We were there 3 times because according to its opening times it was open. And every time it was closed. Basically ruined 3 evenings for us. It's a real shame because his pizza is simply the best in Karlsruhe. But also expensive. But the fact that he closed unannounced is really inconvenient for everyone who wants to eat at his place

I'm thrilled with the Zuma lounge bar. The shisha tastes delicious and the atmosphere is feel-good. The staff is super attentive and changes the coal regularly. What struck me particularly positively was the friendly owner. She is very nice and competent. If you're looking for a great shisha bar, you've come to the right place!

We were looking for a good restaurant for our wedding anniversary and came across Bistro Margarete online. It immediately met our expectations and the very good reviews convinced us that it was the right thing for us. We were really looking forward to the day. When we got there we were very impressed with the bistro. The ambience was right, nicely decorated, very clean, the service was very nice, friendly, very professional, everything was great and in line with the reviews. We received the lunch menu with great anticipation. Maybe our expectations were too high and that's why we were very disappointed with the result. Unfortunately, in terms of appearance and taste, it was more of a “frozen menu” for us than a home-cooked “star chef menu” as expected. The dessert was ok. With the best will in the world, we can't understand the good reviews here. As already mentioned, the ambience and service were great, but unfortunately the food was just... well, yes. It's a shame, we won't eat there again.

Ich ging in diesen Laden, um einen Döner zu kaufen. Als ich bezahlen wollte, funktionierte die Maschine nicht, obwohl sie sagten, sie würden Karten akzeptieren. Als die Maschine funktionierte, wurde meine Karte (Sparkasse, eine deutsche Karte) nicht akzeptiert, und der Herr sagte mir sehr unhöflich, dass sie nicht akzeptiert wurde, weil ich kein Geld auf meinem Konto hatte (was eine Lüge war, ich hatte doch Geld). Ich habe versucht, mit einer anderen Karte über ApplePay zu bezahlen, aber es hat nicht funktioniert. Der Besitzer des Ladens sagte mir in unhöflicher Weise, dass es so nicht funktioniere, was nochmal eine Lüge war, weil der SumUp (die Maschine, der er hatte) Proximity-Karten, einschließlich ApplePay, akzeptiert. Nach dieser Unhöflichkeit und weil es mir peinlich war, beschloss ein anderer Kunde, mir zu helfen und für mich zu bezahlen. Und siehe da, auch seine Karte, ebenfalls von der Sparkasse, wurde nicht akzeptiert. In einer sehr grobe Art und Weise forderte der Mann mich auf, den Kebab zurückzugeben, als ob ich derjenige wäre, der im Unrecht wäre. Es wurde kein Versuch unternommen, das Problem gütlich zu lösen. Ich werde nie wieder hingehen und auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren an einem Samstag zum Mittagessen dort. Jeder von uns hat ein anderes Gericht bestellt und uns hat es allen sehr gut geschmeckt! Die Preise waren angemessen. Besonders hat uns das gesamte Ambiente gefallen und die gepflegte Tischkultur mit weißen Stofftischtüchern und ebensolchen Sevietten.
