We had a family reunion here. The service was ok. Rather annoyed and rushed, plates were not cleared away. All very loveless. I didn't think the food was particularly great either. Price performance is zero. I wouldn't come again.

Es ist ein kleinerer Biergarten mit Selbstbedienung und es kann schon sein dass alle Tische belegt sind aber dann setzt man sich irgendwo dazu. Mit sehr leckerem deutschem/ griechischem Essen. Es ist was für jede Preisklasse dabei. Bei sonnigem Wetter ein absolutes muss!

Because of the negative reviews about the food, I was initially unsure whether I should look outside. But I decided to give the Donaustube a chance anyway and I wasn't disappointed. I had a very good salad with chicken breast. Sure, €20 for a salad, but it's a hotel restaurant after all. Food came very quickly and the service was great. Gladly again!

Okay, but definitely not good. The prices are rising at what feels like a rapid pace, but the quality of the food is not improving. I'm particularly disappointed by how cultures are mixed there and the best example is cevapcici with tzatziki. Yugoslavian cuisine is mixed with Greek or Turkish cuisine. I either offer Sutsuki or Köfte with Tsatsiki or Cevapcici with Ajvar. If you want something vegetarian, you will often be disappointed because you either have to go to the salad bar or be prepared to spend €10. It's good that menus 1 and 2 are co-financed by the employer, but otherwise it's not so great. I would take the criticism seriously because many of my colleagues and I don't want to complain via email because then the side of the fence is clear.

Nice, large beer garden. Good, cold beer and nice service. The food is just average.

Rude staff, avoid this place. Staff unfriendly and aggressive, workers are choleric. It's a shame for such a beautiful environment

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Der Dönerladen hat original nie auf, wenn ich mich für einen döner entscheide, selbst um 12 Uhr an einem Montag! Absolut unzuverlässig. Ich beobachte das nun 2 Jahre und in dieser Zeit bin ich ganze 2 mal in den Genuss gekommen.

Food is ok and not that expensive. Unfortunately the quality varies greatly. Sometimes the burger is bone dry or the fries are still raw inside. But the service is subpar. I've been there a few times now and the staff changes all the time. The staff also feels very inexperienced and slow, even though there isn't much going on. We usually go in the afternoon and there is never a lot going on. You often have to call the staff. For example, the table next door didn't leave a tip at all. I gave her 4€ because I felt really sorry for her, but the service itself wasn't worth a tip.

One star is too many! BEI to Good To Go is still selling bags 3 weeks after it closed. This is fraud and will be reported!

This or that was always forgotten to deliver. OK no problem. But yesterday we ordered again, a main course salad arrived that was smaller than the side salad from the Greek. According to the menu with onions and mushrooms. These were not included. I then called Smyrna to submit my complaint. This was done with the words "I have to work here, I don't have time to always write WhatsApp". Because the Lord no longer responded to what I wrote. And “they get upset because of the lack of onions”, “I won’t take the salad back just because of the onions and mushrooms”. Conclusion: Smyrna cannot handle criticism and customers (loyalty/complaints). And you don't care what happens after you pay! He lost me as a customer with the campaign and I can only recommend the delivery service to a limited extent. Because if something is missing from the order or is not correct. Then you stay hungry! Although good tips were ALWAYS given. He doesn't care. Disappointing... And about the salad, now the picture is attached. Two cucumber slices, a tomato slice, two pieces of butter chicken with sauce on a few leaves of iceberg lettuce. WITHOUT advertised onions and mushrooms! For comparison, the salad is on a dessert plate (small flat plate) and a normal fork.

Today I ordered a pizza using Lieferando. My delivery time was supposed to be 15:50. I waited till 16:10 and tried reaching them through their land phone..I tried 5 to 6 times and after that they responded. The reason why I orders the food online is because I am sick and I need to take my medicine, so before that I need to eat my food. Luckily they attended my 7th call, they were not even listening anything. They simply saying that the delivery will take another one hour and they simply cut the call. I paid the money and this is what I am getting from them. Never ever in my life I will order at this restaurant.. if I give could them 0 star, which is what they deserve, I would have given that. Unfortunately 0 star is not possible in this review system.

If you're a little hungry, this was a good, inexpensive and nearby restaurant.
