Der Döner war sehr gut. Das Brot selber gemacht und auch das Fleisch selbst gesteckt, was man schmeckt! Der Döner war so gut, dass wir noch den Lahmacun probieren mussten. Wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr nette Dönermänner😁

Das Essen war köstlich, frisch und schnell zubereitet. Wir saßen drinnen und schauten aus dem Fenster. Die netten Mitarbeiter sprachen Englisch. Jeder von uns bekam eine Schüssel Tzatziki! Der Gemüseteller und der Falafelteller haben uns so satt gemacht, dass wir den Chicken Roll nicht einmal mehr anrühren konnten. Den gibt es morgen zum Mittagessen!

Hier wird auf jeden Wunsch geachtet und man nimmt sich viel Zeit und Liebe um den Döner anzurichten geschmacklich 10/10

Hervorragendes Essen zu fairen Preisen. Würde ich beim nächsten Besuch in der Stadt wieder besuchen.

Guter Yufka allerdings für den Preis wenig Fleisch und weniger normale Durchschnittsgröße. Wenn er größer wäre, wäre es dem Preis akzeptabel. Leider kommt es mir so vor, als wenn man zu später Stunde kommt, dass man nur noch den "Fraß" bekommt den die Betrunkenen nicht raffen (Sorry).

Top! Aussergewöhnlich guter Döner, machen Brot und sogar das Fleisch selber. Empfehlenswert.

Alles frisch und gut zubereitet. Aber schmeckt sehr fad. Kein salz oder Gewürze. Außerdem wird sehr am fleisch gespart.

Sehr guter Imbiss! Die Qualität der Speisen ist konstant hoch und man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe gearbeitet wird. Egal ob Döner, Lahmacun oder Pommes – alles schmeckt richtig gut. Die Preise sind fair und die Wartezeiten kurz. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ich war jetzt schon mehrmals beim Euphrat Imbiss in Karlsruhe und bin jedes Mal super zufrieden! Das Essen ist frisch, lecker und die Portionen sind wirklich großzügig. Besonders der Döner ist top – saftiges Fleisch, knackiger Salat und richtig gute Soßen. Das Personal ist außerdem sehr freundlich und schnell. Klare Empfehlung!

Döner ist okay aber eindeutig zu wenig für 9,50. Da machen die umliegende läden dann doch schon fast das 3 fache an Inhalt. Geschmacklich ist er auch gut. Aber sehr grosser Abzug ist der Belag & hoffe vielleicht beim nächsten Besuch das sich diese ändert.

Wenn ich mir ein Butterbrot schmiere habe ich mehr davon als von dem Döner für 9,50€.

Super sauberer Laden, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich wurde sehr schnell bedient und mein Döner wurde auch sehr schnell fur mich gemacht. Der Döner ansich war etwas klein, hätte bisle größer sein können. Wirklich sehr gut war das Fleisch es war sehr saftig man hätte KEINE SOẞE gebraucht! Der Spieß konnte sich wirklich sehen lassen kein Hackfleisch nur feinstes Schichtfleisch! Alles im allem eine 7.5 von 10 für den Döner. War jetzt nix krasses und besonderes, bis auf das Fleisch.

Wurde sehr schnell und gut bedient. Der Vegane Döner schmeckt super gut, besonders die vegane Soße ist ein großes Plus, hätte noch etwas mehr befüllt sein dürfen, ganz satt wird man leider nicht. Restaurant und Theke sind sauber. Abzug gibt's allerdings für den Preis, 9.50€ für einen Döner ist leider zu teuer, so kann man leider nicht öfter kommen, schade.

Meiner Meinung nach der beste Yufka in der Stadt! Der Fladen wird frisch zubereitet und es wird KEIN Hackfleisch verwendet!!! Auch die Joghurtsoße ist perfekt! Wie immer bei Essensbewertungen: Geschmäcker sind unterschiedlich ;-)

The yufka was delicious, but the portion was a bit small (especially for the price) - not much meat, I unfortunately didn't get full.

That was a huge surprise! I was last there over 33 years ago. And the guys are still there, wonderful! The yufka here has a unique flavor that completely sets it apart from all the others.

Not good at all. The yufka special had an overpowering oregano flavor, way too much. Too much sauce, not enough, and the cheese was poorly distributed. I can't even comment on the meat, as it was completely undetectable. A huge disappointment.

The yufka tastes very bland, there's far too little meat. The sauce is watery. For €9.50, the filling is too small. There are better kebab shops in Karlsruhe.

My definition of a good pizza: Very large and loaded with toppings. The meat and crust were extremely tasty, but the sauce wasn't my cup of tea (it had a slightly sour taste). The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The ambiance had nice, comfortable chairs and more than enough tables.

Very soggy, undercooked, and poorly seasoned fries! And unfortunately, no response to the feedback about the fries.

Used to be THE kebab shop in KA. Yufka now costs €8.50, which is okay. However, the filling/meat in your flatbreads is minimal, so you're mostly eating dough. The dough, however, is very tasty, hence two stars.

Last night we went out for a kebab and yufka for the first time. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The meat and sauce were almost unseasoned and tasted of nothing. There are definitely better alternatives.

The meat skewer is freshly prepared in-house and is not cheap pressed meat. However, it now costs €9.50 and you no longer get a free tea. 4 years ago it cost €5.50, I think that's just too expensive.

So 4.1 stars for a high quality skewer is something I absolutely cannot understand. I'd rather pay 1 - 2 euros more than eat ready-made TK True. Top store, I can only recommend it!

