Service totally uninterested, waiting for beer over half an hour. That beer is probably made there. The waiters are totally uninterested in the guests!!! No more than once in my life!!! P.S. THE BEER IS GOOD

I was with two friends for the first time. We were very positively surprised. The food was delicious, fresh and the warm bread was world class. We will definitely come back in a larger group.

We have been there many times and mostly satisfied. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly. The prices for it have increased. The asparagus soup was so salty that it was actually inedible. The potato salad tasted like bucket goods. The other food wasn't anything special either. You couldn't pay with VISA. It's not surprising that even on Easter Monday the inn was practically empty. Quite a disappointment.

The quality of the food is excellent, and the pizza in particular is always a delight - crispy, aromatic and made with the best ingredients. The culinary expertise that goes into this is also impressive: a chef who previously worked in a 5-star hotel and in the well-known RTL series with restaurant tester Christian Rach worked at Laguna during his years. This experience is definitely reflected in the quality of the dishes! A great snack bar with excellent cuisine and many years of tradition – absolutely recommended!

Today I ordered something from Trattoria Al Centro by phone for the first time because we wanted a pizza this evening and after 30 minutes the two pizzas were delivered and they were very good, I traditionally ordered a Pizza Hacki and mother a pizza special, Trattoria Al Centro you got new customers

It used to be better. Back when Chillis opened, the food was great and the atmosphere was great. The food now tastes sad, the location is getting old and the service is no longer what it used to be. For me the price/performance ratio is no longer right.

The food and the atmosphere is nice however the service done by a lady with black hair who’s short was very unfriendly with a bad attitude. This wasn’t a first experience where she would act that way as I do come over every now and then but that server was a no go. No smile at all, looking at you with an attitude. Even with the smallest request. I also saw how she treated other puma employees which was not great! Definitely need better lessons at customer service! The foods are delicious however it is pricey so get ready to spend a huge amount just for a small sandwich (around 6€)
