Very friendly staff & delicious pan pizza! It's a shame the Stuttgart branch no longer exists.

Food extremely greasy and staff very unfriendly. Local extremely empty. No wonder…

The restaurant is very nice and modern and I had a good feeling when I ate there. The food is really delicious. There was a lot of stress and pressure in the branch today, but the employee named Saaid did an incredible job. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for my order today.

There are not many people in the establishment, but we waited 15 minutes for the menu, and after 30 minutes we waited for the pizza. The food is very tasty, but the service needs work.

You wait a good 30-45 minutes for the drinks. Pizza came cold, fries were still raw. Some of the tables from the guests who were there before us still had plates and glasses on them, and they were still there by the time we left. There was nothing going on at all, but the lady and the gentleman were probably busy with other things such as making private phone calls. We will never visit this restaurant again. Since we were a larger group, we wanted to pay separately. We then received this receipt and were told that we should please calculate it ourselves. I've really never experienced anything like that.

Food was great, pizza was really very good. Service was nice and otherwise okay. When I go to Pizza Hut I don't expect 5 star service like in a "normal" restaurant. So the visit was absolutely perfect for me overall. I'll be back.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, this would be the case. Service not attentive and pizza below ground (burnt greasy and reusable). Conclusion: a very bad restaurant. Not recommended!!!!

Little ambience, slow service. But much worse: ate Pizza Funghi, then had stomach cramps all night and finally threw up this morning (everything came out again...). Never again.

The staff is mostly very friendly, but some are not particularly attentive. Depending on the person, the waiting times and the frequency with which customers and their possible wishes are checked vary. The quality of the pizzas also varies: some of them are not baked properly and look as if they had been dipped in fat. Sometimes they are also crispy, airy and very tasty. Conclusion: A Pizza Hut branch that is always good for a surprise. Depending on the staff on duty, everything from top to flop is possible in terms of service and quality of the pizzas.

We were here today, December 1st, 2024. The food was very good. Unfortunately the service was very unmotivated. We came to the store. It was empty but still a lot of the tables weren't clean and there were still dirty plates on them. We would love to see the menu. A ticket for children was only available upon request. We waited a long time for our drinks. The food came relatively quickly. Unfortunately, two pizza shovels were very old. These may need to be sorted out. Unfortunately, sympathizing with the drinks doesn't work either. The biscuit would be forgotten when the children were eating. This was only made when asked. There were at least two conditions in the store and both had shown no interest at all. We then had the biscuits packed up. This also happened in a very annoyed manner. We won't be coming back any time soon. The service needs to improve a lot.

Very long waiting time. The order was taken relatively quickly but from then on nothing more. After 50 minutes we hadn't even had the drinks. We left.

People there are unmotivated and extremely slow. Food doesn't really taste good either. Pizza is dripping and swimming in fat/oil...

I've been to a lot of Pizza Huts. I also worked in two. A real effort has been made here. Service was super nice (very long, pretty hair).

We had to ask several times when our pizza would arrive. It ended up taking over an hour... I had to go back to my car and pay extra. And the pizza was then 'placed' on the table with a face on it... 1 star is still too much.

Pizza tastes ok, just American. Schlemmerblock can be used. Drinking for €4.80 is cool and you can always refill it. If you think about how much you pay for drinking. Prices still ok, pizza L with 5 toppings just under €29. But corn stopping for €3 is too overpriced. In addition, the menu is not very good in terms of price transparency

Anyone who is sick and has a bad cough should not work in a restaurant. That's not very hygienic. Especially if you don't put anything in front of your nose/mouth.

Location looks well maintained and food is typical Pizza Hut style. Lots of chees on every Pizza and you really get full. So no complaints. Just don't expect an actual Italian Pizza with thin ground and such.

