The food was okay. The wait was long. Although we ordered three dishes, two people had already finished before the last one received their food. The server was rude; despite my request to check the order, she ignored me. Overall, she was neither friendly nor attentive. Friendly service is important to me, but it was completely lacking here.

Asian fast food at a low price. Here you can get good food for little money.

Wir waren am frühen Abend - während der Happy Hour - da und saßen draußen unter einem großen Schirm. Es waren noch viele Tische frei, drinnen (da ist es etwas düster und eng) war nichts los, aber der Service war da schon leicht überfordert. Dunkles Radler gibt es nur, wenn man zwei nehmen würde. Cocktail (ohne Garnierung) war dann so lecker, dass ein zweiter Drink folgte, der dann aber garniert war. Gegessen haben wir einen "normalen" Hauptspeisensalat (Tomate, grüner Salat Gurke, Paprika mit Balsamicodressing) und den leckersten und saftigsten Burger seit langem mit extra zu bestellender Beilage. Hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Großes Kompliment an die Küche. Servicemitarbeiter war am Ende doch noch sehr freundlich und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Fortsetzung: Beim nächsten Besuch machte die Küche "wegen der großen Hitze" gerade Pause bis 18:30/19:00 Uhr... - nicht so toll, wenn das Lokal geöffnet ist und man schon um 17:30 Uhr hungrig ist.

I bought three doner kebabs today, full of anticipation and excitement. The quality has gone downhill so much. The bread was barely in the oven and was too doughy. The meat was very sparse compared to other doner kebabs in Augsburg. I asked for a lot of sauce and received a dry doner. You can get better and bigger doner kebabs in Augsburg for €8.50.

We had a table for two and waited forever for drinks. The pide was hard and the minced meat bland. It wasn't even properly heated. My girlfriend had Turkish meatballs, which were okay, but the rice was mushy. The salad was fine. I've never eaten so badly. That's why I only paid half price after checking with the waiter.

Das Team hat sehr professionell reagiert und mir sogar den kompletten Betrag der Bestellung zurückerstattet, obwohl dies nicht selbstverständlich war. Dafür bin ich wirklich sehr dankbar. So einen kundenfreundlichen und fairen Umgang erlebt man nicht oft. Vielen Dank für die tolle Reaktion – ich werde hier auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen. 😊

Ich war zum ersten Mal in diesem indischen Restaurant und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich habe das Butter Chicken bestellt – unglaublich lecker, perfekt gewürzt und sehr zart. Auch der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Naja das bekomme ich bei jedem Griechen Ketchup auf Anfrage wens dann kommt.

We were a group of nine at the restaurant on New Year's Eve at 7 pm. When we wanted to order dessert at 8:32 pm, we were told that we could only get drinks because they were closing at 10 pm. An hour and a half before closing time?! What kind of service is that? That's a surefire way to drive customers away. I understand the staff want to celebrate too, but they should at least inform guests beforehand!

I was today and experience was really good . Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious burgers. I will definitely come back. The prices are reasonable, which is also important.

We ordered, and the bruschetta arrived on a pizza, which was burnt. The pizza calzone was thrown together without cheese. The other pizzas weren't very tasty either. When I receive polite phone calls and then aggressive behavior about it being a holiday and everyone ordering, and the boss tells me I'm sitting on the sofa while he's working, and that he doesn't care what I say because he's the boss, I don't find that acceptable and want to inform others about it.

Great pizza, both for takeaway and for eating in. Friendly service.
