Sehr guter Asiate mit umfangreichem Angebot an Sushi. Für meine Begriffe etwas zu teuer.

Mittagstisch - Gemüsesuppe und Lachs Curry waren gut zubereitet und schmackhaft.

Warum erst ab 20 Euro kann mit der Karte bezahlen?!

Sushi ist wirklich sehr gut und immer frisch auch die anderen Gerichte sehr empfehlenswert, etwas höherpreisig

Preislich vielleicht nicht das Günstigste, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants und der Qualität, die Kyo bietet, absolut gerechtfertigt. Die Ware ist frisch und geschmacklich top! Kann man nur empfehlen. 🍣🥢😋

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist wunderbar und der Service außerordentlich freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr sehr gut. Es ist sehr Variantenreich und reicht von japanischen Sushi bis hin zur thailändischen und vietnamesischen Speisen. Es ist dort sehr voll, also muss man unbedingt reservieren. Das kann durchaus ein asiatisches Stammlokal werden.

Wir haben Essen abgeholt. Das Sushi war sehr lecker, die Qualität war auch echt gut und über die Preise vom Mittagsmenü kann man sich auch gar nicht beschweren. Ein Curry hatten wir auch, das war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder :)

Essen ist super, freundliche Bedienung. Allerdings war es sehr befremdlich, dass unser Tisch bereits nach 1 Stunde neu vergeben worden ist. Das ist schon sehr kurz um gemütlich zu essen.

tolles Sushi mit moderaten Preisen

Das Essen war gut, daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Unverständlich finde ich allerdings die Preisgestaltung: Das Gericht kostet 17,50 €, der Aufpreis für Garnelen beträgt 2,50 €. Wenn man eine doppelte Portion möchte, geht man logisch von zweimal 2,50 € aus. Stattdessen wurden mir einmal 2,50 € und zusätzlich 6 € berechnet – ohne vorherigen Hinweis. Es geht mir nicht ums Geld, sondern um diese Intransparenz. Sehr ärgerlich.

Absolute Empfehlung, Service ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Die Atmosphäre trifft perfekt dem was man sich unter einem Asiatischen Restaurant vorstellt. Und die Cocktails wie auch das Essen waren hervorragend👍

Das Essen war authentisch japanisch, und obwohl es etwas voll war, Service trotzdem sehr freundlich, Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder

Ich war jetzt öfter im Kyo. Meistens zur Mittagszeit. Das Angebot auf der Mittagskarte ist ausreichend u. Ganz gut. Was ich jedoch fürchterlich finde, ist die Unsauberkeit in der Damen-Toilette. Boden klebt und ist stumpf (falsches Reinigungsmittel!), eine der Toiletten mit Kot verschmutzt, Schüssel braun verfärbt, staubige Toilettenpapierdeckel... Ich kann nur hoffen, dass die Küche hygienischer ist!!!!!!!

Wir waren heute das erste Mal. Sind sehr beeindruckt. Schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal. Essen hervorragend. 1. Gang hatten wir beide Miso Suppe. Dann Sushi. Mein Mann hatte als weiteren Gang Lachs Curry und ich Crispy Tofu Veggie. Hier fehlten im Gericht allerdings die Austernpilze und waren mit wenige Champignons ersetzt. Das fand ich schade. Ansonsten alles top! Wir kommen wieder! Bitte dann die Austernpilze nicht vergessen!😉

This was our second visit – and once again everything was simply fantastic! The food is outstanding, especially the White Dragon Roll, the nigiri, and the hot appetizers like the fried octopus and chicken corn. We had a truly wonderful Sunday and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our visit to the Kyo restaurant in Grevefingen. The peanut dish tasted like pure peanuts – no balance or flavor at all. A friend's beer had something that looked like cartilage floating in it – absolutely unappealing. When we asked for a water bowl for our dog, we were given one, but it was almost empty. Incomprehensible. The appetizers were also disappointing: chicken skewers were bland, and other fried foods only tasted good because they were deep-fried. Overall, it was simply not a good experience. One thing is for sure: We won't be going back.

Not as good as it used to be; overpriced for so little fish, all the sushi was warm, and to top it all off, there was a hair in it...

We had a €50 voucher for the Kyo Restaurant and, full of anticipation, reserved a table for two. Unfortunately, the experience was mixed. The service seemed somewhat uncoordinated, as we dealt with three different employees. The dishes – rice with chicken and lemongrass and rice with chicken in peanut sauce – arrived quickly, but weren't very flavorful. The peanut sauce was more like a soup and sweet, like a dessert, while the lemongrass dish was very salty and overly intense. A burn mark on one of the chairs was also a negative. Overall, our expectations weren't met. Therefore, it's not enough for us to return.

Great restaurant with very good food.

Unfortunately, the waitresses were very unfriendly. The prices were too high, and the quality of the food is no longer what it used to be. We were told in a very rude manner that there are no soybeans available in summer, which is why soybeans were missing from the Pho Bo soup. We were told this only after we asked, when we noticed that no soybean sprouts were served as a side. There was no prior notice, and they were listed on the menu. Soybean sprouts are generally available throughout the entire year & Soybean sprouts are traditionally part of a Pho Bo. In addition, the soup was very watery 😔. We had to pay the full price, 17 Euro. Very disappointing overall.

