Auf !!2!! maliges ansprechen wurde ich angehört aber direckt ignoriert.

Yo era un habitual aquí, tenía muchas noches divertidas. Los precios son justos, nunca se sintió caro. Los camareros son agradables y te reconocen después de varias visitas, incluso repartiendo bebidas gratis. La shisha es genial. La oferta de comida es buena. La carta de bebidas es extensa. Recomienda a cualquiera que lo intente.
