The service and the manager were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The price/performance ratio was simply excellent. If we're ever in Augsburg again, we'd be happy to come back.

The place is absolutely disgusting. The kitchen isn't clean, the smell is terrible when you walk in, everything is filthy and dirty, and there are layers of grease behind the tables. The picture shows what's behind the roasting pan.

As the name Siedlerheim suggests, this isn't a high-gloss restaurant, but rather a cozy, rustic little pub. You can also sit outside. The owner and staff are very friendly and hospitable. You're greeted like an old friend and valued. The food (Balkan and German) is hearty and tasty, with generous portions. The prices are reasonable.

I have known the owner since 2010, their döner was so delicious that sometimes we would go all the way there on purpose 😍. Today we went, the meat was no longer of the old quality. The outside was burnt, the inside was uncooked, the meat had no taste or spice, the bread was not fresh, they served a cold döner to our plate and spoiled it, in other words, the quality and taste are zero.

I went because of the good reviews, well... It feels really great when the three people behind the counter are babbling about something you don't understand and keep staring at you 😡 Then the kebab: soft and tasteless would best describe it... I definitely won't be coming back.

The food is fantastically delicious. The portions are more than sufficient, enough to satisfy everyone. The homemade lemonade is highly recommended! I highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely stop by if I'm visiting Augsburg. Reservations are recommended starting at 6 p.m.
