What a shame about the delicious food, it took a long time. But the waiter was taking the food from our hands, the glasses almost taking the last one down. What a lack of respect. ✊🏿 Schade um das leckere Essen, ich brauche lange. Aber der Kellner nahm uns das Essen aus den Händen, die Gläser nahmen fast den letzten Drink. Was für ein Mangel an Respekt. ✊🏿

Lack of taste among the restaurant staff

The sheesha was good, but the vibes are bad. I asked the waiter to move us once a table close to the window is available, but he was not supportive mentioning that we should be more than 2 persons, while the tables at the window are 2 seats only. He hesitated to tell that would only sit girls by the window. Sometimes in Germany i forget that i am in an advanced country and I just feel that we are in some desert.

Great atmosphere, top advice, great service, I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to smoke shisha in a relaxed manner and the Zaitoone Royal is nice.

Great location, the service was very attentive

An older model Lamborghini is often parked in front of the door. That probably also explains the price level. The ambience would be very pleasant thanks to the attention to detail in the design. However, the service is below average, as are the shishas. And most of the tables are reserved or entire areas are even closed and you end up sitting in the bar almost alone throughout the evening. My tip: you don't have to visit. -- Price-performance ratio 2/5 Feel-good factor 3/5 Anti-greedflation 2/5 FOMO* factor 2/5 (*Fear of missing out, i.e. you absolutely have to visit this location)

Scammers, this place cannot be trusted and has very shady staff. They tried to scam me for luggage storage. Avoid this business as them and their staff can't be trusted.

What's the point of reserving a table for the football game if you're sat down with 8 other people and the final is just played in the background with no sound and loud, dirty music? I do not know either. Terribly bad place, not even the shisha is good.

A nice thematically shisha business, the shisha was nice, it's a shame that they don't have dark tobacco anywhere in Germany. Shisha is not as strong and lasts less. We had a drink, stayed for about an hour. I had a strawberry daiquiri but there was too much strawberry syrup and the drink was too sweet. Alcohol was not even smelled.

Very bad customer service and very bad attitude of people working there and told us to leave after we commented on the way of service. I had guests with me from another country and they were shocked by the attitude of the workers and their rudeness to us. The place itself is actually very nice and all but if you don’t get a good service and respect as a customer you shouldn’t go.

The food was very, very tasty, the service staff were extremely nice, I really liked the atmosphere here and I would recommend everyone to stop by here

Crowded, small space and not well ventilated Annoyed tables

I think the lounge on the first floor is best because you can have a conversation there despite the music.

Some time ago I entered the restaurant with my newly bought shoes and instead of relaxing in the restaurant the first impression I stepped next to my mousetrap table I'm still here and can't wait to finish my hookah The environment is wonderful But I definitely won't be coming back

The customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt disrespected and my concerns were not taken seriously. It's a shame that I had to have such a negative experience. I hope the company improves its customer service quality to save other customers from such inconvenience!!!

I frequent this place for sometime now and I didn't see any of the negative things in the comments. Servers are attentive and good at their jobs. Communicate well. Foods are delicious. Shisha is the best I tried in Munich. Some seats are a little uncomfortable but nothing big. Ambiance is really nice always had a nice time. Dj on Friday and Saturday nights makes it really enjoyable.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Uns wurde gesagt, man müsse eine Shisha bestellen, sonst dürfe man nicht bleiben. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Amazing ambience and good Service!

Very comfortable seating with electrical outlet to use while working away on a laptop. The shisha menu is very extensive to choose from. The food menu gives the diner plenty of choices. Shisha and Food are reasonably well priced. The next visit to Munich. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

Beste Shisha ever!!!!! Super Publikums, super Shishas was will man mehr! Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und die Bedienung kommt gefühlt alle 30 Minuten zum Tisch und wechseln die Kohle. شيشة ولا اروع يعيب المكان الموسيقى الصاخبة

Sehr schöne Location. Vor allem Abends hat das Lokal ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Was gut war, wir konnten schon vorab telefonisch reservieren. Um Getränke zu bestellen, musste man schon etwas Geduld mitbringen

Das Zaitoon glenzt mit seiner großen Auswahl an Tabaksorten. Zwei mal im Jahr wechseln sie eine Sonderkarte mit ausgefallenere Sorten die nicht überall zu finden sind, auch Tabak-Mischungswünsche werden hier erfüllt. Ich persönlich habe mich bereits überraschen lassen was den Tabak angeht, weil ich bisher hier in 4 Jahren nie enttäuscht würde. Viele denken sich jetzt "ja der Fanboy schreib über seine Stammbar", aber testet es selbst aus und macht euch ein Bild davon. Egal ob man als Nebelmaschine verwechselt werden will, gepflegt zum Abendessen über ein paar Cocktails philosophiert, oder einen Abend mit gutem Ambiente sucht, ist man hier gut aufgehoben. El restaurante sirve comida oriental, la comida era deliciosa pero las mesas están llenas y necesita ser más organizado.

Gut gelegene Shishabar mit passender orientalischer Einrichtung (überzeugte uns mehr als andere Shishabars in der Umgebung). Viele verschiedene Tabaksorten und leckerer marokkanischer Tee. Bedienung war ok, dafür wurde mehrmals angeboten, die Kohle zu wechseln.

Direkt im Zentrum von München liegt diese Shisha Bar. Erstaunlich lecker schmecken die angebotenen Gerichte. Speziell die Linsensuppe ist einfach ein Traum. Die Shishas sind sehr gut und die Auswahl an verschiedenen Tabakmischungen und Flavours ist mehr als ausreichend.
