Unsatisfied, very bad shisha. Very bad drinks, and the shisha has nothing to do with the shisha.

So, I'm an influencer with around 500,000 followers on social media, and I visited this shisha bar here in Munich, intending to give it a positive review. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The waiter was extremely rude. He said the two of us weren't allowed to sit at the front facing the main street, even though there were other groups of two who had ordered shisha. We were only offered a seat in the courtyard, and when we asked for a seat at the front, he said that was only for larger groups of four or more, even though there were other two-person seats there. Overall, it was a very negative experience.

Perfect place, service is top notch... I feel at home here and I come here very often.... Staff, food, everything is the best 🤗

The waiter was of the opinion that we were not allowed to sit outside as a couple because we did not want to order shisha and the seats outside are for large groups!!, although at one table outside, there were only two people sitting but with shisha, of course

Love LOVE LOVE the atmosphere of this place and the service. Tried ordering kasetorte from the menu, the cream of the cake smelled after cooked food, i asked the waiter to change it. He got me a new one that tasted the same. Then apologized im not taking it and ordered fries instead So 5 stars for the great customer service! 😍😍😍

Unfriendly service, waiters demand ID and read much more than just age. You're usually treated based on your name and background.

We were a group of 3 and looked obviously adult (late 20s) but the waiter was really unfriendly and looked for an excuse not to take us in. He asked for IDs and one of us didn't bring his. Although he had a beard and looked WAY past the legal age, he was denied entrance "you might be underage"

Beste Shishabar Münchens meiner Meinung nach. Service top, shisha top, wenn mal was nicht passen sollte, was sehr selten ist, wird gleich gecheckt was falsch ist und wenn es sein muss gleich eine neue gebracht. Das Tegernseer ist sowieso mein Favorit bier und das Essen auch top. Egal ob Pizza oder orientalisch schmeckt sehr gut. Ich kann nur empfehlen vorbei zu schauen.

Shisha top you feel like you're at home the employees are all very serious and polite you can't complain about the shop the atmosphere is a 10/10

The shisha here is good and the price is completely okay at around €14. The atmosphere was really cool at the top of the lounges with the tables in the middle a bit uncomfortable but simply beautifully done. The food sometimes takes a little longer, but it's really very good for a shisha bar. Football is always on in the basement. I can only recommend it 👍

The Zaitoon Shisha Bar has a nice atmosphere with a cozy ambience and pleasant lighting. The pistachio shisha in particular was excellent – ​​I can definitely recommend it! The staff was ok but nothing special. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, which unfortunately wasn't particularly good, but it was still edible. Overall a good place to enjoy a relaxed shisha but not necessarily for the food.

All good music, Shisha well done. Excellent tobacco selection. Cozy atmosphere and good acoustics thanks to the partitions.

We are absolutely thrilled! The service was exceptional – attentive, warm and simply perfect all around. Our birthday party was a complete success and the team really did everything they could to make it an unforgettable day. The food was delicious and exceeded all of our expectations. We particularly loved the surprise with the room fountains – that gave the celebration a very special touch! The cake we brought with us was also beautifully presented, which made us very happy. Thank you for this wonderful day – we will definitely be back!

Beautiful furnishings that you can't see in Hanover. Music really good. Shisha top, drinks top. Prices are okay for the area and for today. I'll come back from Hanover next time. Service top. I can't say anything about the food, I didn't order any of it, but overall a very, very good performance. Can only be recommended 😊😊

Lack of taste among the restaurant staff

The sheesha was good, but the vibes are bad. I asked the waiter to move us once a table close to the window is available, but he was not supportive mentioning that we should be more than 2 persons, while the tables at the window are 2 seats only. He hesitated to tell that would only sit girls by the window. Sometimes in Germany i forget that i am in an advanced country and I just feel that we are in some desert.

An older model Lamborghini is often parked in front of the door. That probably also explains the price level. The ambience would be very pleasant thanks to the attention to detail in the design. However, the service is below average, as are the shishas. And most of the tables are reserved or entire areas are even closed and you end up sitting in the bar almost alone throughout the evening. Scammers, this place cannot be trusted and has very shady staff. They tried to scam me for luggage storage. Avoid this business as them and their staff can't be trusted.

A nice thematically shisha business, the shisha was nice, it's a shame that they don't have dark tobacco anywhere in Germany. Shisha is not as strong and lasts less. We had a drink, stayed for about an hour. I had a strawberry daiquiri but there was too much strawberry syrup and the drink was too sweet. Alcohol was not even smelled.

Very bad customer service and very bad attitude of people working there and told us to leave after we commented on the way of service. I had guests with me from another country and they were shocked by the attitude of the workers and their rudeness to us. The place itself is actually very nice and all but if you don’t get a good service and respect as a customer you shouldn’t go.

I think the lounge on the first floor is best because you can have a conversation there despite the music.

I frequent this place for sometime now and I didn't see any of the negative things in the comments. Servers are attentive and good at their jobs. Communicate well. Foods are delicious. Shisha is the best I tried in Munich. Some seats are a little uncomfortable but nothing big. Ambiance is really nice always had a nice time. Dj on Friday and Saturday nights makes it really enjoyable.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Uns wurde gesagt, man müsse eine Shisha bestellen, sonst dürfe man nicht bleiben. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
