Lindner Bräu in Bad Kötzting

The brewery is in a great environment, so you can enjoy nature wonderfully. Unfortunately, my visit was in winter, so eating it in the garden was not possible - but I can well imagine that it is really beautiful there in summer. The staff was very hospitable and looked after the guests attentively. The menu offered a wide variety of different dishes and the prices were absolutely fair. I was particularly impressed by the quick and fresh preparation of the food. The food was not only visually appealing, but also tasted excellent - a real treat! Recommendation: Schnitzel “Viennese style” Oven-fresh roast pork with dumplings and cabbage Conclusion: A great brewery with delicious food and fair prices – absolutely recommended!

We were there on Ascension Day. Despite the crowds, the food was served incredibly quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size. It also tasted excellent. Despite the stress and the crowds, the service was always friendly. Thank you so much – I'll definitely be back!

Very tasty beer and the food is also recommended

I was at the Lindnerhalle for the 60th anniversary of the Realschule (secondary school). The service was fast and friendly. However, the food was absolutely not recommended for vegetarians. They only served cheese spaetzle for over €13, and the fat they used tasted old and rancid. Alternatively, I could have had a large pretzel with cheese, and that would have been it. Quantity is definitely more important than quality. I wouldn't go to this place again unless it's for a party.

We wanted to go out for a nice meal and had therefore made a reservation. When we arrived there was no table reserved and they wanted to sit us somewhere. We were lucky that someone stood up at a table that wasn't so great and was downgraded! When I complained about the reservation, I was told that she hadn't written it down at all because you didn't reserve for 4 people, so you just sit down somewhere. For me an atmosphere of quick processing of customers and unfriendly! The food wasn't that great either, spaetzle tasted like water... I wouldn't do it again because it's too much money for me.

As always worth a visit. But the schnitzel was particularly big this time. And then there is the good beer and the beautiful beer garden.

Great food and ambience. but what is expected of the staff is simply not possible. Too many guests per employee. The waitress sometimes runs to the tables and you just feel sorry for them. Of course, as a guest you will only be processed as quickly as possible.

The food is VERY VERY good! And I was very surprised at how cheap it is. A double Schnitzel with Pommes €12.99 😱😱😱 nowhere else will you find it, now you understand why it was full even The Biergarten 😂😂 💯 empfehlenswert ❤️

Super delicious food. Very reasonably priced in my opinion. The drinks are also very cheap. I enjoy cycling to this beer garden. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. It has often brought joy to me and my family. Keep it up.

Had lunch there for the first time today. There was a lot going on... the oven-fresh pork knuckle was good, the dumpling and the sauce were delicious. Beer prices top. The only thing that bothered me was that there wasn't a sharp knife 🔪 for the pork knuckles, the waitress apparently forgot it, so we got one in the kitchen. Service could be a little friendlier, otherwise okay.

Here you can unwind with good food. It is a very nice beer garden and quiet location. After eating you can go for a nice walk in the nearby spa gardens.

The roast pork!!! It would be better to reserve. Even on a Monday it was packed. Excellent beer. The light is slightly carbonated, full-bodied, malty but not sweet.

A real highlight in Bad Kötzting! We had an overall great visit to Lindner Bräu. As soon as you enter the inn you can feel the cozy, Bavarian atmosphere - traditional, but still inviting and well-kept. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were served quickly and with a smile. The menu offers a great selection of Bavarian classics, and every dish was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. The home-brewed beer in particular is an absolute must - tasty, aromatic and perfectly chilled! The price-performance ratio is also more than fair. Quality, portions and taste are just right here. If you are in Bad Kötzting, you should not miss a visit to the Lindner Bräu. We will definitely come back and can recommend it without reservation!

We were able to enjoy the wonderful food for 4 days. My special requests...no fries, just a little sauce and bread...were happily accepted. The always friendly and attentive staff make the stay very pleasant. The delicious, drinkable beer 🍺 is an experience. We look forward to the "next time" in autumn.

We always enjoy coming to Lindner Bräu. The dark beer tastes fantastic to us. Schnitzel with potato salad, cordon bleu and the snack platter are our favorites. Very good price-performance ratio, good and fast service, cozy dining room and parking spaces in front of the door. What more could you want?

The table was right at the entrance, so there was a lot of movement in the back. But that was certainly only the case with that table. Accordingly, the atmosphere was rather loud and restless. Food good, price/performance very good. Service also very good.

Always a pleasure to visit this authentic brewery inn. Really homemade potato dumplings are still available here! E.g. for roast pork. The bright side is a poem.

Very nice brewery with various outlets. Service was very friendly and accommodating with a really high number of guests. However, the kitchen couldn't do justice to this and was rather average in contrast to other restaurants in the Bad Kötzting area.

Stopped in for lunch purely by chance and were very pleasantly surprised! Nice tavern atmosphere, friendly service, the best schnitzel (from the pan) with lukewarm potato salad that I've been served for a long time, and an excellent fresh beer! This visit was definitely not the last, because of course we also want to get to know the beer garden. 👍

Eggshells in the dumplings and the service is rude and pushy; Beer had no head either!!! It doesn't work at all!

We ate at Lindner Bräu during our vacation, the taste and price were simply great.

We were there spontaneously and without a reservation on Friday at 2/3 p.m. and even got a nice table. It was already quite full. The service was super friendly. The food came quickly, was very tasty (recommendation: fried chicken) and was optimally portioned. We'll definitely be back. The only point of criticism: card payment is not possible! Why? It's 2024!

It was really great a few years ago, but unfortunately it has deteriorated significantly. Last Saturday: Waiter I have to collect because of shift change, ok no problem. Then people came looking for a place, the same service, oh they've already paid, just sit there. Unfortunately there were 6 people for a table of six and our glasses were still full and we didn't really want to leave. That's the problem as a tourist, you're just the financier.... Unfortunately there was also no food that day. Both dishes fried to death.... As they say, great outside in the summer if you can get a seat and catch a waitress, but unfortunately after the last time we won't be coming here again.

Price & performance are 100% right! Roast pork with dumplings and cabbage and “Wiener Schnitzel” with fries, both highly recommended and absolutely inexpensive!

Typical Bavarian beer garden. Drink service was ok. Cordon bleu with fries was brought quickly...meat was OK...French fries were prepared in the oven or hot air fryer, absolutely dry, salad hardly saw any marinade, apart from potato salad, which was ok... 2nd meal, completely normal roast pork....after 30 minutes we asked...twice...the food finally came....was cold, sauce spilled over the plate...salad, just like the first meal. ....We were disappointed....a year ago we were thrilled....So Bräu has also declined....it's a shame... By the way, there wasn't too much going on, so it could have been better.
