Attention | No invoice without additional effort of up to 3 days:
No legally valid invoice will be issued for a meal that has already been paid for! The owner said he would send me an invoice. However, I expect that if I pay, I will receive my invoice automatically the next day, as agreed, and not have to chase after it.
Additional workload: 3 days (Sunday meal: Monday (complaints + email + review) to Wednesday (invoice was sent by email after multiple complaints). As a CEO, my time is precious, and the additional unpaid work of chasing after this invoice is simply not worth the meal! I have experienced POS systems malfunctioning on several occasions, but then I always received the promised invoice by email the next day without any hassle, and often with a voucher credited to my account.
This is not your typical Bavarian joint....and that's okay! This is a fusion between Seattle and Munich, with wide open spaces, hip music playing and if you're looking for Hof Brau vibes, this is not it! This is so much better. Their Keller is on point. The staff is exceptional. Out of the way, but worth it. We are East Coast Americans, and loved it more than other breweries in Munich. A must visit!
Additionally, the food is outstanding!
If you're in the mood for bland, convenience-food products served lukewarm at exorbitant prices, then this is the place for you!
Don't forget to answer "yes" to the question of whether you enjoyed your meal.
Only then will you witness the spectacle of a scruffy manager insulting you and, after you demand payment, banning you from the premises—a ban you should gratefully accept. To his credit, the young waiter was quite attentive and even apologized for his boss.

We've been satisfied customers for years – the food is delicious, the restaurant is child-friendly, and overall it's really very good. However, it's a drawback that service only starts at 6:00 PM. Why isn't service available from 3:00 or 4:00 PM, or even continuously? This causes problems with reservations and payments, and is a bit disappointing for such a popular restaurant.
My daughter and I were absolutely thrilled!! The ceviche was fantastic! And the sushi was incredibly delicious. A great atmosphere and super friendly staff who still manage to smile even when the place is packed and there are corporate events. A huge compliment to them. The only thing I could mention is that the website doesn't quite capture the atmosphere as well as it actually is. That's a bit of a shame, because the restaurant has a really great ambiance.
We'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time, as it looks very inviting from the outside and its beautiful location makes it a great choice. The interior ambiance didn't disappoint either – very harmonious and cozy! However, we were a bit ambivalent about the food: the Pizza Gorgosa was a bit too intense for my taste (a little too much Gorgonzola). The salmon and Prosecco combination sounded intriguing, but unfortunately, the fish itself was too dry. A shame, because the atmosphere is truly fantastic.
We stayed at the hotel for two days. The first evening, we ordered dinner and enjoyed almost everything, except they didn't give us the price for the drinks. We only ordered a bottle of water, for which we paid 8 euros.
The next day, we went back to the same place for dinner, and this time we ordered 0.5 liters of house wine. Again, they didn't give us the price. Instead, they charged us two glasses at 0.21 each, plus 0.11 liters of wine, for a total of 49 euros. I don't understand this policy.
