I rarely write reviews but this is the worst kebab I've ever eaten. Mainly it's about the meat, it doesn't taste good and it's gristly like crap! I just want to warn anyone who is passing through or gets lost in Göggingen about this. I was there a few months ago and now again, no improvement. Do yourself a favor, go to Kral, I go there every week and have never been disappointed.

We were here for the first time today. The food was very good. Everything perfectly clean. The prices are almost unbeatable. The staff is great, Leonard in particular served us excellently. Any time.

Never eaten such a disgusting kebab in my life. Hands off!!!! Pizza doesn't taste like anything either.

The worst Dürüm in my life. The meat is simply disgusting. You couldn't even chew it, it was so tough. All other ingredients were fresh. A lot of this meat is also put on it. It's better to only have 1/3 of it of higher quality. I ended up just eating the bread and vegetables. I had to throw away meat. Never again ….

On April 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. for brunch with 4 people. Local was ok. Too few staff, they were totally overwhelmed. I know buffet differently. Little choice, almost no refills, hot food was cold, it has nothing to do with brunch. You shouldn't be thirsty, it takes a while to get something. Not recommended for brunch. The price-performance ratio is not right at all. Way too expensive for what you get. I don't know what the rest of the food is like.

If I could I would give 0 stars. The same spice is used for everything. Schnitzel toe and dry. Giving something like that out to customers. Chicken is like a rubber-mounted thing. Once and never again

Nothing special, pasta was very soft, Pizza Diavola was overloaded with jalapenos and therefore way too spicy... Diavola at the Italian restaurant is always good!! Too bad, once is enough...

This afternoon at 11.40 a.m. I wanted to order 2 kebabs. I was told it would still take half an hour until the meat was ready. Unfortunately that wasn't the first time. 2 weeks ago there was no more kebab bread (even at lunchtime). Not good advertising.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal zum Sonntagsbruch im Bergius, ich muss sagen für den besten Brunch Augsburgs ist nioch viel Luft nach oben, warme Speisen waren bis auf ein bissl Grillgemüse und verbrannte Fleischküchle nicht wirklich vorhanden. Die Marmeladen in kleinen Gläschen waren teilweise benutzt, Die Croissants schmeckten komisch, für die Eier waren keine Becher vorhanden Der Service war zwar sehr freundlich, könnte aber aufmerksamer sein, alles in allem war das unser erster und zugleich letzter Besuch , schade!!

I took a kebab with me. Unfortunately, this is not necessarily edible. Most of it tastes of very little, only the bread tastes extremely like yeast or something similar. The employee simply slapped the sauce on top. So that it doesn't run down, the aluminum foil was put directly over it, which made it extremely difficult to eat. I'm really not picky about food and don't have high expectations of a kebab, but what I got had nothing to do with a kebab.

Went for dinner for two in the evening on July 1st. Both veal liver with side dishes which was very good. The lady who served us was friendly and professional. The young man who helped in service, that's not possible. Dressed in a friendly but impossible way with baggy jeans and a shirt, it doesn't fit at all Local. His way of working was very unprofessional. So I only give it 2 stars for the service.

The positive is due to the fact that it is in a store. We first wanted to try out whether we could make a reservation for the brunch they offer. We will definitely not make reservations! We ordered pasta carbonara (cheapest ham) and white sausage, one was lukewarm and the sausage burst, every housewife can do it better. Next attempt - canceled! We won't do that to ourselves anymore. At 12 p.m. there wasn't a single schnitzel left, when I asked when there would be some again, I don't know! Thank you for the information.

Schönes Ambiente. Sehr große Terrasse mit Chillout Zone. Sehr netter zuvorkommende Kellner. Gerne gehen wir wieder zum Essen.

We made a reservation online today on our wedding anniversary. The service was so bad, it couldn't be worse. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our drinks. We ordered the menu with tomahawk steak. We waited forever for the individual courses again. We said it twice wanted to pay, no one came and then we went to the counter ourselves to pay the bill. But today it didn't work.

Das Entrecote war einfach hervorragend. Wir waren zum Public Viewing Deutschland Ungarn. Die Organisation dafür war gut, die Wartezeiten angemessen. Äußerst unschön war allerdings eine Auseinandersetzung eines Kellners mit einem Gast. Diese stand kurz vor einer Schlägerei. Der Kellner konnte auch von Kollegen nicht beruhigt werden und musste von mehreren Personen entfernt werden.

