Professionally managed house. Service and food of very good quality. Ambience good. We found it restless and a bit noisy inside. Despite reservations (and tables still available), they initially wanted to give us a table right at the entrance and counter. Probably because of the expression on my face, they reacted immediately and assigned us a free table in the middle of the room. Food and drinks were without exception of good quality. The service was friendly and always there when a request arose. Prices are more than reasonable for the quality. We will come again.

I stayed in the hotel for a 4-night short break and can only say it was a really great hotel. Rooms clean, breakfast lots of choice, everyone tried very hard and was extremely friendly and accommodating. What should be highlighted is the reception, especially Valerija, who always has a smile on her face and no wish remains unfulfilled.

We were there with 24 people, had a small (sufficient) menu and were warmly welcomed. The champagne reception went smoothly. The service was attentive, responsive, helpful, friendly and very competent throughout the evening. All dishes were of excellent quality and freshness. The children were served in a child-friendly manner. The wine selection is always a pleasure. Quality and performance have their price. In Watt's the ratio is right. Full marks are deserved. Thank you so much that our guests were all satisfied, and of course we were too. See you next time.

Highly recommended. Food was great. And the ladies who were responsible for our well-being were absolutely top notch.

I ordered a cordon bleu without fries, and what do I get???? lots of fries on the plate. Afterwards I got my cordon bleu, returned cold but at least without fries . It was the worst cordon bleu I have ever eaten in Karlsruhe. I can't recommend it. The salad was terrible and didn't taste good What really annoyed me was the arrogance and arrogance of the innkeeper. His comments were very inappropriate and offensive

Unfortunately very disappointed. The food itself was good, but the gorgonzola schnitzel was a disappointment. There was hardly any Gorgonzola to taste, which spoiled the whole experience for me. I definitely expected more for the price. Very dissatisfied and probably won't come again.

Food 10/10 Maultaschen and schnitzel were perfectly prepared and we really enjoyed them Service 10/10 Friendly, well-trained and very attentive staff. This has a price and we are willing to pay it. But only up to a certain point (see criticism below about drink prices) Ambiance 7/10 Somewhat old-fashioned, but still stylish and appropriate. Could still use a bit of fresh air here and there. Criticism: 1 star deducted due to the drinks being too expensive. A shandy for almost €9, a pot of tea for €9 and a bottle of water for €9.50 are a bit excessive in relation to the prices of the food. In addition, you don't receive a drinks menu, so the prices of the drinks are unknown until the bill is paid. So 4 out of 5 stars is appropriate.

A real ray of hope when it comes to gluten-free nutrition. It's really not easy to get good, safe gluten-free food in Germany, but here special requests weren't a problem and the pizza was really delicious!

Went to Wanfu more often, sometimes at lunchtime, sometimes in the evening. The food has always been delicious.

Super mega friendly staff. I had a small 'emergency' and everyone took great care of me. I take my hat off to that and if I could give 7 stars, I would give them all

It's a nice place..but something has changed,,,in my life I have never paid 17.00 Euros for a poor Marinara,,,,tell me if there is a way to go there another time...!!!?

A very beautiful moment with my 5 year old son Oscar. The welcome is perfect, the room spacious and functional, the spa is excellent and the breakfast a marvel! On Sunday breakfast is a real brunch and lasts until 11:30 a.m.! Really a beautiful place We come from France 🇫🇷
