Had a Currywurst XXL Special. The first portion of fries was cold, the lady made me a new portion that was half raw. When the man came he said it couldn't be, but he gave me another fresh portion. The lady had whispered loudly that I had already received a new portion and that the first one was supposedly cold. I won't be going there any time soon. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of the almost raw fries.

A traditional German bar. Good beer. The Landlady and customers were welcoming and friendly. No food was being served on the day I visited but an extremely good restaurant close by was recommended as an alternative .

We didn't like it at all. Doner and falafel were disappointing. Too bad about the money.

Good take-away, tastes delicious and is fresh. However, the portions are more expensive than if you order it in a restaurant, which is a shame.

Surprisingly decent and authentic Schwarma

I love it. Everything always looks very nicely arranged, even though it's to-go sushi. So far everything has always been fresh and the nice chef/sushi chef is always friendly and smiling. Salmon and avocado always have a fresh color and consistency. Really highly recommended!

Nice brewery atmosphere. The Hoepfner beer brewed here is actually world class!

Bar operation with a separately connected kiosk with a lottery acceptance point. Cozy to linger and with outdoor dining in the summer. Small meals and snacks on offer.

Trattoria da Giovanni is a true gem for lovers of Italian cuisine! From the very first second, you feel welcome here – the ambiance is cozy, authentic, and inviting. The food was simply fantastic! The homemade pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, the sauces full of flavor, and the pizza had that wonderfully crispy base you only find in a true Italian trattoria. The freshness of the ingredients is particularly noteworthy – you can tell the cooking here is done with love and passion. The service was equally outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and with great recommendations for wine and food. You can tell the team here puts their heart and soul into it. All in all: If you're looking for a truly Italian culinary experience, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Great little restaurant with authentic food. Unfortunately our starter didn't come and we weren't allowed to sit at the beautiful table in the corner on the grounds that it was difficult to serve there, so a star deduction for service. The main courses and the homemade lemonades were really delicious! Gladly again!

The pizzeria around the corner! Best quality, great service, Italian cuisine as it should be! The quality of the food is really exceptionally good, as if you were sitting in a ristorante in Bella Italia, the only thing missing is the sea in front of the door! In contrast to many Italian food providers in Karlsruhe, we have a real Italian family here, the boss is personally in the store and leads his team excellently. Our own 95-year-old mom was also thrilled! Everyone is very, very nice, very polite and we are just on our way for a new visit. We haven't eaten so well in a long time!! meat super tender; delicious, particularly seasoned; delicious vegetables and something different...flat cakes. We'll definitely come back!!! (When we are in Karlsruhe again:)
