We held our Christmas party with around 24 people at this restaurant and were very disappointed overall. The reserved bowling alley seemed cold and unprepared upon our arrival: the tables weren't set, a cleaning rag was still lying on the floor, and there wasn't nearly enough seating for our group. Only after bringing in garden chairs could everyone sit down. We also had to rearrange the tables ourselves so we could sit together as a group. The drinks service was completely incomprehensible to us. We were supposed to write down our orders by hand, put them in a dispenser, and when it returned, someone from our group had to guess what the drinks were and distribute them themselves. For a pre-booked Christmas party, this was, in our opinion, anything but appropriate. There were further disappointments with the food. Pre-ordered dishes – for example, pork loin with homemade spinach spaetzle – were served differently, with potato gratin instead of the agreed-upon side dish. With the steaks, it was nearly impossible to tell which level of doneness belonged to which plate; What constituted "medium" or "well-done" was ultimately left to our imagination. The atmosphere was further strained by the fact that the manager seemed very annoyed, raised his voice, and slammed doors. The only positive exception was the young waitress, who, despite the circumstances, genuinely tried her best and remained friendly. While we felt like second-class guests in the bowling alley, we saw two other Christmas parties in the restaurant area, whose tables were festively decorated and whose guests were served smoothly and without chaos. The restrooms also left a very poor impression (photos available). Overall, this evening was disappointing for us and in no way met our expectations for a pre-arranged Christmas party.

The owner's responses to reviews perfectly reflect what you'll find on-site. You're never safe from the owner's verbal taunts. Furthermore, if you don't leave a very generous tip, you're treated like a third-class customer. A terrible place. Never again.

The traditional, wood-fired pizza oven, along with the friendly owner and staff, conjures up a variety of delicious pizzas. Enjoy typical Italian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. Recommendation: Try one of the pinsa varieties.

Unfortunately you can't give more stars, a super delicious salad with strips of beef and strips of turkey breast, the tastiest burger ever, an enchanting boss and the decor is lovely with a lot of attention to detail. An absolute must to visit this restaurant. .clear recommendation
