Wir waren gestern (12.02.26 , 18.00 Uhr) hier und hatten Hunger auf einer guten Pizza. Leider wurden wir insgesamt enttäuscht und werden es hier nicht mehr versuchen. Zwei einfache Pizza kamen nach 40 Minuten, die Gäste vom Nachbartisch, die ca. 20 Min. nach uns kamen und bestellte hatten ihr Essen (Pizza u.a.) vor uns, obwohl wir zweimal moniert hatten. Die Pizza selbst war sehr ölig und dadurch sehr weich. Leider auch der schöne Rand. Es war nichts knuspriges an der Pizza. Vom Geschmack her sollte man da auch etwas daran arbeiten. Sie war sehr langweilig und geschmacklos. Zu guter Letzt mussten wir mit dem Bezahlen auch wieder warten und nach der dritten Aufforderung konnten wir endlich bezahlen. Sehr schade, aber mit uns nicht mehr.

Das Essen ist immer wieder sehr lecker, die Pizzen sind riesig. Im Biergarten ist meistens auch genug Platz, auch wenn man keinen Tisch reserviert hat. Hunde sind auch willkommen 🙂

Liebes Trattoria Team, Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und von der Wartezeit auch schnell. Man kann sehen wie die Pizzen frisch zubereitet werden. Beim Service hattet Ihr anscheinend einen schlechten Tag. Trotz mehrmaligem winken kam niemand. Man hat durch uns hindurch geschaut. Die Bestellung hab ich dann an der Bar abgegeben. Für Getränkenachbestellungen und der Rechnung war das ähnlich kompliziert.

Ich kann dieses Restaurant leider absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Mein Besuch war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Schon bei der Ankunft fiel der unpassende und unprofessionelle Service auf. Wir mussten extrem lange auf unser Essen warten, während Gäste, die deutlich nach uns gekommen waren, ihre Gerichte bereits serviert bekamen für uns war das absolut inakzeptabel. Auch die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war alles andere als angenehm. Aus der Küche drang ständiges Gebrüll, was die Stimmung im Gastraum komplett ruiniert hat. Als wäre das nicht schon schlimm genug, wirkten viele Mitarbeiter zudem arrogant und herablassend, statt sich um ein angenehmes Gästeerlebnis zu bemühen. Das Essen selbst war dann die Krönung des Ganzen: Es war geschmacklich absolut unterdurchschnittlich und entsprach in keiner Weise dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Hier stimmt weder der Service noch die Qualität. Ich werde dieses Lokal sicher nicht mehr besuchen.

Sehr große Pizzas Gutes Personal

Das Essen war top im Gegensatz zu der Dame, die uns gelegentlich bedient hatte.

Das Essen war echt super, aber wir wurden total zur Eile gedrängt. Die wollten wohl unbedingt pünktlich Feierabend machen. Und das, obwohl wir mit 11 Leuten da waren und jeder ordentlich bestellt hat – echt schade!

Leider war nicht nur das Fleisch Ölgebadet sondern auch das Personal sehr laut und unfreundlich. Das haben wir dort schon mal anders erlebt. Schade

Pizza war Geschmacklich in Ordnung, allerdings sooo viel Öl drauf, dass ich mir beim raustragen aus der Pizzeria meine Hose kaputt gemacht habe. Also wirklich massivst zu viel Öl.

Freundlicher Service. Die Pizzen sind gut, aber die Auswahl an Belägen entspricht nicht ganz meinem Geschmack. Lasagne und Tiramisu sind hervorragend. Bruschetta ist wie eine kleine Pizza ohne Käse und schmeckt auch gut. Die Portionen sind großzügig. Die Vorspeisen sind nicht so toll.

Wir saßen im Außenbereich, der war schön ruhig, abseits vom Straßenverkehr und der Service war super schnell und gut. Das Essen hat auch jedem geschmeckt 😁, sehr lecker wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und gut. Die Portionen sind gigantisch groß. Service war könnte etwas freundlicher sein, allerdings war auch echt viel los.

Es war sehr viel los daher war der Service für ungefähr eine Stunde ein wenig überfordert. Ich kann dennoch das Restaurant nur sehr empfehlen. Die Portionen sind groß, vor allem sollte man das bei der Vorspeise beachten, in anderen Restaurants zählt das schon als Hauptgang. Das Essen ist super lecker. Getränke kamen sehr zügig, obwohl der Laden richtig voll war. Die Pizzen haben etwas länger gedauert, das lag daran das zwischen 18 und 19 Uhr viele Leute kommen zum abholen. Im ganzen war ich sehr zufrieden und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Loved the pizza and the seafood platters here. The portions are huge, two people can share a pizza here. I believe this is the best pizza around the area. The tiramissu is to die for too and the portion is again huge ! There is a free parking area outside. I guess it’s a family business, so the staff were very kind and provided a very good and friendly service. I would choose this place the next time I want to have pizza 😊🍕

This is by far the tastiest pizzeria in Herzogenaurach. We've been coming here for many years—whether for a leisurely meal in or takeaway. For us, it's the first address when it comes to pizza in Herzogenaurach!

The restaurant is run by a Sicilian family. It is very cozy and the food is delicious.

Food was alright, the best thing here definitely is the pizza. Some seafood tasted a bit weird so I wouldn’t recommend that. Overall would come back for the pizza, even though it was really really loud inside.

Unfortunately, we experienced very poor service during our visit to the restaurant. In addition to what we considered unfriendly service, the two main courses arrived 15 minutes apart. As a result, the first meal was already cold. This is a reason for us to avoid this restaurant in the future. We found the food to be tasty.