Food was good. Really good. Love such American pizza! 😍 Unfortunately the pan pizza was extremely greasy. But damn tasty. A dream. Got a government award for it. The Barbecue Lovers Pan Pizza L was to die for. But it also had its price. The barbecue fries were also great. The free refill is also great, €4.80 for it is awesome. The ambience is nice, American style. Food is also served really nicely. What's not good: The service. The waiter always took a long time to come to the table, there was very little going on. He had headphones in his ears and really didn't feel like doing his job :( Then drinks were swapped and 7 Up came instead of Miranda (he then swapped them straight away). But once he brought me a Coke instead of a Coke Zero and that just doesn't work... Unfortunately I noticed it too late but that's an absolute no go!!! So service unfortunately not good. Conclusion: Positive: ➕ Food was good ➕ Food was beautifully prepared ➕ Free refills ➕ Nice ambience Negatives: ➖ The waiter mixed things up and was inattentive ➖ Pizza was fried, extremely greasy ➖ Drinks were swapped, Cola instead of Zero!!! No go If you love American pizza/food, Pizza Hut is worth it! But it's expensive :)

The food tasted great, but the operator was rather unmotivated. It was midday and almost empty, but it still took him 15 minutes to bring us the card. He had headphones in his ears. I have no idea whether it has to be that way. After ordering, it took him forever to bring us our drinks. We had the refill offer. The table two further came about 10 minutes after us and was served faster. He was hardly visible otherwise. My husband then went to the counter himself to refill it.

Unfortunately at 5 p.m. there are only 2 pieces of pizza left for sale and no new ones are being baked. Open until 11 p.m.

The staff have no respect for the customers, you can't come in with a dog and we decide to eat out. When we tell the employee we want to eat out he motions us to leave his store, I don't recommend it and I won't be returning, it's a shame for this Pizza Hut.

I love the pan pizza. Unfortunately I can't eat wheat. It would be so awesome to have a pan pizza made from spelled dough and I would be a regular :-)

Nice location in the heart of Karlsruhe. It was very quiet at lunchtime and therefore not much going on. Nevertheless, it wasn't really important to the employees to actively check on customers. The pizzas were very tasty and juicy and well prepared. However, what still needs to be improved a lot is the service. If there is clearly the option “drink with refill” on the menu, then I expect that to be the case on the invoice when I order. What was (attempted to) charge for was 4x large drinks (without refill), even though the option mentioned above was ordered separately. When asked, they were told that the restaurant in KA didn't have a refill. Then it shouldn't be on the menu and should also be accepted when ordering. What is also very weak is that at the entrance the acceptance of American Express is proudly advertised using three advertisements/stickers, which is, however, not true. It is not accepted. The relevant situation has already been reported to AMEX.

The food is good but the service... If you want a slice of pizza and you wait outside, the workers look at you and wait 10-20 minutes until they come to you and give you a slice of pizza. 10-20MINUTES FOR A SLICE OF PIZZA. The workers are on their cell phones or have Airpods in their ears.

The pizza was OK. Must have a standard, but the cleanliness in the store leaves a lot to be desired. The plates, the tables and the benches, even the drinking glasses were dirty. That's why sitting and eating wasn't so pleasant. 1 star for the service and 1 star for the pizzas. We can't go back again...

Never busy. Goes quickly. Food good. A bit messy. Receipts are lying around on the floor. Not very comfortable. Even though it says on the door that they accept American Express, it was not possible to pay with AMEX.

PizzaHut is a franchise chain like Mac Donalds or Burger King. This means that all the food always tastes the same and is the same, at every cheap place where Pizza Hut is represented. There are pizzas and pasta dishes in various designs, but pure meat dishes such as schnitzel are not offered. Salads are also offered as a main course. The staff is generally friendly. The ambience is always the same and has a slight cafeteria feel.

I love Pizza Hut Service is ok. Sometimes you lose track and you wait forever. However, always friendly.

With the pizza you have cheesy crust, it's so dry. Like the pizza, a bottle of water was needed to be able to swallow it... No wonder this shop is always empty... And you pay 24 euros for this

Beer is listed on the menu but not sold, the service has difficulty speaking German and swapped the pizzas.

The service was nice. The food met our expectations. We found it positive that our child received extra ketchup with the children's menu at no extra charge and very quickly too. Unfortunately the soap in the women's toilet was empty. Otherwise, I can recommend the restaurant if you fancy pizza from Pizza Hut. I always like to have a pan pizza.

Really delicious pizza and really cozy and warm

Unfortunately, the Pizza Hut in Karlsruhe has absolutely gone downhill. At lunchtime it is completely empty there, not just sometimes, almost always, I walk past there every day. The restaurant is dark, uncomfortable and not very clean. When I picked up the pizzas I ordered, there were 3 employees in the restaurant, one was on the phone, the second was standing in the back looking very bored and the third employee didn't ask me how he could help me but instead nodded encouragingly. Maybe he couldn't or didn't want to talk. The quality wasn't great, extremely greasy and the toppings were burnt. It's a shame, compared to other cities this Pizza Hut falls far behind. There used to be a great salad buffet, a nice ambience and competent staff (including inside) who could speak.

