I pre-ordered Pad Thai for pickup today. Super friendly service, the food was ready on time, and it tasted amazing! The portion was large, so I even had a little left over. I'd definitely order again!
We stayed at the hotel for two days. The first evening, we ordered dinner and enjoyed almost everything, except they didn't give us the price for the drinks. We only ordered a bottle of water, for which we paid 8 euros.
The next day, we went back to the same place for dinner, and this time we ordered 0.5 liters of house wine. Again, they didn't give us the price. Instead, they charged us two glasses at 0.21 each, plus 0.11 liters of wine, for a total of 49 euros. I don't understand this policy.

I would like to express my displeasure with our visit to your restaurant. We were dining with a couple of friends and were initially greeted warmly. The waiter was attentive and professional.
However, the behavior of the young waitress who also served us was completely inappropriate. She referred to my friend – in front of me and all the other guests at our table – as a "bunny." Such a remark is disrespectful, unprofessional, and entirely out of place in a restaurant.
We expect professional conduct in a restaurant, not flippant, personal remarks directed at guests.
I expect you to take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur again.

We've been satisfied customers for years – the food is delicious, the restaurant is child-friendly, and overall it's really very good. However, it's a drawback that service only starts at 6:00 PM. Why isn't service available from 3:00 or 4:00 PM, or even continuously? This causes problems with reservations and payments, and is a bit disappointing for such a popular restaurant.

And when you say something, the server ignores you and tells you there are only two of you.
Why not hire someone else then?
Last year, I really enjoyed the food and have been here quite often. However, today was the first time I left the restaurant without eating. The reason for this was because the waitress, a black woman of about 35, was very rude to me. I wanted to order the liver, which they couldn't serve yesterday (Saturday), so I came especially for it today. However, she wasn't happy to answer my questions, and it was evident from the way she spoke to me. She also told me I should speak German, but in reality, I'm a tourist coming to Augsburg for work. I told her that her colleagues had never told me that before and decided to leave the restaurant immediately, as I had lost my appetite. This was extremely unprofessional, and she has no understanding of customer service at all. I like Zipzip, but this was unacceptable!!!!
