They were very attentive to us. The food was fantastic; we ordered traditional dishes. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The restrooms are super clean, with thoughtful touches like hand cream, makeup remover pads, diapers, and baby cream on the changing table. The price was quite reasonable. We recommend it.

Anything but a Bohemian... After being seated, we waited 20 minutes to order. Then we waited 45 minutes before asking where the order was. It had been forgotten... We waited another 20 minutes to receive our order, which was passable. It's a real shame because the city and the surroundings are superb.

The food in the restaurant is almost all sold out, the service is poor, faulty and unreliable.

We were there for our team day. The buffet was delicious and varied. The service was friendly and attentive. The price-performance ratio was absolutely reasonable. The ambience was modern and cozy. Highly recommended 🥰🤗

Last year, I really enjoyed the food and have been here quite often. However, today was the first time I left the restaurant without eating. The reason for this was because the waitress, a black woman of about 35, was very rude to me. I wanted to order the liver, which they couldn't serve yesterday (Saturday), so I came especially for it today. However, she wasn't happy to answer my questions, and it was evident from the way she spoke to me. She also told me I should speak German, but in reality, I'm a tourist coming to Augsburg for work. I told her that her colleagues had never told me that before and decided to leave the restaurant immediately, as I had lost my appetite. This was extremely unprofessional, and she has no understanding of customer service at all. I like Zipzip, but this was unacceptable!!!!

I've known Karim for several years as the manager of the Palo snack bar at Peterhof. I've always enjoyed his homemade, seasoned turkey doner kebabs and hand-baked flatbreads with everything you need for a good doner sandwich. I also appreciate his very friendly and accommodating manner and the customer-focused approach of his employees, despite some language barriers. I congratulate him and his team on the success of their new venture under their own name at the new location. The new, larger snack bar has a more pleasant charm than Palo's previous location, and there's even a handwashing sink on site after eating. His selection of side dishes, other snacks, and drinks is definitely above average. Regarding prices, I fully understand that he's had to raise them somewhat compared to the old location. With the number of tables and seats inside and outside, more guests can now relax and order a few things to go with their meal... Perhaps they'll have to reserve seats soon, given the number of visitors I've noticed so far! 😜 The only thing missing to qualify as a "restaurant" is a guest restroom...😅 I'm always there when ordering, enjoy chatting with the guys, and visually putting together my different meal variations. Ordering by phone is also possible, of course! I'm already curious about the announced homemade additional dishes...

Very good Asian restaurant. Friendly service and hearty meals. A great place in Augsburg for dining alone, with family, or friends for less than €20 per person. Don't hesitate to try the Thai specialties. It's a delight for the taste buds. I highly recommend it.

Stay away from this place!!! I ordered a roast beef with onions via Uber Eats with the included configuration. You can choose up to four sides from the side menu. Since I can't stand cheese spaetzle, I checked regular spaetzle and fries, exactly as shown in the attached photo. And what did I get delivered? Exactly... no fries, no regular spaetzle... instead: cheese spaetzle!!! And the "best" came when I complained about the whole thing by phone and got the owner on the phone twenty minutes after the delivery. Without an apology, the extremely rude owner got out of it by saying that his order only showed "spätzle" and, not knowing what that meant, he simply added... cheese spaetzle! By this point, I'd already eaten the bland-tasting roast along with the poorly dressed side salad, and of course, I didn't feel like waiting another half hour for the regular spaetzle (no fries!) to arrive. When I disagreed and asked for another solution... he simply hung up!

I was there last weekend with three children. It was lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food arrived very quickly and, most importantly, all at the same time. The food was also delicious. I'd be happy to go back anytime.
