Millennium Shisha Palace in München

A nice lounge, unfortunately with inadequate service. After being brought to the table by a member of staff, we had to wait 20 minutes until a young, very friendly waitress came. This was immediately followed by a second waitress who said that she should serve another table first. When I politely asked to be allowed to order because we wanted to get to the theater on time, the second waitress snapped at me: "Other people want that too!" We also had to wait a long time for the food (2x pasta & 1x salad) and the bill.

Our visit to Mia Millenium was a bitter disappointment, which unfortunately ruined our evening. Despite the anticipation of a pleasant dinner for two, we found ourselves in a situation that lacked any form of hospitality and service. After being seated upstairs, more than an hour passed without our order being taken. When our drinks and cutlery finally arrived half an hour later, there was a brief glimmer of hope, but this was quickly dashed. Our simple appetizer order, bruschetta, remained unfinished, and the wait dragged on unbearably, without any explanation or apology from the staff. Communication was nonexistent, and at no point was there any warning that there might be a delay. The fact that the restaurant wasn't even particularly busy made the situation even more frustrating, as we couldn't muster any understanding for the long wait. This visit to Mia Millenium was our first and will definitely be our last. The lack of attention and the long wait for food without any form of apology are absolutely unacceptable. It's an experience we wouldn't wish on anyone and it has left us feeling extremely upset. It's unfortunate that Mia Millenium has disappointed so much in terms of service and customer care.

Disgraceful staff! This is the second time we haven't been able to get a spot upstairs despite making an appointment, as it only opens at 10 p.m. You should work on your organization instead of filling up empty slots.

A very nice lounge that invites you to stay longer, and it's also a great place for a group of up to 15 people. I will definitely visit again and recommend you to others 💪

Very unfriendly staff, and tables are only allocated if you commit to ordering a lot. Furthermore, after promising a table, we were simply left standing at the entrance and ignored.

Very bad service, as I asked for a mint shisha and got a mint head in a lemon flavoured shisha. Got it changed and still didn’t taste like mint. I literally left after like 5 minutes tasting the shisha and they still charged me for it. Instead of accepting their mistake, the guy serving had no respect for customer values, as he was insisting that he was not supposed to tell me that he does not have a separate shisha for mint only. What a disappointment.

Sehr schöne Shishabar! Wie sind hier in München zum Besuch! Die Atmosphäre ist fantastisch, sehr schön anzusehen und lecker, voller Rauch, Shisha und leckeres Getränk! Wir sind sehr begeistert!

Location ist sehr cool und essen auch lecker. Der Kellner war etwas verwirrt und die shisha im Anschluss war mittelmäßig

War hauptsächlich Mittags. Mittagsangebote immer gut und meist schnell zubereitet für die Pause. Leider seit März 2020 geschlossen. Wird aktuell vollständig entkernt. Mal schaun wann es weitergeht. Wir sind dabei

Shisha geht, Personal kennt sich nicht so gut mit Shisha aus. Essen ist gut.

Super leckere und riesengroßes Pizzen aus dem Holzofen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Servicepersonal. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍👍👍

Anständige Shisha Bar und Pizzeria. Geht absolut in Ordnung. Service war okay. Preis und Leistung sind angemessen.

Heute spontan da gewesen. Die kellnerin war anscheinend alleine trozdem ein Top service. Pizza war der hammer. Bis zum nächsten mal !

Ich war heute seit langem wieder da und muss echt sagen hut ab mega Bedienung große braun haarige groß mit den geilen Piercings aufmerksam cool sympathisch ;)