Waren dort um Fußball zu schauen. Auf die Getränke mussten wir über eine Stunde warten. Trotz Reservierung absolutes Chaos.

Snack: Problem: no employee could understand us, when we asked what was on the kebab plate they couldn't answer us because no one understood us. When we asked for the boss, who was very nice, he didn't understand us either. We were sold a kebab 3 times. When we got the doner plate portion, it wasn't seasoned at all, there was no rice or another side dish and the garlic sauce was just yoghurt. Solution: would be practical if there was an interpreter and spices would be desirable.

Me and another customer had ordered spaghetti carbonara to take away. We were kept waiting for about 20 minutes. During that time, it felt like 15 other dishes were prepared and ordered after us. When I asked two chefs where our food was, they were upset about what we wanted. We were told cheekily to our faces: The guests sitting in the restaurant have priority. What was strikingly disgusting was that one cook wiped the table with the dishcloth and then used the same hand to place the chicken pieces on the customers' plates.

I have never had such an incredibly bad meal as in this restaurant! Absolutely not recommended!

You are simply turned away and not served.

We've been to the restaurant a few times. When there is little activity, the service does its job to some extent. Hopelessly overwhelmed during operation, and as a result the kitchen apparently did too. Too few (especially qualified) staff? The meat dishes are ok, pizza is limited, but pasta is not possible at all. Recently ordered 2 pasta dishes again (it was the 2nd time we ate pasta there). The pasta no longer has a bite, the sauce is tasteless, apparently a universal sauce for all pasta dishes. Tiramisu made with cream and not mascarpone. Above all, I hope the service improves and in some areas the quality of the food too. Otherwise we will stay away from the restaurant.

Can't understand the negative reviews at all. We just had dinner there. It was super tasty, super friendly, attentive and funny staff and top service! We all really enjoyed the food and the tiramisu in particular was a really nice big portion. The boss Mr. Seng is also very friendly and said goodbye to us with a handshake :)

So from the outside, yuck, from the inside, yuck. But to explain, I wanted to invite my colleagues to a pizza to say goodbye to an employee. The waitress was with us immediately at the beginning and picked up the drinks, which were with us after 30 minutes. A colleague then went in to order the pizzas because the waitress didn't come to us anymore. Meanwhile, other tables asked us for the menu cards because they had been waiting for a while. After an hour we paid because we don't have a long lunch break. The only thing the waitress said was that she had forgotten us. No apology and we were 16 euros poorer and, because of the experience, we never took a lunch break there again. It's a real shame that we had to go to McDonald's, but service is still very important there.

Wir haben vorher für 2 Personen 3-Gänge Menü reserviert! Bedienung hat uns an einen gedeckten 4-er Tisch platziert und verdrängt, das am Tisch jemand sitzt, irgend wann, nach einer halben Stunde wurden wir nach Getränken gefragt und nach 20 Minuten wurden diese serviert, übriges Gedeck wurde nur teilweise entfernt, nach unserer Biete. Stunde später wurden wir gefragt, welche Vorspeise wir wünschen und ob es serviert werden kann, dann kam der nächste Kellner und wieder nach der Vorspeise gefragt und ob serviert werden kann???!!! Nach dem gar Grad vom Tomahawk-Steak wurden wir nicht gefragt, schade um das hochwertige Fleisch, es wurde von außen bitter gegrillt und innen roh! Am Nachbartisch das gleiche Szenario. Beilage ohne Geschmack und gefüllt vor Tagen zubereitet. Nachspeise nach Ewigkeit serviert. Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert

After we got the table we wanted, I asked how it worked with 2/1. Answer: You can order anything, no worries that only an amount of €27 will be deducted. That in itself wouldn't have been a big problem if the quality of the Essena had been appropriate for the a. I ordered my T bone steak medium-rare. It came out more medium rare. Vegetables inedible raw, asparagus not peeled properly, aubergines more than disgusting, potatoes not edible either. So I just ate the meat. The same picture with the club steak. There was also the fact that it was significantly smaller, so definitely not 800 grams. Potatoes and vegetables were also not edible. We complained immediately. Nothing was changed. Just pointed out that this is not the regular chef and not that good. Congratulations. The waiter was consistently polite and did everything in his power to save the situation. Unfortunately, he can't do anything if the chef has no idea about the kitchen. On the positive side, the waiter always stopped by to refill the wine or brought a free dessert to save the situation. I have no idea why this chef is still employed, he has definitely missed his job. Unfortunately there are no minus stars regarding the food. Completely forgotten in the salad was a huge stalk......... Back to the voucher book, if there is a limit of €27, you write that in the voucher and not 2 for 1.

