It's a nice place..but something has changed,,,in my life I have never paid 17.00 Euros for a poor Marinara,,,,tell me if there is a way to go there another time...!!!?

Yes, not cheap, but the food is really great if you're into that style... real Neapolitan pizza and a really real Italian carbonara. The mussels were great too. There are only four stars for the ambience…

Italiani in Germania aufgepasst... Se anche voi fate fatica a trovare un ristorante italiano dove mangiare del buon pesce, una pasta al dente o la pizza come si deve. Napoli 2 in Ettlingen macht es möglich. Qui si mangia 100% cucina italiana. Calorosa accoglienza da parte del titolare Fabio, attenzioni al tavolo per tutta la sera, staff molto gentile ma signori miei i piatti..a dir poco, strepitosi. Raccomandiamo i Paccheri ai frutti di mare, piatto EPICO!!! Tagliatelle all'astice, delicati e deliziosi. Felici di questa scoperta, abbiamo trovato il nostro Napoletano di fiducia. Torneremo presto. Actually, I was always very enthusiastic about Napoli 2. Unfortunately, the last two were disappointing. Once on site, where the guest felt the internal problems, the second time to pick up. Price/performance ratio disproportionate. Maybe you should concentrate a little more on the important things instead of trying to emulate a very good restaurant in Baden Baden. It's actually a shame, I always enjoyed being there. Maybe you take the comment to heart and the Napoli 2 becomes a little more down-to-earth but also better again. All the best

Ordered Italian salad for €14. Portion corresponded to a side salad, you had to look for the ham and cheese with a magnifying glass. 0.7 l mineral water €7. Staff arrogant. Never again.

Very inconspicuous at first but when you look inside it's a really nice restaurant. Service was very courteous, quick and friendly. The pizza was super tasty! I often eat Neapolitan pizza in various restaurants and I can say that you won't be disappointed here. The pizza was very tasty and the table next door who had ordered pasta with fresh truffles also looked really great! Therefore, we have to come again. I also really need to know what the divine olive oil that was served with pizza bread was called. That was very, very good!

I would like the old flair and the old prices better.

For an iceberg lettuce with a bit of chicken, €16 is absolutely unbearable. There wasn't even a tomato or a cucumber on it.

Unfortunately we weren't thrilled at all. We went here based on a recommendation. We were only greeted in a semi-friendly manner. Unfortunately the waiting time was unreasonably long. The starter/greeting from the kitchen came after 45 minutes, after other tables (which were occupied later) had long since received something. We had to wait 70 minutes for our two pizzas (after we had already asked). It was a similar situation at the neighboring tables, often the wrong food was brought or forgotten, tables that ordered later received their food much earlier, etc. The food didn't taste or look great either, so we didn't even finish it. 2 pizzas and a bottle of water cost us €37.00 and it wasn't worth it. Everything took a very long time, the service staff only managed a smile when saying goodbye and the mood among the employees was also rather bad. It's a shame, based on the recommendation we really expected more. (Unfortunately no photos of the food were taken, but we were really hungry.)

We had a really good meal there six months ago. Significantly worse now and not in the future. The potato side dish was overcooked, the pizza was very doughy and sloppily prepared, even smaller than before. We complained, a service employee took our criticism with regret and wanted to come to our table again... yes, he wanted to... but he wasn't seen again. Cutlery and glasses also a bit dirty. Great prices... a hefeweizen for 6 euros!

Pizzas are good, the rest are pretty average in terms of taste and the prices are too high. However, very arrogant owner who doesn't accept any criticism and quickly becomes abusive. More appearance than reality... We won't be coming back...

Pizzas are great, very thin inner base and fluffy edges. The stated size of 32cm is not correct, if you measure it it is only 28-29cm, which is a bit uncool as it accounts for 15-20% less area. Unfortunately, this is regularly the case.

Nice place, very cozy and warm. The staff is very welcoming, they all have a great energy, positive vibes and make you feel comfortable. The communication is great, and after a while it feels like home. I personally ordered pasta, and it was very tasty. The wine was great too. Update: I visited here in Summer again, and I had a great Aperol Spritz!

Not bad service, very nice guy, very high prices, bottle of water very beautiful in its shape and color but very expensive at a cost of 7 euros, 0.7 l... At the end of dinner, after offering us a digestive, I find it at a cost of 8 euros on my receipt, 0.2 l... The waiter wanted to remove it from the bill but the owner insisted that it had to be paid for. Disappointment...

Very tight and small. Prices completely exaggerated. Staff very rude. Waited 15 minutes for the drinks menu. Drinks didn't come as ordered. A mini salad for 14.00 euros is not possible. Even if they try to make you look fancy, I feel ripped off. I was able to see the pizza through the base and there was a lot of savings on the toppings. You notice the attempt to raise the standard through prices and ambience and when you go to the toilet you see what is being played here. The changing mat is totally stained and the bathroom is not clean. No thanks, I can eat better

July 8, 2024 I've eaten here several times and I've always left satisfied. This time it was really unbearable. I was there around 2 p.m., we wanted to have lunch. That would have all been well and good if the stupid club music wasn't playing. I don't understand what that's about. That absolutely got on my last nerve. If it stays that way, that's the last time I've been there.

