We went to the pizzeria today and were absolutely thrilled. The pizza was incredibly delicious – thin, crispy crust, super fresh ingredients, and perfectly seasoned. The service was also excellent: friendly, fast, and very attentive. You can tell that they put a lot of love and care into their work.
We'll definitely be back – one of the best pizzas we've had in a long time!
Dear Michaela and Andreas,
Dear Team,
We had our small Christmas party, and it was once again unforgettable and sensational. Superb cuisine and attentive, friendly service. We've been coming for years, but it's always something special for us. Many thanks, Mike and Heidi
The food was absolutely delicious! There's a great selection of burgers; there's something for everyone, whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian, or vegan.
The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was fast! I felt very comfortable here.
As I said, the burgers are incredibly tasty and very well-composed. The side salad with the vegan burger is very generous, and you leave with a full stomach.
I think the value for money is excellent, as you get a fantastic burger for your money.
The hotel is okay – the room and bathroom are relatively clean. Aside from a chambermaid, there was no other hotel staff to be found.
Breakfast, which you have to reserve yourself at the separate restaurant, even though it was included in the booking, was very good and the service was excellent.
We had reserved a table at the restaurant for the evening. After more than two hours, we finally received our food. Unfortunately, the roast pork with onions and the accompanying spaetzle were cold. When we complained, we were subjected to the following comments: "I only have two hands!" and "I don't understand how you could have accepted your reservation in the first place; we were fully booked!" However, almost all the other guests waited between two and two and a half hours for their food. An apology only came from one employee, who was, however, the only person in the restaurant who actually provided any service. The food itself was very good, but when everything else isn't right... it's certainly an unforgettable evening.
My cousin and I drove from Munich to Neuburg to pick up his things. Afterwards, while looking for something to eat, we drove around a bit and stumbled upon Kaspian's snack bar, and what can I say… it was a real find!
The owner is incredibly friendly, warm, and extremely personable. You immediately feel welcome. The food was delicious, fresh, and tasty. My cousin enjoyed it so much that he ordered two doner kebabs – that speaks for itself! 😅
And now for the best part: a doner kebab there costs just €5! I haven't seen a price like that in at least 10 years. In times like these, it's truly unbelievable.
All in all, a fantastic place with great food, fair prices, and a wonderful owner.
Best of luck and continued success! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area! 👍🥙
Best doner kebab in town, and it's been that way for over 20 years! ✌️
I hope this doner kebab stays around for a long time.
Yes, it's more expensive, but it's worth it.
Tip: Try the French sauce on the doner and some cheese... amazing!
We were there with our friends, including children (35 people, booked in the spring!) for the weekend, and it was a disaster!!
For a supposedly family hotel to not provide kettles for preparing milk bottles for babies is one thing. But then to point to the coffee machine with a hot water function is another! That's completely unacceptable!!
Furthermore, there were exactly two worn-out plastic high chairs that weren't really usable because there were no straps to fasten them. For example, in a Swedish furniture store, you can get great high chairs for €20.00 – comfortable, safe, and quick to clean.
If you know the hotel is fully booked and the number of children, you can't be sure that you'll run out of fries as soon as dinner starts at 6 p.m.!
The first batch of food was cooked through and piping hot, but everything else afterward was no longer hot or edible. The salmon was raw inside, as were the cordon bleu and the dumplings.
Breakfast was also a tragedy, consisting of mini rolls and pretzels, pre-packaged sausage and cheese, and jam. There are local butchers and bakeries in and around the village, as well as homemade jam and honey! At least the scrambled eggs were freshly prepared.
As other hotel guests have already mentioned, the hotel is showing its age, and the shower heads need descaling, rubber seals replaced, etc.
The outdoor playground and indoor play area are great and perfect for children. Well-designed, varied, and there's something for every age group.
The reception has been moved to the back, where it's very cramped and dark. The previous reception, located directly in the entrance area, would be much nicer and offers more space for additional guests arriving at the same time.