There is still room for improvement for the best Sunday brunch (as advertised) The service is rare, the ambience takes some getting used to and the toilets are from the shopping center and not clean. The food is plentiful, but the selection is significantly reduced after 12 p.m. because a lot of it isn't replenished. Prices are very good for the quantity.

Anyone who doesn't know Bergius will be surprised at first and will only see a lunch snack in a shopping arcade. However, anyone who dares to venture behind the partition will find a completely different world there, and it's something special. This world consists of a beautiful restaurant area with beautiful decoration and a great view, but unfortunately only of the parking lot. Apart from that, the guest doesn't notice any of the shopping hustle and bustle. He can enjoy the very tasty and rich food in peace and will definitely be full. But the biggest surprise came with the bill. It turned out cheaper than expected. There's definitely a lot of performance here for the very low price. By the way, the staff was always friendly and happy to have a little joke. This made the 3-course menu a real experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not have its own toilets. Instead, you have to use the shopping center's toilets, which unfortunately are not very clean. Positive: There is a separate disabled toilet. The restaurant itself is suitable for wheelchair users.

Almost €20 for brunch is really too much. Hardly any choice and not very vegan/vegetarian friendly. Flies flew over the white sausages and the toppings for the rolls were also rather mediocre. The fruit for the fruit salad tasted like fruit from the day before and some of it wasn't really ripe. Some of the staff are friendly, some seem listless. Always comes to the table to ask if everything is okay. I'm not coming back. What's positive is that they also offer orange juice as an alternative to Prosecco and hot chocolate instead of coffee (but only on request). Unfortunately, the hot chocolate is just hot water with cocoa powder. I guess they just press a button on their coffee machine.

Were at Mother's Day brunch, service staff were not trained, friendly or motivated, had to remind us 4 times about our drinks, then it finally worked, we would have been better off without it, the glasses ended up on our pants and on the floor, No excuse other than “today is not my day” 🙄. Then the table and floor were wiped alternately with the cloth. Simply a no go.

Since they tried to have my first negative review deleted, now the second attempt: I personally doubt the "very good" reviews because it doesn't reflect reality. The pizzas are often undercooked, a lot of people actually write that and I can confirm that. It is very often very anti-social. When I was shopping there, customers were sitting in the outdoor area of ​​the restaurant with very loud cell phone music and that is generally tolerated in the same way. The employees simply don't care. I suspect that they are underpaid and therefore unmotivated. I actually noticed that Mr. Seng's employees were yelled at. This of course makes the situation even more unpleasant and problematic. Not to mention that it is generally dirty and unclean. You are also welcome to read the reviews from the local Edeka, how often the best-before date has expired, but also how dirty the store generally is. You can form your own opinion about it.

Were there today for Mother's Day and also for the last time. It's really nicely done, but if you have a reservation and then don't get a table, that's not so great. We wanted to sit inside because we had a small baby with us and it was still quite windy outside. There was no friendliness either, we were told that you shouldn't have a problem sitting outside in this weather. The boss then stepped in, was nice and had a table set up straight away. Food was okay, but far from “best brunch”. Shortly after 10 there was hardly any sausage available. I would never have recognized the scrambled eggs as such. After a short time there was no more dessert left. It was said here that the plan was for 80 people but unfortunately there were a lot more there and more reservations were accepted. You had to be careful with fruit salad because the stickers were still stuck to the apples. We never saw the glass of Prosecco either, but it wasn't too bad. We never saw pasta pizza or anything else that was promised on the website because it was probably over straight away. There was a small sip of juice, which wasn't even 0.2 l. Service was mixed, there were very nice people but also less nice people who were more annoyed. It's a shame, we were very disappointed. Addendum: as you have noticed, it is probably a system and regularly so that far too little was purchased and only a fraction of the people get certain things. It's a shame because everyone pays the same.

