Eat Happy in Karlsruhe

I LOVE it. Everything always looks beautifully arranged, even though it's to-go sushi. So far, everything has always been fresh, and the friendly chef/sushi chef is always friendly and smiling. The salmon and avocado always have a fresh color and texture. Highly recommended!

Hi, dear Sushi Team. My husband bought a pack of mochi this evening (raspberry), and according to the expiration date, they were only good until today. I'm not usually that picky, so I immediately complain about products that are due to be used up. But with sushi or mochi... you want something as fresh as possible. It's also clear that it can't be fresh by the evening. BUT, the mochi had a really strange consistency. Not the usual wobbly consistency, but really hard, and they tasted really weird. As if they were dried out. For €3, leaving something like that in a display is really tough. I threw them away!!! Very annoying.

Delicious and very fresh sushi, but there are always large quantities on display, and I don't know if they all sell. It would be nice if you could pay directly there and not have to walk through the entire store to get to the checkout.
