Eat Happy in Karlsruhe

The sushi is good, it's a shame you have to walk through the whole place to pay. It's okay if you're in a hurry, but I usually prefer fresh sushi.

I LOVE it. Everything always looks beautifully arranged, even though it's to-go sushi. So far, everything has always been fresh, and the friendly chef/sushi cook is always cheerful and smiling. The salmon and avocado always have a fresh color and texture. Highly recommended!

Hi dear Sushi Team. My husband bought a package of mochi (raspberry) this evening, and according to the date, it was only good until today. I'm not usually so picky that I immediately complain about items that should be gone. But with sushi or mochi... you really want something as fresh as possible. Of course, it's understandable that it can't be perfectly fresh in the evening. BUT, the mochi had a really strange texture. Not the usual soft, squishy kind, but really hard, and they tasted really odd. Like they were dried out. For €3, leaving something like that on the display is really bad. I threw them away!!! Very annoying.

Delicious and very fresh sushi, however, there are always large quantities on display and I don't know if it all gets sold. It would be nice if you could pay directly there and not have to walk through the whole shop to the checkout.