Waren heute zum Muttertag dort und auch zum letzten Mal. Es ist echt schön gemacht aber wenn man reserviert hat und dann keinen Tisch bekommt ist das nicht so toll. Wir wollten drinnen sitzen, weil wir ein kleines Baby dabei hatten und es draußen noch recht windig war. Freundlichkeit war auch nicht gegeben, wir wurden angepampt, dass man bei dem Wetter ja wohl kein Problem haben sollte draußen zu sitzen. Der Chef ist dann eingesprungen, war nett und hat direkt einen Tisch bereit stellen lassen. Essen war okay, aber weit weg von „bester Brunch“. Wurst war um kurz nach 10 kaum was da. Das Rührei hätte ich niemals als solches erkannt. Von den Nachspeisen war nach kurzer Zeit gar nichts mehr da. Hier wurde gesagt, dass für 80 Leute geplant wurde aber halt leider viel mehr da waren und mehr Reservierungen angenommen wurden. Obstsalat musste man aufpassen, da die Aufkleber noch an den Äpfeln klebten. Das Glas Prosecco haben wir auch nie gesehen, war aber nicht so schlimm. Pasta Pizza und was sonst noch auf der Website versprochen wurde haben wir auch nie gesehen, weil es vermutlich direkt wieder aus war. O Saft gab es einen kleinen Schluck, das waren nicht mal 0,2 l. Service war durchwachsen, es gab sehr nette Leute aber auch weniger nette die mehr genervt waren. Sehr schade, wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Nachtrag: wie man so mitbekommen hat ist das wohl auch System und regelmäßig so, dass viel zu wenig eingekauft wurde und nur ein Bruchteil der Leute bestimmte Sachen bekommen. Schade, weil alle das gleiche bezahlen.

Leider ist der Service völlig überfordert. Teller am besten selbst abräumen, Besteck mehrmals verwenden, gibt nie genug. Auffüllen der Speißen klappt leider auch nicht, bei manchen Gerichten muss man Sehr viel Glück haben, dass man was erwischt. Roastbeef und Pizza gab’s diesmal bis 12:30 nicht, ob dies später noch gekommen wäre, ist fraglich, wir sind dann gegangen. Sehr schade, Konzept wäre gut, Umsetzung katastrophal.

Wir hatten das italienische 3 Gänge Menü. Essen war sehr gut, bis auf Eierschalen im Thunfischsalat. Der Service war leider unterdurchschnittlich schlecht. Die Dame war unfreundlich. Ich wollte statt Thunfischsalat nur einen einfachen gemischten Salat, der laut Karte wesentlich günstiger ist. Das war nur nach hartnäckiger Diskussion möglich. Unseren Hauptgang hat sie vergessen und plötzlich nach dem Nachtisch gefragt und ihn kurz darauf serviert. Den haben wir nicht angenommen. Dann kam sie wieder und nachgefragt welche Pizza wir wollen. Wo sie doch selber ca 30 min zuvor die Bestellung aufgeschrieben hatte. Der Herr hatte gute Laune, hat aber das nachbestellen Getränk vergessen. Wir haben dann nach 20min darauf verzichtet und bezahlen wollen. Auch das hat er vergessen und kam nach 10min wieder und hat gefragt ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Dann konnten wir endlich bezahlen. Wir würden trotz schlechtem Service wiederkommen. Das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt.

Went there for brunch today. Extensive buffet for breakfast and lunch. Quality breakfast buffet is very good, I never came to test the lunch buffet because I was full. One Prosecco/orange juice and one warm drink free.

Ich war mit meiner Familie hier insgesamt waren wir zufrieden der Service war nicht sehr gut der Kellner hatte Probleme uns zu verstehen aufgrund der fehlenden Deutsch Kenntnisse . er hat mehrmals getränke Bestellungen vergessen und die Karaffe in der der Wein serviert wird was noch warm das Essen war sehr gut Lob an den Koch

