The room appears flashy, comfortable, warm, almost luxurious. Almost........In fact the tables are not covered by tablecloths but, as in a diner, recently hygienic placemats, on which plates and cutlery, probably synthetic, are placed. The waiter, when the customers leave the table, passes us a sponge and voilà, on to the next one. We took advantage of it on 23.XII. 2023 of the buffet (cost €38 each, €19 for children). The choice was wide and of good quality. However, the tray with smoked fish (also excellent) was sadly almost empty at 7.30pm and was only replenished when we were leaving. The spoon for the warming dish with "mediterranische gratin" (modest) was encrusted with potatoes, making it difficult to serve, and it remained so. The fact that the beer served to me was not cold was very typical of a GDR restaurant. Ditto the failure to clean some obvious food remains that fell onto the carpet while the waiter was serving us. The cost for drinks was, of course, generous. But charging a bottle of water (0.75 cl.) the sum of €8.20 is like raiders in the desert. When it came time to pay the bill of €230.10, I only had 0.90 cents left. to the waiter who had treated us with disdain and inefficiency, perhaps because he considered us modest and inexperienced customers, given that we did not dress elegantly. Durante nuestro viaje por carretera, esta fue la segunda ocasión en que nos sorprendimos de la grosería innecesaria. Era incluso el 3 de enero (viernes), por lo que en su mayoría, un día laborable estándar. Todo comenzó con que tuvimos que separarnos, como lo hicimos con el perro y el niño, y los perros no pueden entrar. Hasta ahora esto está bien y es comprensible. No es un lugar ideal para nosotros, pero en ese momento, nuestro hijo estaba teniendo una mini fusión que quiere ir dentro de la cafetería. Mientras yo estaba sentado afuera con nuestro perro, mi esposa estaba adentro con nuestro hijo y aparentemente, ella preguntó si había algo de comer. La señora simplemente respondió 'no' y luego fue a hacer otras cosas, mientras que mientras tanto otros invitados le informaron a mi esposa que en realidad hay cosas dulces, por lo que hay comida... Respuesta realmente ridícula teniendo en cuenta que las cosas dulces también son comida... pero quizás la respuesta se refería al hecho de que en el menú estaba escrito que la cocina está abierta entre las 12: 00 - 14 : 00 , que no era el caso (pero luego explicar pacientemente esto al cliente, ¿no? ). Mientras tanto, conseguí un tazón de agua para el perro afuera y un hombre se lo dio, que era agradable, pero el tazón estaba tan sucio - mirando que mi perro tomó 4 lamidas de agua de él y luego lo dejó (después de una hora de caminata...) Terminamos pidiendo pasteles con sabores agradables, pero ni siquiera recibimos servilletas con ellos de la señora ... lo que significa que incluso tuvimos que autoservicio algo tan simple y básico. Pero esto sigue estando bien para hacer un lugar 3 / 5 ; lo que lo hunde a 2 / 5 es que me tomé el peor capuchino de mi vida allí e incluso es la primera vez (según recuerdo) que dejé un café sin terminarlo completamente. Creo que el café estaba apagado, no la leche, pero no importa, ya que toda la experiencia resultó ser desagradable. Lástima, pero 2 / 5 , a pesar de que la señora fue al final algo agradable con nuestro hijo cuando nos íbamos.
