The service is super friendly, and the atmosphere in the shop is pleasant and inviting. You can tell the passion they put into their work. Takeout and delivery are also seamless, and the pizza arrives piping hot.
For me, this is the best pizza shop in the area.
So, we've actually been regular customers for several years. Everything used to be great. The food, the deliveries, everything was top-notch. As I said: It used to be.
But now, deliveries take a very long time. Sometimes up to 60 minutes. The food, yes, you can eat it, but it's nothing compared to before. The biggest problem, however, is that there are problems with almost every second order. Wrong delivery. Ordered a pizza without mushrooms, but it came with mushrooms. I then called and said the wrong pizza arrived. The person on the phone actually asked if he should make a new one or if we couldn't eat it as it was with the mushrooms. Since my daughter is allergic to mushrooms, I said no and asked for the correct pizza to be delivered. The second-to-last order: My husband's pizza was burnt. Spaghetti with four cheeses: whole pieces of cheese (real chunks) inside. See photo.
Unfortunately, it's no longer the usual standard. So you've lost a long-time regular customer (at least 20 years).
Such an incredibly friendly gentleman. I eat my kebab here regularly, sometimes to eat in, sometimes to take away. He's known throughout the neighborhood for his extremely friendly manner and his super-delicious kebabs. The atmosphere...it's just a kebab shop, but that's exactly how I imagine it. Simply authentic!
The food was tasty, but very simply prepared. 🍽️ The glasses were dirty. 🤢 The service was barely there. 🐌 The inside should be renovated. 🛠️ It's a typical hall. 🏢 It is very hot in summer. 🥵 There is enough space outside with tables and chairs. 🌳 However, the shish kebab is prepared right next to it. 🍢 This means that you can no longer stay outside. 🚫
I have been living there for 6 months. Irene is very accommodating, but unfortunately there are always people who take advantage of it. I am satisfied. If you have any questions or need help, she is always ready.
The price of €3 for beer and a wheat beer is okay for me. The only thing is that the restaurant only shows Turkish TV. The food is supposed to be really good, according to people. The beer garden, with its three beautiful chestnut trees, is quiet and cozy.
I was at this restaurant today with nine other people. Drinks were served once, and then no one asked if we wanted more. The food arrived after an hour and a half (of course, we didn't get a second drink during that time), and children weren't given priority either. The schnitzel is available in a regular and a small portion. I ordered the regular portion, and it was so tiny that I wonder what the small portion looks like. Taste is subjective, but the schnitzel didn't taste good, and the Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) were even worse.
When it came time to pay, the card reader malfunctioned, which caused another wait.
In short: My day was ruined!
I certainly won't be going back to this restaurant.
A typical beer garden right in the heart of Augsburg. I always enjoy coming here. Beautiful trees. Really cozy. The staff is very friendly, too.
Update: It's definitely worth a visit again. Opening hours are regular again, and when the weather is nice, they always have the full selection of good beer garden food. For me, it's still one of the nicest beer gardens in Augsburg.
Shameless and brazen rip-off artists!
I ate at this restaurant with my girlfriend's family on July 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM. Because her father always pays for everyone, and I didn't want that, I ordered and paid for my girlfriend and me in advance while her family was still on their way. (We arrived early.) It cost about €45. I rounded up to €50 and asked for the food to be brought along with the others. When everyone was finished eating, the same waiter billed all five people. My girlfriend's father, not knowing that I had already paid for both of us, paid again for everyone and even left at least a €15 tip. When I confronted the waiter about it afterwards, he blatantly lied and claimed I hadn't paid. The total tip was about €20.
Why should I have ordered in advance if the others weren't there yet? I know 100% that I paid because I withdrew extra money for it and didn't have it in my wallet afterward.
I wasn't offered a receipt, and I didn't ask for one either. That was my mistake in this case.
Mistakes happen, but reacting like that and completely blocking me is really cheeky. The waiter (tall, older, dark-haired with an accent) made off with €70.
I'll never come back and won't recommend it to anyone!
I never take this much time to write a negative review, but this just had to come out!
Super lokal tolles Ambiente freundlich und zuvorkommend Personal Essen einfach tolles wohlfühl im lokal immer wieder und wo immer es in zukunft sich befindet
If only the service were more attentive and the wine less expensive, it would be 4-5 stars.
Service: When the service is at the table, everything is good and attentive. However, I had to get up twice to place a follow-up order and pay. Before, I waited a really long time, but no one came.
Wine: This restaurant is also participating in the rip-off scheme, charging more than €10 for a 0.2-liter glass of wine.
There are plenty of restaurants that are 20-30% cheaper for the same quality wine, and they haven't raised their prices in the last 18 months.
3 stars are very generous here.