I was invited to Bergius by friends and was already suspicious when I read the reviews here. But you shouldn't judge too early, it could be much worse than what is written here. First things first: the food is just bad. I had a seafood pizza and the dough was basically non-existent. As thin as the dough was, somehow they still managed to prevent it from even being fully baked. The tomato sauce was saved, but there was a heap of cheese on it and tons of oil poured over it. The prawns tasted quite good, but the other seafood was tasteless. Overall, the pizza was a floury, fatty and salty mush, making it one of the worst I've eaten in Germany (frozen pizzas included). My friends had various pork and beef dishes. In all of them the meat was way too well done and tough like the sole of a shoe. As a side dish there were potatoes and grilled vegetables. Yes, to all dishes. Yes, even those with a side dish of your choice. After all, there is no other side dish to choose from. The potatoes were not yet cooked and were hard. Spices were also missing. Normally we would also order dessert, but we skipped that here, so I can't rate it. Service was also a total failure. The wrong items were brought to us with both the drinks and the food. This was already foreseeable when the order was placed, as the service staff obviously had problems with their writing utensils and the German language. Before our food was brought, they tried to explain to us that, as an exception, the food would be delivered at a different time. It was also explained why, but unfortunately I was unable to decipher what was being said. In general, the employees have made themselves scarce. In their short appearances they shone with their incompetence. When the table was cleared with hectic laziness, the cutlery also fell on my companion. There was no apology, just mutterings about how bad the plates were. Ambiance was okay, but to be honest I don't care if everything else isn't right. Once and never again.

The best Italian pizza in Germany

So we can't understand the negative reviews. We've eaten there (in the restaurant) several times now and each time we've been really satisfied. The food was always delicious and the service was super friendly and quick. It's very nice that even the boss comes to the table and asks if everything is okay. As long as the chef Giuliano cooks there and the service is excellent, we will be happy to come back and recommend Bergius with a clear conscience.

I ordered the Arrabiata spaghetti to take away and it certainly tastes delicious, but I can't taste anything anymore because the pasta was way too spicy. Please ask how much spicy you want and normally I don't mind spicy but this is just way too much. Your whole mouth burns and you're constantly coughing. The food tastes very, very strongly of Tabasco. There is nothing on the board that says it is extremely spicy or that it is pointed out to you.

Overwhelmed staff. Ordered pizza and haven't received anything in 25 minutes. Then the obviously sick employee came to help, always working at the station while holding his stomach. He was talking to a colleague about how bad he was feeling and he kept having to sit down. When I asked him about it, he said he was fine, just a little unwell. Do the employees even have any health instructions? Thanks, nothing from there!

The “Bergius” offers friendly service and good food. Almost every request is catered for. The wine was at the right temperature. The ambience is harmonious.

Quite a small selection of food and not very vegetarian. Quality of the food was good, value for money was great. During opening hours from the front counter, service from the restaurant is slightly delayed.

I can only recommend that the pizza maker from March 30, 2024 at around 1 p.m. receives employee training on friendliness towards customers. I ordered a pizza that was taken out of the oven after 2 minutes. I immediately noticed that the cheese wasn't melting properly and it still took about 1-2 minutes for the pizza to be cooked through. I kindly pointed out to the pizza maker, whereupon he showed me the base that the pizza was already ready, sorry, but as a non-Italian I even know that 2-3 slightly brown dots doesn't mean that the dough is done. When I asked him to put the pizza back in the oven, he responded with a provocative smile and added a few Italian sentences. Sorry guys, that doesn't work at all. Insulting a customer in another language or whatever they said is an absolute no-go. The pizza tasted delicious, the price was also fair, but I don't know if I'll come back again...

Wir wurden weggeschickt, da das Restaurant um 14 Uhr schließt. Unsere Reservierung war für 13 Uhr

Der Essen beim Sonntagsbrunch war insgesamt sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Weißwürste waren leider nur lauwarm. Die Bedienung war bodenlos, unfreundlich und nicht gastrotauglich. Wenn der Service besser wäre, würde ich das Bergius auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, da Preis/Leistung passt.

It's the worst kebab I've ever had. No spices, no salt, no acid in the herb. Zero taste!! The only good thing is the kebab is really plump. Employees are cold, they lack this warmth and welcome. :((

Was only ever there to take away. Leberkäse is ok, pizza is sometimes good but it is often left in the oven for too short a time, which makes it soggy and tastes melty. Sunday break better elsewhere! First of all, it's like pike soup in the restaurant, which is due to the open concept in the huge former Marktkauf hall, so it's quite uncomfortable to sit. Apparently none of the service staff is trained for their task, and so a glass of Prosecco ends up in the guest's lap, who then has to request a fresh glass several times. The selection of food is quite decent, but unfortunately the quality of many dishes is below average. At least the baked goods are fresh and crispy. The generally unsatisfactory overall picture is then dragged down even further by the sometimes unpleasant kitchen smells and the smelly, dirty supermarket toilet.