They really do make the best pizza I've had in Italy recently and the pizzas weren't any better than the pizzas from Cardelli. Really tasty and very big. The price/performance ratio is very good!!! The pizza has a diameter of about 38 to 42 cm and costs about 14 euros. The portions are generally very large. When we spent an hour in the packed restaurant yesterday, practically every guest needed a container for leftovers. The staff are friendly and very quick. The food was on the table within 15 minutes of arrival. Reserving a table is recommended. Unfortunately, the restaurant loses points for its excessive noise.

Simply delicious... Huge pizzas, great antipasti (platters) and I love the fish pot, the grilled octopus... The ambience is loud and colorful, as you would imagine in a large Italian family... Unreserved recommendation!

This is honestly one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to - including those in Italy! Incredibly authentic and delicious dishes, mega great prices and portions. Like at Mama Bella Italia's home! The waitresses are also very nice and accommodating. We would be happy to come back at any time and recommend others.

We visited the Cardelli in Herzogenaurach for the first time and were unfortunately very, very disappointed. For €38.00 per portion, we were hoping for tender and beautifully presented octopus with grilled vegetables - instead we got two tough, hard-to-cut octopus arms and an unappetizing pile of vegetables floating in oil. Plus a glass of Lugana for €8.00, which was far from justifying that price. The portions are generous, but with this quality the whole thing is simply overpriced. Less and better would be more! Removed from our restaurant list.

Best pizza in Herzogenaurach? The whole pizza was badly burnt and felt like it could be thrown away. 😖 PS: I also have a bit of a stomach ache.

Our family favorite Italian. Pizza and pasta super delicious. The Italian owners exude Italian flair across the board. Picking up always works perfectly. Specified times are short and are always adhered to. The prices are normal but the portions are rather large. I can fully recommend the restaurant.

Here you can really get from original. speak with Italian flair. The sports hall atmosphere - well... you have to turn a blind eye to it. But every Italy connoisseur knows that you shouldn't be put off by the visual impression. I can only describe the food as “OUTSTANDING” and original Italian. Great taste (seafood risotto as a starter) and Pulpo as a main course. SUPER! We are two good eaters and were more than full. The Lugana ordered with it was also excellent. So it was my first time there and I was really excited. Keep it up!

The trattoria offers huge portions that are absolutely convincing. The 40cm diameter pizza was not only large but also really tasty, and the pasta plate was also generously sized. Nevertheless, we liked it. Overall, a recommended restaurant, especially for anyone who values ​​large portions!

Unfortunately the service is not good at all, you hardly dare to order a second drink because the service seems rather annoyed, unfortunately the service was the same as last time. I ordered fish/seafood risotto from the daily menu! There was a very large portion that looked very appealing! However, the entire meal was extremely salty and therefore almost inedible! It was my first time there so I can't say whether it was just an accident or if it happens often 💁‍♂️!

We have been regular customers there for a long time because you get something for your money here! Large portions and super tasty!! Food is always ready to be picked up quickly. We rarely eat there because it is always quite crowded. But that speaks for the place ;)

Hello, first of all, this restaurant is the last heap of rubbish. I was with my family because it was recommended by a lot of people. We came in. First of all, there was a stroller on the stairs that was thrown down with garbage next to it. There was a leaf blower in the cloakroom everywhere, so there was a lot of trash inside rtl warmly welcome. We arrived at the table because cutlery was served to us in a can and there was rust in the can and people were smoking everywhere and smoke was coming straight into my face. The waitress insulted us because we stood up, which is really disrespectful. Afterwards we went to the Losteria Driven in Erlangen is highly recommended Lg

Very good pizza, quick and tasty

You should make a reservation if you want to get a seat during peak times. Very good Italian food. Large portion and a good selection. Parking spaces are also right in front of the door.

The two of us were there spontaneously on a Saturday evening and, as expected, it was very full. We were still offered a table for an hour, which we gratefully accepted. It is very loud inside from the guests and also from the kitchen but that was ok for us and somehow adds to the Italian flair. The service took our order quickly. The food came after a reasonable time, unfortunately the two dishes, pasta and pizza, arrived a little later. However, the taste is really a dream and can only be recommended. When it came time to pay, it took a while for the service to pay attention to us, but we can ignore that. We will definitely not be coming back, unless we make a reservation.

Pizza is at home here. Fresh products, right quality portions. I will definitely return

We came here quite spontaneously and only managed to get a spot. The atmosphere is rustic and not very cozy, just a large room, typical sports restaurant. The service was also rather grumpy and a bit listless. So we didn't expect too much. When the food came, we were pleasantly surprised! Bruschetta as a starter. Not served on baguette as you would expect, but like a pizza (pizza dough + tomato bruschetta topping). Delicious. The main course was ravioli in sage parmesan sauce, which were good, but I would have preferred the pizza. My husband had the Parma pizza, which was simply great. Huge size, super tasty dough, the topping was also great. Really great, rarely had such a good pizza!

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food on our last visit. The starter was too onion-heavy otherwise quite good, the main course was pasta that was oversalted and too oily, unfortunately the pizza wasn't really enjoyable despite the good dough because of the bad spicy salami. In the end, the desert wasn't really a hit either. Price performance ratio poor.

So we thought about coming back several times, but yesterday it was really a mistake because we sat at the table for 15 minutes and were ignored until we left again to join the competition at the airport.
