Very pleasant restaurateur, very hospitable! Delicious shisha or tobacco. Presentation of the drinks was very imaginative and modern. Absolutely top! Clean, comfortable. Owner and staff very friendly. Coal was exchanged every few minutes. Shisha really tastes great and lasts a very long time. Service very attentive and quick. I think the location and modern bar are very affordable. Thank you I would happily recommend it and come back again.

The shisha is really the best in town. The selection of drinks is huge! You feel at home and the staff are very nice. There is a lot of love in this bar. The owner is very personable and really makes sure that every customer is doing well. I can only recommend it

I can only agree, we were in Karlsruhe with friends and visited this location and have never experienced such bad service as there. The two waiters who are there are dressed as if they had just come from some party with shorts, broken shoes, etc. and T-shirts with slogans that make you feel sick, they would rather play on slot machines than serve their guests. We waited almost 40 minutes in total to take our order and until the drinks were at the table, even though only two tables were occupied. When I went in and asked for our drinks, the two waiters were playing at the machine. Ignorance is very important to them. Just like the unfriendliness. I can only agree with the shisha. Very poor quality scratches and bad tobacco here they simply save on the tobacco and the quality and the shisha is also exceptionally expensive.. a Jackie Cola nine euros where there was hardly any Jackie in it and a very expensive price for everything in such a shop. Overall, I cannot recommend this store in any way. As has been written here so many times. Bad service, poor service, listlessness written all over your face, not keen on guests. The main thing is to do nothing. You can't run a store like that. I will definitely not recommend this store. My friends' bottled beer was warm, not even chilled, and when they told the boss about it, he said he couldn't change it. That would be the case. What kind of statement as a boss?

Wurde angebrüllt beim Zahlen. Krank unhöflich. Ein Stern zu viel. Never again.

Neulich war ich mit meiner Freundin auf der Suche nach einer Bar…auf den ersten Blick schien diese recht gemütlich zu sein, da sie über einen Außenbereich verfügt. Auffällig war mir jedoch die Bedienung, die recht unterirdisch war mit einem T-Shirt mit der Aufschrift „Trust no one“ es wurde mehrfach Blick Kontakt hergestellt. Eine Bedienung blieb jedoch aus. Mein Fazit hier, wer Lust auf unfreundliche Menschen hat ist hier genau richtig!!

Wir waren gestern dort, totale Katastrophe. Bedienungen wissen unter einander nicht was gemacht wird. Shisha ist teuer und die Qualität ist Misst. Zu wenig Tabak im Kopf. Kratzt immer wieder, nach 20 Minuten kann man sie nicht mehr rauchen und die bringen nicht den Tabak was man sagt. Getränke sind auch etwas teurer im Vergleich zu anderen Shischa Bars.

Sehr schlechte Kundenservice, Kunden wurden ignoriert 👎

Top Shishabar… alles super dort, die Köpfe sind sehr sehr gut und das Personal unnormal nett. Schon vom Ambiente ist die Shishabar klasse. Definitiv ein Favorit hier.

Die Bar verfügt über ein sehr schönes Ambiente mit toller Musik. Bedienung ist freundlich und Shisha schmeckt so wie sie soll. Im Laden ist so gut wie immer was los. Deswegen absolute Empfehlung, auch wenn man von außerhalb kommt. Mit eine der besten Shishabars in Karlsruhe.