2nd visit, food to go. The kebab is underground. Bad meat (tough), long waiting time, cash register broken, kebab then cold and inedible. Even the bread was like dough...

The service was sublime. The blonde lady was very unfriendly and should not come into further contact with customers. No hello or welcome, no explanation of how the buffet works or where it is, always had a bad expression on his face and was unfriendly and inflexible with every question. The table was cleared once in 3 hours. Accordingly, it looked full on our table for four. The waiter who brought the drinks should also first learn how to serve someone. Coffee totally wobbly in the hands and glasses and cups gripped at the top where you drink from. Very unhygienic. In our opinion, the food wasn't that appealing. The white sausage has barely separated from the skin. The scrambled eggs were ok. But I didn't want to try anything else. There was a fork or tongs at every stand. But no hand disinfection device anywhere. That makes the whole thing even more unpleasant when you want to eat a roll or pretzel. Even with the chocolate spread or honey (not even Nutella), there was only one spoon with which you could hardly put the spread on the plate without touching the plate. It all seems very improvised and ill-thought out. The buffet was set up at the front of the shopping center, which really wasn't very inviting. The plates in front of the buffet were partly dirty. When we left the restaurant, we saw that clean glasses had been placed on the end shelf of the checkout conveyor opposite and were being dried there 🤢. We definitely won't eat here again. Normally I don't rate a place or restaurant if it wasn't my cup of tea, but here I was really very disappointed.

The service was a disaster. The service was absolutely unfriendly. Our plates were rarely cleared. No one ever came to take further drink orders. The food wasn't that varied and it was baked pretzels. Really not satisfactory for the price. We were all replaced with how the waitress treated us. We wanted a glass of water instead of the offered glass of orange juice, but we were laughed at and simply said “NO”. Here you could have put it in a friendly way. We don't come here anymore and won't recommend it to anyone. There are clearly better breakfast alternatives in Augsburg.

I made a reservation by phone three weeks ago. When they arrived they couldn't find a reservation. We then got a place outside the restaurant. It was very cold and drafty there. The staff was very unfriendly and they didn't ask us if we knew how everything was regulated. In addition, the used dishes were only put away after about half an hour. Buffett was ok so far. We waited in vain for pizza or pasta. We then went home very dissatisfied. When we paid we were not asked whether we liked it or whether we were satisfied. Never again.

We wanted brunch on Sunday Despite making a reservation weeks in advance, it was not recorded in the system. We then sat directly opposite the Edeka cash register. Unfortunately it was extremely restless and drafty there. Feedback to service went unheard. Over time we noticed that several reservations had been lost. There was no explanation about brunch. Breakfast was good in terms of taste and selection. After an hour it was already very empty. When we asked when the hot food was available, the service was confused. These didn't come until around 12:30. My child was looking forward to waffles that we didn't see until twelve. Dirty dishes weren't cleared away for over half an hour. Friendliness and service are virtually non-existent. When we wanted to speak to the boss personally because of the space and the questionable service, he quickly became rude and unfriendly. He's had enough of the constant complaints. Then you wouldn't come back. Despite everything, there was no apology, let alone a little attention to compensation. Conclusion: A lot of trouble on Sunday morning and unfortunately the restaurant doesn't see us again.

Es war ein toller Sonntags Brunch mit der Familie. Netter Service tolles Buffet lecker und reichlich. Kann man sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Vielen dank. Martin und famlie

Price-performance is great!! Pizza for €5.5 is really awesome. Made fresh in front of you. Always a lot of toppings too. But the kebab is not good...

Ich war gestern zum zweiten Mal im Bergius. Weil es Zeit war zu essen, und ich Hunger hatte. Das erste Mal waren wir zu dritt dort. Die Pizza war so Semi, ohne Geschmack. Keine Kräuter, keine. Gewürze, nix. Was mich auf die Palme brachte: ich freute mich auf ein Radler, was bekomme ich?? Ein fertiges aus der Flasche, mit Orangengeschmack. Pfui. Ich konnte es nicht trinken, sollte in Bayern verboten werden. Dann der Salat😱 die Blätter schwammen in eine Soßenpampe. Wurde auch nicht gefragt, welches ich gerne hätte. Und gestern war ich alleine dort. Auf Radler und Salat hatte ich verzichtet. Auf der Pizza war ein künstliches Gewürz, schmeckte nach Maggi. Heute morgen hatte ich Durchfall. Das war's mit Bergius.

