Highly recommended. Food great. However, we recommend pre-ordering for the table. Otherwise it can happen. That there is no space available.

Absolutely amazing food. It's a bit pricey, but it's really tasty, so the price is justified, and there's plenty of food. I'd go back anytime!

I had a Diavolo with mixed salad delivered twice, twice it was super tasty, the second time unfortunately it was only lukewarm, but it happens. Still great quality 👍

The Gasthaus zur Klause is located on a small hill, right next to a church. The best thing about it is the view. There is parking right next to the restaurant. The service was friendly, as befits the surroundings. I ordered a roast without cabbage, and of course, they brought one with it. After I pointed this out, I got the roast again, without cabbage. It should be noted that at least the plate was fresh, and the sauerkraut wasn't just lifted off the plate. The meat was a final cut, far too fatty even for a roast. The sauce was at least diluted, if not entirely made from an instant powder.

If you stop in Bad Kötzting, you should stop at Tomate 🍅 for dinner. Fresh, no-nonsense Italian pasta is delicious. A rustic atmosphere and a great chef who cooks himself.

This restaurant has been around for... ages... and you can see that, maybe it's just that nice, or even so... this outdated atmosphere, beautiful decoration with fairy lights, comfortable seats, BoHo chic cushions, the view over the roofs, very, very friendly service, there is oat milk coffee, the cappu is lovingly decorated with a heart, nice to sit and chat, I really like this atmosphere, even in a department store that is at least half a century old, maybe exactly for this reason. The young team and the very friendly service staff really confirmed this impression. Gladly again.

Simple but very good food, just home-style cooking. Exactly what you would expect in a rural Bavarian pub. The prices for food and drinks are incredibly low. The landlady is very friendly and also available for a little chat. We were during We went there several times during our vacation and felt very comfortable. But be careful, despite the stated opening time, the restaurant may be closed. A quick call using the telephone number posted outside will help here. The landlady then opens immediately. We didn't wait 5 minutes and were greeted immediately.
