We just ordered pasta and a pizza. Both dishes were definitely not freshly prepared but were probably made days ago and simply warmed up in the oven. Absolutely disgusting food. The 4-cheese sauce tasted like a 9-year-old had completely overcooked a pack of pasta, then added a handful of grated YES! Sprinkle mozzarella on top and pour half a cup of whipped cream on top. The pizza was as dry as the Atacama Desert, the extra ingredients paid for were simply left out (there's no other way if the pizzas are already pre-baked and just warmed up). Disgusting, shame on you

We ordered two pizzas from Lieferando. The pizzas were a disaster. It didn't taste good. The dough was soggy. The ingredients tasted almost like nothing. We cannot recommend it.

I can only agree with the negative reviews. I had the same problem, ordered at 8:30 p.m. via Lieferando. Nothing happens 10:00 p.m. I call the BK Karlsruhe Kaiserstr on the recommendation of Lieferando. The result of 3 calls: a totally annoyed lady answers the phone with an Indian accent. I explain my situation to her, she rudely interrupts me and says no order here, no order received, problems from Lieferando, it would be completely normal at this time that there would be no drivers available. I explain to her again that I ordered at 8:30 p.m. not just 10 minutes ago... I can't get to the end again, she interrupts me again and asks if I don't understand you and she doesn't have time for it, it's Lieferando's problem and insults/curses me in a language I don't know. I told her clearly that I understood you better than she probably did and that I would like to speak to management or a superior. The answer is again a stupid answer and the lady hangs up on me coldly. Now everyone can explain to themselves what else is available at this time: nothing! I will never donate just one cent to this club again! This lady needs a supervisor to retrain her in dealing with customers very urgently, what a shame!

The food was great. The service was okay as was the ambience. A normal, slightly overpriced shop that is solidly run. The biggest problem is the parking situation. It's so absurd to add a euro to the city treasury, just because I'm HUNGRY. This compulsory levy is an outrage. There is no longer a bread roll button. Therefore not to give full stars.

Yesterday my wife and I had a pizza (mushrooms, pepperoni) that looked more like Leipziger Allerlei, with a base that looked like a NET. My wife an indefinable mass called lasagna, with VIIIEEEL cheese and meat? Not even 1 pasta was visible, a mass of meat, cheese, tomatoes and a lot of water. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures! In my opinion, everything had already been eaten. When I called the "pizzeria" in question, my wife was told that this food came from the commercial kitchen and was delivered that way. 20€ for convenience. Not even freshly prepared. Break, I will (NOT) recommend you to anyone else. Only more fraudsters in this world

I ordered from you for the first time via Lieferando. The food came to me quickly. For the price, the portion was large, it was really hot and tasted really delicious. The salad was also fresh, the tomatoes and cucumber were also crunchy. The delivery person was very friendly. I can't say anything about the ambience because I ate at home.