You can't get any fatter!!! The dough is dripping with oil, and the salami pizza also has its puddles of grease. I tried dabbing with a napkin but unfortunately it didn't work. Do the fat test: press the dough a little with your fingers and the whole finger is oily. This concept is simply no longer up to date when a large pizza costs over €15?

Sauce ausreichend, wie auch der Belag.

Wir wären dort 8 Leute mit Kinder . Das Essen war besser als hätte ich erwartet , die Pizzas waren gefüllt und lecker. Die Bedienung war richtig langsam aber nett. generell glaube ich wir können noch mals da essen.

Замовляли піцу маленьку. Ще є середня і велика. Піца готується у печі дуже смачно. І подача в сковорідка. Є місця як на двох так і на велику компанію.

Leckere Pizza, Personen vor Ort hätten etwas freundlicher sein können

Essen war ok aber viel zu teuer, ne kleine Pizza (M!) für 17€ ich glaub ihr spinnt. Ne Tiefkühlpizza ist größer

Haben Restaurant heute Nachmittag besucht. Lokal war fast leer; mussten ewig warten, bis wir bedient wurden. Essen war gut. Als alles auf dem Tisch gestanden hat, wurden wir informiert, dass nur Barzahlung möglich ist. Ich würde dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen. Ambiente lässt auch zu wünschen übrig.

Wer American Pizza mag, ist hier richtig

I am a regular visitor of Pizza Hut. It’s my first time in Karlsruhe. The quality of my food was on that standard what the normal standard of Pizza Hut. I have ordered a Veggie Lover's pizza. The vegetables was used not really fresh.

Too much oil and/or fatty cheese in the pizza! Could not eat all slices!

Pizza war nach 15 Minuten fertig und reichlich belegt sowie richtig heiß . Service war in Ordnung.

The food was amazing and very filling. The pizzas were for me too oily, but they were delicious. We had a nice experience, the wait time was not long, just it was hard to call the waiters when we needed something but it was okay.

Restaurant einfach aber sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben zum ersten Mal dort gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Es war super lecker und wir werden wieder kommen. Die Servicekraft war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren heute Mittag gemütlich zum Essen dort. Obwohl das Restaurant sehr gut besucht war, wurden wir zügig bedient, auch gut bedient und haben unsere Essen schnell bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Ich mag beispielsweise keine Pizzen von Lieferdiensten sondern eher direkt vom Italiener. Aber die Pan Salami Pizza von Pizzahut war klasse. Alles in allem ein sehr leckeres Erlebnis mit einem guten Gastgeber. Bis zum nächsten mal.

Die Pizza war gut und reichlich, die Zutaten frisch. Leider ist das Ambiente nicht zum längeren Aufenthalt einladend, Tische sind nicht abgeräumt oder abgewischt. Wir werden das nächste Mal abholen.

Die Pizza war sehr gut und die Bedienung war freundlich. Das Ambiente passt allerdings nicht zu einem Pizzaladen sondert sieht eher aus wie jedes Standart Restaurant. Schade ist es, dass die Pizza mit Käserand nur in den größten Versionen der Pizzen gibt.

Átlagos hely, átlagos pizzákkal, amik nem.rosszak, de nem hagynak maradandó emléket. A felszolgálás kicsit lassú, de kedves, segítőkész a személyzet. Az árak rendben vannak. Összesítve, ha arra jársz, és meglátod a logót, és megkívánsz egy pizzát, nyugodtan ülj be, nem fogsz csalódni. 😉👍🍕

Wir mußten sehr lange auf den Kellner warten, er meinte immer, er kommt gleich. Wir wollten gerade wieder gehen, dann kam er endlich. Pizza war sehr gut, aber die lange Wartezeit und es waren kaum Leute drin. Für den Service dafür 2 Sterne.

Wer auf Pizzen mit labberigem Boden steht und es zudem eher lasch gewürzt mag, ist hier richtig... Man wird zwar satt, die Portionen sind üppig, aber von lecker kann hier keine Rede sein...

Gute American Pizzas! Als Vorspeise hatten wir die Lasagne Bites, als solche waren die ganz o.k., als Hauptspeise wären sie etwas wenig. Grundsätzlich gutes Lokal für gelegentliche Besuche.