The best Yufka in Karlsruhe and beyond is at Euphrat. Home-made milk veal sliced ​​meat very aromatic, very juicy. And I deliberately say Yufka because the juicy veal and the remaining side dishes + sauce harmonize perfectly with the freshly baked Yufka bread. The kebab bread there is rather standard and boring and drags the actually perfect meat down a bit to its level. That's why I prefer Yufka. For me it's one of the two best kebab shops in all of Baden-Württemberg. I sometimes come there from Pforzheim to eat Yufka. For me, Kebabi is more hype than anything else.

I've been going to this snack bar for ages and it's always delicious. There's just one thing that's been bothering me a lot lately: When you're sitting at the table, the next table might be cleaned by spraying a cleaning agent onto the table several times, so that you get all the smell of the cleaning agent. Then I lose my appetite! Therefore two stars deducted. Please, there are also dishwashing detergents that you don't have to spray on and are even available fragrance-free.

Actually, I have been loyal to the “Euphrates” for almost three decades thanks to its quality and the resulting taste. But today my husband and I were very disappointed with our veal yufka, it was only half full and neither of us were full for the first time , very disappointing. We reported this to the staff who referred to instructions from the boss. It's really a shame!!!

I've been coming there since 1988 and it was and is always delicious. Still meat from our own production and no “porridge” made from whatever meat. The other ingredients are also fresh and delicious. It's a shame there's no more tea... But I will be very happy to move forward.

The best kebab in Karlsruhe for decades, I can't understand the negative experiences because none of the negative incidents described have ever happened to me I just picked up 6 yufka again yesterday and everyone was impressed by the quality and taste (as always).

Euphrat has been advertising that it has been making its own kebab skewers for 30 years. Do the skewers really look like that? Nice layered meat. The service and preparation were super quick. The flatbread is briefly warmed up in the pizza oven and then felt. The kebab overall was really small at 335 g, especially considering the price of €8, but everything tasted perfectly together. From the beginning until shortly before the end, the ratio of meat to vegetables and bread was the same. The ratio was exactly such that the fresh and crunchy vegetables complemented the meat perfectly and supported the taste rather than taking over. The meat was intense but not too intense. There was a good amount of fat in it and, among other things, that made it super juicy. The bread wasn't anything special, but exactly as it should be. Soft, fluffy, juicy and spicy. Overall, super tasty and I'm happy to pay €8 for the quality. The Yufka was absolutely great too. Never had such great yufka bread. There should still be a little more meat.

Meat was tasty but far too little, bread dry and cold. I also got a spicy kebab, even though I specifically said it wasn't spicy because I can't tolerate spiciness. Won't go there again.

Fell for it twice, bad experience twice. The second time they even served me the kebab meat half raw! Simply disgusting, I'll never go there again! Avoid the store if you don't want to check every time whether the meat is really safe...

Kein wirklich schönes Ambiente. Döner Teller nicht gut (für 11,50 Euro !!!!) War früher besser. Pommes gar nicht gut, Fleisch na ja……..schade

Früher war es super gut. Sac Börek jetzt extrem dünn und kaum Käse drin gewesen. Fleisch geschmacklos leider und super fettig. Fleisch trocken und fettig (extra bestellt) und schwamm in einer Ölsoße und hat nicht mal nach Salz geschmeckt. Sehr schade. War früher mein Lieblingsdönerladen aber hatte schon ein paar Mal jetzt gehört dass es wohl nicht mehr der gleiche Laden wie früher sei. Ich hoffe das Fleisch war noch gut zu später Stunde da es nicht frisch geschmeckt hat

Nun wo soll ich anfangen oder aufhören die erste Sache ist das das Rinder Scheiben Fleisch Döner Spieß aus eigener Produktion ist und um Längen jede Dörnerbude schlägt, da diese ja vom industriellen Dörner Hersteller beliefert werden und keinen geschmacklichen umterschied macht. In Karlsruhe und Landkreis Karlsruhe Konkurrenzlos da es sich von der Masse abheben tuht!! Preis absolut Okay kann man nicht meckern!

Yuka war extrem schnell fertig - das Fladenbrot ist selbstgemacht und das fluffigste und leckerste, was ich jemals in einem Yufka gegessen habe. Preise sind mit 7,50-8eur für einen Döner/Yufka sehr teuer, aber für ab und zu ist es den Preis wert. Satt wird man von der Portion zwar nicht, dennoch ist die Qualität super. Auch an einem kostenlosen Kunden-WC fehlt es hier nicht. Top! Bonus: Der Yufka war extrem schnell fertig, man ist hier zum Mitnehmen maximal 3 Minuten wenn nicht viel los ist - Sehr gut!

Ungewohnt noch einen echten Fleischspieß zu finden, hier fehlt es aber leider ein bisschen an Würzung. Bei anderen Läden findet man oft nur einen Hackspieß.

Döner schmeckt sehr gut und wird täglich neu selbst gemacht. Sehr zu empfehlen Pizza Döner, da hier zuerst die Pizza gemacht wird und dann die Pizza mit Döner überschüttet wird. Man wird sehr satt und es gibt 2 verschiedene Fleischsorten. Definitiv einer der besten Döner in Karlsruhe

Der beste Döner den ich in meinem Leben gegessen habe ! Mann merkt wie frisch alles zubereitet wird. Kein Hackfleisch Döner wie alle anderen Döner Läden. Mann sieht sogar wie sie hinten in der Küche die Fleisch Stücke aufspießen. Die Preise sind aufjedenfall gerechtfertigt ! Ellerinize sağlık ! 😊