The girl who served us was very disrespectful. She looked at us very bad when we asked after 30min to have the free hot cup and the glass of Prosecco. I never seen a person who was unpleasant like that with client. We didn’t spend a good moment because of that. It’s a shame.

In der nächsten Zeit steht meine Geburtstagsfeier an und wir dachten das Bergius wäre doch eine gute Idee. Wir haben uns sehr auf den Besuch gefreut dann wurden wir gegenüber des Supermarkts platziert und das geht garnicht Wir wurden dann gnädigerweise im Café untergebracht und dann nicht mehr beachtet. Bis zum Schluß unseres Besuches waren einige Tische unbesetzt. Das Buffet war gut sortiert aber leider alles lauwarm. Eine lauwarme Weißwurst ist alles andere als prickelnd. Alles in allem ist der Internetauftritt um Klassen besser als der Auftritt im Lokal. Leider nicht zu empfehlen, außer dass es nicht schlecht wäre wenn die Chefin ihre eigene Ware mal selbst probiert.

Habe zwei Wochen vorher reserviert und bekam einen Platz beim Bäcker nebenan, das Ambiente war hier wie im Dönerladen, Ich finde es eine Frechheit wir hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird, man sollte doch am Telefon darauf hinweisen das es im eigentlichen Lokal keine Plätze mehr gibt. Tische nicht mal gedeckt und Essen durchweg lauwarm. Personal aus meiner Sicht total überfordert, nie wieder.

We went to Bergius for brunch today. The rather bad reviews had already unsettled me, but there was nothing else available in Augsburg. The selection of dishes is meager. The quality as well. Sausage and cheese was always empty. The staff not attentive. The coffee was subpar and the icing on the cake was that after the bad coffee we were asked to pay and leave the restaurant. 1x and never again!!!

Very very bad, unfriendly and inattentive service. The quality of the food is rather mediocre, the selection is not up to date. There isn't even a milk alternative.

Old, stale coffee, rude reactions when asked. Hardly any vegetarian or vegan food options. Very slow refills. Ambiance of a train station hall. Not recommendable.

Great brunch, large selection, gladly again

Wir haben das mediterrane 3-Gänge-Menü vorbestellt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und für den Preis fast zu günstig! Das Ambiente war auch toll, ich war das erste mal dort, aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal.

Der Sonntagsbrunch sehr gut gelungen. Große Auswahl, sehr gute Zubereitung und vor allem die Frische der Produkte. Und das ganze zu einem sehr moderaten Preis.

Leider liegt das Bergius in einem Einkaufscenter. Trotz langem reservieren vorweg hatten wir nur einen Platz bei einem Bäcker des einkaufscenters. Es war laut und unbequem. Das Buffet war im Gang aufgebaut. Servicepersonal war nie da. Trinken musste man am Tresen bestellen und selbstständig abräumen ( war wie Selbstbedienung) Toiletten gibt es nur die dreckigen, stinkenden center Toiletten. Alles im allen, einmal und nie wieder.

We were there for Sunday brunch. It was the first and last visit. The Bergius is located in a shopping arcade. The buffet is set up in the middle of the aisle. The atmosphere takes some getting used to. It's uncomfortable and uninviting. The food was okay, but nothing worth recommending. The service was very bad. You had to order drinks at the counter because no service staff came and no attention was paid to order and cleanliness at the buffet (cheese lying on the floor, empty display...). Seating was at the bakery wishes even though it was reserved well in advance.