You used to get more for your money, but pizza now has too much dough and too few ingredients. It's gotten way too expensive, I haven't seen it there for a long time and again yesterday. But it was the last time for me. After the renovation or beautification it looks better, but the prices are very high.

I found out about Napoli2 via Instagram and really wanted to try it out. The first impression of the restaurant is nice, but was immediately dampened by unfriendly service. She spoke negatively about us in Italian without knowing that I speak Italian myself. Unfortunately the food wasn't as we had hoped. At first glance it looks great, but we were disappointed. The pizza barely had any mozzarella on it (we had a Bufalina). In addition, the dough in the middle of the pizza was so thin that everything was soggy. The pizza then only consisted of crust. The Spaghetti Cacio and Pepe, which was supposed to be my highlight, wasn't exactly cheap at €18 and was also extremely salty. The justification: “Cacio & Pepe is a salty dish”. What struck us positively was that the other two waitresses were very friendly. Children and dogs are also welcome.

incredibly small portions!!! In terms of taste, the food was really great. It's just a shame that my plate was empty after 5 forkfuls of food and charging €32 for that is beyond good and bad. (I ate the squid from the daily menu) But it was still their waiter Armando who saved my visit with his enthusiasm for Italian cuisine and his good feeling for good service and his humorous manner. This waiter can only be recommended!!!!! If you decide to eat at Napoli 2 then let Armando serve you, he is really great from a gastronomic point of view!!

Napoli 2 is undoubtedly a hidden gem for pizza enthusiasts. In the Karlsruhe area a real Verace Pizza Napoletana Artigianale....! And you can taste the love for pizza and all the other original delicacies from Naples. Fine restaurant, comfortably furnished. The atmosphere is not snobbish, like some other Italians in Karlsruhe. Just great!

Das Essen war „ganz okay“, aber jetzt wirklich nichts besonderes. Das Leergut wurde wirklich ständig an unserem Tisch klappernder Weise vorbei getragen oder mit dem Fuß über den Boden geschliddert, was sehr störend war. Nachdem der nach dem Dessert kam die Bedienung auch kaum noch vorbei, man hatte den Eindruck „€ Betrag erreicht, muss nicht mehr nachgefragt werden“ - leider.

Macht spaß dort Pizza zu essen. Angenehme Location Toll gemachter Außenbereich.Drinnen etwas klein aber mit Flair.War bis jetzt alles gut was ich hatte.

Haben dort zum abholen bestellt, aufgrund des sehr positiven Eindrucks auf Instagram. Pizza war sehr lecker, der bestellte Fleischteller (28 Euro!) und Vorspeisenteller (22 Euro! Käsevariation = 3 Käsewürfel 😂)war mehr als enttäuschend . Viel zu hohe Preise für die Menge der beiden Teller. Auf gut deutsch hat man sich bei der geringen Menge wirklich verarscht gefühlt für den hohen Preis. Fazit: Mehr Schein als Sein und auf Instagram sieht es deutlich ansprechender aus, Pizza war aber wirklich gut der Rest unmöglich von der Menge. Schade. Wir waren vor einem Monat bereits vor Ort und haben zu dritt 300 Euro inklusive Weine und Cocktails gezahlt, da hatten wir Pizzen und Pasta, welche zu empfehlen sind und waren sehr zufrieden. Vom Fleisch und- Vorspeisenteller dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht.

Das ist mal eine italienische echte Pizza! Jeder der was anderes schreibt hat keine Ahnung davon! Meine Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Wollte weniger Pizzarand und mehr Belag. Zusätzlich die Pizza geschnitten. Da ich mich nicht entscheiden konnte habe ich die Pizza mit 4 verschiedenen Belag Ecken genommen. Pizza Quadrifoglio… was soll ich sagen, immer wieder gerne… war vorzüglich!

November 2023: Essen: Carbonara wird nun anders zubereitet, wie beim letzten Besuch. Ich finde sie hat sich im Geschmack verschlechtert. Gehört ein gebratener Baconstreifen auf die Carbonara - für mich nicht. ⭐⭐⭐ Service: Nach dem Händewaschen war das Getränk schon am Tisch inkl. etwas vom Schorle auf dem Gedeck. Die Preise für eine 0,33 Saftschorle sind mit 4,50.- also 13.-/Liter sprechen für sich. ⭐⭐⭐ Ambiente: Das Interieur wurde geändert. Zu verspielt, goldenes Besteck. Der Chef sitzt bei meinem Besuch drei Tische weiter weg und sein Handy piept und klickt. ⭐⭐ Insgesamt 8 Sterne, im Durchschnitt somit nur 3 ! Bewertung 2021: Die absolut beste Carbonara im Karlsruher Umkreis, Besitzer arbeitet selbst mit, engagiert sich für soziale Projekte und hilft bedürftigen Menschen - er sollte ein Beispiel für viele Menschen sein ! Das erste und letzte mal bestellt. Ob es jetzt am Lieferant oder an der längeren Strecke lag weiß ich nicht. Essen war alles kalt. Der Fleischteller für knapp 30 Euro ist Witz. Die gesamte Bestellung hatte ein Wert von 92 Euro.

Es ist dort einfach mega lecker. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!