Wir sind öfters hier mit der Familie Das Personal ist freundlich und stets bemüht. Die Tische und die Dekoration sind eher einfach und praktisch gehalten. Pizza war in Ordnung Bei einem Gast ein Haar in der Speise. Eine Pizza-Bestellung falsch geliefert, nachdem darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde, wurde die Pizza zurück genommen und "bearbeitet". Also fehlende Zutaten ergänzt und erneut aufgewärmt. Sehr lange Wartezeiten trotz fast leerem Restaurant

Trotz fast leeren Restaurants, warteten wir ewig auch auf unsere Vorspeise. Einer der Chickenwings war noch blutig innen, die Pizza war ok. Die besondere Krönung war das einer der Küchenangestellten mit seiner Einwegschürtze aufs WC ging und mit der Schürze auch wieder in die Küche.

Wir sind öfters hier mit der Familie und sind Fan’s von der Pan Pizza von Pizza Hut. Das Personal ist freundlich und stets bemüht. Die Tische und die Dekoration sind eher einfach und praktisch gehalten. Die Ausstattung insbesondere die WCs liegen eher unter den Durchschnitt. Auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit ist eher an das anspruchslose Publikum gerichtet. Hier und da sind abgewirtschaftete Gläser/ Teller und Pizza Pfannen zu sehen. In den Stoßzeiten sind lange Wartezeiten normal. Insbesondere weil das Personal eben auch den Lieferservice und den Strassenverkauf bewältigen muss. Klar das dann die Restaurantgäste zwangsweise warten und erleben müssen wie ein Lieferbote nach dem anderen sich die Tasche voll packt. Die Pizza an sich ist von der Qualität gut und kann richtig Appetit auf mehr anregen. Von den Salaten würde ich eher abraten. Tolle Milchshakes wie im Ausland gibt es leider nicht. Für die Kinder gibt es eine extra Speisekarte. Kartenzahlung ist normal möglich.

Wir waren gestern bei Pizza Hut im Karlsruhe und hatten uns echt auf diesen Besuch gefreut. Leider passte nichts: - Kellner total überfordert - Wartezeit von über einer Stunde für die Pizza, sodass bereits Gäste gingen. - Als die Pizza kam, war sie total lätschig und noch super teigig. - die Pizza für den Nachbartisch war kalt - Preis Leistung stimmt somit überhaupt nicht. (20 Euro für eine Pizza mit Käserand) - auf meinem Klo war Toilettenpapier und alles war schmutzig Das beste kam als wir nach Hause gingen. Mir wurde immer komischer. Irgendetwas war nicht gut, sodass ich die ganze Nacht auf dem Klo verbracht habe. Nie mehr!

Dann hätte ich sie heute zum ersten mal vergeben. Ein All-you-can-eat Buffet zu 8,90 € hört sich ja erst mal super an. Allerdings handelt es sich um eine Auslage auf der maximal viel Pizzas Platz haben und die dann auch gleich alle weg sind, wenn sie denn dann mal aufgefüllt werden. Aber so weit kommt es leider nicht, weil das Personal alles andere als auf zack ist. Eher werden die Gäste welche eine ganze Pizza bestellen und ein einzelnes Stück kaufen bedient. Wir saßen eine ganze Weile am Tisch und haben das beobachtet und beschlossen dann lieber nicht zuzuschlagen. Das hat auch noch kein Restaurant bei mir geschafft. Lieber nicht auf dieses augenscheinlich verlockende Angebot reinfallen.

Wir waren auf Besuch in Karlsruhe und hab mich mega gefreut auf Mittagessen beim Pizza Hut. Bedienung war freundlich und schnell, aber das Essen leider eine Enttäuschung. Wir haben die Cheesy Bites Crust bestellt, da wir es vom Ausland kennen, aber fanden es ohne Geschmack und wirklich mittelmäßig. Nachträglich die Speisekarte nochmal angeguckt und sah dass wir eigentlich ein Dip dazu bekommen müssen. War aber nicht von der Bedienung angeboten und deshalb nicht erhalten. Fehlt auch ein bisschen Kräuterbutter auf dem Crust. Wirklich mittelmäßig vorbereitet, ohne Leidenschaft. Zu erwarten? Vielleicht, aber ich hatte wirklich die Hoffnung leckeres Pizza zu bekommen. War leider nicht so. So much potential, but sadly so little effort.