Das Bergius ist immer wieder unglaublich. Wir hatten dieses Mal das Tomahawk Menü für 2 Personen, mind. 1200g (eher mehr)! Vorspeise 2 x Beef Tartar und zum Nachtisch Mousse au Chocolat. Alles frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Ich muss mich hier einfach mal über dieses Tomahawk-Steak auslassen, wirklich ein wahres Fleischerlebnis, auf dem Punkt gebraten, einfach gewaltig, saftig und unglaublich lecker. Kein Schickimicki, kein Blattgold, dafür ursprünglich und einfach ein Genuss. Kein Wunder, diese Tomahawk-Steaks kommen aus eigener Rinderzucht und eigener Metzgerei (vom Chef selbst erfahren). Aber der absolute Hammer ist dann der Preis, ja klar Augsburg, klar Schwaben, aber dieses Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bundesweit unschlagbar! 50,- € für alles komplett, nicht pro Person, nein für zwei Personen zusammen!!! Hier in NRW wäre der Laden auf Monate ausgebucht und man müsste in einer langen Schlang anstehen. Für das Tomahawk-Steak alleine bezahlt man hier 170.- €, ohne Beilagen (Purino - Krefeld)!!! Da verstehe ich meine Augsburger nicht, das Bergius gibt es seit gut zwei Jahre, ist ordentlich besucht, aber hier (NRW) wäre das Bergius 7 Tage/Woche wahrscheinlich völlig überlaufen. Das Bergius ist immer unsere erste Wahl wenn wir in Augsburg sind. Das Ambiente, der Service und ganz besonders das qualitativ hochwertige Essen. Wir durften mal wieder ein gelungenes Mediterranes 3-Gang-Menü genießen, meine Frau liebt das Vitello Tonnato, die Hauptspeise (Schweinefilet) war auf den Punkt, die Beilagen waren schmackhaft, stimmig und ansprechend angerichtet, danach ein Nachtisch auf den man sich freuen darf und einen gelungenen Essen und den Abend abrundet. Wir besuchen das Bergius seit zwei Jahren und das erste mal hat es uns wirklich den Tag gerettet, als der FCA in der Nachspielzeit gegen Mainz verloren hatte. Wir sind immerhin 600 km für dieses Spiel angereist. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. LG Peter und Susanne

Looks good from the outside but unhygienic sales counters with employees who can hardly speak German and over-salted, barely edible kebab.

Das Personal ist katastrophal, der Gast wird nicht wahrgenommen. Wir saßen am Tisch für ca. 5 Minuten, 3 Bedienungen waren irgendwie beschäftigt und haben uns nicht registriert. Da es auch einen Bereich für Selbstabholung gab haben wir uns dann dafür entschieden. Nachdem dort die Gäste aber ebenfalls bedient wurden gingen wir wieder in den Bereich wo man bedient wird. Dabei haben wir uns eingangs die Speisekarte aushändigen lassen. Die Bestellung der Getränke erfolgte bereits bei der Aushändigung der Speisekarte. Als die Bedienung die Getränke servierte ließ sie uns ohne der Aufnahme der weiteren Essensbestellung linksliegen. Erst nach dem Heranwinken einer weiteren Bedienung erfolgte die Aufnahme unseres Essenswunsches. Beim Servieren wurde noch nachgefragt ob Salz, Pfeffer und Parmesan gewünscht würde. Dies wurde von unserer Seite bejaht. Dieses wurde aber erst nach Heranwinken einer anderen Bedienung dann endlich geliefert. Zwei weitere Gäste, die etwas später kamen, wurden nicht beachtet, bzw. bekamen ihr Essen erst garnicht serviert. Wir sind es gewohnt, dass eine Bedienung ab und an am Tisch bzw. bei den Gästen vorbei kommt um evtl. ein weiteres Getränk oder sonstige Wünsche aufzunehmen. Stattdessen sind 3 Bedienungen damit beschäftigt Tische einzudecken. Ein Gast ging dann inzwischen und ein weiterer war ungehalten, da er sein Essen immer noch nicht bekommen hat. Wir haben dann an der Theke bezahlt und werden hier bestimmt nicht mehr speisen. Das ist uns ja auch bereits das zweite Mal passiert.

Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, es hätte etwas wärmer sein dürfen. Geschirr und Gläser haben nicht vor Sauberkeit geglänzt…

Das Bergius bietet neben einer wunderschönen Ambiente und einem ausgezeichneten Service ausgezeichnete Qualität beim Essen. Die Kellner überzeugen jedes mal auf‘s Neue mit ihrer souveränen und freundlichen Art. Ein Besuch ist es jedes mal wert.

Unfortunately, a rather mixed visit. The restaurant is located in a shopping center opposite Edeka and has an open design, which is not exactly positive for the ambience (cash register noises, etc.). We had the salmon fillet. The side potatoes were definitely not fresh, but warmed up and very dry. Otherwise the food was pretty average. The service wasn't quite as experienced but it was friendly.