We made a reservation for a bigger group, everything was well prepared for us. Food was on point and they have a spacious outside garden which is appreciated during this summer time.

"Upstairs great, downstairs nasty." Sushi was very tasty; other dishes were average at best. Then came the surprise... the basement/restrooms were borderline, filthy, and unhygienic.

Sushi is delicious, that's about it. Recommendation: eat first, then go to the bathroom. If you change the order, you'll lose your appetite. 😳 Conclusion: Not good value for money, not recommended.

Ein schönes Lokal mit Terrasse. Wir hatten Sushi und Bun Bo La Lot, beides war gut. Dazu hatten wir Lachs Sashimi und als Dessert Klebreis, das aus drei sehr kleinen Päckchen bestand. Beides fand ich im Verhältnis viel zu teuer und habe mich ziemlich darüber geärgert.

Nice Asian restaurant that we tried at lunchtime based on a recommendation. The food was really excellent. Special requests are no problem. I was also impressed with the papaya salad. The atmosphere is really nice and you immediately feel at home. The staff was friendly, attentive and happy to fulfill requests. Can be recommended without reservation!

Great food and fantastic service.

This was our favorite spot to eat at while staying in this area. The spring rolls and tuna tartar were SO good! This was the only spot in town that we could get a good cocktail.

We very much enjoyed the food and drinks. My wife loved the strawberry mojito and I enjoyed the basil mule. The ramen bowl was a good portion size. We enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the prompt service. Thank you again from the 2 Americans.

We were at Kyo on a Sunday. And we weren't really disappointed with the food: the dishes were average, expected, nothing special. However, we asked ourselves why we didn't feel comfortable. It was probably because we didn't perceive Kyo as a restaurant at all, but as a take-away. There was a constant coming and going of guests picking up food. This made things very hectic in the kitchen, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the dining room. And it's far too dark in the dining room.

Really great food. Unfortunately, you often have to make a reservation on weekends, because otherwise all the tables are booked—but that's understandable given the quality…

I stopped by spontaneously, and the meal was absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be back. The service was very friendly, and I can't complain; I'm just very attentive, and I noticed a bit of stress. I'm happy when the employees, despite their busy schedules, get some relief or treat themselves. It makes life better.

We've been here twice. Apart from the sometimes hectic and not always obliging staff, the ambience, price performance and taste are absolutely praiseworthy. All dishes are deliciously seasoned, and the sushi is also made with love, tasty and filling. Only the drinks are a bit pricey, otherwise it's the best fusion Asian in Munich.

For me one of the best Asians in the Munich area. Whether it's sushi, fried chicken or duck, all the dishes taste really great. Always get food here, have never eaten at the location. The terrace also looks great.

Service and food absolutely top. Sushi unbeatable. Only the narrow seating mars the evening somewhat, as every conversation can be overheard and heard.

Never go for lunch. When you go for lunch, you can't even eat sushi. Even when you order the lunch special, the curry is the worst. The rolls that come out in front are delicious.

The employees are always courteous and in a good mood. The food is always delicious.

Very nicely furnished with music, wallpaper and lights. Unfortunately it is not suitable for more than 6 people. The food is very good but the drinks are very expensive (0.2 cola for 4€)

Food was always fantastic 5 stars. What bothered us was that the service was too intrusive. The tables are placed very close together and you have no privacy there. It's a shame because the food tastes really good.

Went there for lunch on Sundays and have picked up something several times, you should always make a reservation if possible. The food is very good, the menu has something for everyone with Vietnamese, sushi and sashimi as well as a lot of vegetarian options. The service is also friendly and competent.

Insanely delicious food! Without a reservation there is virtually no chance, so the tables are booked through. Unfortunately, this makes it very narrow and quite loud. Nine of us were seated at a table where six people could easily sit.

Top class sushi. After a slightly longer wait than expected, we finally got what was probably the best sushi in the area. Only recommended.

Kyo in Gräfelfing is simply incredible! The sushi here is a true work of art - fresh, delicious and perfectly prepared. The sushi sets are a revelation for every lover of Japanese cuisine. The stylish ambience completes the experience. An absolute must for sushi fans!

My daughter and her friend unfortunately had a terrible experience, due to a particular waitress, as they had highlighted to her that both chicken dishes which they had ordered were pink, and obviously they weren't going to pay for those dishes. The Waitress told them they couldn't change their mind and order other things. My daughter stood her ground and said they would pay for what they had eaten and drank. The waitress in question was shouting at them instead of apologising for the inconvience. Not how you would expect to be treated. Will not be back !!!

Really good food: both typical sushi dishes and more unusual Asian and crossover dishes. We always enjoy coming back or picking up something to eat.

Sushi was great, especially the kyo special and crunchy rolls. Ramen too. Bowls look nice, but the quantity is very manageable, rice dishes are not convincing in my opinion, 17-21 Eur for meat/fish, very few vegetables, bowl of rice and average taste. Prices are generally very limited, including for drinks (e.g. soft drink 0.2l for 3.90 euros). The atmosphere is narrow and loud, the waitresses tend to be impatient when taking orders and don't show up for long periods of time. When it comes to prices, I expect a more attentive service, asking whether everything is okay (e.g. a knife would be nice for a bowl), who also says goodbye when leaving the restaurant, etc. We will now look for an alternative.
